My situation at work (check my Livejournal if you are at all interested in THAT wankfest) has given me a lot more free time and a massive lack of funds. So I'm in a spot and I'm doing what ever I can to raise more funds around the house. My wife

and I are going to be doing knit commissions and I am going to be selling plushes when I can lock down a good place to get good fabric.

But for now I'm doing sketch, chibi and portrait commissions.

Some of you at least I know follow Type-D the story I have been writing with my wife in our almost non-existent free time for a couple of years now. If you don't you can get the gist of it here: [link] . I'm sure even fewer of you might remember that I had ambitions of doing a comic book sometime ago but I had come to the conclusion that my work wasn't really tight enough to cut it in that medium.

We while we have been working on the story and flushing out the characters and the universe we haven't gotten a lot of writing done. While we love writing it's sort of hard to force ourselves to write so coherently and concretely as to suite the style that the story needs to get told in.

So... and one done the maths yet?

We are going to be doing Type-D as a comic. Starting with the next chapter, number seven, and after that going back and doing one through six. We might get bored and do eight in the middle of that, but it's the plan for now.

I have been uploading some art work for the comic and I still have a lot of character design to do a lot with page sketches and what not. You'll be seeing a lot of that coming up.

Life has been kind of hectic. I have a few more sticker and patch designs I need to get going for my etsy shop. I have also been thinking about doing some prints, if there is anything thing that anyone would be interested in getting as a print then let me know in comments or notes.

It has been requested that I draw some of my old angel stuff which means I'm going to have to try and remember what my characters looked like. :-P

I have been working on some photoshop collages, um they aren't naff, I promise. I might post them if they turn out any good.

Fuck. Yes. I found a job doing cake decorating at a really cool little bakery. I am so exited. I'm finally getting paid to do something I really want to. Should have some pictures of my cakes coming up pretty soon. Also I did a collage I need to scan in for posting.

Pay check is coming in a week and I have a lot of projects I want to work on so I can't wait to load out on supplies at Michaels.

So tonight I hope to get some work done on some music stuff and yeah... every thing is pretty fucking awesome.

Eh, I have been working mostly on the Nyuu/Lucy face in painter trying to make myself learn the program. It's slow going but as evident by- [link] and - [link] I'm getting the hang of it. Been spending most of my time on various forums being an asshole to people. I start work tomorrow at the Vons deli and I have NO IDEA what my job is. I completely BS'ed my way into the job. i work at sony woo! just a game tester but still the awesomeness knows no bounds. i'm just so happy. i'm working so ben is less stressed about money i have painter i actualy like my job and i'm totaly working on the art for a friends video game and he is helping me with the script for my comic.

i'm final stating to work on my comic. woo! i've got 2 final main character designs for the first book on paper (Rouge and Karoway) working on Seriphin is a pain it the ass because i havn't drawn him in so long (haven't been thinking about fate much these days) he keeps wanting to look stupid instead of badass. grrr. just moth (whos name i need to change) mikaru and terrin left to go and then i can start a script or something

on a lighter note: horible nightmares! yeah it wasn't that bad i can't even remeber what it was about but i woke up shaking and really freaked. so yeah... i want to watch fight club, boondock saints and/or fear and lothing... none of these things would be producive and i don't have a copy of boondock saints any more

I just came up with an awsome new world all based on the idea of a ring shaped land mass that is the last in habitable place on the planet.
