Propaganda, Gaming Styles, and Psychology

So I finally finished my long 10 page essay for English, and I'm a bit sad my propaganda phase is over. Well, for school anyway. I don't think I've skimmed the surface, but my friend jokes that I'm "so far underground as humans have made it yet still play the innocent." Thanks to Orwell and Wolf I'm a propaganda nut, not so much as using it for evil (yet) but to detect its prescence. If you can't beat 'em, don't join 'em either.

Next on the list is gaming styles! The friend mentioned in the last paragraph says that a person's personality is determined by their gaming style, which can be true seeing as personality is how one reacts to a situation, and video games create that kind of atmosphere. RPGs are a good example of that, but what about FPS? Impossible?
That's how he is able to tell someone's personality. It is pretty easy to tell. Do you prefer hiding in a corner and waiting for the oppurtune moment to strike? Do you prefer to take it personal and drive a knife in their throat? Do you take a shield and charge in, not caring who you bash in the face? Haha they should make a psychology from video games. Nintendology. CoDology (Call of Dutyology). Shooterology. Tee hee.

I dunno, I'm going to miss "200_" now I'm going to be seeing "201_"
Yuck.

Anyway, happy thanksgiving to all ye who celebrate it!
I've been feeling down the last couple of days. I need a social life >.<

Anyway, I looked at a map of New York state, where I live, and realized I live in such a small part of the state. At least I live on the "mainland," unlike New York City. NYC is like on a freakin strip of land that looks like it'll break off and float away to join Europe. It would then be like, Britain City or Portugal City depending where it wanders off too. Or maybe it'll run into Africa.
I can't talk though, I live in Jefferson country, which might as well be Canada...

It's almost December and no snow!! November 26, 2009, and it's still a warm 50+ degrees outside. Hell yeah!

So, there's my ranting xD Now I'm going to have to list memorable moments of the decade. Here, I'll put down my five so you don't get overwhelmed...

1. September 11, 2001...self explanitory
2. July 2007- I meet Dathas and the BotS guild! (we're still friends to this day)
3. Novemver 10, 2009- my cousin, Phillip Marcel, is born! Plus, Modern Warfare 2 is released!!!! (the best game of the decade, hands down!)
4. May 4, 2006- my quincenera with all my friends; my biggest bday bash ever!
5. March 6, 2007- I join DeviantArt! xD

Why late night rants?

I had something important to say earlier but I forgot what it was...

Um....

lol it's too late for rants. Yes, 11pm is late for a college student who was up til 4am this morning xP
Haha! I CAN rant, even when I'm tired! Woot!!

Anyway, I'm slowing down on DA again but I'll try not to disappear for like a year like I usually do.

I feel like I should add something here to finish this rant. Um, how about 5 fun facts about SeaChelles09...? Then you can add your own 5 fun facts in the comments, or hell, even make a journal!

1. When listening to the radio while driving and commercials come on (as usual), Chelle usually turns it off and belts out songs (either real or made-up). Only when she's alone though.
2. Her dream is to be a successful writer. She also wants to direct, write, and produce her own play/TV series
3. First-borne American in her family! (Her dad's from Puerto Rico and her mom's from Bavaria [Germany])
4. Speaks English and German fluently, knows a lil Spanish, and is learning Russian and Japanese. When she takes over the world, she has to communicate somehow.
5. When not on DeviantArt, work, or school, she's playing some game with her buddies Dathas, Ste, Kim, Cassie, and/or Spoonz

Ok those aren't fun. Here are 3 more entertaining facts I guess....

1. Can burp from drinking ANY liquid. Caution should be taken when getting a milkshake with the also lactose intolerant SeaChelles09...
2. Has never gotten drunk, smoked, or consumed any alcohol. I need those brain cells to kill playing video games >.<
3. Is but one piece of the "Dathas-Ste-Lunar alliance." Dathas is the socialist, Ste is the military dictator, and Lunar's the capitalist.

Oh now I remember what I was going to say! The weather tv peoples claim that we're in an El Nino, so that means there is a probability that the North Country will have a 60 degree Christmas! If there's anything worse than the humid summer it's New York's winters. Around Halloween time last year there was snow on the ground and all the poor Alice's in Wonderland were bundled up with shivering legs. But hopefully the weather will stay warmer. Nothing better than having the sun melt of the ice rather than deicing it myself....

Anyway, the day before yesterday, I convinced my cousin, Kim, to cinvince an old friend of ours, Heal, to hop on our vent server. Of course, I had no interest in really catching up, and I did my part by convincing Kim, but then I ended up talking to Heal!
Of course, it was a fun night. I ended up embarassing my friend, Dathas, to the extent that he didn't want to talk on vent to anyone. We know there's a thing called writer's block. But what about art? Is there an artist's block?
Probably not, since an artist would be able to take a block and make an elegant sculpture out of it. Besides, /I'm/ hardly an artist.
So we'll just call it the pixel-wannabe-artist's broken canvas. Eh, even that's a stretch...
