I've had a lot of mental blocks lately with art and writing. It's pissing me off. Seems like all I want to do anymore is sit around and stare at a wall. =/ I need to get my life back together.

So uh, I'm thinking about doing head and bust shots for people. For free. First come, first serve. Just comment here with what you want. (Warning: The following entry has more drama than all my journals I've written here combined.)

Anyway, I hate life. I just, don't want to live anymore. I don't want to do anything. Nothing has been going right for me lately. I just can't handle stuff anymore. Mostly school is getting to me. All the classes I need/want to take only have like 1 or 2 seats left, and because I haven't gone to that school in two semesters (Due to my Disney World Internship), I had to reapply so I can't sign up for classes for another 2 days at least. By then I'm pretty sure my classes will be full and I'll be totally screwed. I'm not even done with my Independent Study classes yet either. I have to study and take finals for my Environmental Biology and Personal Finance courses, as well as finish my Creative Writing course. Thankfully, classes for Fall semester don't begin until August 27th, so I have more time to finish my Independent Study courses than I thought. But it's still stressing me out to the point where I've been having frequent panic attacks and this weird thing where I don't feel like I'm getting any air even when I take a deep breath. That's probably also some form of a panic attack. I don't sleep much either. And tomorrow I have a shit load to do because I need to call the school and find out if they can hold me a spot in my classes and a bunch of other things. I'm also missing a couple pages from my assignments. I don't know if I never got them or just took them out of the binder for some reason. Either way, they're gone so I have to call or e-mail the teacher and get those, do them, and turn them in before I can take the final in that class.

And this fucking yappy dog next door is pissing me off. The owners leave it outside all day and all night. They never let it in. It barks at everything. And it's a small dog so it's one of those yappy annoying barks. It wakes me up every morning at 7, and it's currently 10:30 and it's yapping away. My mom said she heard it at 1 last night and couldn't sleep because of it. Pisses me off. I'm tempted to just go open the gate and let it go. I feel bad for it. They never play with it or take it for walks. =/

Anyway, um, that's all I guess. Don't expect art from me for a while. I need to finish my classes first and it might be another 2 weeks before that happens. ><

I've just realized I've made more updates on here in the past couple of weeks than I had in like almost a year. xD Crazy that.

I've been doing a lot more drawing lately, if you couldn't tell. xD I think I'm getting better too. Kazuki Takahashi's style (Yugioh) has really inspired me. I love how he draws Yami and Yugi's eyes, especially Yami's. Hee hee.

In other news I've started a Yugioh fanfic on my fanficion.net account. I may post it up here eventually. We'll see if I actually continue it. lol. I've also been working on a sequel to Megami's story even though I haven't even finished hers yet. xD I'm thinking of pulling a Star Wars and starting with books 4, 5, and 6 and then doing 1, 2, and 3 later on once I have a fandom. x3

Here's something crazy. I'm a Yu-gi-oh fan. 0_o Yeah, the manga is pretty awesome. At least the original first 7 volumes and the last 7 (Millenium world). I have yet to read any of Duelest, though I have watched the subbed anime of some of it and it's pretty good. Way better than the 4Kids version. Man, 4kids dubbed it so shittily it was pretty comical. But yeah, Yu-gi-oh, I recommend the manga. Good stuff.

In other news, I ordered a commission of my characters Megami and Loki from my book from and she completed it yesterday and posted it up. I about keeled over. It's gorgeous. [link] Go give her love and praise my amazing character designing skills. lmao, j/k. But still go look at it to see what Megami and Loki should look like, if I could draw. xD Because of that pic I've gotten over 350 pageviews since she posted it yesterday. 0_o Crazy. I really wish I had better art posted up for people to look at so they actually comment or look at something instead of come here, see that I kind of suck, and run away. T_T

Also, my Ed pic was a complete flop. I was pretty proud of it and had high hopes it would get a few more views and maybe even a comment more than usual. But no. Not even my amazing job (compared to other arts in my gallery)on that one can lure people to boosting my self esteem. xD *sigh* I wish I didn't suck.

And now for the stuff I really wanted to write about.

So I'm really starting to like my art. I think I've come a long way and am getting a lot better, yet, why is it that I get less and less comments and favs the better I think I'm doing? It's kind of annoying. Here I'm thinking I'm doing real well, and no one comments or anything anymore. I mean, I don't care that much, it just makes me wonder. Especially when I really like what I've done with something, but no one else seems to want to let me know if I'm getting any better or not. Just kind of frustrating is all. Did all of my watchers die or something? Or just stop caring?

In other news, I'm slacking off and not doing homework. What else is new. World of Warcraft is my life now. Is there some kind of job I could get that lets me play World of Warcraft professionally? xD That would make me happy. Maybe I'll go into graphic arts and work on their website or something. I DO know html and css (to an extent). I was going to be a vet, but I think the classes I need for that will kill me. So something in computers is what I'm going to have to go into I guess.

The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

If you wish for real-life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.

Step 2.

Surf around your friends list (or friends friends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:

If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.

You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

7. Go see the Golden Compass movie coming out on December 7th. Sure it's not a gift for me as much as it if for you. lol, but I want them to make movies of the other two books so go see it so it's popular enough to make them want to continue the movies. xP But read the books first!

9. World of Warcraft Aliance and Horde sweatshirts from Hot Topic. Note or e-mail me for my size. xP

I'm very lonely and my dad only left five hours ago. No one's talking to me though, so that could be why I'm lonely. I miss my dog. I miss my friends. I want to go home, but I won't. I'll see this through. I'm not gonna give up on this. I just have to get through the first few weeks and I think I'll be ok. I can't believe how homesick I am though. ><

Anyway, I'll edit this post when I find out where I'm working. If I'm luckyl, I'll get something easy where it's air conditioned. xP So yeah, come to Disney world at some point between now and January 4th and maybe you'll see me. If you see me, tell me you know me from DA and I'll let ya cut in the ride lines. xP

EDIT - Soooo, I got stuck running the rides at Fantasy Land in the Magic Kingdom. The classic rides like Dumbo, the Tea Cups, Snow White, Peter Pan, etc etc. .... Well, it could be worse I guess. I'll have to come in May next year so I get one of the good jobs. Ah well, it's ok, all my little cousins will see me if they come visit since they're all at the age where they love those rides. And the uniforms are comfortable apparently. Plus the dress shoes I have are perfect for the uniforms so I don't have to go out and buy new ones.

Oh, and if I absolutely hate it after 30 days I can request a transfer.xP

In other news, I'm going on an internship to Disney World in August until January. Huzzah! I'm very excited. 2) Why did you join this site?
Well, back in 2004 my friend told me about the wonderful manga/anime Hellsing. At first, I didn't like the art so I didn't look into it. But, I decided to give it a try one day when I was on vacation and very bored. I bought the first two manga volumes and was instantly hooked. Then I joined the Hellsing Livejournal community and discovered that some fanart I had been downloading was drawn by the amazing . I found her deviantart, and since I was an aspiring artist, I decided to join.

3) What fandom were you obsessed with when you joined?

Um, nope. I don't think so.

My mother and I can't agree on a name. She wants Pirate, I want Axel. Anyone have any name ideas? I'm just about ready to tell my mom to screw off and let me name him since it's my dog. She wasn't even gonna let me have one. I called my parents when I got him on the 8th. I asked if I could get him and my dad said no and my mom said "Do what you want, but I don't want anything to do with it." So I got him and my dad was kind of pissed and so was my mom. Now they both love him and my mom wants to name him and she totally denies the fact she told me she didn't want him. >_< Stupid mother. I think I'm gonna throw names in a hat and just pic one...because I hate Pirate and if I give up and don't name him soon, that's what she's naming him.

I also kind of like Loki, Rezo, Tiberius, and Caligula.

EDIT:

Well, since my mom hated every name I came up with, and since all of her names were stupid, I asked if Cooper was all right, and she agreed on that name. Finally! So, my little puppy's name is Cooper. ^^

It all started when I forgot my duffel bag at my aunt's house on monday when we left Chicago. She's had to mail it to me now, and I should hopefully be getting it today.
Then on Tuesday I damaged my car so now our insurance rates will go up, which we can't afford.
I found out I got bad grades in my classes, which doesn't help the insurance rates.
I can't sign up for classes for some reason so I have to go to my college to talk to someone about it.
Our kitchen faucet is being stupid. We have the kind that you can pull out then push back in when you're done with it. Well it won't go back in all the way because of a little plastic thing inside the base. The faucet hits that and won't go any further and I can't fix it. >_<
Then I went out to get the mail on saturday and when I came back our gate on the garage side of the house wouldn't close. I think the hinges are loose or something because I have to lift and push the gate to get it to close.
Then a hornet got into the house saturday night. freaked me out.
Then on saturday when my mom finally saw the damage to my car she freaked out and yelled at me the entire way home from wal-mart. I almost got kicked out of the house on wednsday too when she saw the faucet was being stupid. she claimed I knew exactly what was wrong with it and that it was my fault but I wasn't telling her. argh.... I hate when she blames me for stuff when it's really not my fault.
My horrible week of nothing going right is going to come to a dramatic conclusion when I finally tell my mother my grades. But before then I'm going to try to apply at like Hot Topic or Game Stop or Barnes and Noble or Borders and maybe get a job... That way I can pay her back for the money she's wasted on me lately.

yeah, I'm gonna take those lyrics to heart. I'm going to be happier from now on. I love my boyfriend no matter what. I want to be strong. I read a manga about some girl who loved her boyfriend more than anything, but she knew he cheated on her constantly. she didn't care though because as long as it seemed like he loved her, she would never leave him because her love was too strong. that may be a weak minded way of thinking, but I love logan and I don't want to lose him. I know I could do better, but the fact is I don't want to do better. I've become attatched to the bugger and I don't want to be apart from him. love is more important than anything. I will love him forever and cherish every happy moment we spend together, and I won't look back on the sad moments.

And then to go off and say the things he did about me and blame it on multiple personalities...he's telling me he doesn't remember what he said about me. he says he doesn't remember if he said those things. he says he loves me. he says a lot of things that I really doubt he means. he's just using me. I'm just a thing to him... if he cared at all he would have told BL no without a second thought. but no, he says he wants to do it and does it and then says those things about me. there's no love for me in him at all. how can I trust him anymore? how do I know if he really means he loves me or if he's just saying that to keep me near? because he knows I'll always be there for him. that I'll always love him. knowing this he can just go off and do things with others and then not tell me everything and thinks he can get away with only telling me parts of the truth. I don't know why I'm giving him a second chance. a chance to redeem himself. So I tried to get ahold of logan from 2:00 to 3:15 but apparently he was eating lunch cuz I went home and called him again around 4:00 and he was back at his dorm. I told him I didn't wanna go back out to get him so I'd get him tomorrow to hang out and he said he wasn't sure if he was gonna come into town this weekend cuz he was gonna be studying all weekend. somehow, I find that hard to believe... I know he's gonna be doing other stuff besides studying, he just doesn't want to see me. the bastard. he makes me so sad sometimes. *cries*

so depression mode has set in again partly (or possibly mainly) because of this. I thought it was going away, but no. it's back again. I'm so sick of being depressed. it makes me angry sometimes because I don't want to be, but it just happens and there's usually nothing I can do to stop it. it comes and goes in waves and usually stays for a long time unless people are nice to me and actually attempt to cheer me up. but that never happens, so it usually ends up staying for a month or so and goes away on it's own eventually. *sigh*

1.) you can either make your own picture or color one of my existing pictures (the majority of them are uncolored)

2.) if u decide to make your own picture, It has to be a picture of one or more of my characters. You can find references for them in my gallery. The majority of my images are my characters. It can be either colored or left as a pencil drawing. up to you.

3.) if you decide to just color one of my existing pictures, any medium is fine. It doesn't matter to me, just have fun. The point of entering a contest is to have fun, right?

That's about it. As for prizes, um... I still have no clue. what would you guys want from me for prizes? lemme know.

Brief Character Descriptions:

Megami - she's a demon. looks about 17 years old. stands about 5'1" has large black demon/dragon wings, a black dragon tail, fangs, pointed ears, and her fingernails look like claws. she has silver bangs and pieces of hair in front of her ears and the rest of her hair is blue. it reaches down to her waist. she has white skin and blue stripes to match her hair. her right eye is green and her left eye is blue.

Kaze - exactly like Megami, only male. he's her twin.


Slayer - Megami's wolf familiar. he's quite large and has silver and blue fur and his eye left eye is green and his right eye is blue.

Hakuen - Kaze's wolf familiar. she's white.

Loki - a vampire. looks about 19 years old. is about 5'8" or 5'9" has amber eyes, and black hair that is usually messy and reaches a little past his shoulders. has fangs of course. ^^

Ami - is about 16 years old. stands about 5'4". has shoulder length blonde hair and green eyes. is girlish, spunky, and sorta dresses preppyish.

Zakaru - is about 18 years old, and stands about 5'7" or 5'8". has messy dark brown hair that reaches almost to his shoulders but not quite and has chocolate brown eyes.

Xyzzale - is a demon. has navy blue hair pulled back into a loose pinytail type thing with a black ribbon (think Tamahome's hair style) and reaches midway down his back and has marron eyes. usually wears a black cloak with maroon colored runes on it. he is most often seen in his human form so no wings or pointed ears or tail or anything like that.

Ryugen - a male dark elf. looks to be in his early twenties. has long black hair that reaches midway down his back and violet eyes. is usually unemotional.

Chisato - an elven priestess. looks about 19 or 20. has silver hair that reaches misway donw her back and blue eyes. she is usually very polite and kind.

Mayuka - half demon half elf. looks about 16 or 17. has long wavy red hair and violet eyes. is usually kind and is quite shy.

so there ya go. have fun with this! entries due January 31. (my b-day! ^^) and judging will be done by random DA users and a few people not on DA. note me if you have a vote. ^^ no entries yet, so c'mon! lemme know what you'd like if you were to win, and go and have fun with an entry. I will probably give everyone that participates what they ask for just because they participated anyway, so, everyone may get a prize! but don't be too extravegant with the prize requests. I'm poor after all.
