It's September, and I'm back at school finally. First day was alright. I've got most of the teachers I had last year, and a new art teacher who I found out is a fan of Manga! As for everything else, it's all good really. I heard from my English Teacher I've got Mock Exams in December, so I'll be hitting the books soon and studying.

Biggest shock, the PS3 has been delayed in Europe until next year! I think it's going to be worth the wait, but I am disappointed. I was looking forward to Sonic The Hedgehog on PS3, which does look so awesome. I'll be saving up the money until then...But I maybe end up buying a 360 or the Wii...

Now, I'm on a downloading spree! I'm downloading the following Anime:

*The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
*School Rumble (1st Season)
*Girls Bravo
*Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha
*Cowboy Bebop 1-13

I chose School Rumble because I heard it was entertaining. And besides, I wanted a change in series. I'll still be downloading Bleach and Naruto.

Bleach just keeps getting better and better! These Fillers are well deserved. Awesome Character designs, great quality animation, and a great soundtrack! I've been reading the Manga of Bleach, and Volumes 21-23 are pretty sweet.

As for Video games, I'm waiting to see Vice City Stories on PSP, and also Need For Speed Carbon. I know NFS is gonna be good, as well as VCS. And also Sonic on PS3 when I get one..

As for my art, I've been meaning to get to doing some, but I procrastinate...same for my FanFiction..

Well I'm pretty excited today! I got a new computer last week, and today, I managed to get Naruto Unleashed on DVD! It's practically the same Uncut Version as in the US Release, only a different packaging! I'm glad that's it's finally been released. This release has the following:

*3 Discs of Japanese and English Version w/Subtitles
*Booklet with Anime-Manga Transition
*Leaflet for Naruto: Ultimate Ninja (It's being released in November! Yippe!)
*Textless Opening/Closing

So yeah, it's pretty much the same as the US release, but even so, it's so cool! Volume 2 is out 6th November!

--General Stuff--

Well, I'm back from holiday! Here's how it went out: I went to Caister, Norfolk for the first 5 days. The weather there was quite average, and I got myself a copy of Cowboy Bebop Manga Volume 1 and 2 and .hack volume 1. The place where I stayed at had some of the best food around, and the arcade there is wicked. I was playing House Of The Dead 4 quite a bit there.

Next I went to Blackpool, which is up north. It's quite a big place, and I stayed at the Norbreck Castle Hotel. It's quite fancy, and the rooms and suites they offer there are quite amazing! The Weather in Blackpool was bad. It was sunny one day, and it rained on and off the next 2 days, which was disappointing.

I went to one of the game shops there, and I managed to see some very old Playstation Games. Stuff like Final Fantasy VI-IX all at like £10-15 each, which was surprising. I managed to grab a copy of the original 'Metal Gear Solid'. Quite a classic game infact, too bad I don't have a Gamecube, cuz theres the remake of Twin Snakes....

I've decided on buying a Playstation 3 on November 17th. My dad has a nice HDTV, so it's gonna be linked up to there. One of the main games I gonna get is Sonic The Hedgehog. The graphics on that are sweet. Also, Need For Speed Carbon. And yes, I do have £425 saved up for the console, the games are gonna be around £45-£50 each...

--Art Stuff & Status--

I've recently submitted a few photos from my holiday, so check out my gallery.

My Photoshop continues to NOT work for me, so it is still out of action. I might have to switch to Paint Shop Pro, or Coral Painter or Open Canvas. Which do you think is best?

I'm deciding on some Fanart also, projects involved are:

Well, the Bleach fillers are getting better and better, not what I can say for the Naruto fillers, when the hell is Kakashi Gaiden gonna start for goodness sake? It had better be Episode 200, which is quite a milestone.

I've been reading the Manga version of Cowboy Bebop. If you liked the series and the movie, you'll enjoy this also. Also been reading .hack, which is so funny!!

Well, I have to say this before hand. I have Mock Exams in exactly 2 weeks, so don't expect me to be online for too long, I gotta go off and revise...

And I finally got Final Fantasy Advent Children on DVD! It rocks sooo hard! I thought the DUB voices were really good, especially Barret, Cloud, Reno, Yazoo, Vincent and Shinra! Now I'm waiting to get Dirge Of Cereberus: FFVII on PS2 when it comes out. I think the European release date is August, so I might be lucky to get it for my Birthday which is in August...

Working on more fanart, I'm gonna try to do more Naruto stuff, in fact, I was working on a Sai vs Sasuke drawing the other week, and now I've completly forgotten it! Looks like its time for a re-do....

Well it's been awhile since I added a Journal Entry. A lot has happened. I've bought The Godfather and Driver: Parellel Lines, writing fan-fictions and more collab work! A fan-fiction I'm working on now is a NaruIno & SaiSaku all working together on a big mission!

Anime has been pretty good. Digimon Savers especially. This series is so awesome! Naruto Fillers are getting slightly better, Bleach is now so awesome! The storyline is even more action packed then before. Hurrah for Bleach filters!

Discussion Of The Day: Naruto Chapter 282 - Team Kakashi Returns

I read this chapter and It was just the best! It sees the return of Team 8 (Shino, Kiba and Hinata). A lot of new looks here. Shino (honestly) looks like a gangster! I mean he has got 2 coats almost covering his face! Kiba looks cool, and Akamaru has grown very very big since we last saw him! Finally, Hinata does look much cuter, with longer hair. Now I'm waiting for Chapter 283!

Today, I'm chatting about the Ninja Gaiden Arc that appears in Naruto Chapters 240-244. It's quite an interesting story. It tells about Kakashi, Uchiha Obito, and Rin. Name: Bleach

Overview: Bleach is quite recent. It started as Manga in 2001, and became Anime just last year.

Storyline: 10/10

The storyline for this is quite interesting. It's about a Teenager named Ichigo Kurosaki who has the abillity to see Ghosts. One night, a girl named Ruki Kuchiki who is Shingimi (either Translated as Soul Reaper or Death God) appears in his world. It appears that an evil spirit called a Hollow came to attack Ichigo's family. And when Ruki failed to defeat the Hollow, she gave her powers to Ichigo who defeated the Hollow. Now Rukia, who is now powerless, has to stay in the real world to assist Ichigo who is now a temporary Shingimi.

This is quite funny in some parts, and there is also a lot of Action. Sorry, this kinda beats Naruto a bit.

Characters: 8/10

The Characters are quite good. There are several more Shingimi who are more powerful then Ichigo who have their own fighting styles. But each Character looks cool.

Animation: 9/10

Nice animation in this series. Good, Bright Colors. But this is quite violent so you do see a lot of Blood in some parts..

Music/Soundtrack: 8/10

A lot of different themes for the comedy parts, and themes for when Hollows appear, and the theme for the Hero as well! Also the Opening themes are good too.

English DUB: --

Bleach I heard is being Licensed sometime next year or in 2007. Just please let the dubbing company be a good one.

OVERALL: 9.5/10

My Review Of Naruto:

Storyline: 9/10

When I first watched Naruto, I didn't get it. But I soon got into and I think it's bloody brilliant! The anime is currently running a filler saga if any of you watch the new episodes....Meh, I wanna see more action.

Characters: 9/10

I think the Characters are superb! My favs are Uchiha Sasuke, Hyuuga Neji, Kakashi, and of course Naruto himself. I like how each character has their own fighting style. My fav style being Gaara Of The Desert's Sand Abillites, Desert Coffin (Sabaku Kyuu) and Desert Graveyard (Sabaku SouSou). One of other favs is Mangekyou Sharingan which Itachi has.

Animation: 9/10

Beautiful Colors all around! Despite Naruto wearing Orange (LOL), the characters and backgrounds are done nicely. But the animation in Episode 134 looks crap...I think the animators were just lazy...

Music/Soundtrack: 9/10

The music in this I enjoy too. I like the themes of Sorrow, Depression, Excitement and Tension and how they build up. The theme songs are also very good, my fav being GO!! (Opening Theme 4), but I'm too not fond of the ending themes though....

English DUB: 7/10

As most of you know, Naruto has started to air in the US. I've been downloading the DUB Episodes and the DUB is alright. I just don't like Naruto's Voice! Good thing is, they've kept the Original Japanese Music, but have edited out some blood..I wonder how long Sho Pro can keep this up?
(Sho Pro are the company that have licensed Naruto)

OVERALL SCORE: 9.9/10

Ignoring the English DUB, Naruto is a fantastic series! Both the Anime and Manga are great! I think everyone should see this!
