This is why I don't use DA anymore, guys. So...I -can- have sexual themed stories, but god forbid anyone else "watches" the sex? Not participating, but just watching? LOL! Good one. This place is hilarious! I love how certain things go "over the line" when they're not. I mean, at this point just delete all my stuff, right? Just don't allow sexual stories of any nature. Why delete certain ones and make it seem like finger-pointing at certain artists?

I see the way the rules are written anything could be a violation, but they're so flipping confusing no one bothers with them. I mean, I've seen far worse romance stories that are "real" smut that get a chance to stay and yet this was taken down?

WE MANAGED TO FIND A HOUSE! There were 3 other bids on it but ours turned out to be the best, so we "got" it. And during inspection there were a few things wrong with it but we were okay with it. The seller fixed 2 of the things we asked him to and we're closing on June 30th (my birthday)!!

So things have been super busy and I'm WAY short of temper because this other ass from a bad house we looked at didn't sign to get us our $500 back from the earnest money (he thinks he should get it, so now we have to take him to small claims and it's a hassle), plus move, get new insurance, sell one of the cars, pack, close the loanwork off, scramble to get enough $$ for 2 extra months of rent from the apartment and house mortgage, clean the apartment top to bottom...

Yeah.

So I've been busy and worried so sick that I haven't been writing. I've been barely drawing. x3

The stress of more house-hunting (we have another inspection to do on yet another house), scrimping money together to be able to pay for it all and begging money off my folks (GOD I hated doing that but we needed that 20% down)

I'm about ready to snap. Wait, wait: I did snap. I have.

And stupidity makes me snarl. I hate it. hate it. Okay, maybe it's blindness. You see something that makes you so outraged (like that 'Orphaned Art' bill, I went apeshit for awhile then realized it wasn't going to pass and it didn't mean what that original article was claiming it meant anyway)...

This "Starving Dog Art" thing. It's got me banging my head on the wall. I want to slap people. Just slap 'em. A lot. Don't freak out too much until you can confirm it, people! It would be terrible if it were true, but it's SOOOOO outrageous I simply can't believe it's true at all.

LOGIC people...logic.
If the dog was chained up without food or water in the condition it was in for several days it would have died long before then. You can only go without water for a very short period of time. That dog was already malnourished and dehydrated by the looks, so it wouldn't have lasted if they hadn't taken exquisite care of it in the exhibit (like supporters of the art have claimed the artist did). Again: supporters of this art have claimed the dog was watered and fed, and unchained for periods of time. Then it was released afterwards.

The artists did this so people would be aware of the problem of underfed, unowned dogs in that country. Not so that people would go all PETA on his ass specifically and sign worthless petitions to stop "animal cruelty" when there (most likely) wasn't any animal cruelty going on. The artists wanted to put a stop to animal cruelty himself...and show people that they should help, not just "observe".

...we put in a bid for a house. Finally, found one that "seems" perfect. My only concern is that it's from 1951 and it may have lead paint. Aside from the horrible migraine I had yesterday, I think that I've taken the last of my antibiotics and I should be coming down, finally, off the viruses we had. UGH. I'm beat and my head is still 'stuffy', but it's better. It just feels achy.

I got it. I don't know what happened, but I own the domain name now. YAY. I redirected it to Roronoas.Com and along with that, the new site design is all up. :3 I like it a lot...

...oh, and my fever started to rise again today. -_- Can we start the violins? They ready? Geez. The clinic also called my husband and told him to IMMEDIATELY stop taking the drug they gave him. Apparently it can build up in his system and cause an allergic reaction just like penicillin (he's deathly allergic to that).

WTF.

I felt like ...I don't know. Kicking them all. Thank God another doctor saw the script and said, 'hey, what the - this is bad!'

Katamari went for her surgery today and they called to say all is well. Her little doggy ovaries (oh, whatever, I don't really know what they remove LOL) are gone and so is her last puppy tooth she was clinging stubbornly to.

...we finally went to a clinic nearby. The doctor was shocked, saying that out of all the cases she had seen we appeared to have TWO viruses rolling around in our bodies. x3

Joyous.

But I'm feeling 100x better already (despite the augmentin making me wanna throw up, damn that shit is strong). I hate using antibiotics but after 2 weeks or so we needed 'em.

Yay, though! I'm getting better! <3 I wanna thank everyone for being so kind to me during my sick and whiny days. x_x; *hugs*

So I'm still way out of it and anything I may not respond to or say is probably the up-and-down fever talking (I didn't know you could get a "low" fever. I go from 96/97 to 99/100. "The more you know" [/music], right? LOL).

I'm upset about Easter. ;_; I come from an Italian family and we always celebrate it with Easter Pie (meat and egg filled) and the traditional "Easter Braid", a bread filled with hard-boiled eggs in their shells still. Well, in KS I can't make the dough. For some reason the climate doesn't cooperate with it. This year will be the first year in my 31 years I haven't had my Easter Braid.

Oh. And plus we're so tight for money what with Katamari (puppy) getting fixed this coming week and Mr. Prince (older dog) getting his haircut too, plus all the bills and house-hunting that we barely have any cash. It's going to be a weird Easter...and it's one of my fave holidays. I do have some small crappy things I managed to put away that I can stuff my Zoro's basket with, but eh...I love him more than anything. He doesn't eat candy so it's hard to find things to put in there. *_*

The babies have one toy we're gonna give them. x3 They share now.

It's March, and Sanji's birthday has since come and - well, passed again for the year. I haven't written anything yet but I'm starting to get an idea for a new fic, yes I am. <3

I have many pieces just lounging around on my hard drive, lots of Zoro fics and a couple of Sanji ones. I just haven't been "inspired" for awhile - damn depression curbs my hormones sometimes -- but I think I'll flesh them out soon, so to speak.

One Zoro one is going to be way more than 5,000 words, BTW. It's probably the longest short I've written. x3

Don't be surprised if I get banned for a bit, either. I was disgusted and sickened by some tracing OP shit I saw here and went a little overboard. It's only natural, though. As an artist, I hate those that copy others' works and get praised for it...when someone like myself draws original pieces and gets nothing.

It was removed due to the fact that I used (as an example) a screenshot from the anime ONE PIECE. As an example, not as an 'I drew this'.

I sit back, in awe and amazement at the fact that some of the other tutes I see do not use their own images, perse...but mine got removed. Hey! Neat!

"stamps", for instance. A ton of those little nifty things I see - most of them -- use SCREENSHOTS. Do they get removed? Nay! 'Course not. I did something because I wanted to help the community and got stabbed in the back for it.

I'd have used a piece of my art had I known.

This site lets others do what they want and post traced art and stolen things up the wazoo...but apparently not for a tutorial. If I hadn't said it was a screen shot guess what? It would have been fine. And for the love that reported us, we give you this wish: thanks, and don't bother to tell us first next time. I could have changed it but had no clue that I wasn't allowed to use an image like that for a TUTORIAL.

May you always get what you deserve, eh. I suppose I deserve this for coming back to DA when I -knew- what it was like and hated it for its nazi-isms.
