DOG RESCUE IN NEED!!!

Okay guys.
-->I know that like half of my watchers probably don't even get my journals, and half of the ones who do, don't even live in the same country as me, let alone the same state, but I gotta try, right?

-->Okay so herez the background: I volunteer at a rescue called Forgotten Friends Mixed Breed Dog Rescue. We hold Meet & Greets every 2nd and 3rd Saturdays of each month and occasionally we might throw a Sunday in there. I adopted my dog Seamus from here and so did Leeny. I've been volunteering for almost a year and I wish I had started sooner because helping with these dogs has made me realize how awful things are for the animals we have domesticated and are now responsible for. At my rescue we make sure that the dogs go to good homes and are treated right.

-->But here's the problem: Recently we had to put one of our dogs down due to old age (Tye),one of our dogs has cancer and has less than a year expected to live, several other dogs are ill, one dog (Flame) has heartworms and just gave birth to 8 puppies. We've been boarding her, as we did not have the proper accomidations for a pregnant dog. Many of our other rescues have heartworms and other illness due to the neglect they recieved before we were able to find them.

This has accumulated into $1000 worth of debt. If you can do anything for these dogs, please help! Atmo: Hegehog, controls air, loves Thorny (Atmo is a boy, the rest are girls)
Allie: controls fire, animal up to you
Moss: controls earth (no duh), animal up to you
Lilia: controls water, animal up to you, but something that can swim. Maybe a mix breed?
Rebel: no special powers, animal up to you
