School started last week, so I haven't really been on much. I have a few interesting teachers, other teachers are kinda weird... Like my science teacher. He treats the words "Foot" "Yard" "inch" and "mile" as swear words.

We're doing Adopt-a-country (I think that's what it's called) in my global class. I was going to try and get Japan, but I lost in a game of rock-paper-scisors with someone for it. They won't let us get Canada, so I can't do that. I wonder if they'll let me do Austrailia! I could ask what it's like to live in austrailia, if she would be willing to tell me...

My math teacher is afraid of germs. He has a huge bottle of germ-x sitting on his desk. He can't stand looking underneth the table because of all the gum kids have stuck down there. He has something called a smartboard that let's him make his teaching look better (and more clolorful too!)

Oh yeah, I've been working on my writing a bit, so I think I might get some more things then on here besides my one little story with my friend.

I haven't finished Ian's(?) gift yet! What am I going to do?...

At least I can explain. Last saturday was great. I was able to have a party with a few of my friends, and we had a great time. And I got two things I really wanted! I got an ipod (it's a nano with 4 gb) and Professor Layton and the Curious Village! I've been hooked on Professor Layton for the past two days, it's so much fun! I've only had to use a walkthrough once near the beginning of the game, but the rest of the way someone always seemed to be there when I was stuck. Maybe I should play all my games in the living room...

I have Phoenix Wright music on my ipod! It makes me really happy! The downside is that's all I have on my ipod. Instrumentals get a little bit boring after awhile. And I can't get any more songs because my itunes isn't up-to-date enough to be able to connect correctly.

Huh, the mood chang-y thing-y isn't working. Wonder why. Maybe Professor Layton can find out!

I'll try my best though!

Other then that, nothing new has been going on lately. And I just realized that it's been more then a month since I wrote in my journal.
I spent the last hour playing Brawl, and I think I made some major progress. One, I got myself up to 99% done in the Sub-Space Emissary. I'm really proud of that. It took awhile, and Alot of guessing. I don't do the game guide thing, that's what I almost consider cheating. Secondly, I did alot on the checklist. Finish classic as all characters, finish Boss mode on intense, ect. Thirdly, which I'm proudest of, I figured out a way to do the ten down on cruel melee. Pretty much what I did is I choose Ik, did aeither (That up b move) to the two alloys on the left hand side of the screen, and just played around at the edge while doing aeither. I haven't killed ten yet, but have gotten pretty close. nine is better then six. It takes forever, but it can be done.

I don't have my internet connected yet, so I have to use the family computer.

Have you ever smelled/tasted burnt shortening? My mom was making cookies the other day and she needed to heat some of the shortening for the recipe. She puts it in, turns in on, and after awhile it began to burn. There was a lotta smoke which went up to the top floor before going down at all. My room is upstairs, so everything in it looked a shade of gray for the next 15 hours.

My favorite part was the warm weather. You can actually walk outside now and not freeze! It's great! I actually took a really long walk while I was supposed to be cleaning, and got away with it. I love that deck.

It didn't grab really me until about book four was it? Yeah, whatever, when you meet Barry the chopper. I thought that he was really funny. Too bad he died though...
The only reason I began reading was because my older brother and I made a deal. He would read Fruits Basket (which he promised himself he'd never read), and I would read Full metal Alchemist (which he thought I would never read). It didn't stop there. On the second day we decided we had to prove that we were actually reading it by repeating lines every now and then. I'm proud to say that he's used Aaya's line "As your older brother... I command you submit to me!" or something close to that.
I think now that I'm done reading FMA (or whatever the shortened version of the seies is), I think I'll watch Avatar, the last airbender.

Sometimes, don't ya wonder what it's like to be blind? Not, like, blinded by the mllions of stage lights that center on you when you win an award, or the camaras flashing and then you have that little dot that just floats around in your vision, but blind your entire life. What would you think if you lived your entire life ad didn't know what your mom or dad looked like? What would you think if you had to live without seeing the person sitting next to you in class, that brat who's your younger sibling, your favorite band, not able to watch a movie but would have just sit there and listen to it?
