Anyway, what got me fired up to do this was that Mason has a club called the Game Analysis and Design Interest Group, and we're making a video game this semester xD Hopefully I can get into the coding team, as I'm not offically on board yet. In other news, I got a tetanus booster recently and my right arm's kinda stiff >.< so that puts a bit of a dampener on my plans to start up writing again... I have a pretty good idea for a poem that I want to write, but I'm not so sure how it's all going to come together. I'll post it when I have it written though. I still have some old stuff that I need to upload from that notebook I found, so I'll be posting that periodically so that I have something to contribute to dA. I didn't want to just post it all at once though, because I've kinda dissappeared for too long and I didn't want to continue that trend.

Speaking of notebooks, my friend ~Stefunniii totally overhauled my notebook with this awesome illustration. It's amazing and I hope it inspires me to write some good stuff. I actually had a bit of an idea for something late last night, but I was just too dang tired to write anything.

Seems like I've been quite tired lately in general from like familal stuff...

Well, before I go, just know that if you happened to wonder why your getting comments on works that you posted like... about a year ago, that's because I +watch way to many great artists and have been trying to sift through stuff, even so, I'm pretty backed up because I try to give criticism and thoughful comments to all of my fellow writers. I try with the visual artists too, but I suppose it's just harder for me to relate and give appropriate criticism because I'm not very good with the visual stuff >.<

Anyway, the new profile layout is much more streamlined and calming than the old layout... I hope someday I can make layouts like this :sigh: Not really sure what separates makes this layout so good though. I just got everying working too.. Well, almost everything. My 3d acceleration doesn't work, so I might have to risk losing everything in order to enable it. I was thinking that it's not too big of a deal because I can always just boot into windows to play games. Then I remebered that I can't use Blender without 3d support ><; I thought it was installed already, but I guess the lack of 3d explains why when I tried to use Blender the last time, it loaded with no textures ><;

I really wanted to get into doing som 3d stuff before I went off to college, so I could prepare myself for my major (even though I probably won't take any 3d until like Junior year... but whatever...)

10 Reasons Why "Gay Marriage is Wrong"
1) Being gay is not natural.
And real Americans always reject unnatural things like eyeglasses, polyester, and air conditioning, tattoos, piercings and silicone breasts.

2) Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay.
In the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall.

3) Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior.
People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract. Lamps are next.

4) Straight marriage has been around a long time and hasn't changed at all.
Hence why women are still property, blacks still can't marry whites, and divorce is still illegal.

5) Straight marriage will be less meaningful if gay marriage were allowed.
And we can't let the sanctity of Britney Spears' 55-hour just-for-fun marriage be destroyed.

6) Straight marriages are valid because they produce children.
So therefore, gay couples, infertile couples, and old people shouldn't be allowed to marry because our population isn't out of control, our orphanages aren't full yet, and the world needs more children.

7) Obviously gay parents will raise gay children.
Since, of course, straight parents only raise straight child​ren.

8) Gay marriage is not supported by religion.
In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire country. That's why we have only one religion in America.
(Did I miss the lesson where Jesus says He hates gays?)

9) Children can never succeed without a male and a female role model at home.
Which is exactly why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children.

10) Gay marriage will change the foundation of society; we could never adapt to new social norms.
Just like we haven't adapted to cars, the service-sector economy, or longer life spans.

I think I finally made a good balance between showcasing text and graphics. Learning some JavaScript really helped me, as now I know what JS is capable of. This new layout is definately the product of that learning, as I based it on a lot of JS. But if for some reason the person viewing my site has JS turned off, it will still work, just not quite as well.

For example, the mouseover previews that show more info on my portfolio won't work, and neither wil my music player, but those are just graphical add-ons and not the core structure of the page. It should also make good use of widescreen monitors. If only I had money to buy good web hosting, then I could use it like a real blog. I probably wouldn't make it into a wordpress or drupal layout, but that is a possibility...

we shall see what the future holds for me...

Speaking of which, if anyone would like to help me with my website it would be greatly appreciated. I have no idea what I'm gonna do for a header image, so any advice would be appreciated. Also, if anyone wants to create some kind of image for me, that would be awsome. Great thanks will be given, and all will be merry.

For dimentions, preferably something between 500 and 800 pixels in width, designed in such a way that if the image was taken and the right side stretched out, it would still look good. Height wise, anywhere from 200 to 500 pixels. If anyone has an intrest in helping me out, I'll provide more in depth details. Feel free to ask questions, if any.

Well... i'm not gonna go into gross amounts of detail, but I'll try to say enough

1) I Have My Philisophical Moments...

Don't we all...? Still, it feels like it happens quite often for me. My ponderings on the state of the human mind and society in general inspire my poetic works, but I feel that it's still more complex than that. What separates one person from the next, and where does the line between good and evil really exist? Or can it never truely be drawn at all?

2) Destiny is not Set in Stone (kinda cheating cause it's more on my philosophies of life... but whatever)

As much as God plays a role in our lives, giving us gifts which we would be lost without, such as the power to play music, write poetry, paint, draw, or any other form of artistic expression, we still have to try and make our lives work. I know the consequences of not trying hard enough far to well.

3) I Really like Kids ^_^

self explanatory, 'cept I usually don't show that side of me because I'm too conscious of about how other people will react.

4) Sometimes I think I push myself more than my parents do... Which is kinda sad considering I'm Asian ^O^

5) I Don't Like Candy/Sugary-stuff Very Much

I suppose that's kinda strange to some people, but that's me...

Besides, if you play the slot machines which require you to stop the reels manually (those are really the only good kind anyway), then it takes a lot of skill. This is mainly because your eyes have to be able to see images that are whizzing by very rapidly and make some sort of distinction between them if you want to get a good payout. Otherwise, if you just stop the reels at random, it's basically high-stakes button-mashing...
