I can see where a lot of Holiday vigor is drained quickly if you're working in retail. Not every customer is a model customer, nor are your hours ever 100% reasonable. Thanks to a sleep-deprived state, I accidentally saved over the print-size .psd of my most recent submission and will probably have to rework from (almost) scratch before it's used again. The good news is that it cost significantly less than I thought it would to fix my tire. (bad news is there's still a hefty laundry list of things to fix.) With this week, I am looking forward to the end of the holidays more and more. My car, blessed beast that it is, decided to spring a flat on me much faster than I thought it would. Add an ER trip for sudden acute vertigo that seems to be getting better (then knocks me straight on my ass for an hour) and you can imagine how well my week's gone so far.

I've finally crawled a little further out of recovery enough to start working on things again, and I'm really excited about what I've got going on. In eight hours I'm going to wander into the local hospital and undergoing a routine surgery where I'm probably going to be knocked out for a week or so. It's been a strange weekend. With Guild Wars 2's three-day start, I've been kind of lost to exploring and drooling at the rich designs and gameplay. I'm on Tarnished Coast, if you guys are interested further, I'll post something...somewhere. Yeah. You can tell my brain's really with it, huh.

It's WINTER BREAK! I'm kinda sad, actually. This was the first semester that I enjoyed pretty much all of my classes. I learned a LOT about Web Design (how come no one told me containers were pretty much vital to every CSS layout (as far as sites go) until my final? :stupidme:), an INSANE amount about animation (and I haven't scratched the surface of that ^^; ), and drew so many large-scale pictures that I'm having difficulty going back to small scale. :sigh: Don't worry, I'm still producing pictures, just slowly.
