I JUST HAD A FANTASTIC DAY <3

Seriously, a brilliant thing happened.

I was resting in the afternoon as I had been up pretty late last night (and had been out earlier in the day) and I am woken by this phone call. I had no idea who it was to start with, although I recognised the voice I could not put a face to it.
Anyway, I soon realised it was one of my friends from online and he was ringing to say that he was in the UK and in the same town as I live- and that he wanted to meet up and take me for a meal <33

-Insert internet safety warning here: dont meet up with people alone and all that (which I did not as I took along.-

But I have to say it was so awesome and he was really lovely, it was so good to have such a pleasant surprise <3
It really has made me so happy <3

Also to top it, I got tickets to see Skindred, one of my favourite bands of all time \o/

So im really happy right now <333

The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a ______ icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("all I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV."). The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you. *Note me for this, sorry folks. I don't post it publically.

Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your DA or link to this post so that the holiday joy will spread.

STEP TWO
Surf around your friends list (or friends' friends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now, here's the important part:

If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use -- do it.

You need not spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf -- to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not -- it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Give, and you might receive. and you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

5. Creative work about my characters listed above, like poems and stuff <3
6. To get some good long term Roleplaying buddies to test out my OC's personalities and stuff.

Yay! came down to get his present today! ^.^ I hope he likes it <3 We went for a meal too, with - Was real good fun ^_^ I enjoyed it a lot.

Also went to the cinema after with to see Beowulf, and o.m.g I have never seen such... I cant even think of word to describe it :s It was terrible, and on so many levels.
I have watched and reviewed a lot of films over time and I can honestly say that is one of the worst I have ever watched :/ And not just for one or two reasons, but many- so many things left me feeling disappointed.
