I recently ordered 4 prints 8in x 10in of select beach photos. I just receieved them today and they turned out great and with amazing quality. I was suprised. Sadly, depthCORE.com is down.

We have had to physically disconnect the site due to unresolvable phishing issues. This is certainly not a permanent measure, as we are aiming to relocate to a brand new, dedicated server of our very own.

However, this plan is flawed by the unavoidable fact that we are poor. dC is kept up by member donations, and at the moment we are well short of the amount we need. Hence, I'm doing something I hoped I'd never need to do, and publically asking for help.

If you ever appreciated the art or effort we put forth at depthCORE, we could really use your support. There are plans in place to make sure that this never happens again, but before they can be implemented, we need to get the site uprighted.

Well, hello everyone.

I finally reached 1000 pageviews and have been waiting quite a while for it lol. My good buddy ~zlskate2244 got my 1000th pageview lol. Thanks to everyone who has been supporting me and my work. I am very excited as this is exactly what I wanted and what I call perfect timing. My family needed a new camera, so we went on a hunt for cameras. And we ended up getting a Nikon D50 with a 18-55mm lens at Circuit City.

I was originally deciding between the D50 and the Rebel XT. I went in to the store seeing them as equal, but with the edge going to the XT due to the mexapixel difference (my dad liked that). Well once I held both camera, I knew exactly what I wanted. The Nikon felt so much better in my hands, so I ended up going with that.

I now am starting to work with it more and adapt to the new dSLR style. I love it and will be taking many many photographs and updating my gallery so keep a look out.

Well, this Saturday I leave for Williamsburg, VA. I am very excited as it is a photography oppurtunity for me. Something fresh I guess, whoah I dropped a rhyme. I am going for like 6 days to visit Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens (theme park), and the waterpark as well. So it should be a blast and I will hopefully have some awesome photographs to share.

Now, that I have the proper equipment I am now looking to move forward in photograph. I am in dyer need of getting recognized so any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Well I am at 700 pageviews and 25 watchers, so thanks to all that have been with me through everything.

Well thats enough writing for me.

EDIT: I am off to Williamsburg, I have no clue if there will be internet, so I may or may not be on within the next week. Well see you guys soon, with some nice photographs. Bye.

I am getting into photography now which is pretty obvious. I it much more than digi art and I feel that I have decent skills. I am now looking into getting a so if any of you have any suggestion please tell me. I don't know if I should get a SLR or what.
