Man where to begin? Lot of stuff been going on in my life since I last posted... Back in February...

I'll just never mind anything that I have said in my last journal, and just talk about what I remember, and you should get a clear update as to whats been up with my new years resolution *laugh snort*.

Not to much has been going on in my life besides work. No real drama going on there, save a few incidences. Did a store inventory (late at night) at the end of March while I was battling a bad cold. It went well; and I got to listen to my ipod in the back room of the store, so time went by rather quickly. The store has gone through two assistant managers, and I am now (in the next two weeks or so) going to be taking on the position myself. "But Shenro! Weren't you going to school next month?" you may ask. I'll get to that in a moment. We're also going to have a massive shift of staff members, I hope we get some decent/competent ones. The pay increase should be nice too...

So onto the next subject, school. So I worked painstakingly hard, and long hours on a portfolio, all throughout May, to apply to the collage I had in mind. Sadly when they returned it to me all that was posted to it was a note that had 4 options. 1. you've been accept 2. you've been accepted but put on a waiting list 3. Resubmit the 10-12 drawings 4. develop your artistic skill and reapply. Thankfully I did not get number 4, or that would have CRUSHED me. XD But I had number 3 checked off so... I gotta do some changes and try again. So I will be remaining at home for another year (hopefully I do not go insane... Or in my case loop back around to sane. >3 ), and in a new room too (my sisters old one I finally moved into). That'll be fine I suppose; it'll give me time to work on things like body development (which I have LAGGED ON), art, etc, etc; and give me time to save more cash so that I can survive when I do move out.

So yeah, just keeping this all short and sweet...

Other little fun things that happened over the past few months:
- I turned 20
- Went to AC'08:
*Met: Dazen, Dark, Kal, Terra, Tempest, Skech, Kaze, and so many more!
*Reunited with other family members: Strype, Cooper, Fenrir, etc...
*Had awesome time (as always).
*Got much lulz, and lots of picz.
- Lastly re-plotting my future... I will keep you posted...

So I’ve now officially been working at the CD store for ten weeks, two weeks long then I worked at the video store. I guess you can say that’s a good thing, since this will be the longest job I have ever held onto (I’ve only had two, the CD store and the video store, lol). The job has been going great minus some small problems that have arisen, such as almost accidentally burning down the store; but that is a story for another time. Oh, another fun little bit of info that I found out the other day; the video store that I was working at had me listed as a part-time worker, when I was working fulltime hours (and then some). This is fun because the health benefits vary for those that work part-time compared to a fulltime employee. So I would have been screwed out of medical help if I had needed it.

Well I am now almost settled with all my AC plans. I have my registration and hotel booking done; and in the new few hours have my air travel booked. Thankfully my rooming situation should work out fine, since it was kinda up in the air for a bit due to some certain issues. Now I have one of the things I had planned for this year crossed off my list of things to do.

Speaking of things that I had planned to do this year... Sadly some of them are looking to be impossible, at least for achieving this year. Well in all truth, currently it is just one goal out the window. As I look at it more carefully I can see that moving out on my own (minus taking up a collage residence), will not be possible for a while. I want my friend (whom I have planned it with) and myself to be standing on a nice mound of cash, and have some stable jobs before we get a place. I am DETERMINED to get my own place, but I am willing to wait, so that I can get, and keep it!

Unless something else pops into my skull in the next five seconds... Oh! A few days ago I also checked out the collage I plan on headin’ too. It seems like a pretty nice campus, and the information session really calmed me down when it comes to my portfolio requirements, somewhat. The man who was addressing us on the courses and the portfolio requirements said that, it didn’t matter if we drew well in our portfolios, just so long as we got a message across, that they would teach us how to draw. I kinda think though that he was lying, and that they will be looking at how well people are drawing when they choose to accept you or not, lol, but who knows?

So, now unless something else pops into my skull... Nope, nothing. I guess I will close this journal off now. Take’er easy folks!

So I left my job and the video store, after getting a new one at a CD store. After these next two weeks I will have been working there as long was I was working at the video store, and those weeks have flown by. This only means one thing... That I am REALLY enjoying working there. The only real issues I am having is looking up bands, or movies (since we sell those too), for people, or having to deal with our customers over our exchange only policy. Still learning a few things there, but I work with some great people, their all laid back. I am feeling a little "concerned" over money, since I have a $2.50 cut to my pay from when I was working at the video store. The only major spending I am allowing myself will be on my Gym membership, and Anthro Con, maybe a pair of new bondage pants too (with one other possible little expense, but that is between and two other people, you know who you are )... MAH BANK CARD IS UNDER LOCK DOWN!

My Christmas faired well. Got a new photo printer for my computer, some books, and movies. I also bought myself a Christmas gift, for me, from me. A nice 24'' wide screen monitor. X3

Now I hope everyone had a good holiday themselves, and that you are able to pursue and archive your New Years resolutions. Here are mine as follows, and they WILL be archived! RAWR:
-Make it to AC '08.
-Develop greatly artistically.
-Get into Graphic Design in collage (the previous goal, determines if this one occurs).
-Move out and get my own place.
-GET SOME FREAKING NOTICEABLE MUSCLE MASS.

If anyone of these is not completed by the end of this year 2008 shall have been a waste of time. ^^ Lol, I'm just kiddin' on that. As long as I am able to get my life going in a direction that I want, with some of these completed (or started) I will be happy. As long as I have tried to do these things, it'll have been time well used.

Hey! This year marks my 3 years on DA! And my 20 years of life on the planet! Sweet...

I had to work the inventory from 2am-9:40am, instead of from 2am-5am... And was threatened with termination if I did not do it right (and I was still 2 weeks new to the job)... Which almost happened if not for them catching what was missed. I worked after that on the same day from 6:30pm-11:30pm. I was not a pleased wolfy. ^^

So the following Friday (when I was off), I went in to talk to the manager about my schedule, and she was understanding, and listened well to my concerns. So the following 2 weeks schedule were very nicely made to suit me better. Regardless of that, I did warn her that I maybe departing for a new job in the near future.

For the following week after, the manager was gone, and left our still in training assistant manager in charge. She is really cool, and nice to all the other staff. Offered me a ride home one night when I was going to call a taxi anyway, got coffee, or other drinks from a coffee shop near the store for the staff working. She pulled me aside the other day because she need to get an idea of where I stood when it came to me continuing to work there, and we talked about issues that I was having, and she complemented me a lot on things. I was told by her that she really apprenticed that I came in ever day of my shift was scheduled, that I did everything that I was asked to do as best as I could, really like my organization, and said that I was a very laided back guy (which was a shock to me, never thought I was), honest, and that I had balls for talking to the manager, though I don't know why! So she told me off the record that she would be willing to even be a future reference in my job search (which she said she has only ever give 3 other people in the past permission to use her as one), and even recommended a place or two I could go to, one being a CD store in the mall, which I was thinking about when I started my job hunt, and I am thinking of trying now.

Now I'm back on the job hunt, reapplying to the book store (since they said if I had a change of heart I could always try going to them again), and gonna try that CD store too. I hope I can get at least close to the cash I am making right now. I have big plans, and I need money to do them! A dollar or two in either direction doesn't phase me to much. Just so long as I get a better working environment then currently (like wearing my normal clothes, having stable work hours, nice co-workers would be cool too). Hope for the best for me guys! I need a change soon!

As for my social life. I can't wait till the weekend, got my buddy Tsujo coming up, and I get to hang with him for a day. ^^

I find job.

I work at job for two weeks.

I wanna find new job...

Perhaps I should explain the events of the past few weeks.

So I accepted the job at the video store and began working the first two days doing simple task, such as organizing older movies out of a big pile so that we could pack and resell them. Now I'm a guy that likes to get things in order, so this made my first few days fairly enjoyable. The following days I was given more complicated tasks, and that is dealing with the blasted cash register. I swear you need to take like a class in order to work it properly, the program on it was not made to be user friendly. Not only do I have to learn how to use this crazy contraption but I have to learn and commit to memory all the deals, offers, and special programs going on in the store. The store I work at is also part of a corporation that deals in mobile phones, so I have to deal with phone bill payments, etc. Having to deal with customers that don't understand the purpose of policy (that has been in place for a good while), and get mad about it, is the only real problem I am having with dealing with customers at all. I don't seem to mind it to much, people are just being people.

I'm not pleased with my scheduling for the job. I stated in my interview for the job that I was able to work from 9AM to 10:30PM (because of bus scheduling), and yet I've been put to work till 12:30am at night, and this week I have to work inventory from 2-5am... The only way I have been able to make these times is that I've had my folks to take me to work, which will end by the end of this month. I've had them take me to work because I'd have to dish out for a $40 a month bus pass that I would have only been using for less then half a month. Now looking at the two schedules that I have gotten, there are only two people that have any consistency in their schedules is the manager, and the one of the mentally handicapped girl that works in the store. I cannot stand being tossed around time wise. I would like to have some knowledge of what time frames I am working in, so that I can plan ahead. Not having this has really been screwing with my plans of getting back to the gym, as I cannot set my internal clock to wake me up to go in the morning, or have a set idea of what time in the evening I can hit the bus and go, as I am always messed up because I run out of time to do things so quickly when I return home from work, that I can't go.

I've just become so stressed out over all this stuff. I don't think I'll be able to go into everything, cause it just all wants to get out. When I go to work I become this third person. All my positive energy that I have stored gets used on keeping stable at work, being friendly to customers and co-workers. When I get out of work I sink into a state of depression. I end up going over the events of the day constantly in my head, and think about how the next day of work is going to go. I do not looking forward to my days off, because they aren't really days off, their "review what you've done" days.

I have no social life to distract me with, also as I said above I don't even have the chance to go to the gym to distract myself. But as for my social life I've become friendly with my co-workers, but not "friends" I would say. Sometimes I don't like dealing with the more experienced of the employees, they sometimes come off as a little, high and mighty I guess. An example of this being the other day. You see one of shift leaders was cleaning up our really messy 7 day video rentals (I wanna note, because I haven't made mention of it yet, that the store is undergoing some drastic clean up after, from what I've been told, the previous management did not take care of the place very well). Anyways I was bringing movies to put back on the shelf, and since she seemed busy with organizing the shelf I ask "Do you want me to just leave these here, since you have a certain way that your doing things here?" and she kinda gave off this little huff and gave me this look and said "NO, YOU can put them back". Granted she could have been annoyed at the mess of things, but geez... Another example of my annoyance with the state of running things is when I was moving some cases, and one gentleman came up to me and asked the price of a certain snack we we're selling. So I took one and went over to one of our cash registers (at this time there was a little line forming at the registers) and scanned the object. Well I guess I'm gonna start slapping these journals back up on DA and FA, since most people I know are around here instead of LJ. I'll just keep more personal or hush-hush stuff on LJ more then likely...

Back again with a life update! After hunting, and hunting, I have finally gotten a job.

Last week I went out on another job hunt after not gettin' any calls back from any of the places I applied to. Handed out some resumes to another drug store, a dollar store, and to a video store. After not getting any offers for at least an interview, I get them throw at me! When I went into the dollar store and gave in a resume, I was told to come in the next day for an interview. The next morning I also get a call from the video store I applied to, and got another interview to go to an hour and a half after the one at the dollar store.

So that day I hopped on the bus and headed over to the dollar store, and headed in for the interview, the thing only lasted five minutes. All they had was a list a questions that they just quickly went through. I left and was left with over and hour and a half till my next interview. Deciding it was best to get something to eat, a quick snack at least. I walked next door to the Mac Donald's, and grabbed a fry and coke, and texted people on my cell, wasting away about a half hour. Heading across the street to another block of the commercial area of uptown, I stopped into the comic store I applied to. Took a glance at their small selection of toys, and some comics. So to waste some last few minutes I walked around the area, then headed over to the video store for my interview. It went well. I had a good fifth teen minute interview with the stores manager, where she told me strait out what she was looking for, and problems that had been affecting the store. Those problems were more then half the reason I was getting frustrated in my job hunt, employers hiring people that don't care about their work. More then likely because they have a few months experience at a fast food place that they ditched out on, while those of us that are hard workers can't get anything because of lack of experience. Anyways, the manger told me to come in on Wednesday at 8:30 is I wanted to work there, but if not to call in and say so.

After some quick thought I decided the video store would be the best place for me to work. The pay is pretty good, its uptown and close to my house, etc.

The following day I get a call back from the photo store from a week back that I went into look for work at, for an interview. I told them that I had already found a job but thanks anyways... Two days after the book store I applied to three weeks ago calls me in for an interview! Lol, well I quickly told them the same thing.

So today was my first day on the job. All I did was get things in order for my pay, social insurance, and my special employee rental account. The only work I did was repackage movies back into their respective DVD cases, so that they could be resold. The pile of movies was rather large, but I got through most of them. So either someone is finishing that up tonight, or I'll quickly finish tomorrow, before they show me how to run the cash register. The next few days my work hours are 10am-6pm.

The past while (at least a few days) I've been drawing a few pictures for a character reference sheet. I just have two more images to finish and I'll be colouring and uploading it hopefully, so keep a look out for that.

Now I know I haven't posted anything since my Anthro Con badges, which I hope will change soon.

The reason I am posting this journal is over the past few months I have been pondering making a web comic. I have a few questions to ask about it though...

- What would you want to see?
- What kind of theme should it have?
- Should it be dramatic, comical, etc?
- Any story ideas of any kind?
- How often should I make a comic strip/page (a week, month, etc)?

I do have my own ideas of what I would want to make out of it, but I gotta figure out some other ideas for them... If that makes sense.

This week has pretty much been me feeling really terrible for the most part. I’ve had PCD (post con depression), and possibly a combo of airplane crud, and picking up a cold from *Strype that he got from Nemet. Anyways, being mentally ill and physically ill at the same time is no picnic. I am still suffering from a slight bit of PCD and a little bit of the cold, but the cold is almost gone, as for the PCD, well that will stay with me for awhile, but the cause of the PCD isn’t hurting me as much anymore, cause I know my extended family isn’t far away, just spread out in the world, so I will always have someone to go to nearby if I need them.

Now I’ve just spent the past few days hanging out in my room sick as a wolf, doing what I could with a bad cough, until it turned into a runny nose then I could barely do anything.

Well that has pretty much my week last week. Today I got my wolf gentlemen’s cane in the mail that I sent home since I could not take it with me on the plane, huzza!

Got back from AC a few days ago. I know I said I would have had a journal up at the latest being yesterday, but I’ve had a combo of post con sickness, and post con blues, so my energy has not be present to write out a journal. Now that I have a little bit of strength to use, I’ll post what I remember from one of the happiest (and at the end, saddest) times of my life.

The night before the con was so thrilling and nerve racking at the same time it was hard for me to finally pass out. I lost consciousness at about midnight, then woke up at three in the morning to get ready to go.

July 4:
I stopped by a coffee shop on the way to pick up my buddy Tsujo and grabbed some food, then rolled on downtown to get him.

The wait at our airport wasn’t all that bad, had to wait in the car for awhile before they opened the place. We got through security relatively fast and got on the plane. Tsujo slept on all the flights from my home, to Edmonton, to Toronto, to Pittsburgh, I on the other hand have not flown since I was eight years old so I really couldn’t. Getting through customs from here to the states wasn’t fun as I had to explain to a big burly security guard where I was going, and what I was doing there, he also asked me what my blue crystal necklace symbolized, paranoid much? Other then that, getting to Pittsburgh was uneventful.

We got to the Doubletree hotel, it was a really nice hotel, they even gave us free cookies when we check in. After getting settled in we started to walk over to the Westin where *Strype and *acidplush were waiting for us. Google maps doesn’t really help all that well, since looking down on the world is different then looking head on at it, the roads and everything seemed out of place. So it took us a little bit of time to find the main hotel, but we managed.

Before I even walked into the hotel lobby I spotted Strype and he spotted me, and quickly proceeded to pounce and hug me, Coopie followed suit soon after. We hung around The Zoo for a few minutes (where I saw ~YamiBliss walk by the door and then said hello to him) before heading out to grab some dinner at this small but nice pizza store tucked into one of the larger buildings, where we got some pizza for cheap since it was a cancelled order. The rest of the night we spent just chilling in The Zoo, before we headed back to our hotel rooms to sleep a bit before the next day.

I am so thankful that I was welcomed warmly by my friends on that first day, as this was the first time I had ever met with people that I’ve known only online, and I was incredibly nervous as to how the first meeting would go.

July 5:
Tsujo and I woke up and got ready for the first official day of the con. We headed back to the Westin and ate brunch at the fish restaurant in the hotel, their food was amazing. Tsujo had sushi and I had an Atlantic salmon dish, really well prepared, if you go to AC it is one of the places for food I recommend to eat (that is if you have the money to spend).

Heading back up to The Zoo we met up with Strype and Coopie again, and waited around for the rest of the gang to show up at the con, and also waiting for the pre-reg pickup. While we waited I ended up meeting and hugging members of my extended family =SilverFenrir, ~Sikes, =TremorWolf, and got to met up with ~SilverMcHowl too.

The collective group went to pick up our registrations soon after, then we went to a nearby sub shop that was offering discounts for the con goers. Since there was not much happening that day we all just hung out at The Zoo until the rave, which unless I am mistaken is when I met up with =chaos61988 and also a new friend *Uruso.

We only spent a little bit of time at the dance before we all decided to call it a night.

July 6:
The days started to pick with entertainment from this day onward. Headed over to the Dealers/Artist ally to track down Strype and Coopie since they said they would have been there. Managed to be found by Strype first, and just hung around with him in the crowd of people waiting to get zone to buy stuff.

The doors opened and the swarm of fur and fangs pushed passed the doors. As I stated the week started out slow, but I did get a little gift art from to start it off. I did my normal routine of the past 2 weeks and just relaxed for the most part. On the 26th I had to go into the school to write my reading comprehension diploma exam. Reading exams are a painfully dry experience, just hoping I interpreted the answers to the questions right. So after my exam checked my final marks in my only other classes which were my option classes.

Drama I received the top mark in the class, which was 101%, yes I did a bonus assignment, I get the feeling my major drama friends are gonna kill me for getting that mark. Sports medicine I did fairly well in, receiving a 95% as my final grade. So unless I did horrifically on my diploma for English I am very much secure for being on the honour roll for this year.

I spent the few days after the exam again relaxing, that is until the 28th when I had to go a do a rehearsal for my graduation ceremony the following day. Spent a good half an hour in a small room with a few hundred other bodies getting the instructions on how to enter the arena, etc, in about 28C weather, which brought the rooms temperature to a much higher level. The rest of the day I spent with my buddy Tsujo hanging around downtown, had lunch, got some stuff (glow sticks!) for AC. Just keep an eye out for the glowing blue wolf of doom at the rave/dances is all I can say.

So on the 29th after sleeping in my boiling hot room. I woke up and got ready for the ceremony. When I got to the arena I had to spend another hour on my feet in the small hot room with all the other graduates, in my cap and gown. The ceremony went well, minus the fact that just like the previous day during the rehearsal, our principle did not speak into the microphone properly, so everyone in the audience pretty much did not pay attention to him at all. Afterward I got a few photos with people my blue getup, then headed to the flower store to grab my friend who was my date for the evening, and my flowers; grabbed some food to since I was hungry; took a nap, and got up and ready for the next half of the day.

In my tux, I picked up my date for the evening. We headed to the grand march, which is where we go and show off our dates, and what we’re wearing, etc. Us, along with only a few other people did an interesting little manoeuvre to grab the audiences attention, most other people did a little twirl or something. When the grand march was over my date, another friends of ours, and my family all went out to dinner. Then we went to the dance which did not have very many people there. So after a few hours we all went home, but I and a group of some of my friends got together for an after grad party, where I and my date who was also there were the only ones that didn’t get wasted. When those festivities were over I played sheep dog and escorted a few of those that got drunk home in the rain.

So that’s pretty much been my life this past week. I got some nice grad gifts, such as a digital camera that I intend to use to take pictures at AC. Speaking of pictures here are some for you to look at of my grad enjoy!

Got my passport in yesterday. So I now have all the major things I need in order to attend this years con. All I gotta do now it get a few things together, make a pair of con badges, etc...

In other news, my first (and only, just divided into two part) final exam is tomorrow. Gotta write two essays for it... Ugh... Hope my head doesn't cave in on itself. After that, I'm in the clear for graduation! Wewt!

School has been going alright. My marks are doing quite well as right now I have the highest mark in my drama class (which other drama students hate me for *grin*), also I have one of the top marks in my sports medicine class, even had people sitting around me whispering me for answers during my midterm a little over a week ago *bigger grin and chuckles*, granted I didn’t tell them the answers.

Over the past few months I’ve not really thought about my graduation in a few months, that is until a few days ago when my birthday pasted. Its kinda hit me hard how much my life is going to change in the next while, and how much older I’m getting (at 19 years for crying out loud!). Sister is getting married, I’m graduating, going to be separated from people that I have known for years not knowing when I’ll see them again, and me having to get a job and get collage stuff figured out, along with other things that are small minor stuff. Its all been kinda putting my head through a loop.

So speaking of my birthday it was a few days ago, as already mentioned. It was just kinda like another day. My folks as a gift got me suitcases for my trip to AC in a few months, and got some cash from my grandparents. Later on in the night, I just hung out with my friends till about three in the morning, just talking and listening to tunes. Gotta do that more often, kinda wish I could do that with some of the folks that I’ve met online though.

As a few of you may have seen the poll I have up, I am thinking of putting my more personal journals up elsewhere. I have a small Googlepages web where I am thinking of putting multiple blogs, on different things, some I may even have as video, but I’m not to sure about it. It is just a thought currently, but I do wanna get my little site going with some personal content. Any ideas on that would be appreciated.

Well that’s all I can think of to say for this journal. I have something’s I wanna get done before my spring break is over in a few hours, so I will be going to do those things now. I will try to get some drawing done in the future.

Happy 3 years on DA to me!
Well its official I have now wasted 3 years off my life on this darn site. Though its all good; these past few years have sure been interesting. I’ve met so many great people on here, some even becoming like members of my family. I’ve also seen many different great artists posting their brilliant artwork for all to see (and for me to break my fingers with clicking the favourite button over and over X3).

I myself to have developed (wow I actually admit it? Well it’s a slow development either way) and hope to grow more in the next few… I’ll say months to get my hopes up. So here’s a few shots of how far I have come in my art.

I know it has been sometime since I have posted a journal (but that always seems to happen with me); a habit I hope to change. I’ve been quite busy for the past two months; first with getting some last major class things out of the way before the Christmas holiday; Christmas break itself, doing last minute class things before diplomas, studying for, and doing my diploma exams; which I just finished about over a week ago now. My diplomas went well I think; I did not have to worry as much as I did, due to them seeming easy enough. I am more worried about my math final over my biology one; but we’ll see how I did in a months time when they come back from marking. In art class I believe that my final mark was a 94% but that’s just from adding all my marks together and finding the mean score, so I have no idea if they were weighted the same.

So now that my first semester is over I’m into my second; so far it’s alright. I’m kind of in-between with my feelings on it. My first block of the day is sports medicine 15, which just seems to be like any health or biology class; I am disappointed that I will not be able to take it at my school for two more years (since I am graduating); moving into the 25 then 35 class (which they are putting in during the next year, etc), if I did I would have gotten a university credit for it from what I’ve been told. On the upside of the class I get the chance to be recertified with Saint John Ambulance, and also get certification for another sports/medical group. Second block spare (no class) of my day is slightly annoyed, that is if I didn’t have the YMCA built into my school to go to, without it that part of my day just because a VERY LOOOOONG lunch. Third block is my English class, currently I’m sharing it with my buddy till he gets his final mark back due to certain reasons (remember I have a hit out on you if you don‘t graduate with me =3); the class should go okay since I like the teacher I have. Lastly in forth block is my drama class; again it should be a good class, minus the people that I know whom act up slightly every-so-often. During the class we are going to be directing our own plays, so if anyone of you have an idea for a play that I could do, please, just drop me a note, comment, whatever; I will take your selection into consideration. ^^ In the end I really have to finish this semester in order to full compare it to other semesters.

As for other things going on in my life, I am slightly depressed as of late; this I believe is due to a number of minor factors I suppose. First, found out the other night that my nana (grandmother for those of you never heard it used before) will more then likely not come to my graduation, or my sisters wedding in July, because of a current issues within the family (want more info ask me for it on msn, etc). Next, I have plans to go to Anthro Con this year in the works, but the one thing I need the most in order to go is parent support, permission (a little sad since I’m going to be like 19 years old when the con comes around), and more then likely financial help. Getting that could prove difficult with the fact I’m going across the continent, to meet and hang out with people my folks don’t know (folks that some I’ve known for over 2 years now, some that I trust pretty much anything too), which I’m sure will be an issue for them. Another problem the cost of the trip could be over $2000; that already adding to an expensive year of my graduation and my sisters wedding, all around the same time.

On the brighter side of life, the fact that I have interested in going with me, that will hopefully cut costs in half for Anthro Con. Now that I have a semi-slactched semester in school I should be getting to the gym more, and figure out a better workout for myself (and a longer one too). Art wise I don’t have any real ideas for pictures right now; but I am slightly thinking of starting a small comic to post every-so-often, but don’t hold me to it.

And that’s that, I wish had more pictures, especially of those certain parts I told you about in my last journal. Hope you guys liked what I had. Now onto what’s going on in my life…

BUSY, SO FREAKING BUSY! Man joining the tech group for my schools drama production for this year may have been a bad idea. XD These next 2 weeks are gonna be hectic. Starting Saturday I gotta help finish getting EVERYTHING set up stage wise. Then, since I’m going to be helping back stage (cause I guess most of the cast members, and the stage manager (whom I’m all friends with) all want me too), I have to wake up early on Thursday, miss some of my classes (Not all that of a bad thing I guess) to do the matinee for the elementary schools before the opening night, the following evening on Friday, then afterward I have to work backstage on the other play nights too (minus one show cause I’m going to see the play myself, and plus one after school presentation for students that want to see it). This will all be going on till the third of December.

Schedule:

So yeah I’m really busy, and on top of that I have my art project to work on. Thankfully though I should be done my painting which is my current class project to do, then I’m on to clay. So that is pretty much what’s been going on with me currently. I get my report card for the term, and my award from classes last year next week too.

Well-well, it sure has been awhile since I contributed, ANYTHING, to the DA community, so I’ll just give you an update of my busy little life as it stands for the past two months, lets see how long this is gonna go for eh?

September:
Since my last journal that really dealt with anything about my current life situations, I’ve been a busy, busy wolf. During September I spent the time getting back into the swing of school and watching summer melt away into fall. With school starting brought about the restarting of school extracurricular activities, one such one that I joined is helping run the school radio station (though I may drop being a part of it if things don’t go a certain way). Also I joined in helping the Drama section of the school get ready for the theatre production that will begin at the end of November, by helping build props and such. Lastly I also joined the Student Film Guild that one of my friends runs and that a great amount of other people that I know are a part of.

About mid-September I headed to Edmonton to go see the Broadway performance of “The Phantom of the Opera” and spend some time with my sister. All I can say is that considering it was a live performance the actors and the set was very well done, it kept it at a position that it could compete with the movie edition of the musical. The stage and set alone was worth going to see, a custom made theatre arch was in place, with golden angel statues attached to it. The guy that played the Phantom did a great job, he was able to pull himself on his belly, with his arms, across the stage, and still be singing perfectly at the same time! The guy also during the production was on top of the arch, and during one part the center angel statue descended and hung in the air by thin wires, and who would be standing on the statue as it hung there but the actor for the Phantom himself. Was able to pick up a commemorative book with pictures in it (I will have some included in the edited version of this journal entitled “1.0.1“ if I can still post them in here without my subscription Edit: Guess I can't with out sub, oh well, sorry folks), and t-shirt from it.

So other then that the rest of September was uneventful, minus my sisters birthday, and two of my online buddies, you know whom you are.

October:
Started off not as well as I would have liked, I was feeling depressed for a short time, and the week had just one thing after another happen…

The rest of the month has been better. I got myself a new computer desk, and I started to finally work out at the school gym. If anyone out there has any tips they could share, I’d love to hear them, I wanna get big and built darn it, I’m such a stick right now! XD

Last night and today were busy for me. The Student Film Guild had a movie night at the school theatre where we showed “The Shinning” and “The Thing”. We did amazingly well, the teacher that supervises the guild events said to me that the amount of people there that night is more then they had at all the movie nights combined last year, there that night. Also our food stand were we sold food made almost $45. We used the profit’s the next day, which was today, to help make our zombie short film for our schools Halloween assembly. I went with a friend and bought some make-up, and old shirts from the salvation army to use as ripped up bloody clothes for the cast (which I was a part of). So we spent about 3 hours filming, and boy did we feel tired after, but we did a good job, I can’t wait to see the finished product myself. Too bad I didn’t get any pictures of myself though, I looked like one badass zombie.

So I have art on the way, I’ll have my first art class project up soon, cause I’m finishing it this weekend and will take a picture of it to post on DA. I’m sorry that I haven’t really be all that active, but as you can see, busy-busy-busy.

Edit: Oh I also have a psyc evaluation on the 24th of this month to see if I have learning problems, etc. Wish me luck or whatever, lol.
