SO. It's been like six months since I update here FAIL, ROTAE, FAIL. LOL. So... what's happened in six months... well... I've started a Teaching degree! IKR? Rotae? Teaching? Riiiiiiight... LOL. Yeah, I'm specialising in Multimedia and Music, so that's... a lot of writing, haha. I wrote 10,610 words in the last week of the semester O______o So I'm a quarter of the way through that. 1 1/2 years to go!

I've also become OBSESSED with Star Trek, as you might have seen in my most recent deviations! I'm TOTALLY not drawing Spock/Uhura RIGHT NOW >.> I'm also participating in the smrw_ficafest on LJ (Scorpius/Rose), which is fun! And I'm still a Hufflepuff Prefect on Hogwarts_Elite on LiveJournal

I'm going to SUPANOVA in Sydney on June 27/28!! Where I shall ~~stalk~~ meet KARL URBAN [Bones/McCoy from Star Trek XI and Eomer from LotR] and STANISLAV IANEVSKI [Krum from HP:GoF]!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, and Jake Lloyd [Anakin from Star Wars:TPM] - can you believe he's 19?! I wonder how weird he looks now, LOL. And Victoria from Twilight will be there too, but I don't care about her. Maybe I'll ask her if she's heard anything about Tom Felton playing Riley in the third Twilight movie (can't remember what it's called ), LOL.

ANYWAY. I'll be going with my awesome friend Emma on the Saturday dressed in HP/Star Trek gear, and meeting up with some of the awesome HP people I met in Sydney through MuggleSpace last time I was up, and then going by myself on the Sunday for purely Star Trek stuff with the guys from ONTD_StarTrek on LJ WE SHALL BE GQMFs TOGETHER!! And I'm thinking about entering the art competition!! I'll see if I can get something good going by the time I get there!

Anyone have any questions for any of those guys? I'm already going to ask Stan if he's going to be in the DH movie, but I have nothing coherant to say to any of the others... I'm afraid I might kidnap Karl Urban subconsciously... LMFAO. SO GIVE ME SOMETHING TO ASK HIM!! OH. And Jake Lloyd especially, because I HATED him in TPM but... he's worked with Ewan, so there's obviously got to be SOME use for him... LOL.

Whoa... new look is new! SO. What have I been up to since my last entry... well, I went to the USA for a month! YAYYYYYY!! It was very fun. Hot, but fun I went to California, Texas and New York!

In California we did the normal things like seeing the Hollywood sign and the Walk of Fame. There was also the handprints of the Trio and I found out that I have the EXACT same hand size as Daniel Radcliffe!! LOLOL!!

We had a big Hufflepuff meet-up as well. One of my friends drove all the way from Arizona!! WOW!! Hahah We also went to Disneyland and California Adventure (the latter of which I enjoyed more, believe it or not). And we went to the Getty Villa and saw some awesome art too!

While in Texas I went to the HP conference, Portus!!

Here's *makani, *Hillary-CW and I drawing in the arts and crafts for sale room, LOL. We didn't sign up to do commissions or anything, but we sat down and did it anyway, haha XD Hillary was on FIAH with her saleswoman talk, LOLOL And a woman came over to us and was like, "And which group are you?" because obviously you had to pay and sign up for it, and I said, "OH. We're not actually selling anything, we're just drawing >.> " LOLOL XDDDD

It was awesome. We had a hogwarts_elite meet-up and there were like 18 of us!! ZOMG!

At the ball I started to make up some awesome HP dance moves for each of the characters, and by the end of the night we had about 20 of them, hahaha. This is me, Hillary, Heather and Allison doing the Barty Crouch Jnr., LOLOLOL:

TODAY, WORLD, I AM 21 [and Draco is 28 - YAY!!! his first birthday with proof he's still alive by the end of the series, LOLOLOL]!!

I dunno that I FEEL 21 though. I don't know whether I have experienced 7665 days on this Earth. I certainly can't remember all of them. So what proof do I have that they ever existed? 0.o I mean, if all you have of the past are your memories... what happens when you can't remember everything? Do you cease to exist because you have no proof? Does someone appear at your door and say,

"I'm sorry, but you appear to not be on our records as having remembered enough things to keep you on the physical plane. We actually believe you to be a semi-sentient form of life, which has unexpectedly turned up in our system, with only the capacity to remember 30% of your time here, and so you must be taken to a different plane of existence where there are others such as yourself... and unicorns."

I hope not.

ANYWAY! LOL XD As well as being mine and Draco's birthday, today is WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY!! YAYYYY!! So do something friendly to the environment EAT AN APPLE :3 DON'T LET THE POOR APPLES ROT!! XDDDDD Or, you know, ride a bike to work or something

Hmm. Not much else to update, actually... it's my birthday party tomorrow night, which I'm totally stoked for I'm having a joint birthday party with one of my parent's best friends, Janet (who has the same birthday as me and is turning 50), and who is pretty much like an aunt to me We're having a cocktail evening with a 20s and 40s twist re: what to wear YAY!! And mah awesome peeps *SadisticSorrowX, ~greedyguts and ~Medusa-Parkinson are all coming down from mah home town for it, YAY!

I hope you guys have an awesome day! I'm going to be cleaning for most of it, LOLOL Stupid messy apartment XD But tonight, ~6kittykat6, =thechuckface and I are going to go and see the Sex and the City movie, which is awesome!

Wow. I haven't updated this in almost five months! LOL XD *fails* Sooo... what has happened in those four months... well...

1. I graduated from University!! YAY!!! I passed everything!! And my Harry Potter Fandom Documentary was TWO POINTS off an HIGH DISTINCTION!!! ZOMG!! Very happy. I passed everything very easily *is proud*

2. I have a full-time job! I'm working for a Photography company as a Creative Manager and Data Collector. It's good!

3. I'm going to travel to the USA for a month!! ZOMG!! I NO, RITE?! From the 29th of June until the 27th of July, I shall be in the United States of America!! AHHH!! Specifically, California for 10 days, Texas (AM GOING TO PORTUS WITH *}makani AND *Hillary-CW ZOMG!!) for 10 days, and New York for 8 days EEEEEEEEEEEE!! So exciting Lemme know if you wanna meet up!

4. Kevin07 won the Australian election!! ZOMG YAY!! And I have TOTALLY fallen in love with him. He's soooooooooo awesome.

5. I'm seriously considering buying a house 0.o I NO. ZOMG. I mean, rent is just dead money... sooooo... if I buy a house, I pay a mortgage, and then if I want to move, I can either just sell or get a tenant. WOW. Big decision time!! The government give you $7000 towards buying your first house, so that's all good!

6. Also seriously considering moving to the USA permanently. I'll see what it's like when I go there and then at the end of the year make a decision.

SO. Since November last year, I graduated from University, got a full-time job, am going to the USA for a month, voted an awesome Prime Minister into office, am considering buying a house, and am looking at moving to the USA at the end of the year. DUDE. LOL. Looks almost impressive when you put it all together like that!! lol All in all... I am so totally happy, and totally thankful for it, right now

Whoa... did you- did you SEE that THING?! It's freaking HUGE!! I- I can't believe I survived!!

So. Ahem. Yes. I may, or may not, have graduated with a Bachelors degree... <-- that is EXACTLY how I feel. LOL. Assuming I passed all my subjects (which MIGHT not happen... if you hope for the best, but expect the worst, you'll never be disappointed, right? LOL), I will have finished schooling. 16 years after I started it 0.o Holy crap. 20 and a Uni degree!! Let's hope I pass, eh? LOL.

WELL. Even if I don't pass, I'll probably only have to repeat one (two at the most) subjects in the latter half of next year. SO. I AM ON THE PROWL FOR A JOB. OH YES. I'm actually applying next week for a job at the ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) as an editor for their news (and maybe something like Gardening Australia, as they do that in Tassie too) They've just switched over to Final Cut Pro for editing software, and guess who has just completed three years experience with said program? Oh yes. That would be me. LMAO And if I don't get one there, I'll apply at WIN and Southern Cross, and even if I don't get ANYTHING, I still have my Video City job to fall back on if I'm desperate. Woo hoo!! Things are going good!!

BUT. For the next week, I shall be in my home city, to VOTE IN THE AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL ELECTION!! OMFG!! SO PSYCHED!! SRSLY. OMG. GO KEVIN07!!!!!!!! LOL. AND GO BOB AND ANDREW IN THE SENATE!! Yes. So. I'm very happy about that!! I GET TO VOTE!! SUCK ON THAT, JOHN HOWARD!!! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!! LOL.

So yes. Having a week's rest then coming back to get a job. Sounds like a plan!!

Uhm... anything else happen in the two months since I updates? Hmm... my Quidditch team is going to place at least fourth over at hogwarts_elite!! WOO!! LOL. And... not much else, I don't think.

So! PEEPS. BBQ/Party at my house on Saturday to hopefully celebrate Labor's victory in the election!! My mother says she's going to be paralytic on the floor from strawberry champagne if a) Maxine ousts John in Bennelong, b) Labor wins, c) Labor loses. LMAO. She's been drunk ONCE in her life, so it should be interesting. Atm there's about 20 people going to be there. So! The more the merrier!! XDDD

LET'S GO KEVIN07!! Get in and become the first Labor PM I can remember being elected, LMAO (the last one was in 1993).

So! Hm. I don't really know what to write, but I figured I should write SOMETHING, as it's been like, a month. HAHA.

Thank you to everyone who has ed me recently! Wow! There's been a lot of you

Uhm... artwise, things are going slowly but surely. I'm currently working on three different pictures, and I'm planning trades with ~yurchan and Inell from LiveJournal. Inell has gotten me into the... *gulps* Teddy/Hermione fan fiction. I KNOW. WTF. LOL. But she writes them SO WELL. And so I'm going to draw Teddy/Hermione for her, and she's going to write Rose/Scorpius for me It's scarily insane how alike her versions of Rose and Scorpius and mine are. 0.o

Uhm......... I bought a shirt yesterday that has an Emo face on it and says, "Cheer up, Emo kid!" XDDDDD HAHAHAHA. I LOVES THE PRECIOUS. I also bought two Old School Star Wars ones and two other ones all for, like, $42.50 0.o 5 tops for under $50? Totally awesome!! YAY!

I've been watching Buffy back to back for a while now... I'm currently on the second time around up to Season 4. If someone whacked me on the head with a cricket bat, Buffy would ooze out because it's taken over my brain.

Hogwarts_Elite is going very well!! The Ravenclaws and Gryffindors voted me "Favourite Hufflepuff" so I was lexcited. *luffers mah Claws and Dors* and you should ALL GO TO LJ AND JOIN. OH YES. I'm currently drawing Ernie for a fan art prompt :3 [link]

Also playing World of Warcraft... YAY!!

Soooooo... yeah. Proper update time I guess... LOL. I came second over at the LJ community Lumos_LIMS (Last Icon Maker Standing) out of the original 79 people! Woohoo!! LOL. Considering I got voted out of the second round at the Hogwarts_Elite one, I'm very proud. LOL.

And speaking of Hogwarts_Elite, I've been made a full prefect!! OMG YAY. I used to be the substitute, but now I've been promoted to full prefect duties. WHO GIVES ME THIS KIND OF RESPONSIBILITY?!?!! XDDDD LOL.

Oh! And my Remus and Tonks Simpson got honourable mentions over at the R/T Showdown. YAY!!

RE: Deathly Hallows... my policy is... I don't have one. I'll upload art with DH at the beginning if it's a spoiler, but from now on I'll be talking OPENLY about it in my journal... so... GET TO READING IT ALREADY!! LOL

Atm I'm working on more Teddy stuff (one Teddy/Victoire and one of him with Andromeda for the AWESOME fernwithy over at LJ who is writing THE MOST BRILLIANT 11 year old Teddy fanfic EVERRR (and currently has my Teddy as her default icon *dies of flatteredness* LOL)). And ~greedyguts (Amanda) was my 100th , so I'm drawing a Snape for her

Oh, and btw... it was SO INSANELY AWESOME to read about Snape's past and for it to be EXACTLY THE SAME as my Snape theory up the top there. Oh yes. OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG... Uni is DONE for the semester!! *dances* That's the reason I've been very absent, lol. And I have HEAPS of stuff to post, and reply to and... GAH. TIME OFF!! YAY!!! I'm home for the weekend *is so exschmited* And I have so much to DRAWWWW... ZOMG!!

I wish I'd had the chance to sit down and really go through the WOMBATs when they were up. I managed to get a few notes down, but not all of them. CURSE YOU, UNI, YOU BASTARD!! A lot of people complained about how hard some of it was, like the Ministers of Magic to go with their scandles. But, I really liked it! It was just logical thinking, I suppose. I had a few educated guesses... excuse me while I get my geek on

Artemisia Lufkin (1798-1811) - Several of the oldest Wizengamot wizards walk out in protest at Minister's appointment (First witch to become Minister of Magic... likely this caused a bit of uproar, especially from the "oldest wizards")

Grogan Stump (1811-1819) - Attempted assassination by centaur (Stump settled what were "Beings, Beasts and Spirits". Not very popular with centaurs, I reckon)

Faris "Spout-Hole" Spavin (1865-1903) - Ghost demonstrations at the Ministry of Magic ("protest floats") (LOL, only one left )

Nobby Leach (1962-1968) - Pureblood riots during Squib Rights marches (Around this time, Muggles were also protesting...)

Millicent Bagnold (1980-1990) - A night of large-scale breaches of the International Wizarding Statute of Secrecy (November 1st, 1981 - the day Harry Lived)

A few other points of interest in regards to HPDH were the following (whether they're true or not)

The allegation by goblin King Ragnuk the First that Godric Gryffindor had stolen his sword - interesting for obvious reasons.

Towards the end of his life, Salazar Slytherin reconciled with the other Founders of Hogwarts School and returned to the castle to die - Unlikely, but again interesting. In fact, it's HIGHLY unlikely, b/c the Sorting Hat says that, "And never since the founders four, Were whittled down to three, Have the Houses been united, As they once were meant to be". The circle will be complete in HPDH.

The world's largest Centre for Alchemical Studies in [sic] situated in Egypt - This is interesting, because it links to two of the other books. Alchemical Studies = Philosopher's Stone (PS/SS), and the Weasleys go to Egypt in PoA (and obviously Bill worked there for a while). Maybe we'll go there in HPDH?

Thanks to everyone who left me a comment (or PMed me) the other day. I'm still devastated, but I think I've finally accepted it. *le sigh* I don't think people who aren't that close to me understand just how much their music meant to me. It would be like if JKR killed off Draco, Remus and Tonks. :\ Yeah. That's how much they mean to me.

Hmm. But I suppose I should stop talking about it. Let's move onto something else. Oooooh, I know! I'm making a meme. List 5 things you'd like to happen in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, but PROBABLY won't, and 5 things you want to happen, but DEFINITELY won't.

Things I want to happen in HPDH (but probably won't):

1. Someone (I don't care who) to be posessed by a Hogwarts Founder.

2. Remus to read Draco's mind with Legilimancy*.

3. In the final battle, I want them all to be fighting and Lucius and Draco to end up face to face with each other and neither of them to be able to move.

4. I want Peter to save Harry. And I don't mean, "help him out", I mean, SAVE him. Or, die for him or whatever.

5. I'd really like for Remus and Tonks NOT to get married. For some reason, them getting married (within the HP series timeline) REALLY bugs me. 0.o I'm strange, STFU. hehe However, if it's like, an Epilogue, that'd be okay.

Things I want to happen in HPDH (but DEFINITELY won't):

1. I want there to be a spell, which makes the person burst into song and explain why they're not evil (see Draco and Snape duet), because DAMNIT I WANNA HEAR TOM SING. LMFAO. XDDD

2. *And to further the above, I want Remus to place his hands on the table facing up, and Draco to put his on top, facing down and for them to look like they're having the ultimate staring contest. CAN YOU IMAGINE THE MOVIE?! THEWLIS/FELTON!HANDPORN ZOMGGGGGGGG!!! XDDDDD LOL.

3. I'd like to visit Malfoy Manor. I've put this under definitely, because JKR said that she'd tried to put the Theo and Draco scene in to show off Draco's house twice and had been unsuccessful. So, I don't think we're going to get to see it. I'd like to though.

4. The cover of the UK Children's Edition... I'd like that to be in Hogwarts. Just so it's not in the obvious Gringotts. LOL.

5. I'd actually really like for Bellatrix to kill herself. I know that sounds kinda strange... given that both Neville and Tonks would definitely LIKE to kill her... but I'd like Voldemort to be defeated and for her to go (even more) mental and kill herself. >.> I'VE ALREADY SAID I'M STRANGE. STFU. LOL.

Interestingly (to me) I decided that Draco had a hawthorn wand independently of the chart. So yes, it is hawthorn, and by a bizarre coincidence I assigned him that wood, as I assigned Harry holly, without realising it was the right one. Spooky... but for various reasons hawthorn seems to suit Draco as holly suits Harry.

[EDIT: Just a couple of things I found on Hawthorn (also my wand, going by my birthday, YAY!)

Ahem. So. Yes. Thoughts.

UK Adult Version tells us nothing. It's just Slytherin's locket.

US Version: I actually quite like this cover, which is strange for the American ones. I tend not to like them in general, but this one is nice.

My first thought was that neither Harry, nor Voldemort, are holding wands. Which is VERY interesting. And it doesn't look like their catching anything either. It looks like they're CONTROLLING something.

Secondly, DRAPES again?! DEATH BY CURTAIN. AGAIN?! WTF. LOL.

Harry has something around his neck. It looks like a pouch of some sort. Hmmm...

They're in a coliseum (I would say DoM, but it looks to be outdoors... though the ceiling could be charmed like Hogwarts Great Hall, but to what point?), with people are watching them. I'm assuming they're Death Eaters, because they're motionless. Realistically DE's don't want to disturb the fight, your average Bruce will be running, and the OotP will want to get in there. Unless, of course, they're people under the Imperius Curse, or Inferi.

And finally, the "rubble" at the front is stone AND WOOD. Which is something to note. The crumbling of the structure is not the coliseum, but something else.

They couldn't possibly be on an ACTUAL STAGE, could they? There are open air stages down in the south of England that are made of stone. Hmmmmm...

UK Version: This is a seriously busy cover. LOL. There is so much going on. Okay. Here we go.

First thought, OMFG LOL @ expressions XDDD BWAHAHAHA. Hillarious. So that's out of the way...

Let's get the easy stuff over with. Hogwarts @ the full moon = VERY INTERESTING. Especially for us Remus fans. LOL. Patronus!Prongs is nothing special, I think, we've seen him before. And that's about all the easy stuff. LOL.

Why are Ron and Hermione wearing wizarding (dress?) robes, and Harry isn't? WTF Kreacher/Dobby dude with Gryffindor's(?) sword?! They're cutted up, as well. FUN

Circular door(?) filled with (goblin made?) amour, gold and rubies. Hmmm... The stuff itself: Helmet with a DRAGON on top of its head is INTERESTING. Also, the chest plate has what looks to be the head of a BIRD (EAGLE?) and the body of a SNAKE. INTERESTING (the Slytherclaw shippers go mad, LMFAO). The only gems look to be rubies as well. Everything is encrusted with them. There are also what look to be potion bottles.

This might be a strange thought as well, but Hogwarts has GOLD goblets/plates/etc. And there's House Elves, potion bottles AND Gryffindor's sword, all of which we know are IN HOGWARTS. And, actually, suits of amour (though none with jewels that I recall). Although, the sword looks to be in proportion to the ELF, and not Harry etc... hmmm... but that might just be the perspective or the illustrator. LOL.

And lastly, a snake inside a (crystal?) ball. Hmmm...

Okay. Uhm. This is really hard.

My cat um... I just found out he's being put to sleep today.

I'm not in a good place right now.

Um. His name was Mr. Moony, and he was the most amazing cat. He was so intelligent. Oh fuck. He IS the most intelligent. He's not dead yet SHUT UP. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!

Sorry. Um. I'm not thinking very straight at the moment.

He um. He's black, with green eyes, and we haven't even had him for more than two years. We inherited him from the neighbours who moved (they didn't appreciate him). And he is so smart. We'd stay up late together. Me drawing, him sitting by my side. And then, when I was too tired, I'd look at him and say "Well, Mr. Moony. Time for bed, I think." and he'd look at me, and understand and stand up and walk me to the front door so he could be let out.

Ah fuck. Why does everything have to die? And I don't even have a photo of him... FUCK. Why do I do that? I never took enough photos of Soo... and then I didn't take ANY of Mr. Moony...

And what sucks the most... is that I can't even be there. I'm 3 1/2 hours away, and I can't even pat him. Or say goodbye, and it's just like when my Nan and my other cat Soo died.

And it's fucking stupid. I mean, the one time my mother lets me deal with death, I'm not fucking there.

Fuck. I hate it when people and animals you love die. Because I always think about the others I've lost.

Sorry this is so depressing.

Um. He's got kidney failure. That's what Soo had. So it kinda makes it even worse.

Great Christmas present eh? We're going to kill you, have a nice holiday?

I just wish my parents were here to be with me. Fuck. I just wish he didn't have to DIE.

THOUGHTS ABOUT SNAKE LORE GALORE!!

So. Apparently JKR said that there would be a lot to do with snakes in book 7, and that "snake lore" would be important. I mean, the first thing that obviously jumps to mind is the quest for Nagini if she really does have a part of Voldemorts soul... so I went along and had a look at what else it might be. And I stumbled on Greek mythology. It's interesting.

Thoughts about "snake lore"

Our medical symbol of two snakes wrapped around a staff comes from ancient, Greek mythology . According to the myth, Asclepius (the son of Apollo and Coronis) discovered medicine by watching as one snake used herbs to bring another snake back to life¹. For Asclepius brought his patients back from the dead Zeus killed the healer with a thunderbolt². At Apollos request, Asclepius was placed among the stars as Ophinchus, the serpent-bearer.

1. Two snakes = Snape and Draco? Harry watched Snape heal Draco. Dumbledore was going to use the Draught of Living Death in book 7 on Draco and his family to hide them from Voldemort. Still going to happen?

The Constellation Draco.

1. Where is Voldemort in OotP/HBP/Book 7? I'm hopefully going to do a one-shot with Tommort and Draco, and I need to know where you all think he actually IS.

2. Also. Are the Order going to go around throwing Avada Kedavras in the final battle or what? I mean, in the previous war, Aurors had a license to kill, so maybe Tonks, Kingsley and Mad-Eye will? Remus was going to kill Peter, but that was personal, and I don't think he will go around doing it. Fenrir needs to die somehow, as does Bellatrix. And how in the hell is Harry going to kill Voldemort? We never hear of the Order thowing Unforgivables, so, how are the Death Eaters going to snuff it if the Order don't kill them? Are we going to end up with heaps of people back in gaol? The Ministry doesn't have control over the Dementors, so there's no kissy-kissy... so The Veil? Whaddya think?

I'm up this late because I was watching the Socceroos play... Italy was awarded an extremely dodgy penalty in the last minute and won 1-0. Frigg it.

But, there's a new JK interview with Richard and Judy... it's all a bit sketchy at the moment but here's the facts:

- She is well into writing Book 7 now.

- Although she still has the final chapter of Book 7 stored away in a safe, it has been altered slightly: two more people have kicked the can while another has gotten a reprieve.

- Jo originally wrote this chapter in 1990. By doing so, she says some people have found her to be arrogant as she didn't have a publisher at the time.

- She noted the suggestion that she would kill Harry off for the simple reason that no one could write sequels to the book when she's finished.

- She concedes having "boxed herself in" by writing certain minor plot details in earlier books, which now means she has to spend a great deal of time explaining or tying up.

- For the first three books, she says she was in denial about her success and fame "like a rabbit caught in headlights." Although she found them "cool," she says it was also peculiar to see casual references to Harry Potter in the press.

- Her daughter, Jessica, has dealt magnificently with the effects her mother's fame has had on her, such as kids at school pestering her for the title of upcoming books.

- Richard suggested dating was tricky because some people might only show an interest in her because of her wealth, but she said it was being a single mother which made it hard.

- If she saw a Boggart, she would see what Mrs. Weasley saw in Book 5: her children deceased.

... 2 characters die that weren't going to... damn...

Everyone seems to be clinging to Remus... lol. On all of the message boards, every time people say they don't want a particular character to die, it's Remus... lol. And one has got a reprieve... interesting... who do we think wasn't going to die, and is, and who do we think is going to be saved? I wonder whether it will be main characters she's talking about, or someone like Kingsley or Mundungus... maybe the Malfoys... maybe Narcissa? [EDIT] Apparently they're MAJOR characters... and they're "good". Because she said something like "the evil people wouldn't be evil if they only went for the supporting cast"... FRIGG... damn... that is harsh. I am no longer putting money on ANYONE surviving... lol. Man... 2 MAJOR characters die that weren't before she started book 7?! That is... insane... like, not that she is, but I'm completely tripping...[/EDIT]

Personally, with the reprieve thing, I hope it's Draco. And what she's actually talking about is not that she was going to kill him off, but that he's not going to be put in gaol. And another thought is... with the reprieve thing, is this something that she's added, or is she just stating that a character gets one, in the context that they will be pardoned, not that they're not going to die... [EDIT] Actually... I think she's talking about death... she WAS going to kill a character but now isn't... TONKS TONKS TONKS [/EDIT] Interesting thought... if Tonks get's a "Happy Birthday" over the next year, it'll be her that's gotten the reprieve, I think. If not... I dunno. I'd hate to think that she was up for the chop... but then... what if she kills off Tonks AND Lupin... damn... I was so sure that Remus was safe... now I'm not. Maybe it's because of the damned football... lol.

And in my feeling crappiness, I'd FORGOTTEN how PSYCHED I am that I have the same birthday as DRACO MALFOY!!! AHHH!! I freaking LOVE IT!! WHAT ARE THE ODDS?!!?! Updates:

So... a bit hectic at the moment, which is why it took a while to reply to everyone. Sorry about that. On the bright side, I'm averaging High Distinctions, which is good!! lol. Probably because I like the subjects I'm doing, and I don't have that bastard of a teacher this semester. BUT... I will next semester, which SUCKS MAJOR EGGS. I was having such a good holiday from him. Oh well. Life goes on.

Got a new passport this week! Exciting! I'm planning to go to England at the end of this year, but it's looking more and more unlikely due to finances. I really want to go though. Maybe I could get a full time job from mid November to mid January and go from mid January to mid February intead... but then I'd be in full winter mode, and I'd prefer Autumn... lol. Hopefully getting a British passport soon too! As my grandfather on my mother's side was British, apparently I'm elligable for one too, so yay! Also looking at a uni in Bristol which offers a Production Design course that looks interesting... we have friends in Bristol... hmm...

Finally managed to get around to doing Sirius for , which feels good. Also, now finally finished the requests that people asked of me all that time ago. If you want a cartoon drawn, please, feel free to ask for it here. I'm in need of some inspiration!!

I have to confess, I haven't done any writing of late. Well, not fanficiton anyway... lol. I'm going to try and do some this weekend. Encouragement and blind flattery will get you guys everywhere *hint, hint* *gigglesnort*

Oh, and I've decided that if New Zealand get the OotP movie at the same time as everyone else, I'm going, damn it! is coming with me, and everyone else is invited too! We'll go for, like, four days, celebrate ~thechuckfaces birthday (14/7) and see OotP, like 10 times! Who's with me?!

Oh, and my second favourite author (after JKR), Jacklyn Moriarty has a new book out called "The Betrayl of Bindi Mackenzie" which is AWESOMENESS on a STICK!! Actually, Bindi reminds me somewhat of which was slightly disconcerting... lol. Just the study habits/pressure I guess. You'll have to buy it!

Tag game! 1) I love the smell of weird things. Especially cleaning products. I love the smell of the isle in the supermarket which has all of the cleaning stuff on one side. I also love the smell of hot water bottles when they've got hot water in them and the dishwasher when it's on its drying cycle.

2) I love men's necks. Well, not all of them... but I like long, elegant ones. And the same goes for hands.

3) I support two AFL (Australian Football Legue) teams. The Sydney Swans and the Brisbane Lions. I started supporting them when I was 4. My mother is from Sydney, and my best friend moved to Brisbane (at that time they were the Brisbane (Koala) Bears, and SUCKED). I cried when Sydney won the premiership last year. I also support Aston Villa FC in the English Premier Legue.

4) Apart from Harry Potter, I don't like reading fantasy books. I like books which are set in real life. My favourite book before HBP came out, was Feeling Sorry for Celia by Jacklyn Moriarty.

5) I hate the following actors: Tom Cruise, Josh Hartnett, Ashton Kutcher, Ben Affleck, Bruce Willis and sometimes Tom Hanks. I hated The Sixth Sense, but loved Signs and The Village. The worst movie I have ever seen, was Pearl Harbour.

6) Despite my fascination with them, I am afraid of wolves. I had this book when I was little "Peter and the Wolf", and it has Tchaikovsky's music to it, and the illustrations were amazing, but absolutely terrifying. It had yellow eyes, and a sadistic smile, and ever since then I've been afraid, not necessarily of wolves, but of werewolves. Ironic, right? But, I love seeing werewolf movies, because I love scarying myself silly. In the same vein, I love rollercoasters, but I don't scream when I'm on them, I laugh hysterically

So... I am one assignment away from going home for the holdiays!!! I still have to do some work for my documentary, but I LOVE doing it, so it's not really work! Things are going okay here... I still try not to fall asleep in my Audio Design lecture. That's where I got the idea to revamp Draco, Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny, so it's not all bad! lol. I also drew my lecturer in a quick sketch, which I will probably dump in scraps later on, under the title "Is this the most boring man in Australia?" lol. I had a Listening Test today in Classic Tracks, which I think I passed, so that's always good!!

So far as art/writing goes, RL: CoS, Chapter VI is coming along quite nicely. I've written about 3 pages, and they're usually 8, so it goes well I'm actually going to have some GERMAN in coming chapters, and not just an online translation, PROPER German! lol. I'm not sure whether or not it's going to be in Chapter VI or VII yet... it depends how involved James and Sirius get in the plot... lol. I think it would be better in Chapter VII... but I'm so excited about it!! lol.

I'm going to start Chapter II in SfaS PROPERLY over the holdiays, hopefully. Well, I say HOLIDAYS... it's only 6 days and two of them are Saturday and Sunday, but I will try!!

Ooookay. So. I is not dead! Huzzah!! lol. I'm sure you were all very worried *cough* not *cough*. lol.

I have now finished my second week in my second year of Uni, and all is okay. Cept I almost fall asleep in my Audio Design lecture. I mean, seriously, if we ever see Professor Binns in the HP movies, they should hire this guy. He's so... BORING. And I love the work we do in the course, but it's... ugh... boredom central when he talks.

BUT! On a REALLY good note: I don't have my chauvinistic pig of a lecturer this semester!!! THERE IS A GOD!! lmao. I am SOOO relieved. The two subjects I thought I was going to have him for he isn't doing!! The Moving Image is being run by this totally awesome woman called Sally, and she's GREAT! I'm going to make a documentary FUN!! And for Time Theory we have this guy called Kel, and he's soooo cool. Time Theory is awesome. We sit around talking about space travel, and watch movies like Memento and discuss them and make projects using whatever medium we want, as long as it has to do with time and IT'S GREAT!!! I love my course so much! AND! NO LEIGH!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! lol.

I'm so sorry I haven't been able to reply to you guys, I have about 24 messages I need to reply to, so tomorrow I am going to sit down and reply to them all!! I HAVEN'T FORGOTTEN YOU!! How could I? You guys ROCK!!

The College I'm at is... okay... at the moment. We lost our sponsorship with Boags (beer company) because Uni Admin isn't allowing anyone affiliated with the Uni to be sponsored by an alcohol or cigarette company... which I suppose is fair, but now we have to pay an extra $110 dollars... which sucks. The people are good... but we're about to have a state elections, and some of my friends are parading around with conservative propaganda on their caps and stuff just to annoy us left-wingers, so I want to KEEEEEEELLLL them at the moment. lol. And they aren't even from this STATE, so the don't even vote!!! lol.

Okay. So, I is going down to Hobart for Uni today, and as the admin at my college (dorm, I suppose) are so stoooopid the internet probably isn't going to be working. I mean, hopefully it is, but you never know. We went a month without it last year... s admin.

I have decided that I loathe packing... it's so... hard. lol.

I'm also a mentor for my Bachelor of Time-Based Multimedia degree... so this should be interesting... lol.

I am looking forward to college life, tough apparently admin are trying to cut us back on our events that include alcohol. BASTARDS. lol. We get free beer from Boags and free punch. We're the only college in Hobart who doesn't charge their students for it. I think the solution is to just have more events without alcohol ontop of what we already have and leave the alcohol events alone! lol.

So, hopefully you'll see me sometime soon. Probably tonight... lol.

The great thing about going down to Fisher is that I GET MY SCANNER BACK!!! YAY!! lol. So no more messing up colours! Huzzah!

ALSO! I'm off my P Plates!! OMG!! The roads aren't safe with me @ 110km/h!! lol. For Non Australians (and sometimes even non Tasmanians), what happens is that you get your licence and you're not allowed to go above 80km/h for a year and you have to display these white sign things with a red "P" on them, to show that you aren't allowed to go above 80. Well, I've now been driving for a year, so I don't have to wear them, and I can go @ 110!! Yay!! But you have to have a blood alcohol level of 0 for three years, and then you can have reading of .5. So no drinking! Not that I EVER would drink and drive.

Oookay. So, about a week ago I got most of my stuff back from the DED XP. Everything except the second chapter of Search for a Soul DARN IT.

I'm feeling quite down at the moment. I have to go back to Hobart in two weeks tomorrow... and I don't really want to. I dunno... I was like this last year. I don't want to leave my parents, and Mister Moony (my black cat with eyes like the moon), and I don't want to leave and ... I really miss them when I'm away. And I don't want to go back to my sexist chauvinist pig of an art teacher (I'm the only girl in my course). I always feel so insignifigant and useless whenever I talk to him. And then I feel hurt, and get upset, and then I get upset with myself, because I'm showing weakness to him and I should be strong...

And I had a bit of an argument with one of my best friends... and I don't know what to do, or what to say to her...

Basically, I'm just feeling useless at the moment.

I dunno... usually I'm really up beat about life, but I feel a little crushed at the moment. I shouldn't. I have so many wonderful things in my life... but I am. I am literally in tears. I don't know what to do. Hopefully this will pass. I don't like being sad.

So... tell me a joke. I like dead baby ones. lol. Nah, any joke is fine. I just really like dead baby ones. Sorry. When one is digging oneself grave, it's usually best to stop digging. Unless it's for a dead baby... GAH! Stop it!

Updates:

I'm going to Maria [pron. mar-EYE-ya] Island, for a week, tomorrow. Lucky me! lol. Maria Island has no eckeltricity (heh), therefore, no internet. I'll be back on the 14th of January.

I shall be absolutely unreachable via anything other my mobile!! Maria Island is sooooo awesome. I used to go down with 6 other families that my parents knew, so there were about 40 of us. Now, I bring down 5 friends of my own. Should be fun!! Swimming everyday, jumping off the jetty, walking, drawing, writing, reading, listening to CD's, playing cards, feeding the animals, cooking on a BBQ or hot stove with no oven, having to do nothing, and talk to no one if you want to. *le sigh* It really makes you feel FREE. It's the most amazing experience.

So hopefully I'll have a lot of artwork done. Maybe another portrait (either Ron or Draco), a few more cartoons, some photos and more of my fan fictions. I'm in the process of writing

I went and saw The Chronicles of Narnia, The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe.

And I have one thing to say:

I was completely underwhelmed by the graphics, which on occasion looked as though they were from 2003... the wolves weren't scary, Aslan looked dodgy when he talked, and I've found I have a HUGE problem with Narnia in general.

The girls just sat and CRIED for half the bloody battle over a lion they'd known for a day... Susan gets to fire ONE arrow into the little dwarf dude, and the only strong female character is the 'sinner', the "Queen of Narnia". The religious undertones I found to be self-righteous and male dominant to the point of my being highly offended.

There were only three saving features of this film.

Tilda Swinton and her costuming. She was fantastic, and I loved the way her clothing changed as she became less comfortable.

The boy playing Edmund. I really, really, liked Edmund. Amazing performance.

The Phoenix's. They, were bloody AWESOME. That, was better than anything in Lord of the Rings.

GoF Continuity Errors:

Okay... so I went and saw GoF for the 8th time... and I'm starting to notice weird things... in the "Get a move on, or all of the good ones will have gone" scene, where Snape is the coolest guy EVA, Draco is sitting next to George Weasley 0.o at the Gryffindor table ... and then, if they were studying, Gred and Feorge and Angelina aren't in H,R,Hr,D year group, so, like... WTF?!

AND... when Harry does his 'Ascendio' thing out of the water in the 2nd Task, Moody is to the left of screen... but it's not Brenden Gleeson!! It think it's his stand-in, and then, a moment later, it is him!?! WTF?!

And when Beauxbatons come in, and Seamus says "Blimey, that's one big woman", he's next to Ron, and then a moment later, he's on the other side of the table. He did that in one of the other movies too... I forget which one off the top of my head...

The TriWizard Cup moves around in the graveyard, and the "Moody" that Moody writes on the black board changes... anyway.

Christmas News:

So... you know I said in my previous journal, that my mother had bought me a mysterious present, that was about 15cm x 15cm wide and long, and about 1 metre heigh? Well.. guess what it was... A LIGHTSABER!!!

That's right, people, a metal lightsaber, with a blue blade, with SOUND EFFECTS!!!!!!! You don't have to do the ZCHOOMM... it does it for you! Including the on/off sounds!?! *is sooooo happy*

ALSO, I got HBP on audio CD, which is SOOOOO cool. And an awesome green ring (which is SOOO the Malfoy ring...lol). ~Malevolent-Murder gave me this book called "When Cats Assinate", which is liek da coolest book EVA!!! And Kay and Ken also got me a CAREgifts gift, which means that a gift has been given in my name to help some of the poorest people in the world... it was so lovely. And also a Vicky Pollard bobblehead key chain "SHUT-UP!! Don't you go givin' me EVILS!!" lmao

And I bought my Mum, the "House of Elliott" DVD's, which she was really excited about. I bought Emilie this really nice bracelet, and I got ~Malevolent-Murder a Nirvana t-shirt, which she seems to be happy with... lol.

They tried twice before successfully binding him down, but in revenge, Fenrir literally bit off the hand that fed him - the hand of Tyr.

OMFG... what if (and I'm taking for granted here that J.K is going with the classic silver + werewolf = burn), what if... Peter gets his hand bitten off by Greyback?! lol. It'd be CLASSIC! Oh, I hope that happens. Mmmm... I luff it. lmao.

I was going through my old word documents, and I stumbled across my predictions for OotP. Most of the stuff happened in OotP, but some things that I predicted actually happened in HBP!! See, I never did have any patience! lol. Here's the stuff that I was a book too early for (Ctrl+Ved):

For those of you who live in Australia, you HAVE to watch "Seven Periods with Mr Gormsby" it's on Wednesday nights on the ABC. It is tres amusing. It's the first program in a long time that I have actually laughed out loud during.

Okay, so WOW, just like to say thanks to those guys who commented. I just sorta joined up and then did nothing on here for like six months!! lol. But, I have been drawing. Cartoons to be precise. Nothing that I think is good enough to put on here, but what the hell, I might give it a go.

I've started two portraits, one of Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy in the movies), because I saw the GORGEOUS picture of him and simply, had to draw it. And one of my favourite singer, Ritchie Neville.

And so, it's the Holidays! Yay! More time to draw!!
