I've just found out that one of those planes crashed only minutes later, and both pilot and passenger died.

I can only hope our presence on the field didn't distract them leading up to this.

**Behind the Scenes**
~ I'm crawling over a brass, abstract-presented lion on a high, marble base, so I'm about 8 ft. from the ground at all times.
~ Also from 25 - 50 DC-peeps were surrounding us and flashing their little cameras during the entire shoot. The photoag did a marvelous job capturing the shot while maneuvering around them.

"Now close it," I gently ordered. Ed's smile changed to surprise, as if he thought I was going to squeal in a girly fashion if he playfully shut the lid.

To quote Jamie from Mythbusters, "I like it. It's private in here."

Anyhooo, the shoot was with buzzryan1963 ( [link] ) and derweissehai ( [link] ) - pics and a slideshow presentation will be coming soon. These guys are INCREDIBLE! Quite honestly, both put so much energy and integrity into this shoot it was unbelievable!!!!!!!!

It was a rollercoaster (or should I say, pod race *wink, wink*) experience, and I love that kind of ride. All I can say after a shoot like this is, "You wanna go again!"

My migraines have almost vanished, and I feel rather embarrassed because a majority of them might have been self-induced. I normally wear a black velvet choker which can be seen in most of my modeling pics. It goes with everything and to me is like a bow on a package making it feel complete. Apparently this, coupled with rolled-shoulder posture, was impeding my cerebral spinal fluid and causing about 65% of my migraines.

One night about 3 weeks ago, I had another throbbing migraine on the way home from work after already taking 4 aspirin for a migraine that developed before lunch. I didn't want to take another 4 aspirin but the pain was too great and I gave in after squinting at rush traffic for 30 min. through tinted car windows and sunglasses.

Arriving home and popping the next 4 horrible aspirin, I made my way to a darkened bedroom. I fidgeted with the clasp to the velvet fiend around my neck and then promptly cracked my head from right to left, hearing a series of 5 cracks on the right and another 2 on the left. About 20 min. later, almost all of the migraine had vanished. I remember reasoning it couldn't have been the aspirin effects, at least not yet. It took normally 45 min. before they would have kicked in. Then I reflected on my sore neck and started the web info hunt.

Apparently poor posture can be one of the nemeses for migraines. Who would have guessed?

For the past couple of weeks, I've been necklace free and overtly posture conscious, and it seems to be working too.

So as long as I can dodge the other migraine bullets of barometric pressure changes, hormones, and a few other nasties, I'm happily migraine FREE!

I normally don't share personal info, but I'm making an exception here. If this info even helps just one person then it's all worth it.
