There are a lot of them that are cool, ok.
But sometimes they are really pushed over the milit of good taste (from the point of view of who I consider a good user of the web, especially if into visual media).

But often the point is:
gifs are funny, curious, lol, omg wtf etc.

But rarely you find an animated gif that you can consider artistic.

As you have probably noticed by the feed in the devwatch (d'you like the new layouts of the opti/labs works?).

Today I've controlled to the deviations how many views the works has reached during the night, just to check their feedback, and...

I've noticed a really strange thing.

All, and I mean ALL, the deviations has "reset" their views/faves/comments/etc.

It's a momentary passing bug to the system or what?
Am I the only one who has this problem?

And today taken the train with my girlfriend from Florence and gone to Rome to see an exhibition of Shepard Fairey a.k.a. OBEY, in a nice gallery into Rome,called Mondo Bizzarro.

A lot of screen prints and some special mixed media pieces that I've finally see in the reality and not on books or internet. Amazing.

And gone also to take a visit to the MACRO, the Contemporary Art Museum of Rome, discovering again a lot of beautiful interesting things.

And I've noticed that only my entry (1 on 82) is displayed 500 px instead 600 px width.

You can think:

A)"wtf you jerk, just for 100 px you complain like that?"

B)"no, but, my friend, 100 px on a blog layout where 600 px width is the maximum 100 px is almost 20% minus than the others, so it's not so less. And it's not just related to the reduction my post".

2 days without the computer, the web, all the social networks addictions, my design job, the email stress etc.

2 days passed exploring woods, rocks, top of the mountains, dropping liters of sweat walking into wild scenary for 5 hours a day, finding arrely some mushrooms (edible mushrooms), cooking on the grill, private affairs with my girlfriend and breathing real air (living into a city with thousand cars the air is not air, better define it as a mix of lethal gas).

Returned to update it regularly and create vertical layouts of a lot of works that you have already seen here on DA.

It means that I don't want to leave DA, just to extend my online portfolio.

Behance allow you to create a more personal vertical layouts of your works, and also to choose background, put information notes and other things.

But the resolution is the best on vertical, cause if your works are mainly horizontal, like a lot of illustrations here on DA, it's still the best DA.

It's a matter of layouts views, at least.
