"10 things about my art":
1. It goes through cycles. Anthros, human/oids, comics, fanart. In that order. Currently on the human/oid cycle.
2. Learned to first draw humans by mimicing Toriyama's style. I have successfully grown out of it.
3. Likes drawing human girls. Anthro chicks, not so much. :/
4. I can't ink to save my life, at least, not to an American comic standard.=.
5. I doodle EVERYWHERE! Bank statements, steno books, even... your heart. *sparkle*
6. I like drawing big bodied muscle men. Species doesn't matter, just big and ripped (like Jesus).
7. I review art I've drawn as far back as 8 years ago and laugh sometimes.
8. Currently practicing expressions. I seem to be stuck on hearty laugh, scowl, sneer, and occassionally surprise.
9. I don't work any smaller than 9x12, and I find even that to be too cramped.
10. I blush when drawing girl legs.

Debating whether to open up commissions again. I'm kind of tired of drawing primarily anthros. If someone would pay me to draw something human/humanesque, that'd be a pleasant change. Considering I'll be out of work in four more weeks, it'd be a good idea to start up again.

I still haven't figured out how I'll be making it down to Florida yet. Now my dad wants to travel with me, so that complicates things a bit (the original plan was to just take whatever I could fit in the Kia Sephia and lament the uber-extra miles that would be added to her). We may still drive down, but it's so much cheaper to take the train and have the car transported ($200 total). That way, I'd only have to drive to Virginia (4 hour trip). Trains rides are fun, besides.

I'm a little disappointed, in a way...

Well, currently trying to come up with things to put together for portfolio submissions to Wizards, Sucker Punch (Sly Cooper!), and now PCAD in Lancaster. It's only $13K or so, so well within my price range. Dest and I will probably end up visiting at some point. I hope they have a good illustration program, as it looks like RSAD is only going to increase in price. I don't want to take out a $40K loan, anyway (Who would co-sign for me?). Anything's better than staying with Sears another year. >_<

For less than $40, the cost of a decent video game, you can have art that transcends your soon to be obsolete technology. Won't you please help and artist and purchase a commission? [link]
