CONTEST: this contest is over

March is sort of the prelude to spring. The weather loses it's chill and prepares us for the warmth of spring.

For this contest, you'll be drawing/writing/animating/etc any part of that theme. Be it the middle transitioning month of March or the warmer month of April.

They can be doing anything, be anywhere, and saying whatever you'd like, but it must be clearly pre-spring or early spring.

You'll have till APRIL 1st to submit your entry.
The winner will be chosen by me, and the runner up will be chosen by all of you. Please note me who you think should win any time from April 2en to April 8th; a full week is all the time you have to vote.
If a LOT of people enter there will be a second place and runner up; which the community will also pick.
[I'll have more info on voting on April 1st, because I want you all to focus on doing stuff for the contest now, not voting. ;D]



RULES:
MUST focus on Sephiroth and Vincent + follow the prompt [in this case; spring]
submit via note, but specify in the note that it's for the contest, or I'll submit it as normal.

Just let me say... woah. I left for a long time [I'm getting to that] and now the club has this:
2,778 deviations, 1,454 messages, 5 notes

...I am so sorry, guys. See, the club has seemed kind of dead for awhile. Blame me. Seriously, it's pretty much my fault.
See, a long time ago I left DA for a bit, I was going through some really stressful IRL things. I'm not going to go into it, but it's now beside the point. I left, with no warning and I didn't return for awhile, and when I did I didn't check back here or help out. Poor ~Shadow-Shi13 was left to deal with all of this. I feel bad now, but at the time I didn't care. But now is different. I am determined to get this place nice and running. And I want to also tell all of you members, and Shadow-Shi, that I'm sorry. I shouldn't have acted like that, or I should have at least said something. My IRL problems shouldn't be an unexplained inconvenience to you all.

So, now I'm back and I think things are messy [again, it's safe to say you can blame me and my leaving] so I've decided to do things differently. I've noted ~Shadow-Shi13, but have gotten no reply yet, so I'm starting now.



SUBMISSIONS - you will still note us submissions, nothing much has changed for you. But I have decided to post all submissions as a club entry. I will put a water mark on it that says to not fave it here, but to go to the original. So, it'll be more work on my end, but after what I've done I think you all deserve more than a journal and I can just suck it up. <3


JOINING - again, the same for you. BUT NOW I'll make a page just for members. I'm going to try to figure out who needs to be added and such. BUT, and this may or may not be different, depending on what individual people have been told, but:
You need to put the club icon/name somewhere... BUT WHERE? HERE:

WATCHING - When you join you need to watch the club. Simple as that. But I am going to unwatch EVERYONE. This club will no longer watch it's users. Why? Well, did you SEE the number of submissions I have? I know I am to blame, but seeing as you need to submit all art ANYWAY... well, I don't see a problem in not watching you. Sorry.

omg! Huge HUGE apology to everyone! All you guys who wanted to join/affiliate/submit stuff I am so sorry! >_< Life just got so busy and I lost track of everything... and I don't know what happened. gah! -bows profusely- Please forgive me!

I just added everyone who wanted to join to the members list. I will be responding to to the clubs who wanted to affiliate themselves with us and updating the fanstuffs soon. If I can't get it done tonight (it's getting a little late... >.> ) I'll get it done tomorrow.

I'm gonna get this place back up and running :] make a list of some reccomended Seph/Vin stuff, maybe make some contests (if i can get some rewards ._.;; ), etc...
