In the last few weeks I've been messing around on a site called NationStates [link] , the premise of which is; You create a nation and run the hell out of it. It's not a Simulator, but it still gets the gist of it. But anyway, for Role Playing Purposes, you can design anything pertaining to your nation, and that's where my request falls today.

I'm in need of a Ceremonial Armor Design based off of an existing edit I have. I've already put together a male version of the armor with edits of existing art (This is for RP only and I stake no claim to the art itself), but I would like a female version for later use. I've tried to do it myself, but I just can't seem to get anything looking anywhere decent. Here are the edits I was able to put together...

All I'm asking for is a female design based off that and in a pose like the right example. If you actually decide to do it, just do what you think would look right (and in any way you'd prefer; sketch, digital, etc), so long as it seems like the two armors could have been a pair. And if it's not too much trouble, I'd like a version with and without a helmet. But really, just go wild.

I can't give you anything for them, but any peice that is submitted I'll feature.... Yeah, I know right, you all are getting a great thing out of the deal. [/sarcasm]

Anyway, I'm going later tonight for the 12 AM Game Stop thing to pick up my preorder copy of L4D2. So I'll be getting my fill of zamby killan in the wee-hours of the morn. Guess that's one good thing about not having a job....


EDIT- UUUUUUGGGGGGGGGH! I played that game FAR too much last night. Originally I told myself I was only going to play through the first two campaigns, then it was three, then I just wanted to see what the fourth was like, then I just HAD to beat the fifth.... So yeah... Due to my lack of self control I beat the game in a single 6 hour sitting... on Normal anyway.... >.>

As for today, I tried me some Realism Mode on normal... Good Lord that game does not want you to succeed at all. I don't know if it's just because it was the first campaign (which seems to be harder than the other four), but the Director would NOT stop hording us. And he has no problem double specialing you for the hell of it (i.e. Two Smokers, Two Chargers, etc)

Anyway, STILL no luck on the job front. Had to start digging into my savings to pay the bills and such, but things could be work.
So, with that being said, you can probably assume that for quite some time I haven't really been able to buy anything special for myself (well save for the internet), so I've decided to live a little.

I'm 19, going on 20, and I own not a single hat, so in the coming week or so I'm buying a freakin hat. I know not what kind of hat, but I shall buy one. I'm leaning towards simply a cheap, olive drab fatigue hat, or maybe a soviet ushanka just for the hell of it, but hey, you got a suggestion throw it out there. I'M SPLURGIN'!

Bad News:

~Still no work. I was able to join up with a guy I met at the last construction site, and have been working on a few residential sites with him. Its been enough to keep the bills payed (for the most part), but work is starting to trail off and money's getting tight again.

~With my financial restraints, I may have to cut my internet survice for a while, though that doesn't really mean much to you guys since I haven't really been uploading anything...

~Had a nail stab me in the side of the knee, just under the cap. Hurts like hell.

~Feel like crap.

Good News:

~My Mother is getting married tomorrow.

~I don't have to wear a suit.

Now I know most of you would take that as sarcasm, but save for me feeling like crap, I love the way a fever affects my way of thinking. Anyway, I woke up yesterday with a fever around 102º and it has kept up it's strength up to now. It's coupled with a sore throat and sinus trouble, so I just figure it's one of those two/three day things.

But back to the fever. I don't know if everyone goes through the same thing I do when I try to sleep with a fever, but I have some of the most interesting dreams and the like when I do. Between the fever dreams I woke up several times during the night and thought I saw things crawling about the room (also thought I saw the floor pulsing) but I also had some very odd ideas come to me. When ever I had something come to me I tried my best to get it on paper, but some of it is always lost in the moment (I really need to get a tape recorder for these sorts of things)

looking over what I had written down this morning I came to notice most of it was jibberish or faux science (oddly named particles, spheres of existance, weapons, etc) but the rest of it seemed rather sound (as sound as the fevered rantings of a madman can...) It mostly revolved around viruses and the like, but it gave me an idea for some peices to make if I can get around to it. It's not going to be anything fancy like my other stuff (that made me laugh for some reason) but it's something.

TL/DR I got sick, got some crazy ideas, might upload something soon

P.S. The fever is still running it's course so if none of that made any sense at all then you have your answers as to why.

Okay, it's story time, children. So get this, I'm sitting there in church on Sunday listening to the Preacher finishing up the final ceremony for the Easter Service, when suddenly one of the light fixtures dislodges itself from the wall and smashes to the floor. Now, normally I wouldn't really think much of this, just someone's folly in placing the fixture, except for one thing... A peice flew up and stuck me on the side of the forehead, not baddly mind you but enough to nick the skin and draw blood. Now you may be thinking to yourself, "Ravenger you charismatic stallion, what is the big deal of a tiny shard striking your nogin?" Well here is the twist, boys and girls. I was surrounded by people, as anyone who knows how Church Pews are would understand, yet was the only person to be struck by a peice of the fixture... Now, I know it's not really that big of a deal, it just strikes me as odd that I was the only one to be hit... inside the church.... on Easter Sunday... Maybe the higher-ups aren't happy with me or something... Guess it's better than a lightning bolt... I did manage to snag the peice that hit me, if that counts for anything...

Anyway, for the last... year or so, my sleep cycle has been some what "odd", what with the waking up at noon and going to bed and 4AM. So, in one of my ENGENIUS plans, I've decided to deprive myself of sleep so that I'll be tired at a regular hour. So for the last... -three days or so, I've been keeping myself awake so that tonight I can, you know, go to be early. I can safely tell you, my eyes hurt. Very much so. I'm also losing my voice and I'm talking to myself more than usual. Isn't sleep deprivation, grand!

But anyway, on a lighter note, things are finally starting to level out, so I might even start uploading again. Aren't you the lucky ones.

First off, good news. Got a little call yesterday from a one, "National Association of Letter Carriers Health Benefit Plan", let's call them Nalc. Anyway, Nalc gives me a ring, says they've reviewed my job application and would like for me to come in for a typing test, you have to type faster than 40 words a minute or something I can't remember. Thing is... I submitted my application FIVE MONTHS ago... seriously... Anywho, I looked passed that and am actually pretty excited about this, though I still need to call and set up the meeting. The only real bad thing about it is that it's a 2 hour drive... both ways... But for $15 an hour with full health and dental, I think I can live with it.

And now for the bad news... at least for me anyway. My 360 is on the fritz. I've narrowed the problem down to either the audio/video cord is wearing out or the system is about the Red Ring... again. The problem with the later is that it HASN'T RR'd yet and I can't send it in for another free one until it does... So, couple that with the fact I can't get a internet connection on my GOOD computer, leaves me very little to waste my time with...

Anyway, I just discovered that I can play/mod The Elderscrolls III: Morrowind now that I have a computer that runs faster than me doing the mile. This is good news and bad news. The Good News is that I can once again waste my days creating my own world and enjoying the hell out of it... The bad news is that this will cut into my "Art Time"... So yeah... I won't be submitting as much as I have been, but this shouldn't really come as a surprise to my watchers, who by the way I don't think ACTUALLY READS ANY OF THIS!

Something I have to say about CC, the employees there have freaken' GOD level Speech craft and Mercantile skills, I walk in with a peice of paper saying I should get a GeForce 6100 Graphics card, the guy talks me into buying a 9800... I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEY MADE 9800! Also, things in CC are expensive and when I say expensive I mean expensive. I won't go into details, but it was expensive.... very much so... >.>


So yeah, I have a new computer, a new desk, and I have no money... all in all a good day.

As of late, I have been looking into finding a job, and I think I may have just found one. It's at an insurance company in the mail room, it pays 20 an hour, 7AM-4PM/Mon-Fri, full benefits, etc. The only problem is it's 90 minute drive to get there.... AND I DON'T HAVE A CAR! D:

On the bright side is a bunch of people from my town also work there so I'll probably be able to car pool with them until I can get myself a ride.

I haven't been called in for an interview, but the woman who told me of the job says I have an 80% chance of getting it..... So I have my fingers crossed.....

There are some other things that have been bothering me, but I won't bore you with all that crap....

ALSO, I'm still reading The Zombie Survival Guide, and that too has me paranoid... about zombies... The book pretty much lists every possible way I'm going to DIE if there ever were an outbreak... I know the book is fiction... But I'm buying a hatchet this week end...

Oh, before I forget, I also got my laptop back and it's good as new.... but my wireless mouse has crapped out on me so I have to get a new one.....

Alright, I've taken a nap, downs some pain killers, and chewed some gum, so I'm 70% better.

Yesterday I got a call from a close friend of mine asking if I wanted to movies with another friend of ours. I originally didn't want to go but then he unloaded the twist, he's moving away to Phili this week end so this'll probably be the last time I'll see him.... EVER.... So of course my mind was changed then and there, about an hour later he and our other friend pull up and we head off to the movies. We ended up seeing "Wanted", which by the way, wasn't as bad as I expected. Afterwards we returned to his house for some Poker, it was a $2 buy in but I ended up putting $6 in for chips. I don't know when the alcohol(nothing hard, just Corona and Heineken) started being passed out, but all I know is.... it was good... I can't remember how much I had, I kinda stopped counting after 7 bottles, but I do remember that we stopped playing and drinking at 5 AM, after that we all just kinda found our own places around the house and passed out....

Let me just sum up the night's events a bit. I won $20 in poker, I drank until I couldn't see straight, I feel asleep in a poker chair, at some point I bought a plunger.... Don't ask because I don't know...

Anywho, my slowly deteriorating grasp on reality aside, let me tell you the high points of this week... Well, I beat GTA IV, discovered the wonderful world of Team Fortress 2 on Xbox LIVE, I discovered I suck at playing TF2 but still play it anyway, and I was stung by a bee on one of my little outings to the yard.... I miss my laptop... I miss working on stuff... I miss when I could work in the living room while watching old M*A*S*H re-runs... But no.... Now I'm stuck in the little cramped room that smells of sweat and tobacco spit.... If anyone is reading this.... Send help....
