Just read about this guy ~HeWhoWalksWithTigers. He's a really nice guy who has pretty much dedicated his life to helping tigers and the environment in general. Check out his Youtube video: [link] . He tells about some of the amazing stuff he's done to help the world.

Sounds like a cool guy, right? So you wanna help him?
His dream is to go to the Australia Zoo. And isn't it fantastic, you can help him get there! Just give his Youtube video the highest rating you can. I went to Anime Weekend Atlanta, and it was awesome!

I saw a ton of people, all of which I could recognize by name.. and none of them knew me. xD I picked up at least 30 business cards down artist alley, but only had enough cash to get one commission. Check it out: [link] That's what William and I were actually wearing. c:

Oh, and the food was amazing. <3 Pokki and Ramune and those panda bears filled with chocolate and cinnamon roasted almonds and pecans and instant ramen (but that was only because we were starving). And when this guy was closing down his cotton candy stand, he just gave us his extra cotton candy! It was great!

I'll upload a dump of some cool cosplay we saw (including a Wiimote and a guy entirely made of cardboard boxes and one fursuiter), and all of the awesome crap I bought (including an Appa plushie, Midna and Samus fanart, Teen Titans fanart, a huge box of Pokki, and more).

I'm going to Italy for 2 weeks, leaving tomorrow morning. Wooo, 6 am flights! It'll take 19 hours too, because of airlines and their stupid non-consideration of customers. It would be simple to fly from Birmingham to Newark, but the airline decided for cost effectiveness (a week before I'm scheduled to leave), that they're going to cancel that as a route entirely. Nope, now I have to fly from Birmingham to Huston, and then double back to Newark. IT'S BEYOND STUPID. Not to mention 9 out of 10 times people miss their connecting flights because of delays and the overall idiocy and unfriendliness of airline employees. :<

I won't be able to get on the internet very often. I might find some internet cafes every once in a while, but mostly I won't be responsive/active.

Anyway.. wish me luck. I sure as hell need it.

I really don't. It seems like my life's been going no where. Which, at the moment, I'm totally okay with. There's really no where to go right now. I'm enjoying relaxing. But that also means I've been super inactive lately.

So to the small amount of people who watch me for artistic value: I'm terribly sorry. The reality of my dA life is that I'm a very unknown, unpopular artist. Which I'm also okay with. It means I'm not pressured to do art, haha. I really do appreciate my small group of watchers though. You guys make me feel special. xD

I got tired of the angst journal. Don't be fooled into thinking I'm not angsty anymore. I've just decided it's not in my best interest to vent on the internet. It is not a place where help can be found anyway.. so why do it in the first place? Plus, no one really reads those journals. They usually skip them. One less thing to read, one less thing to worry about. Out of sight is out of mind, and all that crap. So that's the end of my social life interfering with my cruddy dA journals.

A couple of things:

I've not been in very good moods recently. Sorry to those around me...

I'm in one of those moods now.

I've completely lost any sense of style I used to have in my work. I don't think I'll ever get it back.. On top of that, I have art block at the moment. Just what I need..

Six weeks. Alright. I don't know how I'm gonna deal with it. But he's gonna be gone six weeks. And I have to not completely hole myself up just because of that.. I may need help with that. :\ Less than one month left now.. I don't know what I was thinking, saying I would need help. No one ever bothers to help me.

I still don't know where the hell I'm going to school next year. Leave behind the pain but also the happiness to start from scratch, or live through the bad to have the good and stay with my small group of friends? I'm going to ASFA. I don't have a choice anymore. I can always quit halfway through the year, but I would feel bad if I did..

So yesterday was my birthday, and I didn't really ask for much, because when I get expensive presents I always feel like I don't deserve them. And I feel guilty that someone spent so much money on me.. so I only asked for a CD player. Which ended up not pulling through, because Best Buy was being bitchy about selling floor models.

So little gullible me believed that was that, I wouldn't get a birthday present. But later my parents went out to go "grocery shopping" and came back with a tablet. A really expensive tablet. And I freaked out at them for getting me something, but HOMG it's so nice. It's meant for professionals, and I really have no idea what I'll do with it. I can barely use it. But I'm thankful. I'm playing with it and I pretty much suck. But whatever, practice makes perfect, or so they say.

I'm sick. Ick. Stomach thing. I haven't eaten all day. D: But that meant I started Spring Break a little early. It also means I have to make up a math test and some portfolio writing. In other news, I'm going to Maryland on Sunday. Paintball time. ^w^

Ignoring the fact that I still have a large to do list, I'm looking for some new characters for a story and I'm feeling uncreative. First 5 comments get to design the characters. They can be anything: animal, robot, human, anthro, etc. They can also be yourself, or a character based off of you with a different name or whatever. Send me a link to a character design sheet or just describe them as best as you can.

I'll have one of my own characters in it, of course. I'd love some suggestions as to which one of my characters. And some suggestions for the title of the story would be great.

... is my dad's birthday. And I have to bake the cake. And I don't have a frikkin present for him. Because I was at FWA and totally forgot to get him anything (not that I could have bought him any furry fandom stuff).
But FWA was pretty awesome. I drank some Bawls, and didn't sleep for about 30 hours as a result. The Artist Ally was my main hang out, and I met , , and . I also forced Onii-chan () to set up shop, and he made some cash ("But I suck" "STFU and get your ass in a chair" *incoherent fox merrs*).

And I bought this awesome hat, even though it's a cat hat, not a wolf hat. Also got a few commissions. I'm gonna try to volunteer next year, and maybe make some stuff to sell. And next time, I'll bring lotsa lotsa pokey. Oh, and I'm starting to make a fursuit. I'll probably end up buying the head though, because I don't want to mess up on that and then have a screwed up face.

Now back to make-up work for school.

Icon officially changed. I would just like to add: bitch bitch complain rant.

I'm scanning on some science homework of mine. I know, sounds dorky, right? We had to find the Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, and species of an animal we got assigned, and then draw/print out an anatomically correct picture of said animal. Well, we all know what Rel would do, when given a choice of printing it or drawing it. And it's pretty cool looking actually. I got Great White Shark.

I think I'm getting a scanner soon. Because I can't mooch off of my non-friends anymore. And the old '95 printer we have is finally starting to break. So we may need a new one. With scanning options. And I really have been productive. With my drawing and all. There being an art contest at school and whatnot. All my drawings are non-mechanic. Meaning no tablet. Pencil and colored pencils. Yup. I'm old fashioned. x3

If anyone out there reading this wants me to draw them something, it's free. ^___^ Enticing, right? What, with nothing on here except a story, no one knows what my art looks like...
