I know I haven't posted in a while. I've been busy! I have moved to Springfield, IL... had 4 or 5 odd jobs... opened a game store... and a lot more!

I have a LOT of random photography (including two weddings) to upload, but I just haven't made time to post it... weddings, friends, White Castle adventures, cats, and cosplay....

I also want to get Iverillian out of the way first for a couple of reasons. I am trying to be careful with it, as eventually I want to turn it into something more meaningful... but I really am looking for feedback on the photos from that set before I move on. Sometimes emotions are subtle and don't come across well in cosplay, and I want to make sure that the images convey some sort of over-arcing storyline.

So I briefly worked with a girl at Borders named Nicole who is awesome. She does a lot of recording and such for the local radio stations, and is always up for a good concert. She is going to drive up to Chicago to see MCR with me. But we're going to do some photographical stuff and she might be able to get some press pass type stuff. In exchange I promised to go to her birthday party and help kick it up a notch. Woohoo! And I think we might get to see/meet Papa Roach too. Which is also awesome in it's own special way.

But other than being emo at home and exhaustingly perky at work, nothing much is going on. I have suffered through my funk, and even got around to making a DevID. I have a BnW and color montage of shots of Saeru, and I'm very excited to hear from her on those. I luff them muchly and I hope she does too! I'm trying to put the build-up/portrait shots throughout the gallery, with the story tying them together. So expect one or two more portraits and then BOOM some action.

I know I've been slow with these, and many other things. And I apologize for that. Between illnesses, deaths in the family, work, and bank fraud I've been too distracted. I did, however, manage to get some more ram for my computer and it is running VERY well now (upgraded to 526 so I could run photoshop faster).

I am very sad to find out that MCR will be in Chicago on Thursday and there's just no way I can make it. Their album drops tomorrow, along with Final Fantasy 12 and I just promised Joe we could buy it. *lesigh* Good news is I'm not preggers, like I was beginning to suspect. Haha!

Other than that, um, I still owe everyone some thankyou cards and uh... yeah. I need to post some more pictures. I think if I had more comments I might be inclined to post more. I'm just vain enough to require encouragement.

I guess that's all. Maybe one more upload when I get off of work tonight.

I was unable to finish posting the rave pictures because I am silly and left the disc at home. However, I have started in on the Itachi portraits and a few composition shots. Those I have saved on my work comp now, so even if I forget the rave set tomorrow, I can still work on something. You'll have to wait another day for more coolness, it seems, mysticdragon!

And let me just say this...
I am sad that my Dad, who got me into photography, (sort of), was totally uninterested in any of the work I did this weekend and was a crab to me. Thankfully my Mom was very supportive and interested in the shots. I'd bitch about it other places, but I haven't had time to update a journal. So here it is: Bah humbug to you, too!

I have 116 photos from Anime Expo 2005. If I could divide them into groups I would, but I can't. I promise that I have hand selected each one and commented appropriately to make them entertaining and worth a full view.
