What's New?

Hey everyone, sorry I didn't post a journal earlier!

I thought I'd let you know, I'm safe and sound in Aus now! Pretty much only just became properly awake. That 24 hour flight wiped me out somewhat! But here I am now.

Cairns is beautiful. It is so hot. Today, I reckon it was about 30 degrees and 70% humidity at LEAST and the sun wasn't even out! Hey, I'm not complaining.

Sorry I didn't get No Escape out to you today. I will probably get started on it tonight or tomorrow evening. Still settling in and recovering and such. I just thought I'd update you on my situation!

I have regular net access, so will be able to respond to notes, comments, replies, whatever. I hope everyone's well and... enjoying Winter! Speak to you all soon!

Off Down Under.

What's New?

Well on Thursday, I'll be getting on a plane and flying half way around the world to the land of Oz. While I will have internet access, I probably won't have an awful lot of time on my hands, so I probably won't be very active around here. I'll try and get 'No Escape' uploaded before I go, but I'm not sure for now.

On the other hand, this account- will probably be a lot more active. Photos galore!

So aka Jeff is out of hospital, which is lovely. I've missed him very very much. He has a new deviation up, which you can view here: [link] I wrote the back story for this image, which was really good fun and an absolute privilege to be able to introduce a new character for him, so please do go take a look.

Wynter's present and...

What's New?

Well first things first. As some of you will know, having read it, I just submitted the last chapter of 's christmas present/get well present/thank you for my subscription present. Now, rather than going from extreme tension to boring conclusion, I decided to finish it quite quickly. However, re reading it, I think I should perhaps write a seperate, short epilogue, just to tie off all the loose ends. For instance, Jade is still thoroughly unhappy, tied up at the manor, Jay got shot in the leg and, well... then there's Caylen.
However, there is the unspoken fact that, once Markus turns up, everything's going to be just fine. So do you think I need to reiterate this by writing an epilogue? Or shall I just leave it to you lot to imagine what happens next? Some feedback here would be greatly appreciated. I'd do a poll, but my usual voting one has not come to a solid conclusion AT ALL. What's New?

Work in an hour. Am I remotely ready to go? Nooo!

I'm tired and sniffly, but otherwise in a relatively good mood. Hungry =/

Finished Wynter's Present and am really hoping he'll be home soon to read it. I'm not sure about how well this last bit is written, so let me know what you think.

A new submission means an updated Poll so everyone go ----> there and vote on it. Less than three weeks time, I'll be on a plane to Australia and I want to get a few more stories up for you guys before I'm off on my travels.

Urrmm... for now, I think that's it. Had a lovely time down in Exeter. Miss Jaz massively though. Got some really great photography, so head on over to ~Lady-Sabrielle if you're interested... though most of you probably aren't.

What's New?

Sorry for being so quiet recently; been quite busy. Will hopefully get back into the swing of things soon.

Missing Jaz, but I'm going to see her tomorrow, so that's all good.

Feeling rather bereft, having just finished Angels and Demons. Can't seem to find the house copy of Da Vinci Code, so am going to have to tear myself away from my Robert Langdon obsession and read one of the other milion unread books on my shelf.

Must finish packing.

Tomorrow, before I'm off to Exeter, I need to watch a Most Haunted live. Two if I can fit it in.

Jeff's piece is hopefully on the way, when I can get my brain into gear.

Seriously, why do people like to wind me up? Or do they just not think/care?

I can't even talk to anyone right now, I don't know. I guess it's just like loads of thing building up and the slightest little thing's made me explode. I just can't take all this shallowness. THERE ARE BIGGER PROBLEMS IN THE WORLD.
On that note, Jeff's still in hospital, as is my grandmother.

What's New?

Yay ^^ I seem to have found it.

As such, my work on Stormy Weather is up to date, and I've posted a new extract of that. Shadow is up, as you requested and hopefully I'll have a few more things for you soon, as well. I need to get to work on Wynter's present, even if you guys don't request it, because he's such a lovely person and has given me subscription, even from hospital. So three cheers for him!

Tomorrow my daddy is coming home and we'll be seeing him on Thursday, after he's made his rounds. Looking forward to that.

My cat is putting black hairs all over my bed. I shall be sneezing tonight.

My drivers licence came and my debit card is all set up. Yay. Now I just need some money.

Beautiful Jeff and his Brother

What's New?

As you can see, I've got more dA subscription. It came from who is still in hospital. He told his brother to ask me if mine had run out, and if so, to buy me some more. Therefore, I thought it suitable to write this journal and share with you just how wonderful a person Jeff is. He's just pulled through another long period of agony and worry and yet he still thinks to ask if I have dA subscription. He truly is a fantastically amazing person. As is his brother, who's been keeping me updated with Jeff's progress, so a massive thankyou to him.

I guess I'd better get writing the next part of Jeff's story!

I know I've been really inactive recently; I am very sorry. I really want to update another section of sinister moon, but obviously, I can't do that 'til Bill returns.

I've been working a lot and I've just recently got back off holiday and even more recently got internet back. I've also just passed my driving test, so I've been practising for that. All in all, it's left little time to feel inspired. I'm very sorry, but I will try and give you something more soon.

I've got a lot of deviations to read; including two new stories from Jaz and another good friend of mine. They WILL get read, I promise. Sorry it's taken me so long and Jaz, I miss you too =[.

Wynter's still not home and I'm worried about and missing him, so that's taking up some time too.

However, aside from all of this, my previous plea for subscription time still stands. Just a three monther will do it and I'll write you something special, I promise!

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.

The Good:
-Today I got my A Level results- 2 B's and a C! I'm thrilled; all my plans for the next few years are on track now, which is a wonderful feeling.
-New addition of 'No Escape for you all to enjoy.

The Bad:
-My Friend Ollie didn't do so well on her exams; a C in French has caused a few complications for her, so commiserations and love to her.
- is not yet back, which means Sinister moon. In all honesty, I'm a little bummed about this. I was looking forward to getting on with it, but I guess he has things to be doing.

The Ugly:
-The worry of results has been replaced by a sickening worry for Jeff (). A few of you will already be aware that he's back in hospital; for those of you who aren't, head over to his page and read what his brother's written rather than asking me about it. I just really hope he has the strength to pull through yet again. We're all very worried.

So that's a short summary of things to make up for my long absence. Oh, another thing to add to the Good; Jaz is home. Yay ^^

Anyway, thanks for readng.

P.S: Not that I think I have enough support for this, but I thought I'd try anyway. I'm running out of Subscription time and I really can't afford to buy more right now =[. If anyone fancies buying me more, I will of course be willing to write you whatever you want (within reason; sticking to my style of writing).

I do apologise for being so inactive in the past few weeks. It's mainly due to 's absence, as I had planned to upload another section of Sinister Moon next. Obviously I can't do that until he's added his. So that's coming next and hopefully he'll be around soon.

Also, Jaz went away on holiday yesterday for two weeks and I think I'm going to be struggling to cope with that. I miss her. =[

Ally is here from today 'til Friday and that will add to the inactivity, but hopefully, will pop up sometime before then and I'll be able to get back to work next week.

In the meantime, keep voting and all that and I will see what I can do to appease you all when I get the time.

For those of you interested in urban and experimental photography, she and I would both appreciate it if you went and had a look at 's gallery. She's a long time dAer, but this photography orientated gallery is a new addition to dA for her. She's becoming quite the skilled photographer, so please take a look!

Furthermore, having just ordered a beautiful new camera, there'll probably be a little more photography showing up in this gallery too, so I'd like it a lot if my watchers just took a quick look. I know most of you watch me for my prose, but all the same, I'd really appreciate it.

Working on Part two of Wynter's christmas present now. That should be up sometime today or tomorrow.

Terrifying dream

So I wake up and it's results day. I'm SHITTING ITTTT. I go in to school and obviously everyone's there. You'd think, around then, seeing as my school didn't look like my school and I think Jaz was there, I'd have worked out that it was a dream. Oh yeah, and our results were all displayed up on boards like at train stations. But no. I'm thinking this is all REAL.
In the back of my mind, there's this niggling sensation that this is not quite right- it's not time for results yet, and besides, there's no such thing as the 'H' grade that's showing up there for Drama.
But that really doesn't matter, because somehow, an F and a U for English has equated to a D. Well that just sucks. The rest of them aren't much better. Ollie's across the other side of the room, all excited about her C for Physics and everyone's so damn sure that these are actually their results- mainly because it means they've passed. There's me going, but these can't be right!
I go up to my friend Dani and I say 'I think this is a dream', and she laughs and says ' probably'. But it seems so real. Yes, I would like to start taking requests, as you can see if you've been reading 'Sinister Moon'. But I am NOT a bondage/erotica writer. Yes, I write a bit of Bondage, but it is not my forte. I write DiD and general fiction/fantasy.

News on Wynter and holiday

I got an email from Wynter's brother yesterday, giving me an update. As far as everyone can tell, he's doing well. I'm not going to tell you when he's expected home, because I don't want to jinx anything. He picked up an infection after a procedure last week, but Dan says that he's pulled through that well and the new medication he's on seems to be doing it's job.

Let Jeff be in your prayers and well wishes and we'll see him soon. I will ask of you one thing; when he does return, don't pester him. Please. He won't be on a lot; he needs his rest. He'll get to all your messages and deviations in his own time and he just needs time. So please bear it in mind.

In other news, I'm in Turkey this week, visiting my father. Clearly, I have access to the internet here, but... it's rare that I get to see the sun, living in England and all, so I won't be on very often. I'll be back Monday.

I'm working on the third part to 'Sinister Moon' at the moment, so that will probably be my next deviation. See you soon everyone!

So I know I'm not hugely well known/popular around here, but as you may or may not have noticed, writing is a passion of mine. I pretty much always have the urge to write something or other, but don't always have th ideas to start/continue it. In light of this, I want to take requests. Ask me anything.

Obviously, I have a certain style and will therefore not force myself to write something I'm not comfortable with. But if you have a request, post me a note and I will see what I can do.

I'm really excited about this, because it's so nice for my work to be appreciated. I enjoy writing it and I'd love for the one it was written for to be happy with it and the like.

To kick off this request stuff, I'm just about to start a collaborative project with for a deviant who requested something from him. He offered the request to me so I suppose is my first requestee. Stay tuned for that and in the mean time, feel free to send me your requests!

I'm interested to know- if you work hard on a piece of writing/artwork that you really enjoyed and/or posted because of demand from your watchers, would you really want it criticised? Even if it's a simple: 'Don't know about this'? Or would you want those who didn't like it to just not comment? When I work hard on a piece of writing, although I like getting comments, it puts a real downer on it when all someone has to say is that I've made a spelling or grammar mistake or that they're not sure that they really liked it.
Is it me just being over sensitive?
Yes, I like suggestions on how to improve, but I don't like to know if people just plain don't like it. It's something I've worked hard on and to be told it's not very good, even by one person... Well I don't know. What do you think?

Easter holidays is over... how depressing. Currently, my laptop refuses to connect to the internet and so I have hijacked the mac.
I hate it.
New Photo up; don't know if you lot are interested... seeing as you rarely are. But anyway. It's there. Supposed to get Mission Accepted finished this month... I promised, didn't I? Well I'll try my absolute hardest and I apologise for the wait.
I've been working pretty solidly since Sunday afternoon. Been trying to catch on on Homework. Am just about there. The nice weather's helped, but I doubt it will last.

Although I didn't announce my going away, I DID go away, to Ware in Hertfordshire. I am now home, but I want to go back =[ I miss Ware. I love it there.
It's raining today and I've promised my lit teacher that I'll e-mail my c/wk to him today. So, rather miserable.
On a brighter note, I'm going to Exeter on Wednesday, and while I'm only staying two nights, it should be really good fun. I'll have to supervise that Ouija board session. Thank god for my obsession with Most Haunted.
Also, I'm going driving today, so that should be fun.

Finally, I have watched Twilight far too many times not to be embarrassed by it. Don't get the wrong idea. I am NOT a twilight spack. To prove this, I should direct you to the genius that is this:

Well Happy new year. I bet you all think me a scrooge for not saying happy Christmas. Well everyone else said it!

Anyway, I don't really want to go all Nostalgic and look back over my year and point out the wonderfulness of it. It's been a tough one; quite important in terms of life choices, but besides that, a pretty normal one. But here's to good things next year.
It kind of feels as though the year should end on Friday- the middle of the week doesn't work. Doesn't feel right. I guess I'll count down to midnight, but it will feel like every other 31st December. There'll be lots of fireworks and singing on TV. It will be another day I suppose.

My New Year's resolution was going to be to convince people that making New Year's resolutions is pointless- No one ever sticks to them. But I've changed my mind and set myself a target that I hope to be able to stick to. It affects all my fans (if I have any) and is simply to finish all these unfinished short pieces!

Well I've hit exactly 4000 page views today. Thanks everyone! I'm really impressed with that. In the 6/7 months since I've had this account, I've got a higher pageview than my 3 year old account! I'm really pleased.

Liking Twilight hurts my brain. >.<
I had read it in the hopes of being able to give a coherent reason for either liking it or disliking it.
BUT I CAN'T.
I DON'T KNOW WHY I LIKE IT!!!!!!
It's so infuriating T_T especially when I'm this ill.

Anyways, I've finished it now and while I did enjoy it, I still have some sort of weird aversion to the whole 'Twilight zone' as it were.
Unfortunately, I shall be going to see the movie.
I hate Paramore and their all too catchy, loveable songs. And I hate Twilight and Cullen's addictiveness.

Okay, this isn't aimed at anyone in particular, so don't go getting offended, anyone.

I'm in quite a good mood today. Alright, my friends have been trying to wind me up all day and okay, so they did succeed. But I managed to brush that away. Today, we restocked my fish tank with tropical fish, which are cool and very pretty. I love them. This is a good thing.
I also got my ass into gear and booked a driving lesson. Another good thing. This driving lesson only cost me Â£12. Good thing number 3. Score.

So I've had an average to good day.

But I'm getting tired of people ruining my good moods with their moping!! I repeat, this isn't aimed at anyone in particular; it isn't even necessarily anyone today. But it;s still so irritating. We have it good! It annoys me that people refuse to see the silver lining and just mope around about stupid things and bring everyone else down. Sure, every one has their off days, but why do they have to inflict their bad moods on everyone else?!

Here in the UK it is 10.30, which makes it 30 minutes before the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month. This year marks the 90th anniversary of the World War one Armistice day and while I know some people are unaware of this and others don't see the need to wear a poppy, I believe that this is a day that should not be forgotten or ignored. I don't know if the US has the symbol of the poppy, but over here, it has been speculated that the poppy glorifies war.
I disagree. I feel the poppy helps us to remember what should not be forgotten. War is a mistake and if it is forgotten, it will be repeated.

At 11 am this morning, I hope the world will be silent to remember the mistakes we made, not just in 1914, but in 1939 and in every other war that is nothing more than a squabble between the authorities.

Because his damn heart's been giving him a bit of trouble and so he's not been too well recently. He came through an operation just fine, but has picked up various viruses and whatnot since. He seems to be doing much better, but heres to wishing him a speedy recovery. He's a great friend to a lot of us around here, and we'd miss him so much if anything happened.

Secondly, a shout out to the wonderful

I've given a shout out to him before, I'm certain of it, but that's because I simply can't get over his incredible skill at writing. Go and check out his gallery and journals immediately! I demand it!

I has just returned from school to pick up my exam results and GUESS WHAT.
I DIDNT FAAAIL!

I got the following:
B- Theatre Studies
B- History
C- English Literature (which I shall be resitting to hopefully get a B)
C- Media studies.

I'm so happy!

... Though I've just remembered that my target grade for Media was a B.
