So due to lack of time and lack of my preferred medium, I'm not expecting too many updates until I can afford a new one. ($60+ bucks?! SadPandaFace.)

I will probably take this as an opportunity to upload some of my older sketchbook work, and (time allowing) work on some new sketches.

My idea was this- to collect a series of secrets, statements, observations, etc. from Socialmoth, an application on Facebook. I sifted through and found a variety of statements, each of which I created a visual representation for.

I posted some of my favorites from this assignment. Given that I had to create 68 images in the course of two very busy school weeks, I had a lot on my plate and used a lot of stock imagery. While I usually don't like to post things that are simpler photomanips or just text complimenting images, I thought these were worth sharing. Afterall, this is the project that has been keeping me from the art I want to be creating.

Not sure when I will be able to upload next. This semester is killing my freetime and I am going a little bonkers. I am fiddling around more with painting digitally though, so my work in the near future will hopefully show some improvement from my first digital painting (the self portrait I posted earlier this semester).

The rules
