This is the home of the Zine for unknown artists.





Glossary:


Affiliates: Clubs or organizations the have added us or advertised in our magazine. Artists may also affiliate by advertising, etc.

Electronic magazine: a magazine that is made available electronically. (i.e. in PDF format)

e-zine: short for electronic magaazine.

Director: Staff member responsible for handling features for a given category.

Zine: short for magazine or electronic magazine.



Q: How do I join?


A: Well, first of all, this is not just a club. It is actually an e-zine . So we call all members “subscribers”. Simply add the club to your watch list and note us with “subscribe” in the subject. We will add you to the list.

If you would like to be part of the staff please submit a short resume via note. Most positions are now filled, but we will need more and more people as we grow!


Q: I have a club/organization that would like to affiliate, what do I do?

A: To affiliate simply note us with “affiliate” in the subject line. We will add you to our list of affiliates and all new affiliates receive a complimentary ad in the next months zine.


Q: How are the features chosen?


A: Features are chosen in several ways: The Director of any particular genre will go through all submissions, and features suggested by admins, as well as his/her own choices.

They are then narrowed down to 10 selections each by different artists, which will be voted on by the admin here at seven wonders. 5 will be picked for final placement in the magazine. There will also be a Directors feature for each of our seven categories, AND an editors selection which will be chosen by the editor and assistant editor.



Q: I want to get my art work featured. How do I do that?

A: First, you will need to be a subscriber. Then you are allowed to submit up to 3 pieces each month that you think are good enough to be considered. Note us here with links to the works they will be turned over to the respective feature director and will then undergo the same process as all other entries submitted.

All submitted works will be :+fav:ed here, however NOT all will be included in the actual e-zine. Also, just because your work wasn’t featured in one edition, doesn’t mean it won’t eventually be featured. It may just have missed the deadline for this month’s features OR we may have other plans for it.
