Its 9:34 AM. I should be at work right now.

Looks like I'm staying home!....Awe hell....


As you can imagine my boss is piiiiiiissssed! Because I called in right when I should have been there opening the door to start the day. I know- highly unprofessional right? Not like I can do anything about it. My *cough*--step father was rushed to the hospital last night. (I dont think he has much longer...) So my Ride flaked out and I'm stranded at home.

I've still got no car or liscense(yet)myself.
(Yes. I'am a loser...)

I hate being up this early. Nothing on TV and it just makes the day seem longer and lonlier. Maybe I'll clean the house and get some artwork in. I'm feeling strangley zen today. Not sure why. Could be the lack of sleep maybe its just that feeling when I unknowingly get ready for nothing. (its the same feeling I used to get on a school day when I decided to instead role over and say screw it...)

I carved (didnt finish it tho...) a pumpkin and I went trick or treating with my step sisters. First time in six years! I stopped going mostly because I had no one to go with and used 'getting too old' as an excuse. I know I'm too old now (dispite looking fairly younger than I really am) If I'd a known they go every year, I'd have gone too!

Oh well, I got a lot of goodies and about three king-sized candy bars! Just one thing tho. If you are going to hand out cough drops, atleast spring for brand-name ones. I got a couple in clear wrapper with "throat drops" written on it.

Also. Seasoned seaweed does not count but happily excepted. (Is my favorite )


Childish? yes. but far more fun than what I had planned.

Friday night was a blast! It was almost how I'd picture heaven. A loud and hazy place with lots of lights and movement every which-way. I saw alot of my old friends from school I have not seen in ages! It was a regular high-school reunion! I saw this boy I've known scince starting out in 8th grade at the world's most disfuntional school.(I still think of it as home.~) He's always been nice to me but just never had much in common to really be together. Still, its nice to know, I'm not alone in dropping out and working twice a week. I just wish I knew what he really ment by asking if I had met anyone yet. "Are you still single?" Was that just a general question???

I'm getting off track. Renfest! Friday was AWSOME! jousting, staged violence nostalia of old friends and Pirate Mini-V with- I swere to god was THE Jack Sparrow--and Starbucks coffee !!!! (long story pics later) --Saturday......not so much..... Got off to a slow start but just fine, Had fun goofing off with my BFF saw jousting a second time and succeeded in my quest to find a large wide bladed sword to paint (a little side-project) under a hundred dollars. I found two real nice swords I was able to get. An intricate dragon katana- like sword and a large beautiful 'Macleod'. I call it 'The Scottsman'.

Well some where in the day, my friend's new stalker found us. yeah, they met the previous night and really hit it off. And well, I ended up the third wheel..... and later was ditched.
Well I guess you can say that-- I walked off when we met up again. it gets a little old exchanging sarcastic comments and verbal bashings between me and him after a while.

So I walked around alone. Sitting at the Prodigal's concert during 'Whiskey Asylum' looking at everyone else made it very painfully clear at how alone I was....

No use in crying over the lack of a significant other or just any other... Artists were not ment for love in my opinion, I dont know of any in history who had not died alone. Monet, Van Gough, Dali.... yeah.... Like I always do, I'll bottle it up and drown it in paint....

What the hell is wrong with me!? I cant finish anything anymore! I've been so depressed I thought of giving it up! But to do that I'd have to give up life. Art is all I know and all I'll ever be or have no matter how bad I may be at it or how much I somtimes despise it.

I WAS going to draw or paint somthing today and ended up breaking a plate and thrashing the entire house. I cleaned and reorganized the whole day. I moved everything around and threw away all my old artwork and whatever I was begrudgingly working on that led to my little break down. I dont feel any better but at least maybe I could find what I need easier and not be so smothered by the god awful crap I've drawn in the past.

I went (more like dragged) to my step-sister's baby shower. Parties and socializing in general is very difficult for me as is. I dont do well around so many people especially when I dont know them-- and I didnt know anyone! I should have just brought a pen and some paper to draw, no one talked to me anyway .... You know it had to have been pretty damn boring if my sister and I were actually talking to each other! ((BTW- she just got a new account so welcome to DA sis (delayed )!))

I should have gone to the DMV and work on that driving test I really need to get done instead. I thought I'd only stay a little while and ended up staying the entire time. I cant be sure how but I was volunteered to help load up all the gifts and stuff after the party.


All I can say is that was boring and awkward as all hell!

Pregnant women scare me! Listening to all this talk, I've decided I'm NEVER having children!!!!!

I'm so sick of this! This makes my third trip in a row to quickcare!
Last june I got bit by somthing that had a bad reaction with me and it never healed quite right. It keeps coming back but it hasnt been this bad since I first got bit. It hurts! I have two swollen knots on my arm.

I finally went to quickcare on saturday where I waited four hours
(so much for quick...)I was told it was an infection and now I'm on a slew of antibiotics,( six times a day )I did get something for pain but its too freaking mild, it doesnt work. and Sunday I went in again to see how the shot reacted and today I came in with hopes theyll DO SOMETHING only to get another shot... I'm so soar... I wouldnt have come in today if I hadnt had three angry doctors yelling at me. "If you dont come in tomorrow and this gets worse you can be in the hospital or dead!" Jeez! when you put it that way... If it means I wont have to see you again maybe its worth the risk... ( was only thinking that)

Second time this week I went down to the rec center to find no work. Monday, I was suppose to sub for my mom at her preschool. By the time I had gotten to the front desk and was told class was cancelled for this whole week, my ride had already left (I dont have a car ) They managed to tell everyone except the teachers! "I thought we called you thursday...?" nope. you didnt. I spent the day bugging the man formally known as my boss till he gave the key to my classroom where I spent the day sorting toys and reorginizing supplys till a migraine knocked me flat out. I spent that time watching discovery chanel (Over-haulin' rules!) I mostly did the same thing I would have at home.

Still dont know whats going on at this other center I've been working at, I should be getting paid. (I think ) I really dont want this job unless I can take it over as my own or have my mom working with me. (25 years experience over my one. This class needs it!) There are sooooo many problems there! Because they are not county, they dont have to be up to the standards I've had to follow. There are alot of violations and potential lawsuits here! I wont go in to detail but between the class room and the teacher (if you can call her that) I'm working under, I can be at risk of getting blamed if somthing should happen! All because of the abuse/neglect liscencings I had to have to have for my last preschool job!

Well today I got to hang with my mum for the first time in weeks. went to this restaraunt to kill time. I had my first fried icecream! It was HUGE and so so gooood I never knew it was possible to deep-fry icecream! You can fry anything now!

I've had this whole week off and Have done absolutly nothing.
I've been on and off with my artwork latley. I dont know whats wrong with me! I just cannot finish anything! I start one thing and then almost impulsive want to start over or go start somthing else. I just cant settle!

I havent been taking my pain meds for my wrist lately. They're a little too strong and besides that, I keep forgetting to take it. Now the pain is back with a vengence, I now have sharp pains down to the bone at the base of my thumb. I went in earlier today for another look at my wrist. I got a different doctor this time (atleast he didnt laugh at how small my hands are ) He (like everyone else) says its not arthritis (thank god) but they just wont consider it carpeltunnel either. (they wont do much if its not) I was told its this way from over-use. I had the option of trying a different prescription or physical theorapy. He aslo sugested this shot. I decided on that. I was told it works quite well. It lasts for three months plus and takes about a week to work. Its quick but painful. The needle is stuck in between the wrist joints and what ever that stuff is-- It burns! My wrist hurts more than when I went in now!

I dont suppose there are any seminars in early childhood excercisms is there...

I've been layed off for months but I still volunteer at the preschool, mostly to help my mom, and-- well-- I missed my little friends too (the lil vermin tend to grow on you). I was subbing for my mom about a week ago. Only when its just me this kinda stuff seems to happen... one of the kids started a religous debate during a water-color project. Later outside during play-time I see one of the girls neiling on all fours over her friend whos laying flat out as her other friend jumps around them going "Evil! Evil! Evil!" (that was after testifying on the slide too ) It took me a moment to comprehend all this...I swear, only in this class....

Other rec center preschools have taken notice of me. I got an offer to help out a 3 1/2 hr. tue/thurs class for $8 an hour but after one day I turned it down. (mostly for lack of transportation) The teacher was a real frigid witch. Her teaching methods were VERY outdated and just went against all my previous training. Her kids are over scheduled and insecure because of it. (which explains the biting ). That one day I was there convinced me corn children arent born in fields but spawned in that class! I think what disturbed me most was the lack of creativity there. All they do are art projects (and not any of the fun ones either) For project time, most of them just drew abstract shapes or practiced their names....

Well, I got another offer. We'll see how this one goes.

And whats this!? I've just recieved an anti-virus VIRUS!
Fun fun.... If that isn't just the oxymoron of the century! My computer down loaded all this Sh*t on it's own (I cant get rid of it either! ) and now my laptop is being held ransom! The virus wants $86.00+ to get rid of it! (It comes back after you pay too!)Little bastards! I'LL ANIHLATE YOU ALL!!!!

Been a while scince I updated. I havent finish any new art in weeks... My hand has been real messed up lately, (you know its bad when I have to take a break from my artwork seeing how a stitched up hand at one time didnt stop me) Its been stiff and sore since about early may last year, its just now gotten bad enough to consider getting it checked out. I got some x-rays done yesterday, we'll see what they find.

When I do finally get some new stuff up expect alot of TF fanart!(anybody see the TF:ROTF trailer???)kinda stuck in that loop... I really want to work on somthing more original and I have the ideas but just cant seem to work on it

....Still disapointed I didnt get to see this guy who works at my favorite art store... He's pretty cute, I think I kinda/sorta like him, He sold my new airbrush- a Pasche Talon to my dad for christmas. I probably would have never noticed him if he hadn't mentioned it. I was talking to him last time, turns out he's into transformers and draws comic book genre stuff too! How cool! ....He probably already has someone tho... c=-.-0

Christmas eve again.... For once I finally have christmas gifts done with time to spare! This Year I airbrushed t-shirts for everyone. I hope they'll like it, I'm still very new to this kind of medium. I got into it after going to this class at the artstore I go to, started airbrushing about mid November. (Took me almost four months to save up for the airbrush and compressor too) So I'm still learning all the tricks to it.

I'll post pictures up as soon as I can. Most of the pics I did managed to get from this piece of crap sacar camera I have, are really poor quality. I may just barrow someone's cam then
I think I'll take a little time off from my art too. My wrist has been very stiff and sore, I was told its tendonitis from all the drawing I do.

Besides that......... Today makes exactly four years scince I brought home my baby birdie! Happy aniversary Roxy!!!

Somthing about this time of year just leaves me feeling lonley and bitter...

This year irony has struck with a vengance! Not even two weeks after hearing I'm being 'let go', I stumble on to a news artical titled "Top ten secure jobs during recession" and would'nt you know, third of fourth one down was Teacher's aid in other words, the job I'm being fired from! HA! HA! --aww....

I FINALLY got my copy of the transformers movie sequal "Rein of Starscream" I ordered weeks ago and that weekend my laptop (who I named Starscream) got a virus and is now absolutley worthless...
SCREW YOU VISTA!!!!!!

And now after all these years of joking it'd be a snowy day in hell before you see me in chistmas spirit, IT STARTS SNOWING!!!!!!
What the bloody hell!?!?! I live in a desert, where its 90 degrees in october!

Its been too long! life has been total chaos the last few months. I haven't had too much time for anything! but I'm sure I'll have more time for art soon enough... Is this good? bad? we'll see...

At my work-- I just happened to hear today I'm being 'let go' at the end of the week. I'm so upset! This pre-school program was started by my mom and means alot to me and to quite a few kids there too and its being shutdown! They started with cutting our budget so food and suplies for the most part is coming from OUR own pockets, they've dropped the scholarship program so half of our class cannot afford to come anymore. Now, they want sixteen kids signed up to both classes (T/TH and M/W/FRI) to keep the program running. --First of all its legally five kids to one adult (I checked.) and they are firing me leaving only one teacher (my mom). and word has it from the front desk the @$$ in charge of this has been turning away people trying to sign up! WTF!?

this has me so stessed I feel sick...
Theres nothing I can do tho... I'll just except my last check with a smile and nod as I quietly bleed on the inside...

Pardon the drama. I just had get this out there-- After all I've done and all the hard work no matter how tired or sick I was, I never missed a day and my reward is a big slap to the face.

Tonight-- My life ROCKED!!!!!!!!!!!! I got to see blue man group a second time, my dad managed to get free tickets to it. I went with a friend and we got to be the "late comers" in the show! It was awsome! We were waving to everyone through out our little walk of shame! Our seats were great too! we were second row on the edge in the center column behind the people who had to wear the paint smocks!(I think thats the eighth row techniquely) we were right in there! a couple times we even had the BMG dudes standing next to us! I pretty much blew my whole paycheck on BMG stuff, (still worth it) It was alot of fun!

Its my b-day and I'm working just like any other day... Well, its not too bad, I get paid today and I get a whole week off for session break! Yay! I can use a good rest! Its been nine weeks streight of work. and the last few have been exceptionally stressful. everything from flubugs to having to take over class on my own with my sis for a whole week when my mom got hurt. My boss had to stay with us for that week too. oh yes we were all thrilled. He's such an idiot! I had to yell at him at one point for walking away from the kids he was SUPOSED to watch after I told him to stay put just to get in my way.

--heh heh actually I sorta enjoyed treating him like a little kid and sending him back to where he's supposed to be

Well I got JLA: Kingdom come I have yet to start reading and new art stuff. I just might go watch a movie and draw some for now then...

I'm so strung out tonight! I'm on my second vente frap of the evening and I had two other cups of coffee this morning (the really good strong stuff!). and now I'm having ihop onion rings I did not know they do takeout till tonight (I feel sick )
lol! call it simple minded but I really dont mind being the third wheel to my brother's date if theres free food involved.

For the past couple months I've been working two jobs six days a week leaving very little time for my art. well, now as of a few weeks ago I was fired at the church job (well, I assume because I stopped going.) That place was getting really miserable to work at anyway. And I need the extra time to finish my shcooling. I would have dropped out long ago but it seems pointless now that I only need three more credits to pass highschool. I just pass the scond semester math test with a C woo-hoo! I'm half way through getting a whole math credit!

I think I'll burn off this caffiene buzz by working on my comics now, I'm finally on a role with it, I just may put it up here later when I finish it.

Ok I know I've been away. I promise I'm still alive! I've just been busy. I've been trying to get into this other school in hopes I'd finish off schooling quicker. Only to be completely screwed over because nobody seems to have/can find my transcripts (dumb-@$$es...) So I'm sorta temperarily dropped out at the moment. If thats what you call it...

I'll be sorting that out hopfully soon enough. For the mean time, besides sleeping, I've been working. I'm so exaughsted now! I just came home after spending all morning at a stupid child abuse seminar manditory to keep my job and they had the most messed up stories of abuse there! People are so sick!

I've been working all week too! I'm not sure how. But, Some how I was conned into painting a mural at my job for a tropical piratey themed room being designed. Just after the usual wendsday morning daycare I was asked to just draw the out lines for the mural that was going to be painted and then I was shone the paints and brushes. did I black out??? What I miss?!

Well The mural took wendsday afternoon and all of thursday about 20+ hours give or take and I still came in all of friday too. Not sure how that happened either. But I had Starbucks so it was ok.
I love their fraps! It was so strange for me tho, I was made the boss of the whole operation I've never been in charge of anything! or even have my opinions taken seriously before!

Yeah I wound up getting stitches tonight......... funfun I was opening a can of veggie dogs which was giving me a hard time when the lid flew off and trying to catch it, landed on it's side and I sliced up my hand. I just asked for a bandage and wound up spending the last four hours being rushed to three different emergency rooms. The first was closed the second was closing, (the security gaurd there was a real jerk!) and the third all be it a little crowded was open, (thank goodness...)

The doctor was pretty nice, and believe it or not lost a fight to a can too The only really screwd up part was watching him sew me up with a really sinister looking fishhook-like needle and feeling absolutley nothing (thanks to the shot)
I got five sitches.

Well atleast it was a clean cut and not on my drawing hand
And it was quite amusing seeing my mom squirm and go ghost white at the sight of the stitching. lol!

WOOT! Its raining! for this first time this whole year its FINALLY rained! What a nice relief from the 124 degrees heat!

I spent all of last night in the backyard on my porch swing enjoying the rain and watching the lighting, What an awsome thunderstorm it was!

The weather channel has been saying it'll rain forever! for the past week or two its been muggy but no rain, and now its nice and cloudy and actually cool
( if you call 90 degrees cool)- well cool for a desert in summer.

First, allow me to apologise for the lack of new art work lately, evidently I've been busy..........

The week-long fine arts camp is long over (thank god) It went as well as expected, from 6am to 5pm was spent running around taking names and setting up kids with art stuff, and radidly cleaning up from the last class before the next one comes in, there were about four classes back to back till lunch! the rest of the day was spent taging along with my step-sis running arrens and helping out my mom and the other teachers and adults alike who needed a hand with somthing......then spend an awkward hour or two hiding out in my mom's office, I'll admit I did enjoy my step's company, it had been a while scince we really hung out.

After that, I've just been doing some odd-jobs to help out my mom at her work. I may even get a paying job over the summer at the church, helping out with the little kids, It may not be my absolute dream job, but, in a way it will help me get the job I really want.


For the moment I'am working on some new artwork but for the most part I'm just testing out some new mediums (you'll see soon enough hopefully), and reviewing and practicing to hopefully improve my art and skill.

I'm goin' to art camp!.........not really............(I'm too poor...)

no, Its more like a summer job, (volinteer work actually)

My mom is the art teacher at a church and she's teaching the week long summer art camp there. I'm going to be her assisstant and will most likeley teach some of the classes. I'am (I'll admit) very nervous. I dont do well around people and children are really not my thing.....

I'm sooooo freaking jelous of those little kidz!!! >.< This year its this huge Narnia themed thing! I looked at the papers and shedule and they're having all this fun stuff like archery and sword fughting! yes! actual sword fighting! I remember going to those things as a lil kid too during the summer and the biggest thing they ever had was this really corny 'space voyage'.....

Ok This weekend I spent my b-day going to the opening of POTC3. It was so much fun! Me and my friend went dressed as pirates, it was hilarious! Surprisingly the theatre wasnt crowded But then again, we went to a more remote theatre than the one we went last time.

It was kind of nice I didnt have to race and tackle my way in to get good seats, lol The ticket lady's reaction to us walking in was awsome! She burst out laughing at this rediculous situation of two pirates casually walking in. she responded to us saying "What on God's green earth!?" (She said that alot) She thought that was so neat we did this in the spirit of Pirates. It sounded like we made her day with that She even showed us to her manager lol!

The people seeing the movie too were...well...there were normal ... It was sorta funny how they tried to ignore us, (as if one could ignore a purple haired pirate sitting next to them ) there was one little kid I think I may have scared too (i didnt mean to of course)

Well, anyways, The movie was AWSOME!!!!! I had a blast! I loved the multible Jack sparrows! My favortite was the chicken Jack Sparrow! I wouldnt mind half a dozen of those tatooed Jacks... Mwahaha! Well I'm afraid I'll give too much away.

WEEEE! I dyed my hair!

LOL! I feel so pampered! This week after school, My aunt and my cousin made me really blond with bright purple tips and purple bangs! My cousin made me pose for pictures too! I'm about as hard to get a good photo of as the Lochness monster. But I was some what willing to for this. It was pretty fun, There are some pics that came out pretty cool!

It was so funny when my dad came to pick me up, he didnt even notice I had purple hair till it was mentioned! Good thing he's so easy going! I wonder what my mom will say, she hasn't seen it yet! (She doesn't even know yet!)

Last night, I went with my mom to Stevie Nicks in concert! It was awsome!!!!!Stevie was so pretty! There was this huge screen on the stage that looked like a giant snow globe and images and videos played on it like all these flying doves, or this white siloette of this horse, at one time they showed this beach and the waves looked as if they were gonna come on to the stage!

We had some good seats too, front row near center of the second to highest balcony I was able to see everything! I felt a little bad for the people sitting behind this one very inconciderate lady a few seats down, she was standing almost the whole time dancing. A few times I worried she was going to fall over the railing. :worried: I think she may have been drunk, she was ask numerous times by this man to sit down and she cussed him out.
I'm surprised they didnt kick her out.

Still, the concert rocked!

I'm soooo hyper right now!!! I didnt sleep at all last night and I've had nothing but coffee all day!

The quarters ending this week and I have to get an entire quarter's worth of math done in a matter of days and I got proficiency tests too! This week is gonna be the most insane week of my life!
I'm going to see Stevie Nicks in concert tomorrow!

In other news.... Just tonight, I saw the trailer to POTC3! WOOT! seeing that and a clip from the movie made my day! It really turned around a usually miserable monday.

I've been reading Shakespear's Tragedies of Julius Ceasar for English. To be honest, I'm not sure I get it. I think I perfer Macbeth more.

Thats the only teacher there that asks your opinion, That makes most students nervous because nobody else dose that there, She had us do this pointless excersise last week to group up class mates to figure out this scinerio of going on a fishing trip and getting lost in the Sonora desert, You have only so many supplies listed to use.

Ok, Why would I go on a fishing trip with people I dont know??? I dont even eat meat let alone go fishing! I'm still wondering why there was a shovel and rope in the tunk of the car in the scenerio

We all decided we'd either kill each other with the shovel and ropes for more rations to go around or take our share and go out on our own for help. So much for her master plan of socializing us, my group didnt even talk to eachother.

Any ways, I went swimming today. It was FREEZING!!!!!! It was my cousin's idea, If I get sick its his fault! And if you think its crazy we went swimming once, we swam again after lunch cuz we thought it was heated up (and there was nothing better to do) a little more, pff, It still was freaking cold!

Rumour has it, Elizebeth may be killed off in POTC3!!! Yay!!!!! Theres talk that theyre thinking of going for 6 sequels in all!!! Supposedly Will Turner would be killed off in the fourth and I bet the 5th and 6th would be all Jack sparrow!!!!

Well, this is only talk, Johnny Depp says he'd be willing to take this as far as it'll go but its mostly up to the producers of course. Still. Who knows!

I've had KH2 for months and I've been playing it on and simply trying to skim through it. Just about every time I got stuck in port royal. It took me about two weeks to play all the way through from the beginning!

I'm a little disapointed I didn't get the chance to get the Altima keyblade tho...

Still, I beat it!

I saw somthing last night! I swear! It was a UFO!!!! It was about 10PM last night. I went to lay on my lawn rocker and listen to the radio as I always do. The cold night air helps me sleep and I get inspiration for my art and stories looking up at the sky. I was flipping through the radio station when somthing caught my eye. I thought it was a shooting star. I see them on occasions. This one was unusually slow, and it had no tail.

When my eyes focused on it, there was two other lights behind it. I could see this almost glowing light blue frame the lights were attached to. It had some smaller lights on it dotting it. It was V shaped.

I'm scared now!

It had to have been the strangest yet. This whole weeks been wierd tho.

I'm cursed when it comes to holidays. somthing always happens...

Monday, My intuitions were correct. we got a phone call that evening saying my mom was in a car accident. Ok, I may not act like I care at times, I haven't had the greatest relationship with her scince that nasty devorce and I put my foot down refusing to go and live with her as long as that mutt is there, I still was concerned. I couldnt get a hold of her which made me nervous.

I didnt get any schoolwork done all week. It'll bite me later... Tuesday, I spent the day cleaning the house. My half brother's parents were coming over. We went to a buffet- the smallest I've ever been to. I couldnt eat anything there.

Wensday, I got a break, I was going to draw only to find I was outta paper! My ma called me back tho...

Thnx-gving, My cousin and me were bummed out cuz there was turkey, I was more upset I had to sleep over at my mom's. I had some fun tho. I got granny cookies!!!
The special annual treat I haven't had in years! Later that night I got to spend some time with my mom! Its been atleast 3 or 4 years scince I got to spend quality if any time together! And we had chocolate pie!
