That's right 10, so there are 2 slots left... get to it lazy sons of bitches!

2) For each of the 10 first people answering this journal I will put his/her avatar and three deviations from his/her gallery on the list.

3) If you answer, you'll have to do the same in your journal, putting me on the first place, completing this way the list with 10 15 people. The idea of this is not to get a free feature, it is to spread art around for everyone!

So I saw this over at and I just had to do it. Why? you might be asking... because I have found some fellow DAers to go along with me and have a jolly old outing. *Le Gasp* internet friends meeting in real life?!? We'll see who turns out to be the fat bald 35 year old, hahaha. Seriously tho, this should be fun.

In other news, even with the impending deadlines and almost no way in hell for me to finish my entries in time, I am loving my two OCT's right now.
So... First journal for the new year.

I am in the finals for an OCT for the second time around! Woot!

is having the final round for the Indigo Tower, although it looks more like a Crimson Tower at this point. The match is a threeway slugfest between myself and and it promises to be grande. Both entrants have a really sharp style and are bringing a slew of other OC's into the matchup, and I even hear that there's some form of a conspiracy against my character "oooooh". All in all I want to have fun with this one, so I plan on lettng loose, not caring so much about if I win or not, and just do something i think I would want to read.

That being said, let me not forget about my fun filled matchup in Round One of and the imcomparable that I am going up against. I'm pulling out an old school style with this, and adding in some old school feels with a little splash of swagger. I hope the traditional and attention to detail pay off. But all in all, I think I want to have fun with this more than really focus on absolutely winning. Pretty much it seems like my goal for this year is to get back to drawing for fun, not trudging through massive amounts of entries or pannels just to make it to the next round. Work is stressfull, this shouldn't be the same.

As always whoever reads this must really like my work, so thanks a lot for stoppin by. Wish me luck and all that jazz!

So I was reading through my very first OCT entry "Spit These Bars" today and seeing how much damn fun I had with this stuff. I have to admit, that in taking on multiple OCT's at once, and trying to step up my storytelling as well as epic level, I really forgot how much fun it was to just have a character that has a good old time, because it lets me have a good old time as well. My fight with is due soon, and it is far too late in the tournament to make things lighthearted and fun. Although I did tune down the epic level and added in some unforseen elements. Shhhh. I'll never tell... But in my first round versus I plan on letting loose a little. So for those who know how batshit crazy I am, expect some inappropriate humor and at least one or two panels that will raise an eyebrow. Wish me luck and check out the fights!

After claiming that I was gonna be taking some time to work on my own projects I decided to do a 72 page entry for ’s IT tournament. That's a lot of pages, even by my standards, and never again will I attempt something so epic. So yeah, I have put the hold on doing my own stuff at least until IT is out of the way. Also I decided to enter the tournament which looks to be pretty interesting so far. I'm sending in my audition spot today so hopefully I make it in (it looks like there may have to be some cuts made!) and that will be something else to keep me busy when IT is done.
Pretty much, I guess I like to be kept busy with these OCT's it's kinda like crack or something, I can never get enough of it! I don't do crack, and neither should you... it’s just a figure of speech. Anywho, wish me luck and hope to see some of you out there in the races!

So I'm out of 's naruto chunin exam tournament. I'm not gonna use being in the hospital as an excuse, the storyline that my competition came up with was impeccable and that's all there is to it. But now I am faced with a lot of time on my hands and I need some other projects to busy myself with. I still have to color a slew of prizes and commissions but I need something continuous to devote myself to aside from and the Indigo Tower tournament. I've been looking for a decent OCT to do, but there's too many going on right now.
So I have decided to resurrect a comic I started over a decade ago that I recently found in my parents basement. It is the grounds for which all my other comics have been based pretty much and seeing as I was a tard and did things chronologically, this is the comic that has to come first. So I want to get it published... like seriously... I'm gonna be working on making this look as professional as possible (haven't decided if I should do manga screentones or Photoshop colors yet) and then send it out to like a jillion different publishers to see what sticks. Obviously this plan will be revamped and improved upon as I encounter better ideas (suggestions always welcome) but for now that's the game plan. Wish me luck and let's get to it!

I was finally discharged today, thank goodness, and now comes the catch up work that i have to do in all my little projects and whatnot, which makes me almost certain that I'm going to end up back in ICU. For those of you who are nosy, I suffered from respiratory failure due to pneumonia and some bronchial infection combination, basically I was on oxygen and hooked up to lots of IV's (fun times) for a week or so. But now that I am back, I plan on doing massive uploads, especially since I'm at my folks house, and I think I have a stash of unfinished stuff I left here from back in the day. Anywho, It's good to be back and for those that wished me well and all that THANKS!

So once again I am updating... I feel like I've been busting ass on a lot of side projects for other stuff this summer but put very little into the "Me Projects" stuff like those prizes for the name my characters contest I did several months ago... holy shit yeah, most of those are drawn and inked and just need to be colored. But the side projects have been worth the while. Mainly I've been trying to show that I have the "right stuff" in ‘s Naruto Chunin tournament, I'm in the semifinals now and it really looks like my work is cut out for me with the competition getting more skilled. I'm not worried too much tho, I feel like I've got some tricks up my sleeve still.
But what I really have been throwing a lot of weight behind is and the Indigo Tower tournament there. If you haven't checked it out then you prolly haven't read any journal I've ever posted. Seriously, this stuff is like 75% of my gallery and I am almost always in the chat room there. I've even been made a judge for future fights! I mean I don't know what makes one Battle Club better than the next, apparently Samurais are the shit and we all wanna duel like one... even tho samurai didn't duel... they had masters. But anyway, I feel like this is something worth throwing my full endorsement behind and so I wanna make it as popular as possible. Check it out ASAP, there are a lot of rinky dink piece o crap tournaments around that take the generic "You're trapped/death race/you're a contestant in some freakish battle to death for someone's entertainment" premise and end up with 20 entries but only have like 5 people participating and 4 usually drop out by the end if not the tournament holder themselves dropping out... they shall remain nameless. BUT THIS DOESN'T DO THAT! This has thought a pretty kick ass story and for what it’s worth an actual direction: rounds and settings change, the motives and players evolve and are revealed over time, etc. Plus the people in it are actually dedicated to entertaining the hell out of each other and themselves and don't half ass things. So do yourself a favor and check out and guess what? Afraid a tournament takes too long? You don't even have to enter an actual tournament! You can come up with a character and just challenge people to single fights! (Take that SDL Duel System!)

So in closing, check out unless you're an idiot and can't draw. This round I'm against the ever popular and it promises to be as always EPIC AWESOMENESS!

And to all those who looked but did not participate... fuck you! You had a chance but you blew it so I'm gonna work extra hard to make sure these prizes kick ridiculous ass so you see just how bad you messed up by not trying out for my contest. Who knows though, I had fun doing this so I may hold another sometime...

So after some careful deliberation I've decided that my Name the Characters based on their clothing Contest

[link]

:thumb80230464:

isn't really going anywhere fast... I'm hoping that there are lots more participants out there just procrastinating on submitting a kick ass name or two so I think I'll set a deadline for it so people get on the ball and also so I can finally put this to rest. Let's say the 16th of April. If by then you haven't given it a good shot then too bad.
On a separate note I'd like to thank the hell out of everyone who has participated and be sure that some of the names suggested will most definitely be getting some love. The prizes still stand: A full color drawing of a character of your choice in the style of clothing of the character you named. Tell your friends, tell your enemies, tell people you don't even care much for either way. Just spread the word and participate is all I ask.
And on a last note... why the hell is my icon a mudskipper now?

This is a clothing contest so pay attention to the overall appearance of the person and what kind of style you think they embody. Hell, if you really like the style you can come up with a name for that too. Can't hurt! Those are the basics, so I wanna hear something creative, by all means curse words are allowed, and foreign names as well.

 RULES! RULES! RULES!!! new:
Well the rules are already listed on the actual deviation but here are the extra-specifics and whatnot:
All you have to do is write a name. You can do one or you can do all five (just one at a time, I get confused easily) it's really simple. It kinda pisses me off that people have looked at the deviation and left no comments. I mean honestly if you look at it all you have to do is say, "Hey that guy looks like a Jeff" and BAM! you've entered the contest and are eligible for lovely prizes

 new: CASH AND PRIZES!!!!
Now speaking of prizes, I am not made of money and although I'd like to throw more fanciful niceties your way to encourage participation all I can give is a drawing of your request of a character of your creation drawn wearing a style of clothing from the picture. So sorry I can't afford to give away an X-Box or a subscription or some chocolate... wait actually chocolate isn't so expensive and Easter is coming up. *Edit* I will consider buying a chocolate bunny for names I really like. Now that's sweet.

DEADLINE!
As for Deadlines, I don't have any but obviously the longer you wait the more likely someone will beat you to a really cool name you might have thought of. Bottom line is that when I see 5 names that I feel fit well enough I will close the contest and the 5 winners will get their drawings from me.
Additional- You can enter as many names as you want as often as you want and are in fact eligible to win all 5 spots if you come up with 5 really kick-ass names that fit.

So with my my new tablet and a thirst for redefining my skills I embark on a project that has been many moons in the making: What I See, What I Like. So this is a project that I dreamt up over a year ago back when I was in DC. It was pretty much a desire to draw a list of things that I find visually appealing that I like to look at regardless of anything else besides how it looks. Subject matter varies, and this has nothing to do with how I feel personally about the subject itself; some people I'll portray I may not like, I may not even know too well or know at all, but I do admire their style and have decided to capture it. I'm going to try to use as many styles as possible and try to get at least 1 of these done every two weeks. If all goes well and people seem to like I may do another one sometime later on in the year.

This corell painter program is pretty nice so I used that as opposed to the usual photoshop. I like it. I think I'll try it for the Blood and Fire since I gave up on using copic markers and this kind of has the same feel.
Well I finally did it, got my hands on a wacom tablet. I gotta say I’m impressed. It is taking some getting used to and I am kinda pissed I even have to work while I have this thing, but I know that once I have some free time that is all I am doing. I don’t know if this will help me out so much with my sequential art, but it seems to do a really good job of capturing the painted/hand-drawn feel for lot’s of posters and pin up pictures. So I will use this holiday season to finally put into effect the “What I See and What I Like” series of drawing I did like forever ago. Shit this has been a long time in the making and I can only hope I still have the feeling I did back when I drew the originals… if not then that’s what the sad songs and booze are there to help recapture, heheh. Oh, and since I’m gonna be finishing up things I had started a while ago expect lots of throwbacks (for example I had this wicked pixel ID character) to come out of the woodwork. It’s lame but I hate leaving unfinished business so I have to do them and post them. Bear with me, for now the time of glorious art is upon you!

Have my character refer to his opponent as cliche and call him cock-boy... and make way too many sexual inuendos including having my character fight with an abnormally large representation of his phalus which he used to slap his opponent in the face twice and then once defeated, used said phalus to sodomize and humiliate him... I'd like to say that if my artwork ere better then these choices would have been beyond reprimand... but I know better.... so maybe its best that I just go out like the vulgar psychopath that I am. Thunder, you die with your dragon still standing strong in the face of adversity... and for that, you shall be remembered!

His character is very anime-ish and so I decided to throw a little bit of the anime vibe out there myself. I hope I did it well and I hope all like. Just like last time, I’m putting up all the pages at once, and although I tried (trust me I did try!) it will still be more than just 4 or 5 pages long. So I think I will start looking for more and more contests like this. Oh, and I finally got loud accepted in entervoid. So I figure Loud will battle there and Thunder can do battles in deviantart. A shapeshifting demonic soul eater who has an affinity for dragons... This promises to be interesting. I'm going to see if I can bring home the bacon on this one by doing full color panels with the same skill I did the black and white ones (see the shamefull excuse for an entry I used on the Thunder origin pages to see how crappy my work looked in full color). I just need some time and space to zone out and think up a really good scenario and battle sequence, so it's a good thing I'm at work, hehe. The true challenge behind this fight is the fact that I'll be at my computer only 3 or four nights during this competition so that leaves little time to photoshop. I may have to do this one primarily onld school style... let's see if I have what it takes. So to all my loyal fans (crickets chirp) wish me luck and keep looking out for some amazing pages.
So I thought I was in for sure with this void battle shit, but apparently the good people there have issues with my submission. Apparently they feel like the difference in the quality of my drawings can only be explained by claiming that I stole the good artwork I submitted and drew the shitty ones. I’m flattered to think that they think my art’s good enough to steal, but I’m also insulted that they’d accuse me of being the one of stealing. Now I will be the first to say that my entry for Thunder was pretty crappily drawn, like aside from the spelling errors I’m sure you can tell that it was drawn in one night. However, I’ve also seen some of the shit posted on void, and it’s not winning any contests either. So I sent them an e-mail linking them to this page so they could see how my art varies and is kind of all over the place but that I did in fact draw everything I claim I do… I tried not to sound pissed and insulted even though I obviously am, so that’s that. I guess I’ll try resubmitting my shit with “better” or “more consistent” quality. In the meantime I’ve found something else incredible to satisfy my picture battling urges and needs. is having a RUMBLE IN THE SUMMER contest here:

So things have taken an entire turn for the worse with work and I pretty much don't come home at all except to sleep, and that doesn't even last too long. But what I do want to get back to is doing really good drawings... I looked back at a few pages from the Blood and Fire and I feel like I rushed them way too much just to get something out. So I'm holding off on the next few pages until I feel like I've put in enough work to really reflect what I'm truly capable of. Also, I went through some old drawings and revisited a style I used to OWN so hard, I need to kinda get back into it, I feel like it fits the direction for where blood and fire is going, but its not there just yet. Its similar to stephen platt, if anyone knows who he is. Anywho, my granny is in town this week, so the drawing will be postponed yet again, but this time not for work but for good yummy food and granny time!
P.S. I love hearing stories about my dad when he was my age, he did the same shit I do! Its hilarious!

So I’m going to hold off on submitting again until I finish at least two or three more pages in a row, that way I can add to the story instead of doing the bit by painful bit submissions that usually piss me off when I see them on other people’s pages. At least for now, the story is too fragile to tease and leave people lingering on the background story. In other news, as I was writing this I inevitably started thinking of certain songs and looked up lyrics to a song my friend Dave had me listen to back in like 2002 after some time going to school in some country-ass part of Virginia. It wasn’t until I googled up the lyrics that I found that the band “Brand New” has some sick history with a band I used to be all about then they first came out “Taking Back Sunday” and the song that he had stuck in my head, was a response to one of the TBS songs I fell in love with. Anywho, this is probably interesting to nobody but myself, but I thought it nice to share.
Oh and also, girls are the devil. I have at once found the reason I create beautiful pieces of work and disturbingly deep and saddening ones as well. In all the various shades of exaggerated emotion, I am driven by my helpless captivation by these creatures. This is good cause I at least have something solid to tap into whenever I wanna draw something and I need a certain mood to hit me. But I guess its bad cause, well cause I really don’t want women to be my weakness... But still, I guess there are worse things to have as an Achilles heel... like crack!

So it has been forever since I’ve done anything worth while in this site, and that is a shame cause I visit it so damn frequently (probably because its the only fun site that the internet filter lets me visit at my job) but I have been dilligently working on a emo-comic... it’s not really emo I think, that’s the just the best category for it that I can think of to describe a really dramatic love story that turns into a twisted demonic bloodbath. The title of it will be “Blood and Fire” I’ve drawn some poster stuff and some character stuff for it, but nothing too much. So I am not dead, I have been using copic markers to color a good part of this comic in an attempt to get work done while on the road since I’m on the road more often than not and I don’t have a laptop with photoshop. The bottom line is that I wanna post this and get some feedback without giving any background or any history or shit like that, and for once actually keep up with it and see it through to the end. I haven’t even figured out how the story will end but so far I have about 30 pages ready to go which makes up the first chapter, and as soon as I get off work (as soon as I finish drinking after I get off work) I’ll post the first ten pages. I’m new to copic but they are everything people said they were. I have to admit I’m addicted and I promise not to spend over 100 bucks in one sitting on markers... yeah, my boys kinda laughed at me for that one. Other than that the nintendo wii kicks ass, St. Patty’s Day is tomorrow, and my friend Charlie is coming into town today to celebrate (I have two bottles of Bailey’s in my bag to help that along)... (and no I don’t have a drinking problem) so it promises to be a fun weekend.

1. Draw, Draw, Draw, Draw damnit draw! (I think I finally tapped into this deviant art thing in a way that i want to where I post things and people actually look at them so now it is time to unveil my real talent)

2. Be more organized... I have like 8 differnet projects I'm working on, and I need to just focus and finish one before moving onto the next. And I need to be smart about what order I finish whatever I do.

3. Fuck emotions. Plain and simple, they serve one purpose to me as of late, and that is to fuel anger and passion that I put into certain artistic peices.

4. Hustle. Try to get my work out there. I'm tired of seeing stuff on the stands that is half as good as what I do. I mean hell, if some of these people can do it, then so can I. Just need to hit the streets, hit the stores, hit the web, hit whatever I can get my hands on and hit it hard. keep bangin until somethin shakes up.

5. And lastly, I need to learn. I mean I feel like for the last year or so I did but so much growing, artistically and personally. I want to be leaps and bounds from where I am right now by this time in 2008. So here's to that.

Well I just submitted two pictures I swore I wouldn't ubmit until christmas, but what do you know, I'm impulsive and impatient! Big surprise. As I look at the bottom two pictures of my gallery I realize I don't like purple.. why the hell have I been using it so much. But I digress. The Thane pic is the last of its kind unless someone wants to take the reigns and start a webcomic or fan-club or some junk. I'm moving on the non chibi things now. And the Borrowed Time picture is also a "last of it's kind" in that I'm not doing emotional pictures like that again for a while. It requires drawing and coloring while conjuring up old thoughts and emotions and soon enough I'm rumaging around through mix CD's and listening to them while I work... Sigh... so yeah, no more of that. Just fun stuff now!
Happy Christmas Eve!!!

So I’m upgraded from a chibi to a mech-pilot… I think that’s fairly cool seeing as I spend a good amount of time in the anime artists chat room… That being said, I will write and draw one final pic or Thane the Destroyer, Chibi Savior with a badass sword named Morder. And after that I will be on my tip for Mech-Pilot-esque badassness… I don’t think I’ll have to try nearly as hard for that, but I think it’d be cool to try a hip-hop gundam or something like that. Ohh the possibilities… But that’ll have to wait for the new year

Speaking of which! I realized something after checking my stats… I have done over 100 pictures and spent quite some time on a few a them, but one picture stands out above all as the most frequented image on my page:
[link]
You Perverts! That’s what it’s all about isn’t it? I draw hot ladies, but that doesn’t do it, I draw panty shots, and butt shots, and lesbians, and school girls, and scantily clad female ninja wresting with a succumbus! But that’s not what y’all want… you want nudity… blatant and in your face female nudity, with huge hooters and nipples that can be seen. You want a picture that earns that mature content warning, something that makes you blush if someone walks by the screen when you click on it… you deviants you. I see how it is now… Well fine, if that’s how we’re gonna play, then that’s how we’re gonna play. I got something cookin up for you for the new year then. Something big, and nude, and dirty, just how you like it! PERVERTS! Yeah, you’re dirty, you want it don’t you? You want it bad and you don’t care where you get it from, cause you have no self respect! And that’s what get’s you off!!!

That damn song's been stuck in my head all week.

So well the holidays are here and that brings lots of cheer and all that. I was tempted to do something silly like free commission chibi drawings for anyone interested, but the moment has passed. Besides I already promised someone I’d do a free pic of their liking and I don’t want them to feel less special cause I’m doing it for everybody. I am trying to get back into my pencil skills, I mean I’m a penciller at heart and I was working on that “candy ass” picture and must have done it over like 9 times, each time going into more detail and saying “I can make it better”. Reminded me of when I used to draw in school and my Dominican Friend Jorge would ask how do you know what lines to put where and in what direction, how do you do shading? And I’d ask him right back, how does the bird know to sing, how does the fish know to swim? YOU JUST DO IT!!!

So yeah, I also realized I have up on my finger listed on “tools of the trade”, so I wanna do some more blending too, old school style. One of the best things about being an artist was always being able to impress the ladies with how good you were with your hands. I wanna take it back to that.

Thank you to all who helped… Considering I only have like 12 watchers I think its pretty amazing that I got to this point already, you guys must like my shit a lot or something.

Anywho, I think my thank you page was a nice way of saying thanks; I’ll probably edit the description and dedicate it to those who watch me and whatnot. And at long last I feel like I’m coming into my own coloring style, it still takes me a minute to get it all done, but I’m getting much better or at least I think so, so hopefully this thing with my dynamic duo will last. I have a ton of ideas for this pair so even if you don’t like this one just wait and see… but seriously how could you not like that? It looks hhhhhhhott! And I will not apologize for not using a ref for the moped, I obviously have no concern for how those things work or look and if you’re focused on that instead of the succumbus riding it, then you are an idiot.

And somebody better fav this and give it more respect than you gave my dear Things Fall Apart. Ah, who am I kidding, I don’t really give a shit if people like it or not, this is for me. I got my thousand hits so I’m cool, and now I can finally relax and stop taking myself so seriously.

I'm getting into the point of my life where I do real work so my drawing is suffering greatly. Fortunately I have lots of reserves to pull from so here goes my last resort, the greatest thing I may have ever created: The Duo, A fighting, funny, flirting force the likes of which the world is not ready for... Composed of Two parts made into one unstoppable unit they are RaedenSho: a.k.a. The Duo

I don't know why it took me so long to get to this but this is a character I made when I was in like Jr. High. He is me, not in any weird ass representative of my alter ego, or me if I was a bit taller or a bit more badass or a bit more this that or the other... he is pretty much me and goes through lots of the things I do or at least would do if certain scenarios arose.

His name is Sho (Short for Shomari which is my middle name) and he is one half of RaedenSho (if you're smart you can guess which half) a.k.a. The Duo, quite possibly the greatest force known to man. The picture entitled Sho is obviously Sho, and the close up of RaedenSho is obviously the two of them. I don't think I have much going for this with initial originality, but the style and the details I like to put into this I take to heart so I feel like that speaks volumes.

I'm seriously pushing that as the best thing I've done in a long time, so get off your asses and favorite it or something. Ona side note, too much family time makes a man crazy, I've been home all weekend and its not doing much for my sanity. My drawing is going very well however, I'm getting tons done there. And on that note...
I had originally intended to make this day “The Day of Thunder” At some point in time I decided to scrap that idea and just stick with doing some regular drawings. Then I got a comment from sientjuhna that didn’t agree with Thunder’s color of choice with his green dragon tattoo… I then decided that I have to get tall the details about this character out there so that all may know. To know Thunder is to love Thunder, but I figured to really know the character I seem to be so obsessed with, you should see him in all his glory. So I am posting a few snippets of what he is and what he is like. Ummm, there’s not much sense behind a lot this, it’s just a made up character that is part of a larger group, but he’s by far the most eccentric. I don’t think I’d ever have him I his own series, so in the meanwhile, here goes some glamour shots and all that if will

Times are hard and things are getting rough. I feel like I haven’t been working a week yet and I need a vacation. Seriously, the only thing that gets me through these days is the hour or so I can draw when I get back home before I become too tired to see straight… well that and the fact that my boss is really pretty. Somehow I lucked out with that, and I mean she’s like uncannily pretty, her hair is insane, I wish I could draw it. But seeing as when you google my name this page comes up, I’d think it pretty unwise to post any pics of my employer. And speaking of googling my name, my parents have decided that its cool to do that all of a sudden so now I hear about how funny my mom thinks the comic strip of me and my drunken friends in college are. Weird… simply weird. But yeah, I have accomplished at least one goal I set out for in September and that was to have 10 people watch me! Oh I feel so loved! And so now I feel like I must reward all ten people with a treat by revealing the origins of my deviant art name! (Yes there is a meaning behind it, and a pretty damn good one too) I won’t explain it just yet. But the truth will be revealed soon enough! In the meantime thanx for watching, and if my mom reads this… please make sweet potato pie for Thanksgiving.

And without further Adeiu? -- err... delay. the origins behind ransak-the-reject:

Ransak the Reject

Publisher Marvel Comics
First appearance Eternals #8
Created by Jack Kirby

Characteristics

Species Deviant, ¼ Inhuman
Abilities superhuman strength and durability, berserker rages

Ransak the Reject is a fictional superhuman from the Marvel Comics universe. He is a member of the race known as the Deviants. Ransak was created by writer/artist Jack Kirby in 1977. He first appeared in Eternals #8.

Ransak is the son of Maelstrom and Medula, shunned and feared by other Deviants because he is not subject to the deformity of their race. An outcast, he funneled his rage at his rejection into fighting in the gladiatorial arenas that became his home.

In the gladiator arena, he drew the attention of the Eternal Thena, and both he and the Deviant Karkas were given sanctuary in the Eternal city of Olympia. Though the prospect of women who did not think him a hideous freak was comforting to Ransak, his tremendous anger still alienated him from the Eternals. The Eternal samurai Kingo Sunen has attempted to teach him discipline, to little avail.

Ransak has superhuman strength and durability sufficient to battle an Eternal in personal combat. He has a lifetime's experience in gladiatorial combat, and is thus a formidable fighter. He is prone to berzerker-like rages in which he can ignore painful injuries and attacks.

After the majority of the Eternals left for deep space, Ransak once again turned his attention towards fighting, both in and out of the arena, the Deviants that had shunned him.

Ransak featured prominently in Alex Ross and Jim Krueger's Earth X trilogy, as the leader of a guerilla force determined to aid Reed Richards' efforts to burn the Terrigen Mists out of the atmosphere and reverse the mutations plaguing Earth. As when he lived with the Deviants, Ransak was untouched by the deformity that had claimed all those around him, a condition which he considered a deformity in and of itself...

So there, the troubled and tormented Ransak, member of a race of Deviants who did not accept him, and lead him to become a violently berserk warrior, hellbent on destroying them all...

Fitting for a DeviantArt name, eh?

So you may notice (if anyone looks at my gallery that is) I have some recent additions that are repeats, well not entirely. A few things are the reason for this: Well I reread the story and I loved the art but I was a bit displeased by the writing, so I wanted to make some changes with that. I also was thinking that the main reason I never put up all my art for this story was cause I was all worried about copyright issues and people stealing my work, but I’ve got this out to enough people now to ensure that I’m safe with that (and besides the story for this is so intense and twisting and really, really, really different, that I doubt anyone would be able to rip it off even remotely well without me telling them everything that goes into it), and finally for some publication purposes I was attempting to do a more professional version of the series with an actually sequential story.

Note this story is a snippet of about 8 pages, but when I get the time I’ll do the full 20 something pages I have in order and give more background about the characters. For now I guess the overview is that This takes place in a post apocalyptic era where the medieval system of royal aristocracies reign supreme. The subjects are generally displeased and a lot of slavery and caste system-like oppression takes place. But all that comes much later. For now, the important issue is that the main character, Loud, is facing off against the monarchies finest, Garrison. The only thing fueling him is the seething rage he has towards the woman who set him up, betrayed him and killed his father, and eventually left him for dead. Who she is, what they shared together, and what the potential that Loud possesses will all be revealed in time. I promise if you like vengeance, hateful vendettas, and overemotional battles with lots of scorn and dark anger… then you’ll like what I have in store.

So with all that it looks like I would have to take a break from submitting so frequently… NOT!
Hahaha! It’s a good thing I made so many drawings in my lifetime, I can always just go into the vault and touch up some older stuff or hell, not even touch it at all and see how it does.
So I spent the past few days drawing pictures of myself for some Halloween contests. I am kinda upset cause the pictures are not accurate portrayals but I feel like they stand good chances of doing decent in the contests so I’m not too bothered. Well, there is a picture I did of me cross-dressing… that actually bothers me. But other than that I’m cool. I’m done thinking of Halloween ideas, I don’t think I’ll even celebrate this year, so screw you demons! I had set out in September to do a few fanart pics so I’d get some hits, and this marks the completion of every those pieces, so no more fanart for a while, so from here on in its all my own creations. I’m looking forward to my own characters cause they kick ass and it’s a lot more exciting to draw something you’re personally into as I’m sure we all know. SO, let the good times roll!

As you can see I had a sweet influx of designs and pictures just now. I had been on leave for a sec doing most of these and more just trying to get some art together for a potential job. I love the place I interviewed at. They don't really pay me but they give me free drinks instead! If you ask me thats just cutting out the middle man cause most of a paycheck was going towards the hooch anyways. I'm glad I have more watchers now, the more the merrier. Gives me incentive to do more art. I still have a few more things to post but I'm exhausted and my food got cold while I was posting this stuff so I think I'll save that for another time. If anyone has any idea what the hell would make a good halloween costume for a tall skinny black guy with glasses then let me know ASAP cause I'm seriously drawing a blank. Thanx.

Well well well. I have to say that learning a bit more about brush spacing and taking the time to color my pictures is starting to pay off. I think I'll lay off the black and white graphic novel stuff and start doing more dazzling art to attract viewers (I have my first watcher!). I kinda wanna do some more fanart pics before I do my original characters, cause I'm pretty sure once I get into those I won't be turning back. So far I'm thinking of a tribute to Streets of Rage 2, a Sakura pic from Street Fighter, Possibly a Zaki from the Rival Schools series. And definitely a Morrigan vs. Mai Shiranui pic. That last one is mainly going to be some fanservice so keep an eye out for it. In the meantime, if anyone has any suggestions or requests or just wanna say wzup, hit me up and let me know.

Sorry its been forever since i've submitted anything worth while. I've been stuck with wireless internet for a while and this crap is so damned unreliable. Fickle like a woman it is, I tell you that right now. But in the meantime I've been doing some scans and such of a comic book idea i used to draw back in the day (1993) and redoing the pages with much better talent. Its good to see how I've progressed, but at the same time I miss the innocence with which I approached art at that time. All my ideas were raw and limitless; I had no agenda at all, and half the time it was something I saw in a dream or a vision just coming out on paper. Ah well, I guess getting in touch with my inner child or whatever wil help recharge my creative flow. I feel like I've been drawing the same kinda shit for years and it hasn't been getting me noticed. Back to the old drawinf pad...
