I'm sure shit will work itself out but I dunno i feel like paula is bored or thinks i'm not cool--- and it doesn't help that the other kids from my school hosting other spain kids get along so well with theirs whenever they are talking, im kinda the third wheel in a mound of 15-29 kids OTL

i mean i can understand her wanting to hang out with her friends from spain, but the whole point of this trip is to experience what it's like to live here y'know? I dunno she seems bored when we come home from school, and when she's speaking to her friends in spanish in front of me, i dunno what they r saying, be it about me or something back home for them... Soryy i had to vent--- i guess this journal is more for myself than anyone else, i needa get my head straight >_<

Anyway, There's that new art thing people have been doing the, "Artist at the Ready"! I did one, but I did it on paper, and I don't own a scanner so I'm sad T_T

"I set my effin' alarm..." mumbling to herself as she grabs her backpack, racing for the back door, stopping quickly to center her 'best friends' necklaces that sit snugly on her neck 24/7. She quickly checks her backpack and purse for her belongings and heads out the back door, the cloudy sky making her mood worse than before. Becca starts down the sidewalk careful not to slip from the ice and heads to the crosswalk pushing the button. 'And I WANTED to be EARLY today...' she thinks to herself, 'I NEEDED to be...'
After crossing the street, she finally makes it to the bus stop, guessing the time to be around 5 to 11.

When the bus turns around the corner just into view Becca freezes before grabbing her wallet. A slight panic rushes through her head, realizing it's Feb. the 2nd, that January ended Saturday, and her bus pass wouldn't work. "Please let me use this one today," begging to herself, hoping the driver can hear her plea. The bus pulls up, 11:20, and opens it's doors.

"Uh, I was planning on buying my bus pass at the school today..." Becca states to the driver in a rushed voice. The bus driver nods politely, motioning to board. Relieved but still bandered, Becca takes a seat and ventures toward school, knowing that she's pretty much fucked for the morning.

Classes are still on when she enters the doors to the school. There's another 10 minutes or so before classes end. Becca debates whether to wait for class to end before meeting up with her buddys Wendy and Sarah, thinking that they won't really care if she's late and understand why she'd be a little upset. Becca decides to wade out the next few minutes in the girls washroom before class ends but is interrupted by a few preps invading it, to txt and chat about their 'crazy party' the night before. She takes her leave, entering the hallway once again, just as the bell rings for the lunch hour. The hallway is filled within thirty seconds of scene, emo, douchebags, preps and students exiting their second block class, all the while, Becca is pushing through the crowd, to reach her second block class to talk to the teacher.
After wading through the traffic, she enters the classroom and spots Sarah and Wendy, chatting, gathering their belongings, just them and the teacher at his own desk. "Uh," She stutters, directing herself towards the teacher. "I'm sorry, m-my alarm..." a nervous chuckle escapes her mouth.
"You're digging yourself a grave here..." The teacher says, still facing his computer screen, marking todays attendance. There's a slight pause.

Becca moans, disappointed from the lack of sympathy from the teacher, and meets up with her friends as they begin to make their way to the door.
"Hi guys, I'm late." Becca says sarcastically with a frown.
"We can see that." Wendy says, rolling her eyes, but not in amusement.
"Yeah well, my alarm was set and it didn't go off." Becca trys to smile, but is shot down by angry glares from her buddies.
"Yeah, whatever Becca," Sarah states in a harsh tone. "Stupid Excuse."
"What?" Becca retaliates a little to fast, but is interrupted by Wendy.
"Buy a new alarm clock already. How many times is this now?" She mumbles the last of her statement under her breath.
Before another word is said to her, Becca takes her leave from the classroom. "Whatever..." Defeated and upset, Becca leaves the room ahead of her friends and heads to the office to do the thing she wanted to be early for in the first place.

WORK WAS FUGGED UP THE ANAL CAVITY!!!!!
Okay first off, (I work as an Usher for Northlands at Rexall Place for Hockey and other events) my shift was supposed to start at 5pm, Oilers vs. Senators.

Well, Apparently, instead of the game starting at 7, they moved it to 8 so I was an hour early (so were all my other co-workers).

I sigh, "Waste of my time " but I shrugged that off quick. Okay, now the doors are open, and people are coming to sit down. Again, I'm calm and just looking around my section (5th level, 232) and I see a woman sit down with her husband and kid. "Okay," I think to myself, "Normal enough..." THINK AGAIN! The husband and son walk off to get some food or something, and the woman opens her jacket and guess what's in it? A DOG! A SHITZU! "THAT'S NOT A SEEING EYE DOG!" I shout to myself in my head as not to attract attention. Instead, I'm blinking, clearing my eyes to see if I'm maybe mistaking it for a hat. Nope, it's a little dog. I quickly turn around and bolt to the section across mine, (231) where there's a radio and 3 of my co-workers.

"Dog's aren't allowed in here right?" I say.
"No, unless they're seeing eye dogs." Bob or Doug or someone by a male name replies.
"Well, that's not a seeing eye dog..." I whisper. I point over to my section to the right, and we all look down the rows and seats. There, the little dog looks back at us, the woman looking ahead to the rink.
"Are you kidding me?!" Bob or Doug or someone by a male name retorts. I roll my eyes and point again, "What do we do now?"

Well, he calls one of the supervisors, Jackie, only saying that he needs her on the south walkway behind our sections. She arrives in 2 minutes and I point again, to the little dog, poking it's head out of the crazy lady's jacket.
Jackie chuckles, but quickly turns serious, "This is new to me." She heads down to talk to the woman. I see her trying to confront the hidden dog, and the woman shaking her head. Jackie bolts back up the stairs and explains she's gotta get more support and info on our policies to throw at the stupid lady holding the dog. We all act serious, "how cruel," "is she insane," "who in their right mind would bring a dog to a hockey game?" then my lady co-worker, whom I'll call Jesse makes a joke. "Next time I'll bring my pussy cat. Meow, meow..." She motions her hands like she's a cat pawing at the wall, and we all burst into laughter.

Well 3 minutes before the game is supposed to start, Jackie comes back holding our blue "safety regulations and standards" book, motioning to a page about health and sanitary reasons, and pets are not to be present in the building, unless for human aid. The woman gets up from her seat, and carries the dog away, people are pointing in their own seats at the dog, "is it real," "is it allowed in here" "what is she nuts?" She walks past me and gives me an evil glare, though her thins lips are curled in a smile, her hoop earings sway as she turns her head away from me, and head out of sight, still holding her dog.

"Ugh," I moan to myself, "How will this night turn out?"

Well, The game was 30 mins late to start because they couldn't get the rink lights to work, I had a kid make a "protien spill" (puke) in my section and had to get that cleaned up. This stupid person next to me where I was standing at the top of my section kept nagging at me to stop people from getting up from their seats during play. I CAN ONLY STOP PEOPLE FROM GOING TO THEIR SEATS DURING PLAY! I CAN'T STOP THEM FROM GETTING UP FROM THEIR SEATS AND LEAVING!

The icing on the cake tonight, we lost... 3-2 to the Senators, whom of which lost their own 12 games straight, breaking that streak with us. The Refs in the game were friggin morons. They didn't call enough penalties on the opposing team, that even a person like me, who knows almost nothing about hooking and roughing calls, can see a choke hold with a hockey stick around a players neck, and tripping with their stick extending out past their own comfort zone.

The cherry on top of it all was at the very end of the night, when I was browsing the seats in the rows, looking for lost items and such. At the bottom of the aisle, in MY section, there are 4 guys, dressed in Oilers jerseys, with orange and blue paint smeared on their faces surrounded by more ushers, 3 EMS guys and 3 security. One of the oiler guys was holding an elastic from underware in his hand. They said that they had givin their buddy a major wedgie that ripped his boxers off and tor his ass open, in their own words.

I hafta schedule an appointment with the apple repair shop for my ipod... ROBERT YOU'S A DICK The internal audio port connections aren't matching up, so my earphones and that don't make a full connection so it sounds like my music is actually a broken lawnmower
anyway, If Robert is forever broken, I will cry, and buy a Classic instead... 120GB for $249.99 is better than paying for another crap itouch XP
Oh and I bet you when my mom bought my itouch last year, she didn't buy a warranty!!!!!!

ugh... O well, I bought a new DS game called Time Hollow. IT HAS CUT SCENES I am lovin it! oh and I found an 'official practice puck' for the NHL under a seat in the inner bowl where ppl sit to watch hockey at Rexall Place. It was before my shift, so, I got to keep it

I work like 5-8 times in the next week and a half so I'm gonna get paid a bigger paycheck in two weeks! YAY MONEY!
