I am so happy right now. Tim Tebow, the hero of Gainesville and the Gator Nation, just won the Heisman Trophy about an hour and a half ago. He is the first sophmore to ever win it. I'll be doing a celebratory drawing very soon, belive-you-me. On January 1st, we'll be playing against Michigan in the Capital One bowl.

In other non-sports related news, I recently bought a learn-Japanese-on-your-own book, and I'm going to try my darndest to learn from it.

Edit: My niece just turned a year old on Thursday, December 13. Happy Birthday KT.

New stuff--Gators beat their interstate archrival, the Florida State Seminoles. We play for the SEC Championship against Arkansas December 2.

Edit again--(12-2-06)-Gators just won the SEC Championship!!!!! Beat Arkansas 38-28!!!!! Number 2 USC lost to UCLA 13-9, yeah. They should go down several spaces in the BCS polls. I am happy and I cannot type right now. Going to bed...

I've had Smokey for quite a few years. When I was 12 or 13 years old the rabbit in my Agriculture class had babys. I begged my mom to get one for I forget how long until she finally said yes. That was 7 years or so ago, and Smokey has been such a joy bringer to my family-she was also a joy to the neighborhood kids on Easter

.

One of the funniest memories I have of Smokey is when she would jump up onto the couch and then onto the back of the couch and do what we called her "SuperBunny" routine AKA jumping off the back of the couch to the ground, then she would get back up and do it again.

So, Smokey, whatever carrot field in the sky you're calling home now, I just want to say "I miss you already, I love you, and good-bye."

20 facts about Vester that nobody's ever going to care about.

1. Sometimes the Vester talks in third person for no particular reason.
2. I love all equines, felines, and canines (except poodles).
3. I love football (not soccer) more than any other sport: I mean, come on, who could hate a sport where a bunch of guys try to kill each other? I hate baseball more than any other sport, it is so boring to me.
4. Sweet tea is my master, gotta love the South. Coffee is second in command.
5. I hate answering the phone. I will let it ring at least ten times before I answer it; just gotta to make sure the call is really important.
6. I have a nephew. He knows exactly how to make all the people around him go "Awwwwww...."
7. I like humorous movies, examples: Down Periscope, Robin Hood-Men in Tights, Monty Python and The Holy Grail, Ice Age, Pirates of the Carribean, ect.
8. I HATE the city bus system. When I asked my brother how early I should get to the stop he said, "Well, see that time there? That's when they're supposed to get to the stop. The bus will get there anywhere from 20 minutes before to 20 minutes after that time."
The worst part, he was telling the truth.
9. I don't like my birthstone (ruby, they always look pink to me) so I got a stone called tangerine in my class ring. I love how the orange looks against the silver.
10. I love browsing through art, good, bad, indifferent; it's one of my favorite pastimes. Example: Had to go to the Harn Museum of Art for a writing assignment, took ten minutes to do the assignment, yet I spent the whole day there.
11. I love collecting key chains and plushies, I have all sorts. Whenever I go on a trip I usually find at least one keychain or plush as a souviner.
12. I love music and I want an IPod, but I doubt the parent figures will get one for me.
13. I love all mythology. Greek and Egyptian are probably my favorites though.
14. I start way to many projects and I never get around to finishing them.
15. Candycorn is one of the best types of candy ever, but they only sell it at Halloween. The soft peppermint sticks are great too, but I can usually only get them at Christmas.
16. I like things to be organized, but I am the most disorganized person on the face of the planet.
17. I am really sarcastic, but I say sarcastic things so seriously that people will get offended, instead of start laughing.
18. I hate the smell of cigarette and cigar smoke, and I hate the taste of beer.
19. I actually like math and English. I also have no clue what I'm going to major in.
20. During the winter, (even though I live in Florida where it doesn't get too cold) I have a ton of blankets on my bed-like 7 or 8.
