sorry for leaving without explanation... it was just one of those times when I needed a break for life and art and dA and everything My life was just getting to hectic and stressed and I found that I couldn't make the art I wanted to anymore, so I stopped. And now I feel better I'm feeling inspired and ready to make more wonderful arts! hopefully. perhaps. eheh.

Went skiing today... soemtimes I love living in a small town in Canada XD it was all awesome and gorgey and sunny today, too. I just don't know if my ass will forgive me for all the falls I took but still. It was just perfect. Anyone who skis/snowboards will know what I mean: a perfect day, all the runs groomed, lots of powder, sun, warm, etc etc

I survived this year once again. I am one of those silly sorts of people who decides, I'm going to paint soemthing for ALL MY FRIENDS at Christmas! It won't be that hard. Ten paintings and week later and I am really really wishing I hadn't. But, I did, and I got them all done, despite the fact that they took up ALL OF MY SPARE TIME.

Anyways, I'm back on dA. I'm excited to be back. I can finish off my long-awaited requests, never fear I think I'm getting my mojo back.

I recently read *moosekleenex's latest journal and it inspired me to make an early new year's resolution to get better in this up and coming year. 2008 will be art year! I am going to get better! I am going to actully -try- when i create art now, not just slop it all together and say, ahh well, I know I can do better but that's ok.

I'm all inspired and excited, can you tell.

I was just at a music festival and it filled me with joy and hippie love. I feel like more of an earthly person now. Course, that could just be the dirt that is caking my feet... I think it is time for a bath. After the cold and rain and the storm when I stood under a tarp in a tshirt... that sounds good.

I'm low on iron and therfore have no energy whatsoever and just want to sleep. However I did manage to clean out my room today and draw a new ID. I've resdiscovered my love of ink drawings and ideas keep filling up my scwtchbook that'll probablly blossom and become drawings that I might find fit to post. I'm tired of my messy pencilcrayon/pencil drawings I've been putting because they're all the same and I want a change.

I am not a poet. My limbs actually feel like sacks full of rocks.

I cleaned out my gallery... lol I was sick of having all this stuff in there that I didn't even like... it bugged me... so I got rid of it haha. I've also decided I'm going to keep my DA gallery for drawings and traditional stuff, rather than my pixels, which are at my website if you miss them I'm sorry if you faved any stuff, but I just needed a fresh start. I'm going to be more active now, so watch out

The best part about exam week is that I have both of my exams on the same day and I get the rest of the week off to myself I've been drawing loads and sleeping in, (and studying. Yup, I did that too) it's so nice! I feel refreshed... and am off to draw some more in my NEW scetchbook YAY!

Jeez, I wish I could refresh my social life now bwahaha that would be awesome.....

When we got back telus decided that we couldn't have high speed because there were no ports open at this time. So we have dialup. and It totally sucks.

My mom couldn't get the modem to work, so we have to use the cable on our windows 98 laptop. This means that I don't have msn, and I can't use msn2go or webmessenger because neither of them work. Also, I have to transfer my work on a floppy disk to get it onto here so I can put it on the internet.

I guess that means I'll be on hiatus for a little while.... sorry guys, it's not my fault

Mom's going over to the computer store to demand high speed tomorrow, so we may have it in 48 hours or in two weeks, who knows.

I'll keep you posted.

My next deviant will be a drawing of a fat kid sitting on a telus building, because telus is mean. THEY LIE! THEY TELL LIES! ALL OF IT IS LIES!
