<sub>So Friday, the 8th, was my formal. No I am planning to return next year so I'm not "technically" graduating this year, but the formal still meant a lot to me. Currently I am unhappy with how I look, weight wise, and have begun dieting and working out, but I haven't felt that I looked "pretty" since I was very little. But when I put on my dress and had my hair done and danced around I felt great.

My dress was and still is a beautiful green, and the bottom half is basically like a hula skirt/grass skirt. I had a tonne of fun dancing and moving in it. Sitting was not so much fun because the strips of fabric would all fall to the side and there wasn't much left covering my legs... But I didn't sit down that much, except for supper and even then there was a table cloth so it was all good.

My hair was in an up do, it was plastered down in the front and the back was all curls. I had at least thirty bobby pins in my hair! I loved it though.

So I went to the formal with three of my friends, Becky, Pearl, and Margaret. We danced and did some crazy stuff. Pearl and I, somehow, got on the topic of Yuri manga and how this formal was feeling like a yuri manga. Then we talked about tentacle monsters/porn because it's hilarious and as I was walking up the stairs she said "keep your tentacles away - oh my god this is really a yuri manga". So it was pretty funny.

Over all the whole night was very memorable. The most memorable thing for me was the door prizes. I knew already what a few of them were, and I had said earlier that I wanted to win one. So I heard them calling out that the next prize would be from Baskin Robins. I said "They're giving away a huge tub of icecream. I don't want to win this, I'm going on a diet!" and then they called my name. Gah!

So I won an 11.36 litre of icecream... Oh well. I'll probably give it to a friend. Or... Oh I know >.< I can use it to bribe the yearbook staff! Work!

Another thing that happened on friday was that I learned my childrens book is going to be published! Not by a big firm, but by a secretary at my school. She sells her books to the school board and if they are popular more school boards by them and then they can get picked up by a larger publishing unit. Now before I go into legalities with her I will be looking into other firms to see if a larger firm will publish (seeing as it would get out there more so, and more money for college/university). But still, the fact that someone wants to publish my book makes me happy inside.

As you may have been able to tell, my journal tittle has "death of a sword" in it. Well at anime north I bought a decorative sword. She was my baby and I named her Lucy. Well a week ago I brought her down stairs to show off, and on friday my brother asked if he could hold it. Well he was walking around with it all day, when I asked him to put it away my dad said since I left it out he could play with it all he wanted. So this morning my little sister (16) did something with my sword and destroyed the wrapping around the handle and the sheath, tied it in a little bow to hide it and didn't tell me. The only reason why I bought the sword was because of the wrapping. My sister didn't even apologize, she just said she was going to tell me. I was, and am so mad at her. I spent 100 dollars on my sword and I waited a whole year to get it. I won't be forgiving her for a very, very, very long time. My dad said he didn't know it was a decorative sword (I told him it was though) and he would not have let them play with it if he had known. And that this happened because I hadn't told him, that I was at just as much fault as she was. Whatever the case may be he said he would pay for rewrapping it, I doubt that any place will do it but I'm going to look into it. I also cried when I found out this happened to my sword, he said I over reacted. Whatever.

Still in the span of two day's I've had several great experiences and some sucky ones, but meh. Thems the breaks.</sub>

<sub>Hellz Yeah~!
Tomorrow at noon I'm heading up to Toronto for a great con, Anime North! This year I'm buying a sword there (and yaoi but that is a given). I am so excited *dances*

I've got a costume all ready and all my junk ready! Except my cellphone... I think it's in my locker... If it isn't than I am so screwed.

Back to the sword topic, it shall be great, it shall be grand, and I shall name it Lucy. Or something like that.

On a more intellectual level I (Along with Anna and Clayton) have managed to start a GSA in our school and it shall be cool. The first meeting will be on Monday and I am happy about that. Talking to the principal was nerve racking, but now that it's over with I'm glad it happened.

Hmmm... I am tried therefor I now sleep. Good night! Or day depending on when you read this I guess....</sub>

<sub>This journal is more or less to get my angsty one off of my main page. Yay!

Addictions are hard to kick. Here I thought I was finally clean of Neopets, 335 days with out one visit to the site. And then bam! The craving is back and I go on... Only a little. Now I'm hooked D: Curse you neopets and your addictive pixels!

And that's what I use to get rid of an angst filled journal. Sugar, lollies, and blood.

<sub>Yay. This is a rant about what went wrong in YEARBOOK today. If you want to comment go head, if you don't want to comment, fine by me. This is more for venting purposes (possibly someone will be sympathetic but it won't end my world if nothing happens)

Today was a severely annoying, irritating, and draining day for me. I am the editor-in-chief for the yearbook at my high school. The teacher (Mr. Minnema) is away with the shingles leaving me (and technically the brainless supply teacher) in charge.

For a while now there has been an ongoing "hate" between myself, Clayton (my assistant editor-in-chief), Kyle (my Design editor) and the three stooges (the annoying comm. tech students whose names I don't know except one is Adam).

The computers in the comm. tech room are very slow, and when you use one program on it over and over it works faster (if only a tiny bit). So myself, Kyle and Clayton have marked computers as "ours" with permission. It started out more as a joke but then the three stooges started taking the computers and only going on the Internet, not working. Basicly causing us pain. Normally that is only a minor irritation...

Today however I had just spent the previous day working more than four hours on the yearbook... Yay... Fixing a page spread Clayton was to do but he screwed up majorly on and wasn't there to help. Then today I had to fix one of his other messed up layouts (so many embedded files!)... He wasn't here again and was on msn so Kyle allowed me to virtually yell at him.

Now if that were to be it alone then I would have been only slightly annoyed. As it were, it was not the only problem. Since the teacher wasn't here today the three stooges had some sort of "up rising". They put paper and got it covered in WATER and put it on the computer monitor. Then, against the rules, proceeded to eat messy foods by the computers. They decided to print off "profanity" and staple it up in the class. Technically it was "scratom" which is spelled wrong on purpose. But only a nimrod couldn't tell that. To make matters worse the supply teacher actually said they could do that!

No one except myself, Sarah, Kyle and Blair worked today... All the other yearbook staff was busy on the Internet printing off pictures of naked men. Not that men aren't great (cause they are) but there is a TIME and a PLACE for that and this was neither. There was a lovely little girl in the classroom that wasn't in our class. All she did was TALK and be a bitch. The three stooges of course cut in to me with a lovely dose of sarcasm. With which I responded with a very heavy dose of my own sarcasm. They then kept saying "Anna why are you so sarcastic?" At this point I decided I would either have to ignore them or KILL THEM ALL AT THAT EXACT MOMENT! I figured the second idea, although satisfying in every way, would be to big a mess to clean up at the moment.

Add in that Clayton was pleading ignorance and blaming everyone else BUT himself for what he DID NOT do. It made me very very unhappy. The most violent, and angry I have ever felt at school before. I was being a bitch in that class, but it was either be a bitch because they were being immature assholes... or bring a bomb into school after March break. Again, way too much of a mess to clean up. Plus I only am really mad at Mel, Clayton and the three stooges.

On a Brighter note I 'm getting further in my Twilight princess game. GO WII! I know what I'm doing this Wii-kend. lol. Yes, as you may have guessed I am quite obviously going to... buy the next sims2 upgrade! Yeah that made no sense... But luckily for me this whole "type until the anger dissipates" sort of dulled the edge. Or perhaps it was all the beautiful rubies I collected today.

<sub>Oh Firefox normally you are a lovely piece of technology that I have no qualms with at all. However today... is different. For my hate has boiled over into a horrid steaming vat of loathsome stuff... stuff...

You see I have a huge, massive list of bookmarks. All sorted into around 15 different folders, and then sub folders... and such. All filled to the brink with links. Firefox had taken it upon itself to clean itself up and look all spiffy and new! By deleting all of my bookmarks! ARG! They're all gone... Nothing left.

I've had it happen on netscape once, internet explorer a couple of times... But never Firefox. It has let me down... If only I could some how inflict pain upon it.

<sub>wow when was the last time I updated anything here? Seriously ages ago. I actually have a few things to upload when I get on my home computer. A painting, a charcoal sketch, a photograph (maybe), and a sculpture. I'm not sure what else I'll upload but I have been putting it off for a while...

I managed to keep my first job so far, though since I'm only an extra waitress I haven't worked all that much. I did work new years eve though and went a little bit past twelve and into one in the morning but I got 140 some dollars for working 7 and a half hours. Yeah money!

I'm currently trying to figure out what my friend will be for anime north. She's cosplaying and wants to be a character from Bleach (a Shiningami). But no matter what I do she can't choose who to be. Sooo I've decided that she has until this saturday before I choose for her. And she won't like who she gets to be BWAHAHAHA!

Also I'm looking into wicca, it seems to be really interesting. I'm on a search for a religion that I can believe in whole heartedly right now. Christianity used to be good but I can't bring myself to believe that god would condem a group of people that he made who they are for being themselves. "Hey I made you gay but you get to burn in hell. Have fun = )". I'm open to looking into any religion pointed my way so that I can find one right for me.

Hmm, what else to say? What else to say? I can't really think of anything else to say right at the moment. But then again I am at school so maybe that opinion will change later. Who knows. Not I.</sub>

<sub>Well Well Well....
It would seem that I'm more nervous than ever before. Acutaly not as nervous as when I got all my wisdom teeth removed, or when I'm getting a needle, but it's a pretty high tension nervous that I am currently under.

I'm about to work my first "training" shift of waitressing at a restuarant. I'm soooo excited and freaked. I've never been a waitress before, I've never had more than a job that involves filing taxes or babysitting. I'm so hoping I enjoy this though. The starting wage is 7.50 (canadian) an hour plus tips. My friend works there and gets 10 an hour. I don't care about the money that much (since I care enough to work but not enough to say "Hey give me a raise!" before I've even worked *nods*).

But I yammer, it's 1:15pm here and I leave at around 5:30pm and could get back at as late as 11pm, but work as late as 10:30 (or at least according to my friend who is good friends with the owner and works there and babysits their kid and is my ride to and from work. She is a life saver!). Hmm, agan I am blithering. But that comes with being nervous. I'll talk about how it turns out later.

For now... Wish my good luck with my real first job!</sub>

<sub>How are all of you doing out there in cyber land? I'm not doing badly per-say, more slightly depressed in the love department. But we all get that way. I'm also a bit ishy about my grades, my mother keeps harrasing me about them. But I'm going to stay another year in highschool and I'm retaking my math course to get a higher mark and to keep myself actualy remembering the math. I'm not worried about art, my mark will go up, it went down a little because I haven't handed in all of my art work yet. My yearbook mark is 90.4% which is sweet, I might be able to get it up even higher! My math mark will be horrid and my Idividuals and Familes in a diverse society (sociolagical course) is a dismal 70.1%... I don't even need that course, I just wanted to take it... Bah! Oh well... My mark, if my math is say 60 and my art is in the eightes should be okay. I just hope that its okay or harrasment will commence.

On another more light note I've been wanting to do the 100 words challenge for a while... I shall finally do that! I've chosen my words out, some of them I need to keep looking up in the dictionary because their pretty obsucre but I like them anyway.

<sub>Hello all! I'm doing great!

I was uber stressed out today by alot of stuff. Such as the $2000 video camera being stolen from my yearbook class. Such as two tests. Such as a major assignment. And so on. However I managed to feel good again, and even take some photographs and get two books!

How you ask? Well let me tell you!
I started to write to myself as diffrent characters in my books I'm writting. They chastised me for stressing over this stuff when they had huge world shattering stuff happening to them. Which amussed me greatly and calmed me down a tad.

Then Brett (the Editor in cheif for last years yearbook, he has to be at least 19 now I would think since last year he graduated but he had stayed an extra year) came to visit me in art class. Basicly he told me not to worry about the cover, he wanted to make a design (and I really have no time to do the cover any longer). And that just made what was left of my stress float away!

Oh my goodness Brett is a sexy saviour. Er yes anyway. I'm now content with myself. Not worried. And have watched some new digimon epsiodes (first of new series digimon savers).

So typing this out helped with my winded up feeling so yay to that!

<sub>I hope your weekends have been eventful Mine hasn't been bad, nor "great" but good.

Yesterday I purchased a month subscription, I had been thinking about doing it for a while and thought that day would be good a day as any. So I bought it for him, and I also made an animated avatar for him (which he is currently using).

Today I'm going to Caza berry farm in Peterborough! I'm so happy and excited! I am going to bring my camera, I have to get pictures of it! I haven't been in years so I don't remember all that is offered there but I can't wait to go to the haunted house (I hate horror flicks but I looooove loooove love haunted houses! Not that I've been to a ton mind you).

I started submitting some prints, I plan to change most of my photographs into prints, and if they sell then I will buy a print account so that I can get more return on the prints. But if they don't sell I'll still leave them as prints, I just won't make alot of cash off of them xD.

I'll update you guys and post some pictures of what happened at Caza berry farm tonight!

Okay I just got back from Caza berry farm and I had fun . The power was out so I couldn't go into the haunted house (I so wanted to too!) but I met up with some friends (who were working xD) and had fun.

The food was good, they had fresh potatos and such, mmmm.... And apple cider too! Unfortunalty I didn't get ANY pictures, I was having to much fun.

I bought two pumpkins, some jam, and some apple cider. It was a good hall over all

<sub>How is everyone doing? I'm actualy quite well. For once my mental alarm did not go off and I could sleep in! However I only slept in until nearly eight in the morning, which is hardly sleeping in at all compared to most people that I know. Oh well, at least I feel rested

Tomorrow I get to go to a haunted house type thing at a farm (can't spell the name if you payed me, but it starts with a C and has berry in the name at the end xD). I'm going with a friend (hopefully more if they can come), and I have friends working there. So my pals are hoping to scare the soul right out of me! But the jokes on them, I lost my soul in my sock drawer years ago

I've been toying with the idea of a CSS journal, I thought that it might look cool. Of course I had no idea where to even begin with this (I can be a twit at times). Fortunatly for me I found a wonderful place to help me out for a basic template (which I then tweaked using other tutorials): [link]
