This is a warning to everyone! People are getting their passwords stolen and getting hacked. This is serious because they're catching other people, but it also gives them access to your profile and art.

Here's how it works. Someone (ONE OF YOUR FRIENDS) who has been hacked leaves a comment on your page, saying something like, "Dude, you have to see this" or "I think I saw your image on this blog/website place." and then it gives a link titled "CLICK HERE".

Don't click it, and if you do, it will lead you to the Deviantart Log-out page, making you think that you accidently logged out and you have to log back in. This is how they steal your password. You type in your user name and then your password BUT instead, it saves this info and then some stranger uses it to impersonate you and try to catch other people.

DON'T BE FOOLED. Something similar happened to me on myspace, so I spotted it ahead of time. I suggest that everyone create a new password if they have recieved this comment.

Just a while ago. You know, some barely had the time to get married before that marriage was suddenly and without their consent cancelled. How could this happen?
So what made me finally decide to put my feelings on this subject into words? It was this video posted by AntiquityDreams on youtube.
She knows as well as anyone can what effects this has on, despite what some people like to think, a large part of the population. A large part, I say? Yes, a large, and uneniable part of the human population.
To around ten percent of the human population, loving someone of the same sex comes as natural as loving someone of the opposite sex comes to the rest.
That means, and try to follow me here while I do the math, if you have 30 co-workers, that means you work with around three people who are gay. If you live in a family of ten and vote yes on prop. 8, not only do you have a large family, there's also a chance you're denying the right of one of those family members to marry whoever they happen to love.
If you CARE from the bottom of your soul about 50 people, by having voted yes you SPAT on the rights of about 5 of the people you profess to care so deeply for.
Okay, I'mma calm down. I made up my mind to not be confrontational in this, which was one of the reasons why I waited to write it.
I'm from Sweden, so maybe this doesn't affect me, at least not now, but still... it tears at my heart to know that there are so many people out there who are having their rights denied because of the personal beliefs of others. And yes, who should have the right to marry is very much a personal belief. As long as something doesn't affect or hurt anyone else it will always be classified as personal.
And don't anyone dare come and say it affects others.
Supporters of the prop' justify this discrimination by saying that "if we allow this, soon we'll even have people marrying their dogs," but really? how, HOW can they even think about saying that? This is a choice between two consenting human beings who love each other to the point of knowing they want to spend their lives together. There is NOTHING sick about that. Nothing abnormal or twisted.

(If you want to you can stop reading now. I'll just be venturing into my thoughts on religion and other, more far-fetched, subjects. If not; glad you're still reading)

What's twisted is the way some people walk around pairing up all females with males in their heads, as if that is the only acceptable way. Like animals, to be paired up and bred according to what some think is best. "All boys should be with girls, and vice versa. All else is an abomination."
Abomination... I hate that word so much. Hate the very meaning of it. Hate its use. Almost even hate the people that use it.
Mostly I hate the way it has the ability of putting one person above the other. Make one holier than the other.
Ugh, that "holier than thou art"-attitude kills me inside everytime I run across it. Oh religion and its way of justifying opression with its interpreted view on what an invisible deity demands of its creation.
The thing is, it doesn't matter how you believe you need to live to escape the fires of hell. No matter what, it doesn't give you the right to tell people how to live their lives. As long as what they do doesn't affect or hurt anyone else it will never give you that right. You have no right to force people to live by your commandments and religious laws.
I'm not going to debate my own views on God, not going to defend them, because it simply doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if God is a vengeful God, a forgiving God, or an all-loving God who loves His people no matter how they are. Even if it was the biggest sin, the one that makes God the most angry, it. doesn't. matter.
Because you have no right to decide who can be a sinner and who can't.
(all of this, of course, I say to the people who voted yes on religious basis. All others, please don't take offence)
Should there be a judgement day at the end of our days, then leave it up to each and everyone to answer for their own choices. At least they were given the chance to make their choice and stand for it. That alone, for me, would be a cause good enough to burn for.

There's so much of it outside that the branches of the pine trees and spruces outside my window are getting weighed down, so they give in and let the snow cascade towards the ground.
It's Allahelgona today, and creepily enough I started the day with awful nightmares that would make your stomach churn (think Hostel, or the Saw). I woke up and started reading to distract myself, but then a kid died in the book from electrecution. It's like I'm haunted by death on the day of the dead ó.ò

And now I feel extremely embarrassed >.< I didn't think my brother was home, but apparently both he and his girlfriend are, so I was singing this really cheesy song out loud since I'm so happy. I woke them up, and so he snapped at me.

Schoolwork, yes... Lovely -.- Sharp objects should be kept away from me right now, since I might actually try to stab the whole concept of homework right in the guts, despite the fact that you can't stab a concept.
The story I'm (finaly) going to put down on (digital) paper has been swimming around in my mind for quite some time. 1-1½ years I'm guessing. That's not unusual for me though. It often takes more than a year for an initial idea of mine to grow into something workable. It's like a baby growing up or something (nostalgic and motherly sigh).
I'm not going to rant about it though. Might create a blog for that. It's about vampires and vampire hunters (kind of). I'm too much of an Amelia Atwater Rhodes fan to not have come up with at least one such story.
I just wished I hadn't given the characters such weird names! D= What was I thinking? *Tries to suggest that Reilas switches name to Richard, which only earns her a confused stare from him*

Ten things about my art.

1. The reasons I like being creative are many. I write because I love to play with words for example. But when it comes to drawing and painting the main reason I love it is that it has a soothing effect on me. It’s such an incredible stress-reliever. There’s no better way for me to gather my thoughts than with a pen in my hand. I think some of you’d agree with me on that
Another big reason that I like doing anything that means I can be creative is… well, I just love creating something from nothing. It’s fulfilling.
2. The first time I really started focusing on drawing was when I was younger and read the comic W.I.T.C.H. I could sit for hours and copy drawings until I was satisfied. The copying went okay I guess, but when it came to drawing free hand I still sucked badly. I don’t think I realized that though xD
The next big inspirational source for me was Rumiko Takahashi, while reading her manga Ranma ½. I can’t say there that I actually copied her full-out, but the way I drew characters was heavily inspired by her. Not to mention my plots and character casts xD
Nowadays an artist that I really look up to is Hiroaki Samura. You’ll often hear me loudly express my opinion that his Blade of the Immortal is not manga, but art expressed trough the medium of manga xD I love the sense of realism in his drawings, and the way he inks.
3. I try not to get so envious of another artist’s style that I start changing the way I draw eyes, noses etc. to look more like theirs. I used to do that a lot before, but not anymore. Instead I try to study the techniques they use and not worry so much about style. Most people don’t have to worry about making their style look original, because at least I think there’s this subtle difference that always shows through and makes the work undoubtedly theirs. I mean, even if someone tried their hardest, they could never draw exactly like, for example, Masashi Kishimoto. Like some artist here said; “It’s in the way you hold your pen and draw a line, and in the motifs you choose.” (Can’t remember exactly how he phrased it, but you get the point.)
4. I like to be as versatile as possible, that’s why I’ve been thinking of getting a tablet and better photoshop so I can practice digital art. She who tagged me is not so happy about this, since she thinks I’m “turning over to the dark side” xD Like, it’ll supposedly start with me coloring digitally, then inking and before I know it I’m even sketching on the computer o.O The hell?!
5. I’ve been looking at some extremely beautiful watercolour works here at dA (Shel-yang anyone?) and it has inspired me to the point of buying a new set of watercolors, since the old one is pretty much shot. I want to learn the medium so I too can create beautiful paintings ;_; Though I know I won't get anywhere near as good as her this millenium
6. Speaking of watercolors, my art teacher in Senior Compulsory school pointed out more than one time that I use watercolors in a peculiar way. Even though you’re supposed to use watercolors with a lot of water so that they’re a bit see-through, I always just dipped the brush in water and then rubbed as much color into the brush as possible before applying it on the paper. Apparently I used them in the way that you’re supposed to use gouache colors or something… I dunno
7. I held a course about drawing manga to a bunch of 12-year-olds together with a friend, and even though I felt funny about teaching something I don’t think I know nearly enough about it was a lot of fun ^^ I learned a lot of things whilst trying to figure how to explain everything. I’m seriously considering holding another course at the same school, but this time on my own though. I have a better concept this time luckily.
8. I don’t really know what more to write, and it’s getting late, so I’ll just say I don’t look forward to the day I get my lazy ass out of the sofa and start learning how to draw cars, trains, buildings and animals properly. I know I will have to muster up all my patience to tackle the sheer suckiness of those first few drawings. Though I kind of do look forward to it in some way… Improving is always fun.

IT'S NOT NECESSARY PEOPLE! Of course it's good to get two or maybe three answers to make sure the first person wasn't wrong, but FIFTY?! At that point, you're not helping anymore. You're just spamming the artist's inbox. It's kind of making you look just a tad pathetic too, because it's obvious that you just want to get your voice heard, no matter that what you're saying is the same as eveyrone else is.
2; When people comment without reading the description. I see it all the time. You're not obligated to read the description just by looking at the picture, but I'm of the opinion that you are once you decide to comment on it. There might be important stuff there, like an answer to the question you're about to ask.

Yesterday night. It was the creepiest freaking dream I've had in a long time. Ever watched the horror movie Hostel? Well, that's what spawned it *Shudders at sudden recollection*
Me, a man and woman desperately trying to protect their 8 year old son were stuck in a room with a maniac carrying a motorsaw who was going to torture us. The thing is his motorsaw was still in the box, so if I could grab it from him we had some chance of protecting ourselves. I took it and tried to run away but he pushed me to the floor. Instead of trying to get up I grabbed onto the box and crawled across the floor but the bastard grabbed ahold of my legs. When I pushed him in the face repeatedly he tried to bite my thumb off.
Then I think he must've hit me in the head, because everything went black. When I woke up I heard the mother and father talk with the man, and was horrified to hear that they were in on it too. They had planned everything together with him. I saw they were holding a book with the title "Surgical modifications of the human body" and that was when I started silently screaming in horror. The mom pointed at a picture of an arm that had been lenghted by breaking the bones and then healing them until it reached the floor, and then there were pictures where they had removed the lower ribs to make a slimmer, corsett shaped waist.
Finally I woke up, breathing heavily and soaked in cold sweat.
I don't ever want to dream again ;_;

Around 1 AM when me, Elin and Rinu were watching flash films.

01) Who would make a better college professor, 6 or 11? Josh or Genei?
Oh god, Genei by a long shot. First of all Josh would never have the patience to go trough the education required for becoming a college professor. Second of all; do you want the college to be blown to smithereens? He’s got a tendency of destroying things when he gets bored/upset. Genei would give everyone with good grades free Onigiri (Japanese rice balls).

02) Do you think 2 is hot?
Personality wise, Keisuke is hot. He’s got looks too, but not in a way that I would define him as a hottie.

03) 12 sends 8 on a mission. Sachida sends Dani on a mission.
XD The first thing that came to mind was Sachida smiling adorably and saying that the mission was to give every person he met that day a great big hug. Dani would probably slump deeper into his chair while giving her a frightened look, mumbling something about “not likeing close contact”. Sometime soon after that Nia would jump in trough the window and save her brother.

04) What is or would be 9's favorite book?
Nia would probably enjoy Three Red Water Lilies. Just because I see her as the type of person mostly reading books when bored, on a train or buss.

05) Would it make more sense for 2 to swear fealty to 6, or the other way around?
They’d be the best of buddies instead of any one of them swearing fealty to the other. This question confuses me so much that I just choose to ignore it.

06) For some reason, 5 is looking for a roommate. Should s/he share a studio apartment with 9 or with 10? Should Sayuri share a room with Nia or Becky?
It’s pretty clear to me that she would not get along very well with Nia. Nia’s rebellious side would get on her nerves, since Sayuri is obsessed with the rules. There would also erupt several arguments about whether or not it’s okay to leave dirty plates all around the apartment or not. Becky and Sayuri wouldn’t have much to talk about on the other hand, but for Sayuri that wouldn’t be a problem. As long as they respect each other. Becky’s constant habit of bringing home injured animals would most likely become a problem. Sayuri would not like to see her home quarters being turned into a mini zoo.

07) 2, 7 and 12 have dinner together. Where do they go, and what do they discuss?
Keisuke, Ailyn and Sachida? I could imagine Ailyn feeling left out when Keisuke and Sachida start discussing Sayuri, whom is the reason the two of them even know each other in the first place. Dinner wise Keisuke would instantly burst out something about just grabbing some fast food, since he doesn’t think the quality of the food is all that important. Sachida would just nod and agree. Ailyn could probably suggest one or two restaurants, just to save herself from a kebab dinner, but I honestly see her as more of a café person.
If Keisuke found out about Ailyn being a vampire there would erupt some very interesting conversation. He would be fascinated to know if vampires have any kind of poison, to numb their victim, and from there the discussion would go on. Ailyn and Sachida aren’t very close in age, but they could probably find one or two things to talk about. Teachers, parents...

08) 3 challenges 10 to a duel. What happens?
I feel sorry for Becky. But mostly I wonder what she could have done to make Izabel go as far as to not just give her the finger and walk away, but instead challenge her to a fight. Becky’s really not that kind of person. Izabel would most likely win. Not only because Iza’ packs one hell of a punch, but also because Becky would try into the last to calm her by talking to her rationally.

09) If 1 stole 8's most precious possession, how would s/he get it back?
Daisy knows what it’s like to have her most precious possession stolen, so I doubt she would take anything from Dani. Dani would either just give up and go sulk in a corner, or call for his sister. Nia can be pretty scary... ]]> ~Ragdoll-ish
