I've been walking a few steps behind recently and I wonder If anyone notices. To me it seems that nobody noties that I get lost in the crowds alone and sad. Just wondering where my friends are. Wondering if they notice that I'm not with them anymore. I just feel lonely and confused lost in my wonderment. I jsut want to know that someone notices that I was left behind, that i was lost in the crowd, that they hear my cry for them to wait up for me.

We don't care if you talk to other guys.

We don't care if you're friends with other guys.

But when you're sitting next to us, and some random guy walks into the room and you jump up and tackle him, without even introducing us, yeah, it pisses us off.

It doesn't help if you sit there and talk to him for ten minutes without even acknowledging the fact that we're still there.

We don't care if a guy calls >OR TEXTS< you, but at 2 in the morning we do get a little concerned.

Nothing is that important at 2 a.m. that it can't wait
till the morning.

Also, when we tell you you're pretty/ beautiful/ gorgeous/
cute/ stunning, we freaking mean it.

Don't tell us we're wrong.

We'll stop trying to convince you.

The sexiest thing about a girl is confidence.
Yeah, you can quote me.

Don't be mad when we hold the door open. Take Advantage of the mood im in.

let us pay for you!

dont "feel bad"

We enjoy doing it.

It's expected.

Smile and

say "thank you."

Kiss us when no

one's watching.

If you kiss us when you know somebody's looking, we'll be more impressed.

You don't have to get dressed up for us.

If we're going out with you in the first place, you don't have to feel the need to
wear the shortest skirt you have or put on every kind of makeup you own.

We like you for who you are and not what you are.

honestly, i think a girl looks more beautiful when she's just in her pj's. or my tshirt and boxers, not all dolled up

Don't take everything we say seriously.

Sarcasm is a beautiful thing. See the beauty in it.

Don't get angry easily.

We hate it when you act like a complete slut.

Stop hooking up with other guys when you already have one, if your not happy, tell them.

Stop using magazines/media as your bible.

Don't talk about how hott Morris Chesnutt, Brad Pitt, or Jesse McCartney is in front of us.

It's boring, and we don't care. You have girlfriends for that.

Whatever happened to the word "handsome"/"beautiful"

I'd be utterly stunned by a girl who greeted me
with "Hey handsome!" instead of "Hey baby/ stud/ cutie/ sexy" or whatever else you can think of.

on the other hand im not sayin i woulndnt like it ether ; )

Also "getting some" is not the only thing EVERY guy cares about.
Girls, proof of this is if a guy will wait for you to be "ready" to "take your relationship to the next level"

Not all guys are the same. And we're not all perfect either. We're only human.

Girls, I cannot stress this enough: if you aren't being treated right by a guy, dont wait for him to change. ditch his sorry, disgrace to the male population ass and find someone who will treat you with utter respect

Someone who will honor your morals.

Someone who will make you smile when you're at your
lowest.

Someone who will care for you even when you make mistakes.

Someone who will love you, no matter how bad you make them feel.

Someone who will stop what they're doing just to look you in the eyes....and say "i love you" ..and actually mean it.

Give the nice guys a chance

Guys repost this if you agree

Girls repost this if you think it's cute

Every Guy who isn't a jerk will agree with this, so we hope that all the girls that read this will repost this

*Holdin Hands
Girls :If you want to hold his hand, gently bump into it a couple of
times.
Guys : Grab it if it happens more than once.

*Cuddling
Girls : When you want to cuddle with him, tell him you're cold
Guys : Automatically move closer to her.

*Movies
Girls : During a movie, if he puts his arm around you, tilt your head on his shoulder
Guys : Lift her chin up and kiss her.

*Loving each other
Guys : When she tells you she loves you, look deep into her eyes, give her a peck on the lips, and tell her you love her
too... And mean it.

*Laying below the stars
Girls : When you're both laying under the stars, put your head on his chest and close your eyes as you listen to his steady heart beat
Guys : Whisper in her ear and link your hands with hers.

Dear 8th Graders who are just moving on to highschool..

Congrats....now you're the lowest of the low....the freshman.
so here are just a few helpful words of advice:

you are not cool (dont even try)

everyone DOES hate you

you are annoying

you still eat boogies and drool while coloring

stop leaving upperclassmen comments like "omg i miss you.. i havent talked to you in so long we have to hang out soon" most likely there is a reason they havent talked to you in while. you were the "in girls" in junior high.. sorry they are in high school now and there is much better out there. sorry.

if you get lost...dont ask an upperclassman, because more than likely you'll end up embarrassed, in the wrong room, and completely late. so go to your little fishy-camp, and learn the school before u show up, or you'll be in trouble.

When you come into high school in the fall, please dont try to
act cool because what's cool to you usually isnt cool with the
upperclassmen. you dont know the school, or how it works here, so learn your rules before you consider yourself "cool". stick to your middle school friends unless you know someone

DO NOT stand in the middle of the halls & talk to your friends because the upperclassmen can, & most likely will, push you out of the way & call you a stupid freshman. you will get hurt

its not cool to be loud and think you are cute because you arent and most likely you WILL get shut down. whistling screaming, and overall being an idiot points out ur status as "freshmen" so just dont do it..

NEVER talk back to upperclassmen. Just dont try it.

Don't come there screaming that 2011 crap. '08 & '09 &' 10 WILL shut you down

Don't try to get with a boy/girl who's older than you, chances are...they have a girlfriend/boyfriend who will hurt you..
and dont feel cool if an upperclassman is with you.. because they just want some. and prepare to get hurt. sorry.

IF some one says that you smell like tuna, just accept it, its gonna happen alot.

Don't fight getting freshied (tortured for being a freshman), just take it with some dignity

Sincerely,

-The Classes of '08, '09, and '10.

-If you're a senior, junior, or sophomore:repost this for all of the incoming freshman

are like apples
on trees. The best ones
are at the top of the tree.
The boys don't want to reach
are afraid of falling and getting hurt.
Instead, they just get the rotten apples
from the ground that aren't as good,
something is wrong with them, when in

Hey Guys!
This is Rayen and I just got back from White Stag this weekend and I thought that I should share this with anybody that I could. Many people ask what is White Stag? White Stag is a week long leadership camp in the summer in the Santa Cruz mountains at Boy Scout's Camp Cutter. This is not a boy's only camp though. It is co-ed. What we do is backpacking, swimming, and lots of yelling. You meet many people there and you'll make friendships that will last a life time. As one of our songs says, "You"ll see even better by candle's light, and we'll find more meaning in a campfires glow that we ever would in a year or so." It is true. When I went to white stag for my first time I just couldn't beleive how much fun that it was. I came back because I fell in love with the camp. Once you have the white stag spirit it never goes away. Yes I may be advertising this camp but this is the best thing that I have ever been to. You'll meet friends from all over and of all ages and by the end of the week you'll become better friends with them then the ones that you have back home. These are all really awsome people, and my fellow counselors and myself have worked hard since October of 2006 to get this camp perfect. All i'm asking is to spend a week with us in the outdoors. If anyone was to ask me or any of my fellow counselors what this camp was like in our own words we would all say that it was an undescribable experience. If you're interested please contact me on deviant art and I'll send you a link to the webpage. Ignore the front page it's only writing. If you want to know everything without technical stuff just ask.
Hope you guys want to come.
love Rayen

At the end of the alley stood a dark figure. She could see his bright green eyes through the darkness staring at her. She sensed gaurds every where incase that she made a move.
"Are you the Prince of Dracna?" She asked remaning calm.
"I am, and are you Murphy?" He smiled.
"Possibly."She shrugged.
"What were you confused about in my letter." He said in a high and mighty tone of voice.
"You killed my Family."She said.
"We did nothing of the sort. We only destroyed the filthy Bandits that took you from us." He sighed.
"Then why didn't you just kill me too? I am one of them." she asked.
"You are the long lost princess not a Bandit."He said slightly annoyed.
"I don't think that you understand me Pretty Boy. I'm a bandit, heart and soul so if you intend to change that you'll have to kill me but it would be unwise if you try. The elder of my village was the bandit king meaning that now I hold that position, because it is not passed through a blood line but through the villagers. If one is to die we elect a new one but since they are all dead I am the one." She said drawing a blade from her pocket. "tell the King to keep hiding because if I find him he will be dead before any of your gaurds can get to him."
The prince stood there in terror because he knew that she was serious. The kings death is immenant if he is found.
"I will keep looking so he'd better keep hiding." She turned on her heel to leave but she was knocked out by something and carried away.
"Sorry Murphy but we can't have you do that. Father must live. We have something special planned." Aster laughedas they went back to the castle that has never been found.

Murphy went to the furthest town possible in a weeks time. She had second thoughts but she was not going to walk back. She knew that she should have stayed and helped take care of Len but she felt like she had to leave him, just for a little while. She needed to clear her head.
She sat alone in her apartment. Misery consumed her. 'How could I have let that happen. I have lost it. How can I protect what is presious to me if I can't sense the danger lurking around us. It's just as elder said,' Avoid the outsiders to avoid death.' I'm just lucky that when I came to the village Elder Maxine had the idea to put the tatoo on me.' she yelled at herself in her head.
She got a well paying job working in a bar downtown four days a week. Within two months she had enough money for her to get gear for both her and Len, but Len still hadn't come. She knew that he was hurt bad but she didn't expect it to be that bad.
One day when she came home from work she saw a letter waiting for her. She thought that it was from the elder of the village where Len was staying but she was wrong. She didn't know how or why but it was a letter from the king's son. She looked at the letter angrily. She had been looking for this man's father for the past five or so years and she finally got a lead. She opened the letter carefully. It read:
'Dear Murphy,
It has come to my attention that you have been looking for my father the King. Also that you have leathal intentions for once you meet with him. That can not occur. We destroyed your village for your own good. You were taken from my father and I as a young child and we wanted to demonstrate what happens when you steal from the king. If you are still confused about this meet me tonight in the alley near the general store.
sincerly,
your brother, Aster, Prince of Dracna'
She crinkled the letter and thew it against the wall. She now knew their motive witch made her furious. The king was her father and she wanted to kill him even more. She hated him so much for him killing her friends just so that she would be returned to him. She was going to slit his throat nice and slow so that he can see what pain that he brought to the bandits all around the country, but mostly so that he could see her hatred. She had an idea that she was going to put into motion.

A year passed as they searched for the king. Murphy was once again able to be happy. She still thought about her friends and reminded herself constantly why she was to kill the king. She liked having someone by her side.
At one of the towns they were staying in the forest before they would enter the town the next day. Murphy started to trust too much which was dangerous. While they were sleeping that night bandits from this part of the country attacked them. Neither Murphy nor Len ever heard them coming from the surrounding forest. Murphy did not even sense them watching them while they walked through the forest that evening. They tied the frightened Len up and just grabbed Murphy, who was calm throughout the whole thing. Len looked to her with terror in his eyes. She mouthed the words, “stay calm. I'll handle everything." he nodded still scared.
"Unhand me.” Murphy shouted to their captors.
"Why should we girl?" Their leader laughed.
"Do you really plan on capturing people who have nothing more than what is in those two packs? What merit would you get from that? We're not worth your time.” She spoke calmly.
"You lie girl. If really aren't worth our time you would be terrified like your friend. Why do you act so calm as if you have been through this before? Have you escaped bandits?" He asked coming right to her face.
"I am calm because I have been through this before many times. I was not the one being captured though.” She smiled.
"Who are you girl?” he hissed.
"I am Murphy of the bandit village to the west." She said proudly.
"Well. We have the only survivor from the village." he put a knife to her throat.
"What the?" she said confused.
"We don't care for liars girl. Everyone knows that all of the bandits from the greatest village of bandits are dead." he spat in her face.
"I am not lying. On the night that the king killed them I was in the forest looking for herbs to heal the elder because he was sick. When I got back the next morning the village was nothing but ashes in the wind and everyone was buried under the ash. Ari made it out but he died shortly after. Ever since that day I have searched for the king all over this land so I could repay him for killing my friends. I was not born in the village but from the day that I step foot there I was proud to call it home so if you still want to call me a liar then don't be afraid to get hurt." Murphy hissed.
The leader pushed harder on the knife. "I still don't believe you. The elder was wiser than to let an outsider in." He laughed.
Len started to resist the bandits that held his ropes.
"Len don’t!” Murphy exclaimed.
He didn't listen. The bandits holding him started to punch and kick him. After a long beating he stopped moving.
“Len?" she asked scared for him.
"He's not going to get up for a while." he laughed.
"Why did you do that?" she asked breaking free of the grip of her captors. Even with the knife pointed to her throat she grabbed the leaders collar.
"He was being a pain.” He laughed.
She punched him hard in the stomach. "I have never met such a rotten bandit as you." she spat at him. She rolled up her sleeve and showed him the brand that she got the day she entered the village. "I am the last bandit and here is my proof." She said.
He dropped the knife and went to his knees. The bandits of Murphy’s village are a much higher class than other bandits and it was unwise to show them disrespect.
"Leave my site.” She hissed at him. “NOW!" she shouted. They ran from her sight as fast as possible.
She went to the injured Len and saw that he was badly hurt.
“I’m sorry. “She cried.
"Murphy?" he whispered.
"Len!” she was shocked.
"I'm sorry that I didn’t listen to you." He laughed a little.
"No don't be. It's my fault. I'm sorry.” She sobbed.
"Shhh. it's okay. Now we know that you need to wear tank tops to bed from now on.” He laughed.
"This isn't a joke they would have killed you if I was lying." she said.
"But I'm alive and now I’m going to sleep.” he said passing out.
"Len I'm sorry." she got up and informed the elder of the village of where Len was sleeping and to tell him of where she was going so he wouldn't worry and that she would be there waiting for him when he was better and left the village and Len as well.

For the next month Len and Murphy went out together. They just fell for one another over time.
Murphy went into work the next morning and saw Len in the locker room all beaten up.
"Len!” She exclaimed.
He didn't even look at her.
She rushed to his side. “Len what’s wrong? Are you okay?" She asked kneeling in front of him. "Len, answer me."
She heard silent sobs coming from Len. Murphy heard the door open.
"He won't answer you girl." It was Len's grandfather.
"What did you do to Len?" Murphy hissed.
"I did nothing dear girl. Len did this to himself. He knows the consequences for going against me." He smiled wickedly.
"What did Len do wrong? Do you just like to cause harm to others?” Murphy shouted.
"Len has a fiancée. He will marry her when he becomes sixteen. You were making Len confused. He said he wanted to back out but that is not an option." The grandfather said calmly.
"Why won't you just let Len do what he wants to?" Murphy asked still shouting.
"I will not have my grandson go around with a bandit girl.” He shouted.
"How? How did you know?” Murphy’s eyes widened.
"Last night when I was reminding Len why not to disobey me he shouted 'I'm in love with a bandit!’” the grandfather fumed. "Now get out. I never want you to see Len again."
Murphy looked to Len who was looking away from her. Then looked back to the grandfather. "Only if you promise to never hurt Len again, I will leave this town and not come back for three years so that when or if I do return Len will be married." Murphy said, tears welling up in her deep green eyes.
"You have yourself a deal.” He smiled.
"I'll be out of town by tomorrow morning." Murphy nodded throwing Len one last glance and left "Ari's" never to return.
On her way back to her apartment she was stopped by a blue eyed blonde.
”Excuse me." Murphy said, her tears now mostly dried.
"Are you the one who tried to steal my Lenny-puu away?" she asked.
"Why do you think that?" Murphy asked.
"Because you are the rattiest looking piece of trash in the city.” She smiled wickedly.
"The only piece of trash I can see is the one right in front of me. Now get out of my way, I need to go pack.” Murphy brushed past her.

She ran the rest of the way to her apartment and packed quickly wanting to leave before sunset. She rushed through the market getting dried foods, new boots, clothes and other essentials. She put them all in her bag and headed out of town. At the gate she saw some one standing there.
"Are you really going to leave Murphy?" He said.
"Len don't make this any harder. Just let me go. Live happy with your Fiancée." Murphy felt the tears fall down her face.
"Murphy, you're the only person whom I've ever really liked. I don't want you to go.” He said sadly.
"If I don't go you'll only get hurt. Besides, who would want to be with a bandit girl anyway? We’re nothing but trouble.” She wiped the tears away.
"I want to be with a bandit girl." He came over to her and hugged her tightly.
"Len please let me go." She cried pushing him away.
"Will this really make you happy?" He asked.
“This isn’t about me! If I stay you’ll get hurt. So just let me go. I don’t want to stay any longer." She said crying.
"Murphy listen, if you go I’ll just follow you. I’d rather die than be without you." He even started to cry. “Let me come with.”
"But I made a deal to keep you safe." She said finally getting away.
"Let me handle that. Just let me come too." He pleaded.
"What about your engagement?" Murphy asked.
"I wouldn't want to marry anyone but you." He smiled hugging her again.
She looked up at him in disbelief. "Really?" She smiled.
"Really." He kissed her forehead.
"Won't your grandfather chase after you?" She asked.
"Grandfather won't chase us. Nina's another story but as long as I’m with you none of that would matter." He smiled at her.
"Get your things and meet me in the forest where I first met you at midnight. You'll need at least a month's worth of dried foods, good boots, and lots of clothes.” She started.
"I'll be fine. I'll meet you there." he smiled.
At midnight he met her in the designated spot, and they left immediately. Cloaks around their heads and the past at their heels. They were now off in search of the king. Murphy was never going to be alone again, or so she would like to think.

The next three weeks went by quickly. She had enough money to get her supplies and go but she wanted to stay there a little longer. She realized that it's okay to let people in every now and then. She was able to smile and be happy again. She liked working at Ari's, but most of all she liked to work with Len. He was her new friend.
One day after work in the locker room he came over to her.
"Umm Murphy. Can I ask you something?” He was being all nervous.
"What is it?" She smiled pushing her bangs out of her face.
"Do you want to go out with me?" he asked.
Murphy blushed. "Why?" Murphy asked surprised.
"Because I like you." He smiled shyly.
"Wouldn’t your grandfather get mad at you??" She asked embarrassed.
"Does that mean you don't want to?” He sighed sadly.
"No. I just don't want you to get in trouble.” Murphy smiled.
"To tell you the truth, I would still want to go out with you if it made grandfather angry.” He smiled walking closer to her.
"Where do you have in mind?” She asked
Len took her to the park so they could walk around together and Talk.
”Where’s your home town?" he asked as they were sitting on a bench.
"In the west.” Murphy said. " I bet that you would be scared if I told you more about it."
"Try me.” He laughed.
"My village was the infamous village of bandits. We were a tightly knit group.” She sighed.
"What happened?" He asked not in the least bit scared.
"The king burned it to the ground killing everybody.” Murphy explained pulling her legs to her chest resting her head on them. "I was out of the village getting medicine for the elder. I was only gone for a night and when I returned in the morning the village was nothing but ashes with everyone buried under them. My friend Ari was the last person I saw. He was the only one to emerge from the ash but he died shortly after because there was so much ash in his lungs. I promised on my bandit pride that I was going to kill who ever did that to them but I can't find the King." She was crying in frustration.
"I'm sorry.” Len pulled her close to him and held her tightly.
"When I first met you reminded me so much of Richie, Shiloh, and Ari. I didn't want to let my barrier break but somehow you got through it anyway.” she cried laughing.
"I'm happy you let me in.” He stroked her raven black hair.
They sat that way for a long time. After their date was over Len walked her to her small apartment that she was renting.
” I’ll see you at work tomorrow.” He smiled.
"See you.” Murphy smiled.

she wandered through the town still thinking of the boy. She wondered why he had helped her the previous night. Wondering why he would help the stranger. She wanted to know but she never wanted to see him again because he reminded her of her lost friends. It pained her to admit it but her emotions were returning. She felt the pain that has been built up and she was scared because one person unlocked them in one night.
She dismissed the thought many times while she walked through the town looking for a good paying job. she walked into a restaraunt that had a help wanted sign in the window. to her surprise she saw the boy that had given her a place to stay. he smiled and walked over to her. "welcome to Ari's may i help you?"he asked. "I saw the help wanted sign out front."Murphy said. "Ohh. Okay. so do you know anything about waiting tables?"he asked. "yeah." Murphy looked away from him. "it's not polite to look away when people speak to you." He said annoyedly. "sorry. You just remind me of someone."She said still looking away. "your'e hired only if you look at the customers." He said. "thankyou."Murphy said. "I'm Len. Welcome to the Ari's team." he smiled. "What's yourname kid?" "I'm Murphy." she said. "follow me and i'll show you to the locker room. There's a uniform here." he said walking to the back. Murphy followed. "At Ari's waiters work in pairs since it is a romantic restaraunt. My partner was fired a week ago so you'll be working with me. The Boss is really strict with who I work with because he's my grandfather so keep on his good side." Len said in a worried tone. " your grandfather reminds me of my villages elder." Murphy said remembering when the elder always scolded her for being friends with his grandsons.
"here you go." He said handing her a scimpy little black waitress dress. "i'm supposed to where this" Murphy asked. "yup! Grandpa likes us to look cute with our partners for the customers." he laughed. Murphy looked at him like he was crazy. "lighten up. This job is fun."He smiled. "I think you're crazy."Murphy said emotionlessly. "C'mon give me a smile."He laughed handing her the dress. "Smiling is only for when you're happy. Why should i smile?"She asked. "Because it's fun." He lughed and tickled her. For the first time in many years she laughed. 'How can he be breaking my barrier.' she wondered smiling.
He left the room while she changed. she came out of the locker room he immediately put his arm around her waist."hey"Murphy snapped. "hush. Grandfathers comming. act happy." len whispered. Murphy nodded and pretended to smile. "is this your new partner Len?" the oldman asked in a rough tone. "Yep. Isn't she just the cutest?" Len smiled pulling Murphy closer. "be good to my grandson. He's the heir to this place." the oldman said leaving. As soon as he was out of sight len let her go. "isn't she just the cutest?"Murphy mimicked him. "hey. Grandfather doesn't like me working with anybody. Says that i'm gonna get hurt by them."He sighed." enough of this though. Lets get to work." He laughed taking her hand and leading her around the tables.

Her Journey took her another year to even find a spec of information on where the king was. Since he never showed himself or spoke to his people nobody even knew where he lived or if he was even alive. The only way that the people knew of him was because of the laws he passed and his cruel acts.
Murphy is now fourteen years old. Ever since she left the bar she has started to feel emotions again. She felt strange feeling pain and anger, joy and sadness again after the many years of them being locked away. The feeling she felt the most though was not sorrow or anger but longing. She longed to feel the warmth that she hasn't felt since the last day that the village stood proudly. The hugs from her friends as she went in search of medicine for the elder. She longed to be with her friends once more but it pained her to know that her wish would never come true, for her friends are all dead. No matter how much she wanted to cry, she would not allow the tears to fall for she did not want to give them pity because she knew that their pride would be crushed.
Murphy stopped in a small town this time because her funds had just run out and she also ran out of supplies. She decided to sleep out side of the town tonight and look for work in the morning. While she was sleeping she heard footsteps near her head. She opened her eyes quickly and saw a young man about her age standing over her.
“Who are you?" Murphy hissed pointing a knife at him.
"You shouldn't sleep here. Come with me, you can stay in the barn.” He whispered looking around as if he thought that someone was watching.
“Why should I trust you?" Murphy asked rudely.
"If you don't you'll be dead by morning. This place is filled with bandits ready to kill you in a second.” He said in a worried tone.
"I'm not afraid of bandits. Do you have a better reason?" Murphy asked.
"Don't be stupid, many people just like you have died because they stayed out here. Please, you don't have to trust me but just come." He begged.
Murphy was surprised that a complete stranger was trying to help her. She shrugged, grabbed her things and followed him. Some how this boy reminded her of her old friends Ari, Shiloh, and Richie.
He showed her to the barn and where she could sleep for the night and left. All night she thought about how much she saw her friends in him. In the morning she got up before sunrise and left the barn not wanting to see that boy again.

Never looking back she started her long journey. Her heart was heavy with sorrow as she walked the ancient county side, but she would not allow herself to cry. No matter how much she hurt. She was going to find who did that to her town and she was going to act like a bandit and take their life. Even if it was her going to be her first time.
Two years passed by slowly as she traveled the countryside. Never stopping long in any one place. She kept up her barrier and when anyone tried to be her friend she would move on to the next town in search of the people who destroyed the village.
By her thirteenth birthday she was stopped in a town so she could get some money for supplies then she would be on her way once again. This time she was working in a bar as a waitress, which paid about forty dollars an hour. She planned on working there for a week or two so she could save up a lot and try to get information on the burning of her village. In Dracna the drinking age is twelve years and up. "Hey sweat stuff, c'mere." one of the boys in the bar said. " Ready to order?" she asked emotionlessly. "Yeah, we'll have a round and a waitress to go." he smirked trying to pull her close to him. She stepped back out of his reach. "Aw what's wrong? Aren’t you supposed to make the customers happy?" he stood. "Touch me and I'll kill you." Murphy whispered. "You think you could kill me? You're just a little girl." he towered over her in size. Murphy glared at him with her hardened dark green eyes. Her long black bangs in her face as always.
Another waitress come over quickly.” can I help you gentlemen?" She smiled. The boy turned his attention to her now.” well well aren't you somethin'" he laughed.
Murphy shook her head and went to the back. The other waitress came in shortly after.” Murphy you've got to loosen up. Smile a little. Make those men happy." She said. "I don't think that is possible Anna." She said in her unemotional tone of voice. "Why did you become a waitress in a bar then?” Anna asked. “I am looking for information and I need money to get supplies for my journey." Murphy said. "What kind of information? I might know." She smiled. "Do you remember the village of bandits in the west?" Murphy asked. "Yeah. It was burned down and nobody survived that day. The king decided to burn it to the ground. “Anna sighed,” but why do you want to know about that place?" "That was my town. The people who died there where my people. They killed my friends. They killed everything that I loved.” Murphy said. "I'm sorry but they were bad people they killed many and stole from many.” Anna sighed. "How do you know they were bad people? They were the best people in the world. They did not kill needlessly or for sport. Many of them served as soldiers for the Great War but then were exiled by the king. They only stole what we needed to survive. If we were as bad as you think, that man out there would be dead now. Do not judge what you don't know.” Murphy said, for the first time in four years she felt emotion. It was anger. "Sorry." Anna apologized and left.
Murphy stayed in her job for the next two weeks bought some clothes, dried foods, and other needed supplies, but most importantly a knife. She dressed herself in sturdy leather boots, a short black dress and a dark green bandanna, then set out once more this time knowing who to find but she has no idea where to go.

It was dawn as she stood on the hill. The breeze was gentle but sad. Tears filled her deep green eyes as she saw her little town, once the most dangerous place in Dracna, now nothing more than ash in the wind. The city of bandits was now gone forever, and it's citizens lied amongst the ashes. The only survivor was a young girl no older than nine years old. She was not originally from the town of bandits. She was taken from her home six years ago, but over those six years she grew to love that place and all of the citizens.
She did not believe that all of her comrades were dead so she sprinted down the familiar hill that was to the east of the village. "Ari?! Shiloh?! Richie?!" She shouted the names of her dear friends. There was no response but she saw something beneath the ashes move. She ran there immediately. She helped uncover them and saw her best friend, thirteen year old, Ari. "Ari!" She sobbed hugging him tightly. "Murphy. Are you okay?" He whispered.” I’m fine but where are Shiloh and Richie?" she nodded still crying. "I don't know. I don't think they made it. They could still be alive somewhere under the ashes but if they are they will be dead soon." he couldn't get his voice louder than a whisper.
She let him go and started to dig through the ashes in search of her friends. Ari joined her. About an hour after Ari started helping her, he just collapsed and died. He was buried under the ash for too long and inhaled too much ash. She didn't want to believe this was happening. She shook her head, tears still streaming down her face. She was truly the last survivor of the infamous village of bandits.
She stood, finally accepting the fact that they were all dead and left the village. Everything she knew and loved was now gone forever in the wind. Now the winds of change were blowing taking the remains as she left the place and her heart behind. She would never be the same happy little girl that grew up amongst bandits.
