Like a magician's assistant
I disappear as the lights start to dim
I see my entity infront of me
While I mimic him

Re-genisising everytime,
darkness turns to light

Like a firefly
Flickering in
Flickering out

So weightless
So lifeless
So neglected
So rejected

I have no soul of my own
But I'm just like you
Doing whatever you do

I am nothing
I am a nobody
In the eyes of others
And despite all this hope surrounding me
I symbolise eternal darkness

Someday
I wish to be free
Free from this manacle attached to my master
And one sweet
They'll all drown in my lost pain

But I'm left hopeless
Because I know deep down
That that will never be
