Also you must know the reason we need your suggestions is because there is only one person running the club.

Although this may change in the near future.

What do you think about having gallery directors so people note the director of that gallery and they choose who should be featured.

I know how that would work, What do you think?


Our featured member is for the most input and suggestions made to the club

Although i must stress that we do not feature work unless we have permission from the artist first. This is why it takes longer for the sub issions to be processed.

We are still waiting on 4 people to actually log on to thir account and read their notes. So sometimes its all about how active an account is.

1) What are RandomDeviants about?
In a nut shell we are about promoting new/old artists on DA we would like to give you the opportunity to
help promote some new talented person you stumble across on when using the Random Deviants Button.

We think a place is needed to showcase the talent you come across.

2) We ask permission from every artist we find/or you suggest
We also keep the recored of their permission as proof.

3) You will be credited for suggesting their work

4) There is an opportunity for you yourself to be promoted as our monthly featured member. This depends on how active you have been. This also promotes you as well as the RD,s you come across

5) This is also a chance to promote the use of the Random Deviants Button because really it is a vital tool when looking for new artists

6)This is a club so as it states in the deviantART FAQ
We cannot fave our members works but we can use them in the club itself

If there are any suggestions you would like to make we would love to here them. You can either reply in this post or just send us a note

This is our first weekly update

We will have updates every week on the many different artists we feature.

Each week we will look at the newest submissions ans choose an artist to feature for that week *in the journal* Hopefully we will have interviews with that artist on what inspires them and how they work.

So also we would ask any suggestions for *featured RandomDeviant* to be sent to is in a Note during the week.

If there are no suggestions i myself will pick from the selected RD's

We are looking to subscribe in the near future!
We will also hold contests for our members as soon as the sub becomes active

There are so many Talented artists about, but also there are so many different clubs that people can join.

What RandomDeviants aims to do is this :-

Every time you click on the Random Deviants Button No matter how "popular"/"unpopular" a deviant is take the time to look at their gallery and comment on at least one thing.

Also keep an eye out for something insperational and send a note to us at ~RandomDeviants giving the link to the devination and why you have chosen it.

Please remember "we ask permission from the artist before we use their work"

All faves /comments must be made on the original piece

We link all work to the original artist and all permissions must be granted from them

With this in mind we intend to create a community based on using the Random Deviants Button that will help get people featured and known for their originalty on DA.

After all sometimes we all need a helping hand.

Also has an insentive we will be looking at those who "suggest" to us depending on how active they are, them themselves (this could be you) Will be featured as our "featured artist and member for one calender month"
