I've been feeling sluggish lately. I'm not quite sure if I'm sick or if I'm just lazy. Probably a touch of both. It was raining here for about a week straight and, as much as I love rain, it got pretty annoying. I've heard that's why a bunch of people are sick, but I don't think rain can do that... or can it?

For my creative writing class at school, I have to write a three to five page story every week. It's hard to think of something awesome every week, though. I'm low on ideas. It's not a pleasant feeling. I need a muse. Anyone want to volunteer? Please? I'll be your best friend.

To lighten things up a bit, MARVEL ULTIMATE ALLIANCE 2 ROCKS HARD! Seriously, the story is good, the graphics are great, and Deadpool takes the cake! I friggin' love Deadpool! And the fusions, a-MAZ-ing! Okay, I'm not giving any of you much detail. You're just gonna have to buy/rent the game and play.

To switch from Marvel to DC, my dad gave me some old comics called "'Mazing Man" and they are pretty good. It takes place in Queens and it has a bunch of odd characters in it. It's pretty cute if any of you who read my journals are comic book fans. It's a short series, but it's really good.

So... What else to say? Oh yes, District Nine ROCKS! I saw it a few days ago, and already it's one of my new obsessions. I wanna go see it again, I don't want to wait for it to come out on DVD or Blu-Ray. Anyone wanna see it with me? XD

This is a character I made up recently. I was going to use him for an OCT, but I got busy and forgot... AGAIN. So here he is, Benjamin Oscar Wesley.

~ Question 1: Let's start with an easy question. What's your favorite food and why?

I like all sorts of food, but the weirder the better, I believe. I had Iguana once, they serve it on some Caribbean islands. It was quite good, actually. Chocolate-covered grasshoppers are good, too.


~ Question 2: What is your earliest childhood memory?

My memory isn't that good, I'm afraid. I do remember playing with my first magic kit, though. I wasn't that good, seeing as how I was only eight years of age, but my parents were amused and entertained.

~ Question 3: Tell us a little about your childhood.

It was a fortunate one. My parents were very loving and made sure I got the best education that was available. I couldn't imagine having any other people be my mother and father.

~ Question 4: What was/is your father like?

He was a nice but stern man. I love him, but I'm not sure he feels the same way ever since I refused to go into the military service. He claimed that he had no son...

~ Question 5: How about your mother?


She is a very nice woman, I still visit her. She is very beautiful even in her older years. People say I got my looks from her. Father said it explained why I wasn't much of a man...

~ Question 6: Any siblings?

I am an only child, I'm afraid. I did have a childhood dog, but I don't believe that counts.

~ Question 7: What do you do for a living?

I'm a magician. I love my job and making people happy, but some people don't care for me because of my occupation. They say it's not a very good job, that I should've been like my father. I also own a magic shop where people can buy there own magic kits, books, whatever they need or want.

~ Question 8: What is your worst nightmare?

I'm always afraid of people getting hurt. I can't stand harm coming to anyone. You might be referring to horrible dreams in slumber, though. In that case, my worst nightmare was finding that I was accused of being a murder, namely Jack the Ripper. Still on the large.

~ Question 9: As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? And if you had the chance, would you be that now?

I wanted to be a magician, and I am now. I wouldn't change it for the world.

~ Question 10: If you could change any one thing for someone else, who would it be for, what would it be, and why?

I like the way I am, honestly.

~ Question 11: Would you ever kill someone to save another?

Killing? I couldn't harm anyone! Unless I had to save someone from a horrible person, but everyone is good!

~ Question 12: What is your hobby?

I collect unusual things from around the world. Baby mermaid skeletons, voodoo dolls, books from different cultures, magic lamps, potions, statues of various gods... I could go on. Recently, I got a mirror that has Queen Mary Tudor come out after you say "I believe in Bloody Mary" a number of times. I haven't tried it yet, but it should be interesting! I can't wait to see what she does when she comes out! I also a bit of an inventor. I made a flying cane recently, push the button on the top and a propeller comes out of the side. I can sit on it and fly around if I want, but it might scare people a bit.

A few, quick updates in my life. Let's see... I got The Sims 3 for the PC. The graphics are so cool and you can have so many different personalites, but the sucky thing is that you can only play with up to four familes total. Yeah, only four. Total. It kinda sucks, but it's still really fun. Just try not to make or play with too many one-person families.

Summer reading. Ugh. I love books, but the ones they make us read are boring. I have to read "The Grapes of Wrath" right now and all it is is description of the enviroment as of thus far. I mean, it's better than "All the Pretty Horses," but still. Long journey ahead...

I'm thinking of entering an OCT. Yes, I've said that before, but I mean it this time. Here's a link if you are interested, it seems pretty cool to me. [link] I have a character I really want to enter, but I need to think of his motive. Hurm...

I've got a facebook. It seems odd, but I only got one to look at Watchmen stuff on the site. Can you say "nerd?" I know you can. It's quite fun, though. It's got buddypoke and polls and I'm best buds with my comp. teacher!

I never really grew up with Michael Jackson music, so I'm not as affected as some people are, but I am shocked. I mean, cardiac arrest at the age of 50... Kind of scary. Also hard to believe. I mean, I know he's dead, but there was a scare with Bob Barker being dead that turned out to not be true. At first I thought it was kind of like that. Wrong, obviously.

Ok, most people around my age just think of "child molester" when they hear the name Michael Jackson. I have no opinion about this. I don't know enough about him and I don't want to stick my nose into other people's business. If it is true about what he did, I'm going to ignore it for tonight. He changed music in a big way, you have to respect what he did for the entertainment industry, even if it's just for one night. Leave your bad jokes about Neverland, children, Peter Pan, and whatever until some other time. I mean, he had REALLY awesome music.

To wrap this up, if you don't care for him, at least give thoughts to his family and those who do like him.

I've been really sick lately. My throat hurts, I have on-and-off low-grade fever (highest so far has been 100.8 degrees Fahrenheit), my body feels cold most of the time but will then get hot and cold and hot and cold... but my neck and head feel like they're burning up. And to top it all off my mom has been complaining all day. She wouldn't shut up about how I didn't rush my hair right or how I'm too busy on the Internet... I'VE BARELY BEEN ON THE COMPUTER AND WHEN I AM IT'S NOT FOR A LONG TIME! GOD! Such a #$534@%!$...

But now to try and say something good, I might be getting The Sims 3 sometime in July. I might also be getting a Rorschach action figure. Not one of the tiny ones, one of those really expensive ones, but I can only get these things if I get As in my college classes.

Did I mention I'm taking college classes?

Yeah, I'm taking Psychology and Sociology. I don't really care for these subjects, but I can at least get 6 hours of college credit out of the way. Sociology is better than Psychology in my opinion, but I don't want to major in it. I'm happy that I get something academic to do.

Hurm... What else? Oh, watched The Black Freighter cartoon. It felt too short... Kinda sucky... Under the Hood short was pretty good, but they didn't really use any of the people from the movie, save for the Comedian and even then it's probably just a look-alike. And the "comic movie"? HORRIBLE. ONly one guy does all the voices, including the girls. Sally. Sounds. Horrible. It's not like the guys even trying to make her sound like a girl. -shivers-

Just thought I'd get rid off that journal entry from March on my front page. That, and rant about my life. Seems like the sort of thing to do.

Discovered that you can use skins on these things. I decided to download one and see what it looked like. I think it looks rather good, but I can't use it without membership, so there's no point. Wah...

A-KON! I shall be going to it friday and saturday. Yay! Saturday I'll be Yugi and will be accomponied by who will be going as Joey. Sunday, I'll be Rorschach from the Watchmen comics. Must work on Rorschach voice. Hurm... Try to meet up with me if you wish to. ^_^

I have to work on a project for world history where I have to try and shed some light on "history's mysteries." My subject is Jack the Ripper. Quite fun, actually. Since no one really knows who he is, I get to look at all of these theories. Lewis Carroll was a suspect at one point. No joke. A man tried to claim that some sentences were actaully anagrams. Didn't really work when I tried it, there were unused letters and a letter missing. Try for yourself, I'll give you the original and the "anagram."

'So she wondered away, through the wood, carrying the ugly little thing with her. And a great job it was to keep hold of it, it wriggled about so. But at last she found out that the proper way was to keep tight hold of itself foot and its right ear'.

This somehow becomes:

'She wriggled about so! But at last Dodgson and Bayne found a way to keep hold of the fat little whore. I got a tight hold of her and slit her throat, left ear to right. It was tough, wet, disgusting, too. So weary of it, they threw up - jack the Ripper.'

...Weird. I was missing an f when I did this and leftover letters were h, w, and i (I was making top one try to fit bottom). Thank you casebook.org~! There are so many other theorie sthat are laughable, but I'm not going to say anything else for those who have queasy stomachs.

Anyways, I watched Watchmen last night, EPIC WIN. I won't give away spoilers but I'll complain about two things. 1: Dr. Manhattan needs pants. I'm sorry, but he sometimes would walk around and his umm...thing would...erm...yeah. 2: The sex scene wasn't necessary. Now anytime I hear the word "hallelujah" (it was in the song during that scene), that scene will pop into my head. Other than that, it was still very awesome. I must read the comic now, assuming dad will actually get it out from the storage closet.

There is, to my latest discovery, a Kingdom Hearts card game. Seriously, I bought it. The only problem is that I don't think anyone else knows of its existence. Not like I could play solitaire with these babies...

Spring break is the week after next. Guess where I'm going? Arkansas. Woot... At least I get to see my dad's side of the family (for once), but 8-10 hours of being stuck in the car? I hate that... Especially riding in the car with my mom. She needs to stop and smoke almost every hour, makes the trip go WAY slower. But taking two cars is a waste.

My boyfriend finaly got an account on here. He doesn't get on that often, though. Ugh. Almost seems like there's no point. Almost.

Animal Crossing for the Wii is so much fun. Transferred a character from my DS game. And dang, the city's expensive. A change of hair is 3,000 bells. And an outfit from a store owned by that vain giraffe is 7,200 bells. What the heck?!

Any of you people have home remedies and what-not? I know I need to eat, but I feel like I don't want to. Every drink I love (strawberry milk, apple juice, ICEEs) make me puke or get stuck on the can for a REALLY long time. And I dislike soda unless it's a root beer float, but the dairy won't help.

I don't mean to make you sick over the holiday season, but I just want to get better before school starts and before my last driving lesson. Speaking of which, I passed the driver's test with an 80...Enough of that though. HELP ME!

Okay, so I went to L.A first. Universal Studios was okay in my opinion. The Studio Tours and The Simpsons Ride were the things that were really worth it. And the Marvel Comics novelty store. They had REALLY cool replicas of certain things like Thor's Hammer for, oh, over $500.

Looking at Beverly Hills homes sucked because you really couldn't see anything. Most of the homes were covered by trees and tall bushes... And I don't care or famous people. Except...

I MET THE SPARKS IN A FOOD COURT IN L.A! If you don't know who they are, it's okay. Hardly anyone knows them. THey're an awesome band that stared round the 70s. They started here in America, but they had a bigger European fan base, so they moved to London. Go look up their songs on YouTube or ITunes or whatever the heck you use to find and listen to music. I recommend the song "Dick Around." ...The song is not perverted, even though the title sounds so. Wipe the smirks off of your faces.

There's an area in L.A called Little Tokyo. Not really anything like the real Tokyo, but anyways... I GOT AWESOME YGO T-SHIRTS! YAY!

We later on went to Disneyland. IT. ROCKS. MY. SOCKS. Around the Holiday Season, the Haunted Mansion gets re-done and becomes a Nightmare Before Christmas ride. It's so awesome. you know the part where the ghosts are supposed to sit with you? Well, that part is changed so that Oogie Boogie gives you X-Mas gifts such as dynamite, snakes, etc. If you get the question mark coffin, Lock, Shock, and Barrel pop up at each of the mirrors a blow a gust of air at you. IT'S AN AWESOME RIDE. I'M USING ALL CAPS TO MAKE A POINT. Erm..lol?

I just go home early this morning. Like 1:30 a.m this morning. Then I slept 'til 3 p.m... That's about it.

Finals for school are this week. I have eight classes, but I only have to do five finals, and one of them is a scrapbook. Nar-har! And after finals, my family and I are going to L.A and to DisneyLand!

Alrighty, so my main dilemma. has set up a wonderful OCT. My problem is that I have two characters in mind to use. I'm leaning more towards one than the other, but I don't know if my characters are good enough and crap like that. Here, if you actually read these journals, I'll post a personality description, weaknesses, strengths, and history for both of them. Not going to give a physical description because I suck at those things.

1st OC-


Name: Minoru

Gender: Male

Nationality: Japanese, but moved to Transylvania

Age: At least 500 years

Race: Vampire

Job: Servant to the Vampire King

Personality: He is optimistic and always has a smile on his face unless confused or if a loved one is in grave danger. He believes in equality between humans and vampires, though he doesn't know anything much about the human race. He tries to be nice and tries to do whatever he can to make others happy. However, he does have a darker split personality, who is the opposite. The darker side of him doesn't care about anyone and would kill, seduce, or do anything to get what he wants. He can act nice, but it's just a facade. Minoru is not aware of his darker side...

History: He was born in Japan around the 1500s. His parents often terrorized the citizens and were later wanted criminals. They decided for their safety and for their sons safety to fly away to see if there were any other lands out there. They landed in Transylvania, but they caused trouble there, too. Eventually, the government got hold of them and forced them to serve the Vampire King. Now Minoru still serves the King, and he is the only one the king really trusts.

Strengths: As himself, he has none, other than a few basic vampire powers such as turning into a bat and making people he has bitten into vampire servants. Any other strengths are unknown to him since he doesn't fight, but he is fast and light on his feet. He has never bitten anyone or at least, not that he knows. His darker side is basically smarter, stronger, faster...Superior to Minoru in just about every way.

Weaknesses: As himself, he is too trusting. He also is vulnerable to sunlight and he's physically weak in battle. His darker side is also vulnerable to sunlight, is extremely cocky, and "plays with his food."

What happens right before the tournament: Minoru is often stuck in the castle while the King goes out to various countries for whatever kingly reasons he has. Minoru hasn't left the castle at all since he arrived there the first time. He wishes that he could someday get out and see the world...He might get more than he bargained for.

2nd OC-

Name: (I haven't named him yet)

Gender: Male

Nationality: (Haven't decided)

Age: 16

Race: It's a unicorn/human mix...

Job: None

Personality: Like most of the race, he is timid, nice, and enjoys the simple pleasures in life. He lives in the trees to avoid any threats from creatures on the ground, such as snakes, tigers, and anything of the sort. He loves music, especially woodwind. He tries to avoid any conflicts. He is also very social. Tries to make friends with everyone.

History: He used to live with members of his species in the trees, but some men came to cut all of the trees down in his area. He got stuck under one of the cut-down trees and the men, upon seeing him, decide to sell him to a freak show for profit. He was able to escape the circus, but is now stuck wandering around, hoping to find his family and to find a new home away from the dangers of the world.

Strengths: He is not that strong, but he is fast and could at least stab things with his horn if necessary. He seems to have a positive effect on certain creatures, which lets him befriend them. Other than that, nothing.

Okay, now that that's over, RANTING TIME!

I went to Hot Topic yesterday. I was so happy because I found a lot of cool Nightmare Before Christmas stuff. There's an album out now called "Nightmare Revisited" which is basically the whole movie soundtrack, but each track is done by a different band. This also started my hate towards All American Rejects. THEY #$%^&* UP JACK'S LAMENT! WHY OH WHY DID THEY HAVE TO DO THAT?!?! To continue, I also got some gloves with Jack wrist-warmers and a shirt. It's one of those shirts that has a printed-out tux front, but it's of Jack's Suit instead. It's hard to describe, maybe I'll find a way to put a picture up here of it later.

Tonight I'm going to a camp-out. It should be fun, but every year it seems fewer and fewer girls are going. I only know of three girls that are going. Sigh...Oh well. Less noise, I guess. But if we don't have enough girls, we might have to share a cabin with a boy's group...BLEH! Pray that that doesn't happen.

I've got to go, I'm already late for the camp-out. Bad, bad me. Talk to you people later!

Anyway, I went to a cool Japanese festival in Dallas the other day. They had that one game where you catch fish with practically nothing but a piece of paper...I don't know what it's called, but it was fun! I only caught one fish, though. One of my friends gave me hers because she wanted the bigger fish to mate and have big goldfish babies...yeah. The first fish I actually got was technically a pity fish. I used four of those paper-net things and they all broke. Then the guy working the booth said "Hey, do you want a fish?" I accepted. Now I have three goldfish. Again, I was only able to catch one. It made me so happy when I caught it that I dropped my net into the water and it ripped. I also got a balloon filled with water (you know, a water yo-yo), an inflatable lollipop, and an inflatable, bouncing watermelon.

Ack, my mom won't shut the $%^&* up. I've missed my computer, I haven't been able to go on it for over a week! If only dad could have got e this new charger sooner. And to think now she's trying to make me go to bed. Barely even 10:00 p.m.

I went to Borders this weekend. Guess what I saw? A collector's edition of the first volume of the Yugioh Manga! Yeah, that's right! Hard-back cover and three pages of color. Sadly, 'twas about $20. At least, it would've been if not for all of the coupons. Lucky me...

My throat is getting sore. Ugh. I might as well go to bed. Goodnight, and sorry about my ranting.

Ugh. I'm getting a lot of homework. It's not like I hate homework, but at one point I had to edit down a 20 minute interview into a 10 minute one so it wouldn't take up too much class time for me to present it. I stayed up all night doing that and other work, but then I forgot to study for a history quiz. And now I have a speech, vocabulary, a skit-type thing, math, and essay due tomorrow. It's not too much, but I have a lot of extra-curricular activities. Today it was an hour of piano immediately after school. Of course some people have busier lives than I do, but I'm just saying it can be kind of stressful.

On another note, I finished Twilight. Too much romance for my personal taste. I was hoping for more adventure and action. Now I'm reading a book called Lord of the Dead. It seems good so far, but I haven't read that many pages of it. Apparently Lord Byron is a character in it. Huh.

Right now I'm reading Battle Royale (the novel, since there are manga as well). It is the darkest thing EVER! For those of you who have read Lord of the Flies, it's pretty much like that. The government selects a group of 9th graders and makes them play a survival game. They all have to kill each other until there is only one survivor. If they try to escape, they'll either explode thanks to a device on their necks, or guard ships will shoot them. I'm at the point where there are only eight students left. It's so intense, but I only have about 100 pages left. *SPOILER* WHY DID SHINJI HAVE TO DIE?! *END SPOILER*

I went to AnimeFest yesterday. I went as V from V for Vendetta. BIG MISTAKE! It was already hot in there but I was wearing all black. My throat still hurts. Meh~ I was able to get a few things, but my dad had mist of my money and it took me forever to find him. At least I was able to get some Cromartie High School manga and a Jiraiya plushie. Yeah, you heard me. Jiraiya plushie. I plan to put what pictures I have up here soon.

On another note, I lost my The Mask comic. AUGH! The good thing is, I've discovered that Dark Horse started selling The Mask Omnibuses. I'm not sure if y dad will et me get them though, seeing how I have most of The Mask comics on my thumbdrive. Hopefully he'll let me. THE MASK ROCKS! And yes, I'm getting too lazy to underline the titles. Leave me be.

THen she #$%^&*s at me on how I haven't said a, to quote, "fucking nice thing" since I came home. She also called me a "bitch." She doesn't even know what irony is, either. I can hear complain from here. Now she can't figure out how to turn on the TV. I guess this shouldn't be too surprising, seeing how she doesn't know what two colors make purple. I need to talk about something else before I blow more fuses.

School comes up on the 25th. I miss math, it's my favorite subject and it's so much fun. I went to an orientation a few days back and remembered what I hated about school: people. So many girly-girls. Ugh. They're still pretty nice, though. I need to start talking to people more often, I can't myself look like an idiot again. I probably am going to anyway...Ah well, at least I have my books and my homework, those are always fun.

I hate my PSP right now. It won't charge AT ALL with home chargers. It works with the car charger, but I'm not going to get into my dad's car every time my battery's low. I even bought a new home charger, but that one doesn't work either. Oy vay. I need to go work on an art trade or two, bye.

I'm done with my summer reading reports! Now I can get rid off that awful "All the Pretty Horses" book! I'd hold a book-burning party if it weren't for the fact that that'd be a bit too cruel.

I finally got my WALL-E pushie. It's so cute, it's head turns 360 degrees! So huggable. There was a really weird typo on the tag, though. It said, and I quote, "Requires (Qty) (Type) batteries." Erm...No, it doesn't. It's 100% plush. Trust me, I checked. O.o

Driving SUCKS! I had my "official" driving experience with my driving school and it's so STRESSFUL! I turn to early and too quickly and my teacher's a dumb-@#$%&. I actually broke down in the middle of driving. Ugh. Why do I tell you this? Rant, rant, rant...

Hey, do any of you know about the comic/movie/tv series called The Mask? I've started missing it all of a sudden. I got a comic of it today and it's WAY different than the TV series! And yet,I like it. The fact that the Joker gets his hands on the Mask at one point...Ooh!

I watched The Mummy Returns last night. It was pretty good, but I think the first one was better. Evey's death seemed too meaningless and short. It was rather pathetic, really. And the Rock can't act. In fact, his CG character was better than him. I can't wait to see the third one!

What else to say? Oh yeah! I got Tomb Raider: Anniversary for the PSP. It's fun, but I suck when it comes to using the grappling hook. It also comes with the Croft Manor mode, so that makes me happy, but I'm stuck at a part where I need the grappling hook. Augh! >_<

Kyoto: We went to a lot of shrines and palaces. There was this one really cool one, Hemeji Castle, where there is a well that is haunted by a girl. (The Ring anyone? XD) We also went to Nijo Castle, but Hemeji is my favorite. It's so huge!

Hiroshima: 'Twas sad. I have always felt a pang of guilt whenever I heard about Hiroshima. I went to a museum based on the horrible event and, oh God, the horror of it. There was footage of the injured people and one lady lost her eye to a flying glass shard. Why did it have to happen?

Miyajima Island: A tiny little place not to far from Hiroshima. It has about 2,000 people living in it and 700 deer, which apparently in that place are considered "God's Messengers." The deer are so cute, but they eat almost anything. One of them even ate my caramel ice cream. They even tried to eat the plastic cup! My favorite place for sure.

Tokyo: YAY TOKYO! At first, I really disliked it because we mostly shopped, and all of the shops seemed to be clothing related. But then, I FOUND YUGIOH STUFF! I BOUGHT ALL THE JAPANESE MANGA REMAKES WITH THE TAROT CARDS AND MOST OF YUGIOH R! YES, I KNOW I A TYPING IN CAPS AND IT IS VERY ANNOYING! I'll stop now. These aren't the only places I went to, but I feel rather tired right now. If you want to hear more, just comment or something. Goodnight.

Anyways, I'm going to Japan in less than a week. I am really excited, but I'm also very nervous. This will be my first time away from my parents, save for sleep-overs that lasted two or three days. 1. Who is your favourite Yu-Gi-Oh! character(s)?
I love most of them, but in the end, my favorite characters have to be Yami Yugi/Atemu and Yugi. Duk's pretty cool, too (his Japanese name is awesome. Ryuji~!)

2. What is your favourite pairing? (If any)
I'm not a huge fan of couplings, but seeing how Yugi loves Anzu/Tea, I think they should be together.

3. Are you a Yu-Gi-Oh! yaoi or hentai fan?
I like the styles of some yaoi pictures I've seen, and I don't mind it, but I wouldn't watch hardcore yaoi anytime soon.

4. Ever cosplayed Yu-Gi-Oh! characters?
Yes. I've been Yugi and Marik (The Marik one sucked, though)

This might take a while, but okay. I have the YGO movie poster, a random YGO poster, art made by one of my dad's studets, action figures, cards, guide books, Pojo books, all of the english manga, most of the japanese episodes on disc, the last episodes of the englih dub, a life-size Atemu plushie, a 13 inch Yami plushie...Need I go on?

I've always wanted to be like Yami...
