Me, Jack and Lauren broke the lift in college yesterday.
IT WAS FUCKING SCARY.
Story:
We're on the second floor, and it's EFFORT to walk to 1st floor and down to ground, so we take the lift coz we know the code.
So.. we get in the lift, and Jack and Lauren decide to JUMP, and the lift BOUNCED UP TO 3RD FLOOR AND HAD A FUCKING MAJOR SPAZZ.
It stopped for ages, FELL to first floor, stopped there, said it was OUT OF SERVICE, FELL TO THE GROUND FLOOR, shook for a bit, and opened.
Now, usually, when lifts open, it's level with the actual floor.
BUT NO.
The lift was like.. a foot DOWN BELOW the floor.

Me, Jack and Lauren got out and I couldn't breath I was laughing SO FUCKING MUCH.
Out of nerves... I laugh when I'm nervous, like actual proper giggle fits xD

Well, hiiii!
Sammy is back from the epic ALCON 2008, and she's gonna tell you all about it in the form of a journal.
She apologises for it being a week late, but starting college has been hectic


ANYWAY, LET THE DESCRIBING AND STUFF BEGIN.


Thursday:
I went to Birmingham and saw Alex and got last minute cosplay sorted out, and went back to hers and she tried to teach me the Hare Hare Yukai dance, and i failed miserably. I was drunk sorta, my excuse therefore is a valid one, and she was as well, such an unfit state to teach, jeevas.

Friday:
Anyway, we wake up next morning and squeel and get ready and do some moar last minute cosplay shop, and then after we've lugged our very heavy suitcases around Birmingham for a few hrs, we head off to the train to LEICESTER :3
We got there, got lost finding DMU, hahahaha, but we found it and we met Raynn who was staying in the same block as us (G-0)
We then went and dumped our suitcases and got changed into our Pirate outfits (Yarrr!) and then found Warren, who was two doors down from me (alex was next door.)
There was a guy dressed as Honey from Ouran HSHC in our block as well, and me and alex had a fangirl session when we saw him and was like 'OMG IT'S HONEY, OMG YOU PULL THAT OFF SO WELL' etc, etc. Then we got over it and wandered off to the Sainsbury’s to go and get some nom coz we were hungry, and we randomly bumped into, and who we hung with all con, Tsunade/Emma and Sara, when Tsunade asked me and Alex whether we sold skittles in England xD
I didn’t recognise Sara at first, and i’d been talking to her the previous evening, so when she was like ‘Hi, i’m Sara,’ i was like ‘OMFG IT’S YOUUU *glomp*’.
Me, Alex and Sara went of to the park near the Uni for a while and sat around talking, and i decided to go and climb the big slide, which, is not fun in boots with no grip. It was slippery and Sammy was cautious
We theeeeen wandered back to accom and then back to the Bar, where Tsunade has recruited a whole bunch of Naruto cosplayers to come and party with us in G block, and seeing as me and Alex were like... the only Pirates, we were made ‘Honarary Ninja’s’ for the nights we were there.
There were two really cute Shippuden Naturo’s (who i could of sworn were twins but when i asked found out they weren’t), a really cool Garra who has the coolest shirt (when changed into normal clothng) imaginable, a Neji who bit me <.< (tbf i bit him too, but the bite mark have only just gone), Tsunade (), there was a Hinata there somewhere along the way, and loads of Akatsuki cosplayers as well. Ohhh, and an Anbu Kakashi, who was made of win. Along with me, Alex, Warren, Neil...i think Ris was there too, and a guy called Adam who was just good at EVERYTHING, and there were probably more people just i really can’t remember D;

Oh, and her friend came down to visit for a while as well She went and got dressed up as Lavi and was a happy girl
At some point during the evening, i met this really cool guy called Michael. He was’t cosplaying or anything, but he was wearing some clothes he brought from Camden in London and he looked SO.DAMN.COOOOOOOL.
We partied in the kitchen for ages, dancing along to Carmelldansen and some did the Hare Hare Yukai, and some did the Lucky Star dance, then we all sorta... drifted outside where we were talking to the people on the above balcony, and we ended up bundling loads of people for no real reason, it was just a load of massive group glomps xD oh, and Neji ran about half naked for a while. Imagine the fangirling that went on.

Don't try to 'be better' than anyone else.
I always find if i'm tyring to make something SOUND so cool people will love it, i end up writing complete shite.
I write stuff i'd like to read if i wasn't me.

Hopefully, i'll publish a book one day xD

I'm gonna just rant at how good it was now It needs to come out, and out it shall come, baby >D

Sooo, the bands that played yesterday waaaas:

Soo... Myself, my mum and went to Projekt Revolution yesterday (29/6/2008) aaaaand it was amazing

We got there at 10, and the gates opened at 12, so we sat and stood around for a coupl'a hours before we could go in, and mum brought me and her some LP t-shirts mine's black with blue & grey branches spreading over the front with the Linkin Park in the middle, resting on the crook of the branch, and has blue paint splats all over it
And mum got a stripey one with LP on the front ^_^

When we got in, the Bowl was basically this massive field that has a big dent in the middle where all the standing sections were, and the hillsides were where people who didn't wanna go in the pits but still wanted to watch could sit.
So... naturally we headed for the right side of the stage (we always end up at the right, always XD) and we were quite close to the front, about 8 people from the front if we were to all stand lined up, and then everyone else piled in toooo, and we waited around for ages for the first band to come on.
While we were waiting, all these balloons came flying around, and this continued for like.. half an hour, and people were walking through the crowd with banners advertising the first band, and people were popping the balloons for fun, and whacking them around, as the big beach ball everyone was playing with got taken away ):

Innerpartysystem were the first band on, and they got quite a good reaction considering they weren't very well known, and they played a real good set, even though it was short, and they had so much energy, it was crazy xD

The worst bit was waiting around for the next set xD it took like... half an hour between each, and you couldn't really sit down without being stood on at least once x)

The next act was The Bravery, but i didn't think much of them.
So... i won't write about it xD

After was Enter Shikari, who were brilliant! They were really funny, making jokes with the crowd and abusing eachother on stage basically, and their set was great
The crowd went mental, and all these pits erupted, and we happened to be right next to one and these was this girl who had a crutch given to her earlier in the day because she hurt her ankle, but didn't want to leave, and many people surrounded her so she didn't get injured even more by the wanna-be-hardcore-moshers. At points people couldn't breath coz the crowd surges from the pits, but overall it was really good ^_^
A few human pyramids happened as well, on request from the band and basically, it was pit verses pit, the right standing part was competing against the left and middle standing parts, haha. Coz the standing bits were split into 3.

and i've just gotten over a kidney infection and a fever

so i'm feeling as useless as a squashed mudkip D:
i've been to the doctors 4 times in one week, as blood tests and have to go back next week toooo :'(
i have a phobia of blood tests, so i was petrified and all crying and stuff haha
i've ruined my doctors notes xD i'm like... never ill. My file consisted of three entries snce i joined that doctors ten years ago and two of them were for the nessicary injections all kids get xD
i can't do anything i can't eat, hardly drink, walk up the stairs or nothing D:
AND I'VE GOT MY EXAMS RIGHT NOW T.T
i have a doctors note excusing me from my exams if i really need to be, but i'm still doing them, despite nearly collapsing everytime i walk in there.
buuuutttt.... only two more exams to go, and their next week, so i can rest and hopefully feel a bit better by then.
Full recovery for glandular fever is like.... one/two or more months ):
so there's gonna be no submissions for a while... there haven't been anyway, but there's no chance right now xD

i got a new phone today samsung tocco thingy, full on touch screen and everything
i love it. only cost £19 summat hahha off one of them dial-a-phone type websites. I get a free Wii with it too ahahahaha but i have to go on an 18mnth contract lawl.

anyway... i hope all of you are alright!
karlie... i'll be writing your letter soon, i promise, when i get the energy i will. writing this blog has taken ages coz i keep getting breathless xD

Oooooooh yes, my little deviants, yes.
I WAS THERE :]
28th of January 2008, at the O2 Arena in LONDOOOON.

Soooo yah.
Pictures will be up when my phone decides to let them jump into the wire that connects to my computer and take the fantastic journey from device to device, and the same with the video's.

So, me, my mum, my friend amy and my mum's friend Paul (Elzu) were all in London for the gig, and we met up with Paul and went to the Hard Rock Café, where mum and paul just beat each other up and threw money at each other and nearly had a tomato ketchup and mustard fight
which was hilarious
and me and amy were just sat there like 'o_o LOLOLOLOLOL!'

Then we tube'd it to the 02 areeeeeeeena.
But wandering between stations and that was just so funny. Mum and Paul still beat each other up, and paul kept running off with mum slung over his shoulder xD and he terrorised me and amy too xD and so did mum tbh abuuuse.
But at the arena, we waited around for like 2 hours xD and more violence occoured
Mum and Amy both managed to make Paul fall into the wooden boarding in there and hit his head, but it was in a jokey way not a mean way before you all go 'zomg how cruel of themz, why did noone stop them!?'
and paul sang for us and provided most of the entertainment, which included making me dance with him xD i was like 'me no danceeeyyy D:' and i was just getting danced with.
it was like *brb getting forced-danced*

BUT OOOOOOOOOOOH MY GAAAAAAAAAAWD.
It was AMAZING.
They're all growing thair hair :3 apart from chester of course, but yah.
Mike Shinoda looked so daaaaaaaaaaaamn hot.
I was like 'oh jeeze. babies, now please. '

They played a reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally long set xD We had to miss the last 5 minutes of it D:

But Biffy Clyro were supporting them, and believe me, they were shite. No-one was moving for them, and a few people were nodding their heads... thats it.
The singer was just hair and teeth with tight blue jeans on. He was cousin IT from Scotland.
And sprayed the people at the front with his spit from where he was 'trying' to sing, and failed.
Even Chester don't spit that much... and he screams .

So i had to endure shite music before Linkin Park came on D:
But then they came on and made it all better


Their opening was behind a big curtain, and had flashing lights and stuff behind it, and you could see them all moving about, and then they played the intro to one of their songs, and as the song kicked in, the curtain fell down and everyone went maaaaaaaaaad :]
Like they did with every other song xD

They also did two of their slower songs with Mike on keys and Chester singing, my fave was My December, it was SO sweet. Everyone was singing along and getting the lighters out xD

My god, there were some really funny bits too.
About a quarter of the way through the set, the lights went out and everyone was like 'ZOMGWTFLP?!' and them the lights came on on the band and chester just went 'Jk lol haha. That's my idea of an internet joke for ya.' and everyone was like 'oooooh, *rofl*!'
But he literally said it better by letter, like 'Jay kay ell oh ell haha' and it sounded really funny coz of the accent and stuff :3

And Chester and Mike had a good bit of banter between each other
Chester: 'Who wants mike to serenade us with his beautiful song?'
Crowd: 'Mike! Mike! Mike!'
Mike: *LOL* 'Awhh, naah.'

Oh HAAAAAAAAAAI

I had a bloody amazing night :]
Tonight was 'Kandy Island' at my youth centre, and i help out, coz i haaaafta.
I saw a band called My Passion live, right, and my goooood, they're so GOOD
They just jump around and go crazy tbh, my feet hurt... I WAS JUMPING ABOUT IN HEELS

The lead singer kept jumping off the stage and dancing about around people, and singing and screaming in their faces he came up to me and danced, i was like 'oh my god, yay!'
If they come back to swindon, i'm so going to be there, no doubt about it!!

If anyone knows of The Horrors, they're like them... but in my opinion, BETTER
It was so funny, they had to get ready and all, obviously, and they'd dissspear into the toilets for like, 10 minutes each, and then come out and they were only doing their hair!!
All we could smell was the hairspray xD It was funny.
They're jeans were so tight xD It's crazy... some of 'em had skinnier legs than moi!

it' because i've just seen the coca-cola christmas advert.
it's officially christmas noooowww!

i've had exams ALL this week... oh god, it's killing me, seriously.
all the teachers are acting worse that our PROPER gcse's... these are only our mok tests
well last friday i had a maths GCSE re-sit... which was so easy i really could of done it with my eyes closed.
i had my last english exam today... english literature... every english exam my arm has cramped up because i'm writing so much and so fast xDD it hurts..
and i have to hav a tooth yanked out tomorrow... as if i'm not scared enough of the dentist already xDDD
ooooh dear.


well... next wednesday I'M GOING ON TOP GEAR.

the past few days have been exciting stuff, yep yep.

Padfoot () passed out right in the middle of a park too XD

No.
ANYWHO... on to the riviting story of how alex passed out in the park and had to be DRAGGED HOME.

Right.
Well me and alex went into town to meet (rachy, my cousin) and our friend fiona to go to Queens Park to go and get our drink on.
So, after a good drink and a smoke in some people's cases in starbucks, we went off to find our main alcohol buyer XD.
Sitting on a wall, enjoying our food we nabbed from Greggs (heeeeaven XD) minding our own buisness, we were chatting and smoking again in some cases, when out the corner of our eyes, we see two little feral children crawling baout in the really really long 'decorative' grass behind us, jumping out at people, roaring and screaming like little feral children do.
We however, were not phased and turned a blind eye to it, them knowing we'd caught on to their little games.
LITTLE DID WE KNOW, we would be attacked by said feral children.
Minding our own buisness, one of the ferals, a small, runty long brown haired boy with horriffic teeth jumped onto Rachy, biting and scratching her, then moving along the wall to me, then to go and leap on alex, trying to tear her red cardigen thing off.
(wall order: from far left side: fiona, rachy, me, alex.)
Then, after the attack, our other friend Sian came to speak to us and stuff.
THEN.... another attack. XD
Leaping over us, they ran and attacked Sian, who was filming the previous attack on her mobile, who ran screaming.
Then the ferals came after us again, and we followed sians persuit.
The children carried on running after us, then their parents caled, and they walked off like nothing had happened.

WHAT PSHYCO PARENTS LET THEIR KIDS CRAWL AROUND IN GRASS AND ATTACK TEENS?!
XD

(lol i just dribbled bacardi down my chin.)

Anywho, Sian departed, we met the other addition to our group and we wandered over to Queens, with two crates of Carling, half a bottle of strongbow and some vodka, with a 2l bottle of coke, 3D fruit straws and GIRL PARTY cups.
Getting a good round of applause from a random group of people as we walked in, we set up camp and cracked open the good stuff. ^.^
After a while of drinking, all us girls needed to pee, really really bad.
So we ran barefooted in someones case, to a chinese resturant and blagged our way in ;D

Returning to the Park and it's wiiiiiiiide open spaces (lol.) we carried on getting our drink on, all of us a little (XD) tipsy and in a certain case, high.
Padfoot, the lightweight (she told me to write that. srsly.) got a bit too drunk, and when offered part of a joint, toked it about 9 TIMES because she didn't think she was inhaling it XD, and she'd never smoked weed before, like me, who only took 3 long drags and didn't pass out like her. Owned tbh.
Anyway... after smoking the joint, she just sat there, staring into space, whilst me and Rachy giggled at nothing.
Then, Alex just flomped on her side, eyes closed.
We all were like.. WTF when she just heaved and threw up.
We lol'd for a second and then were like... oh fuck XD.
Luckly, the only guy in our group knew how to deal with it, so thankfully he dealed with it. XD
So, after 'diagnosing' her and comfirming she'd 'whitied' (we lol'd) we had to DRAG her out the park because the wardens came and toldus they were closing the park.
So, beer bottles shoved everywhere on our persons (not dodgy.), we dragged alex out the park and set her down on a wall, where she hilariously flopped into this guys lap, making us lol alot and him go 'erm... not a good place for a passed out teenie to lay XD'
A man came out to bollock us.. who turned out TO BE MY UNCLE.
Hopefully, he didn't recognise me, as i turned around, saw him and was like 'Oh. hi....' and turned quickly back to alex.
Soon, we called a cab, who was a complete ARSE.
'Oh if she throws up. you gott apay £80.'
'Fuck off and drive.'
