60K Kiriban is close - winner receives the black jackalope!
I am almost finished with 3 models - UGH been working on them for weekes, but I should be able to post them if I can get the sealer on them this week (it's raining and I have to spray sealer outside.) I have 4 HARPG horses I am working on as soon as the crosses are approved and 5 models for ME!!! I have a 4 day weekend on Thanksgiving so I will have TONS of time to hopefully get the 9 horses done and posted.

WOW! I can not believe it's November already. How time flies when your life has felt like chaos. I am slowly getting back to being myself and I like the new me I am finding.

I am working SLOWLY on models but I am getting them done.

I want to thank everyone for all of their patience, help and support. There are so many to thank I can't list you all but =anniemare, ~BrindleLady, ^ArtisticAunJuli, =marvelous-magic, =scenceable, ~TwistedTreasures and *ghost-eye top the list!

*ghost-eye gave me two *adorable* models to use in ~HorseArt-RPG though one is in question by admin. Anyway... I love them and they were such a surprise.

Speaking of ~HorseArt-RPG - for those of you in HARPG that follow me - I do NOT draw, so any crosses that I ask for - I do Micro Mini models of and YES I send the models to the owners once I get my "foal" done. So that is my pay it forward right now. It's about all I can do right now, but it's something. There are alot of crosses I'd like to do so plan on seeing TONS of Micro Mini customs as well as others. American Heartland Live 2010

What is this? It is a model horse extravaganza taking place May 15 & 16, 2010.

Model horse people converge on Norther Missouri and have their plastic ponies judged on artistic talent/creativity and realism.

2 days of showing - over 400 classes.

What do I need from you here on DA?

DONATIONS!

Each year AHL donates around $200 to Long Meadow Rescue Ranch - a Missouri Horse Rescue Charity.

I am not asking you to donate money but to donate your TALENT.

We have a raffle and door prize giveaway that we give some great prizes too!

If you donate - there are TWO things I give you

1) 3 raffle tickets per donation piece - so you can go online and put those raffle tickets on something you might want to win!!

2) Each person on DA that donates gets their name put in a drawing for a Little Bit scale (1/16th scale) custom model by me to either a real horse color, fantasy horse color or unicorn!

THIS IS FOR DA donators ONLY!

Donate anything you like - drawings, paintings, digital art (though I do ask that artwork be FRAMED PLEASE) - even it's its just a little cheap $3 frame from Wal-Mart. Plushies, models, dolls, figures, jewelry, gift certificates, whatever.

This is the 4th year for AHL and I want to make it a success!

ABOUT THE THESTRALS:

Choice of folded wings or spread wings (sorry no holey wings are available at this time) with sparse hair on tail and on neck and head.

Price is $150 postage paid all countries

Sculpted mane and tail is $15 more.

Done from BREYER TRADITIONAL SCALE (1/9) or PETER STONE (1/9 scale) about 7-9 inches tall.

Models will be done in a mix of pastel, acrylic paint, and airbrushing. Sealed with sealer.

ABOUT THE HORSES:

I can do any breed of horse or Unicorn. This is for PAINTING only not for customizing. I will add the horn if you are buying a Unicorn but this does NOT include sculpting - this is just the model painted.

If you want a sculpted mane/tail you must add $15 to the price and if you want hair mane/tail you must add $7 to the price.

I can do portrait models of your horse - I just require all angles of pictures.
