BUT, I'm helping Beana beat "Professor Layton and the Curious Village", which is totally a kick-ass game and you all should play it if you ever get the chance. And I'm also contemplating actually finishing that episode of House that I started forever ago. You think that I would've watched it like six-times over because I'm Maddie and it's House, but the truth is, I have watched it like...forty-times over and I've lost the motivation to finish watching after being interrupted mid-episode. It's kinda depressing, but oh well.

I started an actual blog today, which is pretty exciting if I do say so myself.

I can hear Beana playing through the end of the story in PLatCV. I totally love the storyline in that game. It's like "Bam! Dragonite. We've thrown something awesome at you. Nathan Petrelli."

(BTW, Beana has gotten me into Heroes. xP I <3 Matt Parkman. And Nathan Petrelli has "I Believe I Can Fly" stuck in his head 24-7. Also, Peter Petrelli is an assface. Don't be mad at me for saying it. Greg Grunberg said it too. It's because future Peter has that scar going on. It's hardcore and you know it. lol)

Anyhow, I'm really tired because it's so late and I should have gone to bed forever ago. I think Beana is on the verge of falling asleep mid-game. lol

This journal is basically being written to remove my old journal which was doing a very good job at annoying me.

We need to turn the heater on because it's getting pretty cold in here (we are in the garage) and I think it's raining outside. Wicked. I like the rain.

To say the least, we were worried.

However, today I went to the doctor and got an EKG, which was really cool and I had to contain "geeker joy" (Buffy reference ftw) because of my abnormal obsession with House. Anyhow, the EKG showed that I most likely have this condition called Atrial Fibrillation. It's when your atria beat faster than your ventricles and the ventricles try to keep up causing a really rapid heartbeat.

So, anyway, I have to go see a heart specialist and he's gonna be all "yo, here's what we gotta do." But, of course, my dad had to distrust the doctor and call up my uncle who use to be a nurse and ask him about it. Apparently, according to my uncle, you can't tell anything like that with an EKG and he thinks it's something something tachycardia caused by exercise. I dunno...

It's all ridiculous.

Anyway, I'm super excited about it because it's something unusual health-wise that I have to deal with. I know most people would be freaking out about this stuff, but I'm just thrilled to be learning about something new. The best part is that it's happening to me. Super cool.

On a more intense medical note:

Guys, I just bought the CUTEST DS game in the entire world!

It's called "Drawn to Life" and I have to say, I'm in love.

In the game, you take the role of "The Creator", who is basically God, and you basically created this world and stuff.

Only, it's better because the world already existed, but it's all fucked n stuff, so you have to create a hero (my hero is Dog) and run around to save everyone and fix the world.

I love drawing things that don't match with what they ask you to draw. Like when they said "Draw leaves!"....I drew my head...a sign saying DEX! aaaaaand...a heart!

There is also a spring that I made that says "HOUSE, md RULES!" xD

For those of you wondering, my hand made a full recovery from the burn, but I burned my right knuckle on my pinkie finger this afternoon making french toast for my friends.

Anyway, on to the depressing stuff::

I was informed this Wednesday that on Monday my friend Jake killed himself and now this entire week has been horrible. I've been in a state of "this can't be happening again" because I lost another friend dear to me a couple years back. It's just chilling.

My parents went out of town this weekend, but luckily, I have Beana here to keep me company so I don't go insane.

Here's a couple of things that are bugging me though:

- I think suicide is a very, very selfish thing. I feel like it's a cry for attention and you want people to notice you, but you really aren't thinking fully about the impact that it will have on people. It's like...you don't really care about how many lives will be torn apart by you being gone. Not to mention your parents. No child's death should precede his/her parents'.

- I'm tired of having people come to my house and call and everything to ask if I'm ok. I'm pretty sure that reminding me that my good friend just offed himself is a GREAT way to make me feel better, ya?

- One of Jake's friends that use to be my good friend tried to fuckin' GUILT TRIP ME into being his friend again. "Maddie, I hope we can resolve our differences because I don't think I can stand losing another good friend." I don't fucking care if I was the only reason that bastard had to live! It's not appropriate to try and resolve petty issues with someone when delivering news about a friend's suicide!

I'm trying to surround myself with my friends that make me smile and laugh because being around all of the depression and sadness of others is just going to eat away at my very being. I can't handle that. Not again. And when people say, "If you haven't cried then you have no reason to talk to me and comfort me...", I just want to freakin' kick them right where it hurts. What right do they have to tell me how to deal with my grief? What higher power gives them the authority to forbid me to comfort them or talk to them or whatever?! That's fucking bullshit.

Yea, I've been laughing and joking and having a GRAND OL' TIME with my friends for the past few days. It makes me feel better. Makes me feel that there's this little glimmer of hope that I can make it through this without going completely off the deep-end.

I'm tired of worrying that people are gonna be mad at me for being happy. That people are going to hate me for trying to keep my mind off of everything. I have the right to laugh and be happy. Don't I?!

I'm so furious and fed up with everything. I'm shaking, guys.

Why can't people understand that when I'm ready to talk about it, I'll talk about it?

Like last night..I had a dream that Reid and Hotchner from Criminal Minds were trying to deliver a pipe bomb to a wedding because they were thrown into a game devised by a mass murderer.

And that one OCD cop from the Kansas City episode second season was there...he was like freakin' out and crying and stoof.

Reid was trying to figure out how to stop this bomb from being deliver and Hotch was all like "WE DON'T HAVE TIME FOR LOGIC, REID! EITHER THE BOMB EXPLODES AT THE DESTINATION OR WE DIE!"

Even though that doesn't seem like something Hotchner would do. XD

I woke up and was all "omgwhut?" xD

(don't even make me get into the dream from Sunday with the Taco Bell people singing "Fruit Salad Yummy Yummy")

- I went to bed at one in the morning
- Woke up at 4 in the morning and got sick
- Went back to bed and slept until 10 when my grandma woke me up
- Found out that the entire day was going to be bleeding awful.
- Felt sick the entire day
- Got packed to fly back to my father's house and hug my cat
- Took a nap before getting completely packed
- Kissed my grandma goodbye as she left
- Finished getting packed
- Left for the airport late
- Got to the airport to find my flight was delayed for an hour
- Finally got through security after they checked my nail file...again...
- Went to the counter to ask the lady if my connecting flight was delayed
- Got told that I would have to spend the night in Denver
- Started freaking out
- Changed my flight to tonight at 8:15pm
- Was crying really hard because airports terrify me
- Found out my luggage was already heading to Denver without me
- Got back to my mom's house and ate a brownie :3
- Went to bed immediately afterward
- Woke up at 7:13 in the morning to a stomache ache.

So, now I'm sitting at my mum's computer in the stinky clothes I was wearing yesterday and wondering if the weather in Denver is going to be bad tonight. As long as I have my Eeyore stuffie and my lime green blanket, I'll be fine...I hope. (And, yes, I'm childish for carrying around a stuffed animal and a blankie.) I also have The BoB's beanie to keep me calm. :3

Anywho, I'll be back in Washington tonight! Woo! First thing I'm going to do when I get home is hug my kitty, Ned. X3 I miss him so much...it makes my heart hurt.

I was going to put my "Pirates of the Caribbean lol" submission as a print...but I felt that it didn't follow the Terms of Service enough for me to make it a print.

Anyway, the theme is Rockstar and, according to my sister, I'm apparently going for punk. I actually don't know what I'm going for...I'm just going for what I feel. *nodnod* There is a picture in my head of what I want...I just can't put it into words. XP

In other news, There is an SMT Blast tomorrow night~!

I'm so excited about that! Today, they are going to show the video promoting it, and I MADE IT!! If I buy a DVD+R, we can record it onto that and perhaps I can rip it to my computer for YouTube or something.

Either way, I'm UBER proud of it. Just like the cheer video that I made for my sister's cheer competition squad going to State! (I can't ever forget the freakin' cheer now cause I watched the footage so many times. XP)

In other OTHER news, I <3 Pooh Bear. Not many people know this cause I always forget to mention it. Well, I have a Pooh Bear stuffed animal! It's like ANGEL SOFT!!!

ALSO, at the imports store at the mall, THEY HAVE THE COOLEST BLEACH FIGURINES!!

OMG!! (BTW, I've recently gotten REALLY into Bleach. I'm on episode 68 right now, and I can't continue cause I can't find a watchable version of it on YouTube or anywhere else. :< )

Also, I kinda want to apply for a job at the Disney Store, just because that place makes me feel so warm and fuzzy.

PLUS, DIIIIIISSSSSCCOOOUUNNNTTTSSS!!! The Disney Store is FULL of so many great deals! Like...there was an ENTIRE display of hats, shirts, mugs, etc, for only $4.99 each!

It was wicked cool! And, it's always "Buy 2 for 10 dollars" or "2 for 15" or something. They have such good deals.

Whelp, it's 6:45 now...I don't have anything to do until about 7:30-7:45ish...

Too bad Tanner couldn't be there. I soooo wanted to greet him.
I was glad that I could go because I got sick yesterday...soooooo I was feeling AWFUL. I went to the doctor and they thought I had strep...I WAS SO WORRIED!!!

Luckily, it's only a mild sinus infection. I've got antibiotics, pain killers, and Claritin to keep everything in check. My antibiotics are Azithromycin, which has been used/mentioned on House, so I'm geeking out.

I haven't been sick in a really long time (aside from the cold that everyone catches each year), so it feels kinda weird. I have a fever and I'm sore all over. XP Worst feeling ever. I started crying cause my neck hurt so bad yesterday. XP

But, like I said, it's nothing serious. I got to go to Beana's party where something totally awesome happening::

I asked The Bob to Tolo.

I was really nervous about it because lots of things I'd been hearing and the fact that I've been over-analyzing all of the littlest things and whatnot...buuuuuuuuuut...He said yes!

I'm happy.

Now, the only thing I'm worried about is awkwardness. I don't want The Bob to feel awkward around me and stuff...xP That would make me VERY sad. So, I'm hoping that when we go, we just hang out and have a great time because hanging with The Bob is awesome. Megan will be at Tolo, so I'll bet that I'll see her and then punch her in the arm because I love her. XD

Next week, these guys are coming into our house to take out all the furniture and everything to clean it and clean the air ducts, etc etc...because we have a problem with our furnace or something and it's making the house COVERED in soot. So, we're pretty much breathing in soot all the freaking time in this house. Peachy, eh? I've got to get all my stuff packed that I'll need for like...two months because we'll be kicked out so they can work for about that long. Bleck.

Also, Tuesday, I head up to my mum's house for Spring Break. I'm going to be doing some community service stuff for my Junior Project with her because she is my mentor. I also want my grandma to teach me how to make a stuffed animal. I would LOVE to have a stuffed animal made by my grandma. I love her. She recently got over Hep C and then she broke her elbow from slipping on the ice in her driveway during the winter. She's one tough cookie, that's for sure.

Well, my sis is back from her thing, so I'm going go talk to her about how it went!

Sorry for making such a LOOOOOOOONG journal! I just had TONS to say to you guys!

Go. See it. Be amazed!

That movie is not full of gore. It's not full of crime scenes and bloody clothes and whatnots like most serial killer films.
This entire movie focuses on the investigation and the puzzles when trying to find The Zodiac Killer (who was never convicted btw).

It's so fascinating because I LOVE analysis of the mind!
(If you have ever seen "Criminal Minds", then you'll like this movie.)
Mark Ruffalo is a genius! Whoever cast him as Inspector Toschi is a GENIUS!!! I really liked that the entire movie was based on the actual Zodiac Killer case rather than be an over dramatic fictional exaggeration of some stupid murder mystery like "The Hills Have Eyes 2" or something. Jake Gyllenhaal, whom I could have either lived with or without, REALLY made me love him in this movie because he is so amazingly compelling and his portrayal of Robert Graysmith was wonderful! It made me love Jake Gyllenhaal as an actor.

AND OH MY GOODNESS! WHOEVER WAS THE CINEMATOGRAPHER WAS A COMPLETE GENIUS BECAUSE THE COMPOSITION OF THE SCENES WAS SO AMAZING!!
There were shots that I literally had to fight to contain squeals of joy because they were so beautiful! Seriously.
In conclusion, my review of this movie is that it was AMAZING and that you should all go see it. It's definitely one of the best movies out there and it really makes you think...especially since everything in the movie actually happened. MWA HAHAHAHAHAHA!

My teeth aren't in the hurting stage yet, but they're getting there. I'm going to be drugged on pain meds this weekend so I won't feel my teeth yelling at me. AHAHA My friends keep telling me not to get addicted. They're worried that I'll become such a House Addict that I'll get addicted to pain pills. XD

I love my friends.

I would never get addicted to pain meds because they always make me boring. I'm like a zombie after a while. Not like House, who can take a fistful of Vicodin and be as interesting as ever! I mean...seriously...not many people can do that. Then again, not many people are as amazingly brilliant and dynamic as House is.

Speaking of House, I was talking to this girl the other day and she suggested that House and Foreman made a better couple than House and Wilson. PSSSH! I was unable to finish that conversation with her because it's SO AMAZINGLY OBVIOUS that House and Wilson are meant for each other. I mean, come on...it's takes a lot of patience and love to put up with the things that House does sometimes. And Wilson is always putting up with House. Don't suggest to me silly pairings like House and Foreman. Psssh. (BTW, if Foreman did hook up with anyone, I'd want it to be with Cameron because I think those two would be cute together.)

Anyway, getting back to the original point of this journal, I have braces now! I'll be posting pictures on my MySpace if you guys wanna check them out!

ANYWAY, We've had a snow day for the past two days here, and I'm sooooo bored. I played in the snow and I did all the cliche snow day things, but I'm soooo ready to be back at school to see everyone. (Don't get me wrong, I love my family and my neighbor, but I miss people)

I guess I should have expected it because my family moves every three years...

But...I'm really sad because I'll be leaving behind some of the best people in the world. I mean, I've made friends everywhere I've gone, but I've never really been as effected as I have with my friends here. Perhaps it's because I'm in high school and going through that awkward "figure out who you are" stage...or whatever, but I kinda feel like I've finally found my little niche where I belong, ya know?

Don't get me wrong...I hate Washington. I hate most everything about Washington. The rain, the protests, the politics, the liberals...and I REALLY don't like Portland because it scares me, but I feel like my friends here accept all my kinks. Especially Beana.

Anyway...sorry for being depressing.

People, learn how to identify photoshop filters. It's not that hard. If someone posts something that they say is a pencil drawing and it doesn't look like a drawing that has been scanned or photographed with a digi cam to be posted on the web, THEN IT'S A FREAKING PHOTOMANIP OF SOMETHING ELSE!

Soooo, I don't know if anyone heard about what happened on House this week, but I'm gonna say....I CRIED! I won't tell you why because I hate spoiling things for people. All you need to know is that I cried. It was horrible.

OH YEA, Work Update::
I've been working since August and I'm doing fine! I work the 3 to 6 shift on Mondays, Wednesdays, and usually Thursdays now (because I have Speech and Debate on Tuesdays and Fridays and I have so many things to catch up on during the weekend), so I know how to work the register and close by me onesies! Thanks to Beana for helping me get the confidence to do it. *nodnod*

CHRISTMAS SEASON! I love it. Mostly because I love seeing the Christmas lights on houses AND singing the Christmas songs. It makes me all romantic-y and such. Kinda annoying, but it means I could be writing more poetry. ALSO, I'm going to get the third chapter to "My Only Love" finished. I've procrastinated on that soooooo hardcore. XP

I'm back from my fun day at work. We closed down early today so I get to go back to being a bum for the day.

*swoons* I. Work. With. An. Adorable. Guy. AND HE'S A JUNIOR LIKE ME! Even better, he goes to the performing arts school and he's a TOTAL doll. He was showing my sister and me the ropes and I was like, "Weee! This is going to be awesome!"

It was REAAAAALLY slow today. My mum said it was like that on weekdays mostly. I'm totally cool with that though. I got to give out samples! Woo!! I gave samples to these ADORABLE little girls and one of them got two and was all like "Look! It's a cross!" with the toothpicks. Soooo cute.

So, our restaurant is a music theme place and we play movies that are music related on the TV for everyone to watch. My mum says we can't play "Moulin Rouge" though because it's too "showy" for a public place. But, we get to play "Chicago"!! YAY! I wonder if I can convince her to play "Phantom of the Opera"...People might be disturbed by the random hangings and such though. Aw well...I'll still ask! ^_^

So, the cute guy I mentioned earlier is named Sean. He's apparently Buddhist and he's on the Ultimate Frisbee Team for the Arts school. He was talking about playing our school so he could show the pretty boys that art students can kick ass. I say "More power to him." Seriously, My school's students need to get an ass whooping.

I'm sad because my sister called the afternoon shift tomorrow, so she'll be working with Sean. T_T

The cash register scares me...I can't remember how to work it. T_T Buuuuut, Sean helped me! *dance*

It's 4am and I'm still awake...writing a.....

Ok, so maybe I'm not writing a song, and maybe I changed the words of that song a little bit. But, that's not the point. The point is, It's 4:30 in the morning, I'm sick, and i'm still awake.

The only reason I'm awake is that the fookin' rain is scarin' me to death and I'd rather be curled up next to the fire downstairs, saying to myself, "there is no way the rain could kill me....not from here."

But, alas, I'm sitting in my room, where I can here the wind randomly pick up, sending hellish torrents of rain crashing upon my window in a "OMFH! I'M GONNA DIE!!" sorta way.

I have my baby blanket wrapped around me because it's the only comfort I could find at this time of night. And now, I'm thinking to myself, "Why the hell am I writing this bullentin? It sounds like a fookin' journal entry. I should put it in my journal."

Well, I'll probably end up posting it on my xanga and maybe my devart. I don't know. It's all kinda blurring together with fatigue and a strange burning sensation in my nose and throat. Hold on. I'm going to use the Chloraseptic.......Ok. I'm done. Y'know, for something that should taste Cherry flavored, it doesn't. Bleh. that's kinda weird huh? Great. Now my whole mouth (because I have terrible aim) will be numb for about two hours. Bleh.

So...the rain has finally died down. I'm gonna try to get some sleep. K?
