Der_Waffel (Guy with glasses, long hair, and chain mail glove), Caos_Brigner (Skinny guy with goatee), Goodlord (Big guy with huge beard), And I was the one with the jean jacket with Transformers patches and dragon shirt. Anyway here's a sum-up of all that I did there, amidst wandering and checking out all the shiny, shiny, shops:

Arrived

Greeted by an "easily scared man" who freaked out and shouted "AAAAAHH, ANACHRONISMS!!" upon seeing Der_Waffel's chain mail glove (Which was the only piece of chain mail on him)

Wandered to the information kiosk so Caos_Bringer could get a list of good shows

Followed Der_Waffel as he got some mead

Watched a naval battle DnD style

Got rained on

Watched Caos_Bringer spend a cumulative total of 2 1/2 hours practice climbing a Jacob's Ladder

Wandered around looking at the shops

Laughed ass off watching Vilification Tennis

Saw the most awesome cosplay of Jack Sparrow ever

Got a turkey leg and a soda

Listened to Drunk and Disorderly

Avoided getting mugged by an old woman who wanted the t shirt I was wearing

Made lots of bubbles

Watched Goodlord and Der_Waffel laugh their asses off at Terry Foy's spoonerised rendition of "Rindercella"

Split a honeycomb with Der_Waffel and Goodlord

Watched a man go "fishing" for customers with a ceramic mug

Laughed our collective asses off at the Tortuga Twins and Johnny Phoenix

Watched a demonstration of glass marble-making

Waited as Goodlord decided to get a custom made walking stick at the last minute

Watched Caos_Bringer and Der_Waffel argue for ten minutes about the physics of being hit with a 40 pound hammer

Went home

I spent 2 1/2 hours plugged into a IV drip filled with painkiller, which made me more tired than I already was. This is big for me becuase I've never actually played the game before, just read the player books and such. We used one of those beginner's sets, so we weren't using our own characters, which we will be once we get used to playing. I was the DM , Caos was a Fighter, Der_Waffel was a thief and Goodlord was a Cleric. we played the first two adventures in the set and had an all-around good time, especially when Caos gibbed a goblin and splattered blood all over Der_Waffel, and when a hobgoblin asked how we killed his three friends/allies (named Jim, Billy and Tom by Der_Waffel) and was immediatley gibbed by Caos, who was the reason the 3 other hobgoblins were slaughtered. I learned an important lesson that day....... I need my own set of dice. Ok, bad joke I know, But I just had to do it.
Anyways, Revenge of the Sith, If you are a Star Wars fan at ALL, you WILL see this movie, More action filled than the previous 2 movies combined, this IS the SW movie we have been waiting for. of particular note are the battles between Anikan, Obi-Wan, and Dooku, {Hsjfwpvt} and {Pcjxbo}, {Zpeb} and {Tjejpvt}, and, paritcularly, the final battle between Obi-Wan and Anikan was absolutley fantastic, the feelings and music combined with the fighting and severing of brotherly love left me in honest-to-God tears. It was that powerful, although it maybe becuase I'm a rather sympathetic person and can imagine the pain they're going through. The other parts that particularly affected me was the part where {bmm uif kfej hfu ljmmfe pgg}, and the part where the Darth Vader we know is born.
Anyways I'm done.

Zatch Bell: Ok, at first, I wasn't to happy about this one, after all it replaced YuYu Hakusho on Sat. Toonami (more on that later) But, eventually, it grew on me, even if Zatch is an idealistic numbskull, and what's with the girl with no lips? You know, the one that likes to torment Zatch, She's got NO FUGGING LIPS! WTF?! Regardless, I like this one becuase (A) I like Animes with fighting, and (B) any anime that can bring me to tears (of sadness, you silly toys) is a good one in my book.

Dragon Ball Z: Ah yes, good ol' DBZ..... Not much for this anime if you don't like lots of fighting and semi-ridiculous fighting techniques, But, I do like fighting, And I so do enjoy watching these guys beat each other into bloody pulps, heal, get stronger, then do it all over again.

Rouroni Kenshin: Ah, now this is my kind of anime; ancient Japan, Swordsmen, combat, comedy, and I think Kenshin is just way too cool with his Hiten Mitsurugi-Ryu, yes, I AM a Japan nut, not like those crazed otaku wannabe folk, I'm actually interested in the culture of Japan, but, now I'm starting to go off subject here, and I'm sure there're those of you who'd dispute my claim anyways, so MOVING ON....

Transformers: Ok, let me say this first off, I am a TF NUT, I love the Transformers, G1 most of all, I mean, I mean, ok, never mind, I don't think I'll be able to get my point across. I've only watched a couple episodes of Energon and Armada, so I can't really comment on them, but my favorite was G1 anyways, I didn't watch a whole lot of Beast Wars, and have never seen a episode of Beast Machines.

*Vampire Hunter D: I first watched this when I was little and the Sci-Fi channel still had "Saturday Anime", anyone remember that? Good times. any way, it was the gratuitis (sp) bloodshed and gore that got me hooked on this one, that and D wields one hell of a nodachi
I thought Bloodlust was even better.

Gundam: Ok, I love watching mechs scrap each other, that's the main reason I got hooked on Gundam Wing, It was all about the explosions, I've just got a thing for watching mech blow up, I've watched only a episode apiece of Gundam and G Gundam, and a few episodes of Wing and Seed. Seed seems to have more personality than Wing, not to mention more fanservice. (Yes, I am a dirty little bastard )

YuYu Hakusho: Okay, I love this anime, not only because of its fighting, but becuase it's main character is unique compared with some other animes. It's like DBZ, except when 2 really strong guys fight, they don't blow apart cities, mountains, and planets

Samurai Champloo: Okay, I've only seen the first episode of this, and the commercials did not impress me in the least, but after watching it, I think it has some potential, I'm just going to hafta wait and see

Full Metal Alchemist: I love FMA, It's actually a bit original (this is important), THe Characters have unique looks and everyone seems to have at least one little "thing" in their personality, and it's a quite serious anime for the most part. Ok, so I enjoy watching things blow up, I like things with plot too ya know.

*Gall Force: Ahh, the first ever anime I watched, recently aquired the box set of DVDs, so now I get to see the whole thing (Bad boy naughty boy!). but really, what hooked me was the space battles, I love space battles. Especially when theres mechs involved.

Sonic X: Ok I've only seen one english episode of this, and that was more than enough for me, I think I'll stick to the subs thank you very much, I'd like to note that I've only seen the first four episodes, but I liked them nontheless.

Ghost in the Shell: Yet another Mech anime, but this one also had a really tough plot (so much the better), but I had fun watching it, Especially since I loved the movie and PSX game (We're covered in injuries and racking up experience points!). I am talking about Stand Alone Complex, just so you know.

Monday I went to my local game center (GameTech) along with Caos Bringer and Goodlord to attend a SSBM tourney(Goodlord didn't participate though), surprisingly, I did better than Caos Bringer, my 2of3 wins to his 0of3, Which alarmed me very much since Caos Bringer is easily a match for me. For those interested, I play Ganondorf, and He plays Roy.
after the tournament, me and him killed some time by playing a few halo 2 matches with some other guys, me and Caos Bringer versus the 3 of them, despite the fact that they outnumbered us, we really made em run for their money, after a few matches they wanted to even things, so I ended up getting exchanged with one of them and got stuck playing against Caos Bringer on team slayer at uh..... *checks Halo 2 maps* Coagulation, Which made me go "Please no." because Coagulation has ghosts in the setting we were playing and Caos Bringer is an ace with ghosts. I did surprisingly well, almost won too, but Caos Bringer started singling me out since I was the only real threat to him and started racking up kills. The match ended at 50-49. Those matches that I played was the first time in a long time were I had fun, actual fun, playing against other people. As for Goodlord? He spent his time playing World of Warcraft and watching me and Caos Bringer go at it.
