No, you most likely didnt see me at any artist booth, but thanks to

I managed to have some of my badges sold =3.

AFA I was actually helping at the COSPA booth. This time is a massive marketing/sales project by Genesis Frontier, and all manpower we can gather were all there. It was totally smashing... and smashingly tired too. Having to stand and squat for around 24 to 26 hours in 2 days is no joke. I still feel the ache in my legs and feet now. But we were very happy to have the chance to participate.

Because of the duties (I was cashier), I didnt really get to go around the event. Only managed to do a quick visit to the artists booths during toilet break, grabbed some stuff from

, and didnt even got to check out CDS and all others =0=...

Anyway I'm all to enjoy myself as a doujin artist in CF next

. Though............I havent got anything done yet! Been too caught up with so many other things =0=. I had to give up the vocaloid doujin this time round, but I would be doing some new merchandises, working with new series! =3

Been busy with work and Japanese class. Yes I took up Japanese again, though having completed like till advanced level quite many years back, I've long forgotten about how to use the grammar and vocabs. It's quite tiring as the classes takes place after work at nite and I have to wake up very early for work.

Anyway, have just started working on the doujin stuff for Comics Fiesta 09. This year will be heading down to the event again with the group of Singapore artists (with new people joining us!). And will be changing my booth/group name to the group name used for our Mabi and FFVII doujin -- Asgard Aliens. And this time round we will be working on a crossover doujin...

It's getting hard to think of series and themes to draw as I'm always behind time with the games compared to the rest in the group XD...

I'll be working on a vocaloid x fairytale doujin too. ... and making attempts into the Touhou fandom... Hope things work out fine!!

The event was fun,though really tiring. I think I overworked my already hurting back running about in the hall. Sorry to those who met me later in the day, I may look kinda crap, cos my back was hurting quite badly and stiffed. =0=.. by the time the event crew finished with dinner and stuff... I was trugging along the way home like an old lady.. LOL

Every event makes me want to work harder in my doujin stuff.. LOL... no exception this time round... I do hope I would have some new doujin by CF end of this year... XD Already have some ideas, just need to plan and draw...

No I didnt make a fortune, but I did sold out on some stuff

Met a few new and old friends and happy to see some old friends back into the scene!

Overall the event was fun, made great with the Louis Armstrong cosplayer and great company and help from my friends. I bought some beautiful doujin from Bakapanda (I think),

's new manga Dream Walker (It's a nice work, please support her!) and

's chocolates.

2nd day I was cosplaying.. haha I think some people who only know me recent years were quite surprised to see hubby and me in cosplay. XD It's been a long time... but we did cosplay when we first entered the scene. Hubby found our props from last time still in good condition so we just scrap and put some things together for a impromptu cosplay LOL.

I must apologise to all who went to my booth to look for me on the 2nd day, I was away most of the time, a friend was helping me with the booth tending instead ^^UUU... was wanting to go around to give out my namecards, but they ran out half way thru the day.

Decided that this bad blood relationship should end this year, so very much likely I would not be attending this event in future. Love to attend any Malaysia events that's happening around this period of time next year XD

Anyway, I must apologise I am not able to have a lot of new merchandises this time round. Juggling real life work, drawing and trying to get minimum no. of sleep and not fall sick is really tough. Have finally gotten a full time job. Just started like 3 weeks ago, and I'm still adjusting to the schedule and tempo...while keeping my freelance jobs... kinda energy zapping lately. I havent been drawing nor even do any craft work ... OTL

Frankly, it wasn't a fantastic event, given the timing, location and hideous hot weather and a much less than expected crowd... but the Singapore Wind Symphony Youth Wing's performance was good and having the company of fellow artists was a plus point.

Lately I'm being consumed by craft works... drawing has been badly neglected ^^U... Been preparing new stuff for my doll site, for commissions and for the doll event at the end of this year.

Just got back to drawing... needed to start working on the doujinshi for CF08. And I realised I cant draw guys... I havent been able to draw guys well but seems like it has become worse =____=... the thing is the doujinshi this time is FFVII >_<-- all guys... ugh. I need to do something about this crisis fast.

Anyway, booth for CF08 is more or less confirmed. Our trip to Malaysia has been planned and booked for. After returning I'll be going to TDA 08 (Singapore's Dolfie event) which the booth is yet to be confirmed.

For a little update on my life... currently we are busy preparing for the coming shop event. I'm wrapping books for sale... going to clear much of our books... and scale down on rental. Dear is currently in Japan with the KKNM gang going to comiket this weekend... I hope he has great fun there. (I wish to go really).

Recently, I got into Katekyo Hitman Reborn! It's a really good series, absolutely great love! XD... And after allowing myself a luxurious period to read the series till the latest chapter, I have better return to my drawing stuff and craft work. There would be quite some stuff in plan for this year's CF.

It was a great trip =3 Really enjoyed my stay at KL with the other artists, it was tiring but really fun. The event was great, though I guess FFVII Crisis Core hasn't caught up with the crowd there =X... Thanks to all who patronised my booth and bought stuff. I hope you really like what you have gotten.

Famous BL manga artist Asami Tohjo sensei has passed away due to illness. It's a very sad happening >__<- I love her stuff, though I only managed to get scans of her work, but she drew really captivating and witty stories like Love Prism, Renai Junkie.

May all who like and collects her stuff cherish all you have.

(This is the 2nd manga artist death I heard of this year, all due to illnesses. Please take care of health, sensei-tachi!!)

Thank you all who visited our booth at Cosfest 07 yesterday! I was sharing a booth with

. Ours was the booth spotted with chibi arts and a group of lovely dolfies helping to promote our upcoming doujinshi [link]

The event was fun, with all the great friends around. I was very happy to see the artists too, people whom I meet like once or twice a year only. I'm also glad to see

and another malaysian artist team around (the booth selling the RAWR illustration books) I really wanted to get toounit's artbook, with beautiful artworks by him and

but unfortunately the value in my pockets are much lesser than the value of the book.. T^T...

On the down side, the booths arrangement werent the best of things. It is a fact that limelight of local events is cosplay, but it is sad that doujin artists are still like chuck to the sides of the event hall like sideshows after so many years. I appreciated what the event organisers have done, but it is a disturbing pain to feel that the respect for the doujin artist community is getting lower and lower over the years. =_=...

Back from NTU Carnival - Cosplay for a Cause! It was an unexpected event, as we thought it would be more of cosplay and anime related, but it turned out to be like a flea market you could find any other weekend in Orchard. It's a great exposure though.

It rained later part of the day, but it's still quite fun. Managed to meet a few friends around and sold some stuff. Thank you to those who bought our merchandise!

I'm glad I did a drawing for CNY. I mean it as a gift to all my friends and especially those in Taiwan. I hope everyone like it!

It is going to be a long break. For all in Singapore (pimping my shop again XD), AZ Comics @ Sunshine Plaza will be closed for CNY from 28 Jan to 30 Jan and on 31 Jan for management meeting. We will resume business from 1 Feb, Wednesday onwards.

Happy new year everyone! 2005 is a year of big ups and downs for me, I hope 2006 is a smoother year for me and for everyone of you too!

I'm glad to have been rather productive in 2005. Producing the OS-tan doujinshi, Original Doujinshi and the Naruto Doujinshi and participated in the few conventions. In 2006, I'm planning for another OS-tan doujinshi, the Naruto Doujinshi part 2 and another original doujinshi (thinking of drawing something about hamsters as pets XD).

I've been spending the days in my manga rental shop (91 Bencoolen Street #01-36, AZ Comics) , friends in Singapore, please drop by when you are free and looking for something to read! Our promotion for free membership and added value to pre-paid cards (till 5 feb 2006) is still on going!

Finally finally, I can consider the design course to be over for now, as I handed in the final amended portfolio. It was an excruating month where so many re-works have to be done. I'm so glad I can finally put it to one side. Now to pray that I pass.

On the other hand, I've started my quest in freelancing. ... having some hiccups as I have no have my e-portfolio website ready, but I managed to get some people interested in working with me!

A little on the coming up doujin projects, and I are working on a Naruto Doujinshi and hopefully a FMA one too. We would be doing some mechandises such as mugs, note clips and bookmarks. Please give your support! I will be posting the pics of the items when they are ready.

1 October... suppose to be the final grading for my design course projects... unfortunately we were so lousy..... alright, lacking in the vital techniques in design to pass so our final grading moved to 22 October. Meanwhile we have to work closely with our advisor to improve the works.

I actually did quite alright, able to pass averagely with my current portfolio. I went to speak to advisor today to further improve and was told actually I may have to change the concepts for majority of my things if I want to excel... or at least have a good portfolio

Anyway, in order to practise and earn some pocket money as my income is going to be 0 for the next few months. I'm taking in commissions. Please scroll below for details.

Pardon my disappearance, have been rather busy, down and tired and stressed. The course final presentation is 1 week from now, and I am only about 1/3 done with my projects I feel death closing on me each minute!!

On a brighter note, I'll soon be free and able to proceed with the doujinshi and merchandise things to the coming events! Going to print a Naruto doujinshi and a FMA doujinshi and some other little merchandise for Naruto/FMA/D Grey Man and OS-tan. Stories for the doujinshi are already laid out I will also be able to build my webpage to better promo my things...

Side note: My FFAC DVD Limited edition has arrived!! XD... though I have already watched the fansub before it came, and felt disappointed with the movie, I'm still very excited and happy to receive my DVD. Love Aerith, Zax, Cloud and Tifa!

I'm doing some clean up of my DA gallery... not much, but cleared away somethings.

Been practising drawing, but been feeling disillusioned about my artwork -_-... and my inability to draw males! I need to do better, really.

Have not gotten a good drawing for the OS-World Translation Note -_-... really need to work harder. Same goes for my school work, which is terribly behind time.

On the brighter note, I'll be leaving for a short vacation in Taipei (just typhoon hit) in 4 days time!
