<sub>Saying my final Goodbye.
I have decided that after being an active member of DA for over 2 yrs I am saying goodbye for good.
As of today I will be removing all of my images.

I left a while back and returned in hope that things would change with the DA community but it hasn't.

I joined DA to learn from others and better my self in what I love to do most and that's take photographs.

For the better half of 2 yrs DA was great...I always received feed back,comments/critique were what I relied on to help better myself, but these days you'll be lucky to get any comment at all.

I'm tired of this community being a popularity contest,everything about DA is about just that!
The moment you log onto DA your are greeted with "Most popular deviations submitted" & if your not big on Journal writing or haven't got the time to feature ppl on a big scale, to reap the watchers in then your simply nobody!Your home page states how popular you are by the amount of page views you have & there's the page that links you to all the most popular deviants here on DA....I am not competitive by nature so this naturally doesn't go down well with me at all!

I'm tired of trying to get my work noticed in the DA community.Sure ppl fav my work...but what about communication,isn't that what this joint is meant to be all about or am I missing something here?

My new home...Redbubble, is a wholesome, friendly, supportive, down to earth, community who are not about the "Who's Who of Popularity"..who freely chat n comment on all works,and make you feel good about what youre doing!
It's also very free and their product quality is Top Notch...and you actually Earn a shit load of cash from all your sales...unlike here where you make zip and DA take the rest!

Along with the above...the constant bugs this site encounters with its never ending changing the way it looks & the ever so slowly page loading ...Its time to throw in the towel!

Before I leave I wish to THANK all the people on here who have supported my work over the years...You guys know who you are...you ROCK!
