And I had made one with Yuna from Final Fantasy X-2 entitled "Sharpshooter?"
And on it, I had written lyrics from "Under the Gun" by The Killers, because I felt they suited the icon well?
Well, since then I've always associated Yuna to that song, but it wasn't until recently that I began replacing the lyrics in my head to really fit her story.
Being the dork that I am, I rewrote the whole song OTL
It's from Rikku's point of view, as she watches Yuna go from a depressed state after Tidus fades away, to a more can-do kinda gal. They're cheesy lyrics I suppose, but when are spoofs not?
_{I realized after posting them on my LJ that I used "the fayth" (in reference to the game) and "faith" (as in religious belief). HNNNGH}

There wasn't a car, but three guys walking down the street. I think they were looking for something, but I'm not sure. Anyway, I was about to get up and leave ('cause they weren't doing anything wrong other than being kinda loud) when one of them spotted me.
"Dude, is someone staring at us?" he asked, pointing at me.
I froze, embarrassed,and just stood there as I was.
One shouted an inappropriate something-or-another to me, while the others commented on how creepy I looked, standing, unmoving, in the window late at night.
"Wouldn't it be scary if she pulled out a knife or something?" They laughed.
I smirked, glad to have such an opportunity thrust upon me. I jerked my hand up in a fist despite having no weapon in it and threw my head back as though I was laughing like that ghost in Fatal Frame II.
I've never seen people run that fast and scream that loudly.

It was awesome!

Later, my mom told me some people had driven by slowly, hanging out the window and staring at our house. By then, I closed the window to save the a/c.

Art class at school has been going well. I'm kind of proud of most of the projects I've turned in so far.

Spring Break was a few weeks ago and I went on a sketching SPREE! I feel like I made some improvements in anatomy and using different styles to better express the "feel" of a story. I also went through my older folders and found a few decent things that I'll clean up and submit.

I do feel kind of bad, though, that I don't color anything. I don't like to color! But I have started inking things, and I'm sure if I come up with something that I really like I'll color it.

Other than that, I haven't really done anything art-wise over the break. The mood to draw hasn't really struck me until now, but I'm not sure what I want to draw lol

So I went through my older stuffs and, after shuddering from my obvious lack of skill when I first began to seriously draw (But hey, I've improved!), I've decided to fix up some of my older drawings and post them on here. When I'll do that, I have no idea. Hopefully soon, but I'm feeling pretty lazy LOL

Also, has really... I dun know, inspired me I guess. She has such lovely works, but no set style. I guess when she wants to create something, she just does. And I really like that, because I always worry about what 'my' style is, if I even have one, or how to create my own, but if I just do rather than think (which is a bad habit of mine), then I think that would be taking a step forward as an artist.

Anyway, that's enough for now.

Nope.
I usually don't color.

im drawing the four of us because ive had this storyline in my head that has been dying to be written. so i decided to go through with it, and i used myself and my friends as the characters. so, hopefully ill have them up eventually. im almost done with the character sheets (which will probably be one big one with all four of us) and then ill get started on writing.

ive been drawing very little, because art class has now become not only artistically challenging, but PHYSICALLY DEMANDING. (lol) seriously though, were using gouges on linoleium (spelling? ahaha~) and its really tiring.
