Well, here we are again.

I'm thinking that I'll probably be sticking around a little more often from here on. I've been inspired to do some artwork lately, so I will have something to do, at least.

Plus I've been writing more often, too. Inevitably these things happen after you are left to doing almost nothing while searching for a job. You go through the phase when you really DO accomplish nothing and then you finally start to do something anyway.

And here's hoping that I do get a job soon because my money is seriously running out. I am not kidding about this. I pay my mom almost as much for rent as I would pay if I lived in an apartment, and I am almost making NO money right now, as I'm getting called in about once every 2 weeks to the job I have, and the freelance job I have had has been on hiatus for a couple of weeks now per the client.

All the same, if I can't be calling agencies or writing up killer cover letters, I have time to do other stuff, like writing and drawing. And all of you may benefit from it. I'm sure that it will taper off a little once I do get a job, because I will have to get used to that, then I will be moving into a new home and that will take me a while to get used to. I'll give you all fair warning when that happens and I hope you can be patient because, you know, sometimes real life has to be adjusted to.

Baten Kaitos 2 (I mean, second journal...)

I find that the game is feeling a bit short, despite the massive amount of time it takes to go through it... I mean, there are a LOT of battles in this game, be they with random monsters or bosses, which I might also mention that there are a LOT in this game. Bosses, that is. And while the dungeons are short, they are terribly full of annoying monsters.

I think I am getting a lot better at the game, though. The number system isn't always easy to work with; I have a feeling it'll be even easier to get combos when I get cards with more numbers on them, though. I'm just starting to get cards with 3 numbers now. That is making it easier to pick out combos, no doubt. All the same you are given less time to think about what you want to do. ...Blah. And I've even noticed some monsters defending against every attack I make (even if it's something like, I'm using a mineral water on them just for the sake of getting a combo, which I will sometimes do despite its uselessness) or the voice (which can be damn funny; I have made up a lot of different comics for this game already because it is so parody-worthy, and two of them involve the voice cards), and while that might sound odd at first, it has taken me about this long to realize that GUARDING HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHEN YOU GUARD. Since everything is totaled up at the end, defense resistance included, it has nothing to do with whether you guard against the super powerful finishing move the monster is using or the normal move. So yeah, waiting for the last hit in the combo so you can guard against that instead isn't necessary.

Also I still find the elements canceling each other out to be a pain in the ass. It's sometimes hard to tell what element a card is just by looking at it, and I don't always have that much time to think about it. I'm pretty good about not using two spells, or sometimes weapons, that are opposite but the ARMOR is where I am really struggling with that, because you have even less time to think about defending.

Oh, and back to the monsters defending; I was very unhappy the other day when I got a 5 straight combo with a finisher and it did a grand total of 6 damage. (didn't help that the monster had a good resistance to dark type attacks and most of the attacks including the finisher were dark type, though. Damn monster elementals. How am I supposed to know weaknesses and resistances so I can rearrange my deck before the boss appears? Well I remember Folon is resistant to dark and I know I'm gonna meet up with that dude again. Giacomo was too early in the game for me to be paying attention.

One of the things I definitely like about Baten Kaitos is that you actually have to think a little about fighting, unlike in a lot of RPGs where you just mash buttons and you can pretty much heal your party whenever you need to... This game is a mixture of skill and luck. Using skill to get the right cards in the right combos, and luck determines what you have the opportunity to use. Plus the enemies are kind of smart (which can be annoying), and if one of your party has a status effect they will definitely focus on them when attacking. The easiest status to deal with seems to be confusion, at least so far... so the numbers are in a slightly different place, lol. Just pay attention and it's no trouble. And it's great that you can't just select whatever's available due to the elemental stuff, and the fact that healing items are only usable on your attack turn, and you have to select YOUR party if you want to use them, otherwise you will heal the enemy, and in most cases, that SUCKS. Also, the fact that healing items that changed into attack items are still usable on your own party... so if you aren't paying attention you might attack them! I think that's ingenious (but a pain in the ass when you were first getting used to the game).

Back to Lyude, for the hell of it. Lyude is still great. I haven't found any reason to hate him yet. Yes, his voice actor is not so good. But he seems like a pretty interesting guy. He hasn't whined enough for me to get annoyed by him (lol Arietta), so I don't know what you're talking about, . He's actually kind of interesting in some ways despite being underdeveloped as most of the characters seem to be. I kinda get this feeling that his parents are divorced. Not sure yet. I hope they go more into the characters' development later on. Though I don't dislike Lyude I do, however, keep feeling like I should beat him up. not sure why, I guess it's cute? Funny perhaps? Not entirely sure. If I'm bored Kalas might heal Lyude and then attack him with some bananas....

I'm sad that nobody ever answers any of those song things, even when I try hard to make it easier to.

Anyway, I've been playing a game called Baten Kaitos lately (I borrowed it from my friend the same day I got Twilight Princess, so obvioulsy I had to play teh TP first), which is pretty old, I reckon, and it's a Gamecube game... Namco made it so it's voiced, unlike most GC games.

Oh, it's voiced all right. Pretty badly. I mean, the main character's voices seem okay so far, but the npcs? Good god. Any male child NPCs sound like a female very badly trying (or not trying) to imitate a child's voice. I point out mostly every child NPC but especially Palolo, since you hear him talk a lot.

Voices aside, I like the game so far. The concept is unique in many ways (Everyone has wings, though, and they explain that this happened after they "moved to the sky", but they never explained why. Also, lol, the main charaacter was born with a deformity. They don't do that all that often but I've found Namco RPGs tend to at least try for less stereotypical RPG characters to some extent. Well, it was either that or they were like "HEY! He would look cool with one real wing and one mechanical wing!"........ the more I think about it, it was probably the latter.

I immediately want to kill the idiot who came up with the names for this game. I mean, I think that if they had hired someone to do people's names and place names for this game, then they failed miserably in doing so. ...For example, when the first little boy (also with a bad voice actor, probably the same damn one) says his name? ...C-E-D-R... I swore he was spelling Cedric and didn't finish, or forgot the rest of it (I mean, he is a little boy... maybe he doesn't know how to spell it?)... But that's his name. Cedr. Like, cedar. WTF?!?!?!?

Let's not forget that our main character, while having a name that looks nice, doesn't sound nice. Kalas is pronounced "callous". I might give them more props if I knew whether or not they were trying to point out his personality with the name, because that does accurately reflect who he is. He really doesn't give a shit about anyone else. Really. Which is also a bit uncharacteristic of the RPG hero. I mean, I honestly laughed my ass off as he stole magnus off Gram and Leon's dead bodies. He's like, "oooh, these guys are dead, let's take their Magnus!" ...Shouldn't that be Magna? I don't get it. And he says all of that as Xelha is standing there watching him blaspheming the dead bodies of her friends. Oh yeah, and then he tosses her some "loot". Okay, seriously. Loot must be serious business to Kalas. For that matter, how would you pronounce Xelha? Seriously. X names aren't cool most of the time. Zhella. You might call her Shell for short. <_<

Well, on the subject of what the hell is up with Kalas's name yet again, he could just be a giant callus on the butt of humanity. We don't know this yet, but he sure as heck is acting like it.

To get back off on another tangent, why can you kill things with bananas? Wait, only the green and nasty ones? Well, that still doesn't make any sense. Green bananas are a bit bitter but not awful. I guess it depends on how green they are, though... And the blackened bananas become even more powerful against enemies? I would think they would go "splat" instead.

The way they don't say the name of the guardian makes sense, but I was thinking KH2 must have snuck in or something (even though it was probably made after this game, I don't know...) It was like, Oh no! They stole the name of my guardian! Hayner! Pence! Olette! Noes! (wtf boom?)

The thing I like most about this game, though, is that unlike almost every other RPG, they DO explain how you can carry a shitload of heavy items all over the place without needing room to store them. I mean, you can presumably carry anything you want in a Blank Magnus. You should be able to put people in them. I would have lmfaoed if you could just snatch up Giacomo (Jack, oh no!) in one. Then Kalas is like "You ain't going anywhere! We'll finish this later when I feel like it!" Ahahahahahahah. Nice way to keep from being blown off by the enemy. ...... uh, no pun intended?... Or was it?!

Why do I remember all the names in this game? Is it because they're so awful? I don't know. The only one I can't think of immediately is the name of Mr. Ambassador, but I Know it starts with Ly, and has like, 5-6 letters in it. ...And I don't really care that much. Oh, and I don't hate Meemai. I thought that I would hate whatever weird cutesy obligatory animal companion would be in this game but I don't hate...

I'm in the mood to play a certain game again... that song game. What I am going to do is go through my itunes and since my music is always on shuffle, I am going to post the first line of every song (but probably two due to the difficulty people had on it), and let people guess what song it is and what artist performs it (But seeing as songs are remade, the artist is optional! Yay! Don't you guys like to play games like that? At the very least, I do.

I've been looking for a job rather fervently all summer so far... I started out with two good leads. I had two teachers who had a contact that I could meet with. In one case, I managed to get to see him in about half a month after graduation. He didn't have a job for me at that moment, but he really liked my portfolio and it seemed he really liked me, too. In fact he said that if he did have a job he would have hired me on the spot... that was awfully promising, considering that he was not only the VP of a media company (which is actually a little bit distanced from graphic design) and I barely had any media-related material in my portfolio. So I kind of got to thinking that maybe all I need is a bit of a contact and to get in for an informational interview of some kind, and I might just end up hired or with more contacts... you see, after I met with this guy, later on he provided me with some contacts and other help that I could use and allowed me to use his name as reference. As you can imagine I was stoked that this guy would help me find a job even though it wasn't with his company!!!

I tried to get a hold of the contacts who he gave me names for last Friday. Not a single one of them was there at the time, so I left a message for all of them explaining who I was, why I called, and mentioning that David had directed me to them. Still no response from any of them, so I am going to call them again tomorrow, and call the others who did not have a name given. I'm very disappointed that I didn't at least get a response back from one of them... Plus, I looked at my checkbook today (bad idea) and freaked out a little. I really need a job ASAP... Once I get a full time job in my field I can finally relax, but it's starting to look like even though I have some connections made, it's still not doing the job, even with the tough economy...

But I am really trying not to get too far down in the dumps over this. I do have a backup plan if all else fails, but it's unfortunately a bit risky. I would be happiest to be able to get a full time job now. I want to stay in this area; I love it here in STL and while Atlanta is great too I will probably not be very happy if I have to go down there. (Yeah, my backup plan involves moving to Atlanta.) It's also easier to get work done on my novel when I'm not stressing out over finding a job because the little money I have is running out.

Thankfully I do have a little freelance work and my rather unreliable job at Macy's (and I still can't stand for long periods of time...) which is still earning me a little money. For now, I'm getting by, but at great expense, unfortunately. I can't make enough money to keep up with my bills at this time; I'm definitely losing money hand over fist. But yeah, I am definitely trying hard to make things work and I certainly hope that I will be blessed in the near future! I know that God has a plan for me and he just hasn't chosen to put it in action yet! Or heck, maybe it's already in action and I just have to wait for the results to play out. Who knows?

I like it more than blogging, that's for sure. I mean, it's a lot more simple and easy. And as they say, one of the best parts about it is that you can pay as much or as little attention to it as you want.

I was never all that inspired to keep an entire blog of stuff. I am really happier to put a little information there on impulse anyway. Plus, it literally took me about ten minutes to learn the entire interface of Twitter whereas when I tried Facebook, Myspace and LJ, it was unnecessarily complicated.

As much as I love to write, I'm not really that big of a fan of writing about myself, so Twitter's limit is just about right. If I ever feel like writing more, I'll just do it here. Better yet, I'll link people here from Twitter or something. DA is the only "blog" I need, I suppose! But it helps that I've been with it long enough to figure things out in the first place!

Btw, it looks like emoticons aren't working in the mood option. Mmwell.

Twilight Princess Journal!!!

Well lately I've been playing The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and it is super fun. I have a lot to talk about if you've played and you want to listen.

THERE WILL BE SPOILERS SO IF YOU HAVEN'T PLAYED AND INTEND TO OR JUST DON'T WANT TO HEAR SPOILERS DON'T READ!!! If you don't care though, you just go right ahead...

Well, here goes. Uh, so far I love TP... I'm at the very end of the Snowpeak Ruins right now. Just have to fight the boss - I already know what to expect, because I was stupid and watched my brother play through some stuff... but hey, I felt like spending some time with him that day and we really had a blast making commentary on everything... the parents weren't about so we could be as loud and annoying as we wanted, and that was ...well, nice for once!

I really like Midna; usually I hate those characters who give you advice and follow you around; especially when they're female or animals... and Midna almost works for both of those... XD I mean she's very odd. Hair-hand and all. She just might have beat out Waka's hair-wings with that one... I love her expressions, and the way she talks... speaking of expressions, that moment she finds out the mirror's broken? Epic. EPIC expression changes. Kind of like, "YAY!" to "Wtf?!?" to "OMG!!!" to "SOMEONE'S GONNA DIE!"

I like Zant too. I think.

No really, I'm not sure, you don't really get to see that much except an armored freak... though he looks like he has a strangely delicate chin. And shiny spit that reminds me of a spider's web. Kind of creepy. But you know, sometimes creepy is awesome.

Oh, and the postman... he's just funny.

And Shad... I was trying to talk to my friend about him, she's like "Oh, that gay guy?" and I just laughed.. I mean I remember him because he's the only guy I've seen so far in the game who has glasses, and I pay attention to stuff like that because I like glasses, but yeah, she remembers him as the gay guy who wears purple... she says he kind of acts gay later on; I can't say I have much to work from seeing as he's only told me that he's good at research but not fighting. ...So he's not a battle-hardened warrior? So what?...

On the subject of that, I noticed that during the quest where you have to get the wagon safely to Kakariko Village, Telma says that Link appears to have a feral look in his eyes. Maybe nobody noticed, or nobody knows about those unwritten rules, but he has those "fox" eyes, which seem to be mostly used with characters who are willful females who are usually seductive and are the type who tend to betray men. ...VERY ODD. Oh, and kind of funny in retrospect. No really, I think Link looks great. Just a funny thing I noticed. Only thing that bothers me is how pronounced his lips look... eh, details, though.

I am also a little disappointed at the lack of cute guys because you know us girls; we want to see cute guys in our video games... Maybe I'm just getting spoiled by the Tales series and all its cute guys... Zelda has never done much in that vein, probably because its audience is mostly and preferably male. They get plenty of women in it though. I usually don't outright dislike women in the Zelda games, except maybe Zelda at times... though. Romani in Majora's Mask was nice Actually I rather like Telma. There's something kind of neat about her... she seems really motherly and yet not like a mother at all. I like it when characters aren't completely straightforward, especially women. Men can be straightforward if the traits are unusual, but women don't work so well that way in my opinion

But on the subject of cute denoting CUTE and not ATTRACTIVE, we can talk about Colin and Ralis I like the way the Zoras are designed and Ralis really looks great. His eyes are so pretty too Colin is mostly cute in personality in my opinion... His eyes are too angled; he looks like he has absolutely no willpower whatsoever with that kind of eye style And he's always so pouty looking. Though it made me super happy to see him show some courage! And his eyes changed a little. Yay! Ralis's eyes are probably the best ones I've seen in this game, though. They really remind me of Emil's, with the light green and all, but Emil has some of the neatest eyes I've seen in a video game, too. The other thing I like about Ralis is all the jewelry...

Kind of a combination of all of those. At my house we don't buy microwave popcorn, we get the kernels alone and pop them in a skillet with some oil. Then we lightly salt them and use a little bit of that spray butter on top. It's a million times better than microwaved crap!

After really thinking about it, though not really needing to seeing as I have a lot more important things to think about than cosplay, I decided I would probably most enjoy being a character that isn't that well known but at the same time is well known enough to be recognizable. I had the problem of not being recognizable with Sync (and really bad with Reid, woah [btw I don't normally spell it that way but the situation fit it only with that spelling for some reason]), so at least...

Albel Nox [link] is probably better known. I've wanted to cosplay him for a long time, but there are a lot of hard things on his costume, as you can see. I like the prop making aspect, though, so it should be really interesting. Also the wig... yeah. That thing comes from straight out of cosplay hell but it would be amazing to wear. I'm serious. Who wouldn't love having little tails to shake around? :

My second idea was to try Kimimaro (jeez there are NO full body pictures of him, thanks anime... anyway if you want to know who he is stick his name in the search engine ), but he's just a teensy bit creepy (no really, I'm serious).

One of the things I really hate right now is hearing about that stupid octuplet mom.

Now before you start whining about the fact that I'm heartless and I should be sending donations to her, if you were indeed planning this:

Pull your head out of your butt.

This woman is clearly unfit to raise the six children she already have, much less 8 more! Hello... she already has six children. She filed for disability. She used the judgment from her disability to finance the procedure that made her pregnant with eight more children.

On top of all of this, the doctor that allowed this to happen ought to have his money-grubbing ass fired.

This woman doesn't have the money or mental capacity to take care of these children. The best thing that a person can do for these children is not to send her money so she can raise them. The best thing anyone can do for these unfortunate children is to get them out of her home. She can't raise all of them, and she needs to take responsibility for her stupidity. The children will be much better off in a functional home with parents who can take proper care of them.

I know I have a very harsh opinion on this matter. Personally, if you think any different, I don't care. This definitely isn't the fault of the children; they didn't have any choice in this matter. It's unfortunate that these children will be staying with their unfit biological mother because there are enough dumbasses in the world to finance that, and obviously enough media coverage to make the situation many times worse than it already is.

I think I've pretty much said it all here. Moving on, now.

Pros:

He's skinny.

The costume looks pretty easy to make.
Even the wig looks easy to deal with.

If you know me at all you know it's almost impossible to make me angry. So this must be a big deal right? RIGHT?

Well, it's really a big deal. I've already had to compromise my school schedule 3 times. THREE TIMES, JUST THIS SEMESTER, I HAVE HAD TO CHANGE MY SCHEDULE IN TERMS OF THE CLASSES I WANT TO TAKE, BECAUSE THIS SCHOOL DISTRICT IS INCOMPETENT AND DOESN'T OFFER THE CLASSES IT SAYS IT DOES.

This is time number four, in which they are essentially removing a class I have been signed up for, that is required for my certificate.

Oh. What's that? That happens all the time?

Does it happen all the time to a class that only has one scheduled time in all of the district?

To a class REQUIRED for all the digital certificates?

...okay, I don't even want to talk about it anymore. -_- I'm going all Raven Mytho here. XD I should turn on Night on Bald Mountain and do an angry raven dance of doooom.

For the last 2 days I've been doing inventory at work. That means 2 more to go!

It's awful when I am going in at 4 in the morning, though, I'll admit. Getting up at 3 in the morning isn't any fun, and ...okay, it's 11 pm... I can't just go to sleep at like, 8:00. Sorry.

So thanks to that, I've been losing a lot of sleep. Other things aren't helping... Though I guess it's all okay cause I'm getting money, and I'll have 4 days to straighten everything out before I start school (which is in the afternoons and evenings anyway).

But yeah, inventory. It's not exactly a lot of fun. Pretty awful, when it comes down to it. There are worse things, though... I find it's easy to lose track of time, but it might just be that I'm not looking at the clock; this is a job where I am usually pretty focused. And the scanpals don't hurt my hand like the lrts do, so that makes me happy.

I'm glad the medicine I'm taking is working, too.

Humming-bird Girl. Both Rigel and Ekky are very patient, and she probably wouldn't know what she was being told to do, anyway. I think she'd keep trying to leave even from the moment they closed the door, but then Ekky and Rigel would ask her to sit down and stop, but they'd let her leave after some time passed. At that point, they'd probably both exit behind her.

II. If II, Leua, had to do one nice thing for VIII, Merle, what would it be?

I would trust Leua's car inspecting skills, personally. Not to say that Merle would ever need a car (whetels are far more awesome), but I think he would probably trust Leua's car inspecting skills too.

Heck, who knows. He might buy lunch from Rigel later.

VIII. If V, Lazaka, wanted to dye his or her hair but could not decide on the color, would (s)he rely on I's, Humming-bird Girl's opinion or IV's, Talie's?

The question about hair dye and I get Lazaka. LMAO.

Seeing as they're both girls, you'd think they both had a good opinion on this sort of thing. But Humming-bird Girl would probably not even figure out what the hell Lazaka is trying to ask her in the first place, and even if she did, he would probably not be able to figure out what she's saying. So Talie would definitely be a better option (though not much better, because she'd probably just dye his hair her favorite color... pink... I wonder if that's how Lazaka's hair got the way it was!?!?

IX. Whose babies would be cuter? XII, Kynta and III's, Dio, or IX, Yuri, and II's, Leua? (If it is impossible for them to breed because of gender or species, just go with it and pretend that it was possible, please.)

The thought of Yuri and Leua having babies just made me laugh my ass off, and I'm still trying to find out where it dropped... Hm, they might be pretty, though.

Kynta and Dio would be a strangely cute couple. I think they might have the prettier babies, all in all.

Hmmm....

I think the only person on that list who might even be slightly capable of having a DA account is Leua. He's the only one doing anything even remotely art related...

I know it's like I never post anything here, but I'm just not much of the journal writing type. And I get busy, and I can't be consistent, so I just... well, don't try to be.

As most of you probably know, I am indeed active, I'm just not making anything to put up, or I have things to put up and I haven't put them up yet because I'm lazy. Or there's a day like today when I truly don't FEEL like putting them up. I'm trying to get out of that mood real quick because I wanted to get some drawing done tonight, but all the same it's like my job vanished into thin air, so if I would stop being a stupid lazy ass I might get some stuff done. Though the lazy ass prevails, so I blame it on emotional distress.

Most importantly, my second username is in effect and I am going to be MOVING to this username! So if you're wanting to come along with me, send me a note. I promise I will be more active! This also won't be the only notice I give; it's gonna take a while, but I want to make sure that some way or another, everyone sees this and gets a chance to know what my second username will be.

But first, good things. My dragon is an adult now! He's rather adorable, and he turned out to be a type rather fitting for being my tribute to 9/11.

Anyway, my throat is raw and hurts simply because I'm coughing so much, and I can't help it. That's pissing me off. There's no food in this damn house, either, and that's because my brother is eating it all. I make so much food for myself from scratch now and the food is disappearing even faster than it used to, so someone is eating it all and it's not me...

I've pretty much lost interest in EVERYTHING all of a sudden. I don't know what the deal is. There's only two people really that I talk to on all of my instant messengers (some other people I would talk to if they would just f-ing get on), everything on the internet is boring to me now, this site included, and I'm not even interested in watching tv so I either sit mindlessly in front of it not really watching it (because video games bore me too) or sit around somewhere else doing absolutely nothing. I keep on trying to think about the novel I'm trying to write but I keep on running into a brick wall in my mind, so I thought I'd read all my old typed information to maybe inspire me, I don't think it's going to work, though. I don't roleplay anymore, haven't for about a month and a half now, so a good deal of my life is pretty much gone as it is (it really was a huge part of my life) and about all I do is work and school now. The only thing I did all day was my online class. Besides sleeping and working anyway, since I got up at 4 am for work today and I slept a little after I got home.

I don't know, maybe I should go to the doctor or something. I wish I already knew Flash because then I might be able to mindlessly work on that parody I have been planning up, since I've already got most of it written out, but I can't do that either, and I don't have money so I can't work on my costume for Anime STL/Kawa-Kon even if I DO go after all; I don't even have anyone to go with now since my friend decided she doesn't want to do those things with me anymore, and why won't this goddamn cold just go away?! I don't even have the energy to clean my room despite my apparent energy to do the Ralph Lauren Polo inventory. I tried Gaia Online and Second Life and Neopets and just about every other community I could think of and none of those things are helping. Maybe someone has an idea of something that might help...

...took Dayquil instead of Nyquil.

Of course, that won't be near as bad as the time I had whooping cough (and went to school every day I had it) and accidentally took Nyquil instead of Dayquil... that was rather interesting during zero hour... being sick as a dog and too sleepy to concentrate... XD Somehow I didn't fall asleep, though. And I didn't realize that what I'd taken was the nyquil until my mom told me later; I just wondered why the heck I was so sleepy.

Anyway, I don't think Dayquil has anything that keeps you awake in it, just it is lacking whatever makes you drowsy, so I'm probably okay. But if I don't get enough sleep, then I'll just be sure I take more Dayquil in the morning to keep me awake, eh?

Oh, yeah, and I think it goes without saying that yes, I was indeed sick. Actually, shortly after I thought my throat was a little sore, like, an hour later, it had progressed into a full-fledged, VERY painful sore throat... and that lasted about 2/3 of a day, maybe 3/4... that including the night I slept... and by midday today it had subsided to a mostly scratchy throat, which is how it is now. My problem now is just congestion and a pleasant headache. I guess it's possible I didn't notice the nasal symptoms coming on, because I have allergies and they were probably enough to hide it.

Though it seems like I'm healing up fast, which is good. ^^

Ah, soon I'm gonna have to reformat my Mac... for some reason it won't let me access my system profile at all... I brought it to my hardware configuration teacher and he couldn't find out what the problem was so he recommended I reformat it. I'm gonna have to start moving my documents.

...that since April 1st, I've gotten over 1000 pageviews! That was when I submitted that weird random scrap that showed my 3000th pageview... that's how I know a weird little detail like that. That's pretty good, but I think I can do better, don't you guys? ...Guys?... Oh, right, I don't have many pageviews cause I don't have many friends.

Anyway, I know I haven't done much, and it's because I don't have time to do much. Most of my life is spent at school. Here's my current schedule for this week, starting at Monday and ending at Sunday.

Random journal? I think not!

Actually, I was playing ToS today and I was hanging around Thoda so I was like... I don't know, laughing at Raine and her silly fear of water and then I realized there was something weird about Kratos.

Kratos says, after they ride in the washtubs:

"That was a rare experience."

That is like, more emotion than Kratos EVER shows.

XD just kidding of course, but it is funny to think about. Raine hates the washtubs, someone has to love them, why not Kratos?

Anyway, yeah, since I'm on a Kratos playthrough I'm focusing on him unconsciously anyway and it seems like he's actually much deeper than I thought he was the first playthrough around. He says a lot of thought-provoking things. EH SPOILER COMING UP LOOK AWAY IF YOU HAVEN'T BEAT TALES OF SYMPHONIA. His relationship with Lloyd is fascinating. I don't know why, but I'm seeing the bond between them even more than before (Even in stuff like the normal skits) or maybe it's just because I know how they're related now? I don't know. Well, I've been playing Ragnarok Online again. As is the usual case. You know, I won't play it for a long time then I'll get back into it, and then I'll get RSIs (repetitive strain injuries) from constantly walking around in that game. D: No really. That's the usual case. Though I've been playing in moderation and making sure to stop and take a break if my hand starts bugging me. No matter what. ...That makes all the difference in the world. My hand injuries are now caused by trying to cut a penny with scissors...

...No, I am NOT kidding. My new job is the reason I'm injured now. I'm selling a product called Cutco, one of which is a set of shears that is really amazing and part of the demonstration is to cut a penny, but I'm so weak and stuff that I tried too hard and just ended up hurting myself. D: Now how are my demonstrations going to go? I figure I'll just tell people that I recently hurt my hand (not tell them why) and they can feel free to try the super shears out.

Yeah, I hope things go well for my job. I know so few people; I have so much trouble finding people to make appointments with, but I'm really trying. I wore myself out though, starting out... I took a break today, but I'm going to go back at it full force starting tomorrow.

Oh yeah, and I'm also super obsessed with fennec foxes still. I went to the zoo the other day to get photos and I found 3 DIFFERENT stuffed fennecs so I bought them all. At least I have something to really enjoy, eh?

I guess my summer's going okay, but it would be better if I could do well selling stuff. If I can make better money doing this job than working full time at M&S (and apparently the potential is HUGE and I shouldn't fall short unless I slacked off big, BIG time!)... Current worry right now?

IÂve run into a couple of problemsÂ first of all, the financial aid office at my college is insisting that I can NOT renew my scholarship! IÂve used it for 2 years but my degree isnÂt finished and it doesnÂt say anywhere on the thing that it ONLY lasts 4 semesters and not only canÂt be renewed but canÂt be reapplied for! This means I have to pay out of my pocketÂ

And then I found out that the law firm I worked for was fucking dumb enough to hire 6 scanners besides me when they only needed like 2 to keep the damn stuff caught up (and then have time to spare) so now I have no work this summer and I wonÂt be making any money unless I find a new job soon. I have doneÂ NOTHING. Trust me on this one.

Though I definitely plan to do something this weekend. Draw some OCs, sketch out some fanartÂ No coloring for a while yet, but those I do have in mind.

IÂve been thinkinÂ bout Red Light Green Light and realized I probably ought to try drawing Ion and draw Asch again before I do it. Cause I didnÂt like the way I drew Asch and IÂve never drawn IonÂ Mmwell, weÂll see WhatÂs more and more scary to me about that picture is that Red Light has three people in it (maybe four if I can think of another) and Green Light DOES have four (yay!)

So yeah, I never know what to freaking draw and most of the time I canÂt convince myself to get off my lazy butt and do it (writing fanfictionÂs been about the same too, oh well.)

Well last weekend I got a PSP and Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology so thatÂs been rather distracting for me lately. Otherwise IÂm probably going to use the rest of my weekend to draw and clean my room up. IÂve also been playing DDR enough to burn 300 calories on occasion lately. Last night was damn funny. I played it long enough to burn 300 then went upstairs and had some ice cream >D Fan-tastic. Not the way thatÂs supposed to work at all But it doesnÂt bother me, cause I really donÂt need to lose weight I just do it cause I want to, and itÂs good for me! ^^

It looks like IÂll be drawing Keele this weekend. YAYYYY! I hope the picture turns out pretty good though, cause IÂm planning on doing a fantastic coloring job in Photoshop. Otherwise I may just have to go on to something else. I am planning on doing some character sketches for Tales of Sabotage (which is kinda like my effed up fan manga in which I go and screw around, mostly with Tales games, and bring my OCs in and just wreak havoc! However it will be including Yu-gi-oh at some point, which is a little odd, and probably something else too, but mostly the Tales games Also I might be putting people in it that I know IRL or online, with permission, of course

Guess who's back?... Back again?

Woot guys, I'm all good now >D Have been for a while, been posting on the Tales forums and stuff, RPR went down for a few days so I was bored out of my mind, and I find plenty to do while I'm at work there.

I also gathered a good load of stuff to do while there. Aaaanyways, summer still sucks, I'm still working, everybody in the goddamn office is sick, and it's really pissing me off. Friday imaging went down so I couldn't do my scanning and I have all this crap from docketing. I was looking stuff up and writing stuff down about it. At least it passed the time... They have had SO many problems lately with the database; I'm starting to wonder if they might need to just fix the dang thing for good >D We can have an office holiday. That would be hilarious.

I drew a Sync chibi, it's hilarious, and I don't think I'm gonna post it up cause I was planning on maybe coloring it... maybe... we'll see. It looks remotely okay. If you wanna see it drop me a note or post it in a reply or something. I'm gonna have a Florian and Ion chibi to go with it.

So yeah, been thinking about my cosplaying in the future.. I finally told my mom about it, she seemed remotely amused... didn't know why the heck I wanted to apparently. I also looked at Sync's somewhat half-naked body from the torn-costume sprite on ToA since I got the character book finally, and it's really uhm... awesome. I learned he has a tattoo on the back of his neck... Man, I wanna rp Sync but Nate's gone on vacation, oh well... looks like he'll be back Friday night so I guess we get to rp then.

Man, I'm bored... as usual being thoroughly ignored when I try to rp, halfway waiting for Lanane to come on so we might be able to play RO together, and I want to try another drawing but I just can't seem to start it. Jesus.

So the last few days I have been omgsosick. I had strep and now I'm taking all these wonderful antibiotics. Oh well, could be worse, right? (Well, um, I think for some reason my throat was bleeding cause now stuff is stuck together that shouldn't be and all and you guys really did need to know that ;D)

I was sooooo bored last night. So bored. I watched a bunch of Yu-gi-oh. And I found out there's some DVD missing in between or two or maybe three because I got to the end of one set and I could so not figure out which set was the next one, I mean, I tried out all the 1st dvds of the others and none made sense, so I picked it up on the duel with that one guy Rafael or what was it?... at any rate, it's the Orichalcos duel when Yami screws up big time gahahahaha evil things are evil, you got that right, nowyudunit. That cracked me up and relieved some of my boredom. And it helped that Connor came to do some of that too. But now I'm like tired because I couldn't sleep last night with all the damn fireworks going off and stuff. It's illegal in this county to shoot them off people. Jesus.

So I got a 5 day weekend but it all sucked because from Friday night on I was sick, I had a 102.3 fever at the highest and I got to go to the doctor finally on Monday, and she said I'd have to stay home from work the next day too. A good thing. I definitely didn't want to be going in there and spreading strep germs all over the place. I mean, nobody else should be spreading crap either so why am I any exception?

Then again, let me tell you, that was weak for strep I didn't really ever feel that bad. Not really fatigued or anything, my throat wasn't even that sore. I'd call it moderate to severe anyway... I've had worse. I didn't have a rash either. But apparently the whole thing was pretty nasty on my body though, so... eh. It really does bother me that I haven't been around anyone at all with strep so I probably got it on vacation. Well that just goes to show that people must be especially nasty and careless when they're on vacation. Oh well, I mean, getting strep is as simple as breathing the wrong air, after all.

But yeah, looks like everything's good now. At first I didn't want to type up my rp at all but I finally managed to feel good enough to really do the research for it. So I learned about the song American Pie and Brooklyn, and it was awesomeness. But I still want to go to sleep. I wish I didn't have to go back to work. I want a summer of laziness again. I would probably manage to get more done than most other stupid lazy kids who have a whole summer without working. God, and I'm sick of hearing people make nasty noises with their mouth. I get more of that in an hour at work than I get in a whole damn week anywhere else. I just wanna go home and sleep. Where people aren't going to annoy the shit out of me with their disgusting rude behavior. Kinda hard to believe the people in the office are more disgusting than the people at school eh?

The sun finally came out. That makes me unhappy, because I like rain, and I like it when it gets dark before it rains and stuff

So this morning I felt like total shit... I was just hurting all over and my head hurt and my ears hurt and my stomach hurt and on top of it my stomach was all upset and stuff, man, it just sucked. I was gonna go home too. But a couple hours back I started feeling tons better, so I guess I'm good for right now!

I've got 4 more hours of work to go, and I'm gonna live through em (even though it'll probably suck), then I gotta go to a friend's house when I get home.

And jeez, I'm freezing in here! Yesterday it got so hot by like, 3.00 that I was like, gahhh! I can't breathe! And today it's too cold. I'm so glad I have my fleece blanket ^^ I tie it around my neck and it's like a nice little shawl for me. Yay~~

So anyway, I went back to the doctor again Tuesday, and she tells me out of nowhere that my platelet count is low too - I don't know why she didn't say it before, but eh. Anyway, we don't know what it is. She thought it might be due to an enlarged spleen or something (?) but she checked that (by feeling it -_O) Trust me, it's scary when your doctor's feeling your chest and she's like, "I can feel pretty much every organ in your body"... I literally said to her, "Gaaaahhh, don't SAY that!" XD So they took more blood (3 vials this time, gahhh) and they're gonna find out if those platelets are back to normal.

My RP, The Day the Music Died, starts officially today I have a couple people in it at the moment, and one on hold... I get the feeling she won't join even though she said she would. Either way, it starts today if I have the time to make it up/feel like it, concerning how I felt sick earlier.

...not so hyper today. Actually I have to go to the doctor again today so I hope things all turn out good and all ya know.

Things I've done lately:
- Finished Sync, woooooooooooo! More eye candy for the peoples who love Syncy
- Decided to write a Dist story to go along with my Luke story (that's right, it's not about Jade instead )
- Decided to write a Sync/Ion/other replicas story to go along with my Dist story (bwahahahaha)
- Wrote out the plan for who has Luke when in The Game (It's like Capture the Flag, except with Luke! XD)
- Got Garrison [1] ...No wait, that's a lie. I CAN'T FIND MAH COAL. THEN I NEED 50 MORE COAL FOR THE GARRISON [2] DAMN IT
- Played a bit of Van x Sync... I know, it sounds scary, but it's not bad at all ;
- Went to the bathroom... No really! It's imperative that you know that!

Things I haven't done that I want to do:

- Work more on the story about Guy and The Game
- Draw that picture, for that contest, which ends Saturday, yeah.
- Gather up my loose characters. Who knows who the hell I'm supposed to be rping with now?
- Defeat Van on the dance pad... First I have to work all the way back to Van. Yaaaarrrrggghhh...
- Set up RO for my friend... He apparently doesn't want to go through all the pain and suffering of it. -_- But I want him to join me. You too Lanane. You must play RO with me. We will create the guild with the best name and own LLRO.
- Beef up mah GS/get Naiod to HP (He's not even a priest yet, dangit. It so sucks playing a support priest when you have nobody to lvl with.)

nah I'm just here at work and I'm depressed, because I'm at work, and not enjoying my summer at home like all those kids without jobs. *sigh* I just about got sick by merely thinking that I had to go to work this morning. Blaaaahhhh.

Ok, yeah, my medicine definitely doesn't seem to be working. Screw this stupid allergy problem. Makes me so mad...

Anyways. Yeah. I've been really pressured the last few days. Well, uh, sorta. I went back to Halcyon (fancy I remembered I was an admin there, XD) and I found out my server of RO finally got gunslingers, so I've been really enjoying myself with those (SPAM DESPERADO FTW!) ...and it is pretty satisfying to shoot porings and make them blow up I have had NO desire whatsoever to draw/write, so I have like, super creativity block (except for rp, which is weird) but I'm sure a week at Disney World will clear that RIGHT up!

As frustrated with my characters as I am, I put ALL on hiatus and brought back the lovable Nathalai (HONEY-BUN-SWEETIE-PUMPKIN-CHOCO-LICIOUS-NATHY-NATH!)because Ragnarok gunslingers are like so hawt, so everything's a little weird. It looks like my medicine's not working as well as I thought, or maybe it's a fluke? well, poopy if it doesn't!

Anyways, this weekend I'm gonna get that contest entry done (I withdrew from one contest because I hadn't formally signed up for it...) not to mention, I also wanna finish my Sync picture and maybe a fanfic. Yep, I'm in the mood to do some stuff! ^^

Lol, I'm doing this weiiiiird Dist x Sync thing in rp. It's weird. Seriously. Just think about it. Dist x Sync. Doesn't that make you shudder?

At the same time, I'm working on a website! ^^ I decided I'd make it TotA themed because I haven't gotten any new obsessions lately and I don't plan on having any new ones anytime soon. Either way, it can be easily changed if I feel the need. But for now, it's gonna be TotA, and I'll put up my art and fanfics there. YAYYYYYY!!! Not like I'm not putting them up here and FF.net either...

I'm looking forward to being able to start my Pendulum picture, but... I gotta finish two other things at least before I do!

Ok yÂall, my blood test results were back yesterday and it turns out IÂm a little anemic. Luckily thatÂs the only problem they found in my blood! So I just need some iron and IÂm good to go.

So IÂm taking Zyrtec and Nasonex for my problem with clearing my throat, and a tiny dose of an antidepressant for the IBS symptoms. It seems to be working well. As for the thing with clearing my throat, wellÂ not so good. But those kinds of medicines tend to take a while to really start working, so I hope they do! ^^ Not that I LIKE spraying crap up my nose, butÂ

Anyways, still working on Sync. I have to do his jacket and pants and all that clothing and junk. Everything else is done except the background. Blah, I hate backgroundsÂ

IÂve got plans for a new picture, Pendulum. Hope it turns out pretty goodÂ ;

Anyways, I'm going to the doctor today to deal with a few health issues, and I get off work early, so I'm happy! ^^ Oh, and I'm definitely happy for a few other things including the return (from who knows where) of a good friend and the fact that my Sync picture actually seems to be showing some increase in skill (which makes no sense considering it's not like I really learned anything new) or maybe it's just that I'm spending more time on it, who knows...

Vacation's in less than 2 weeks! I can't wait! *dances* Well, except for the fact that I have two contest entries to finish before then... blahhh.

So for all of you who know about Tales of the Abyss... for one of my contest entries I'm going to write a fanfiction... Sync x Guy/Guy x Sync, with part of a theme on water (Aramis). Should Sync be aggressive or not? (Since they ARE a whole 7 years apart in age!) And when I say aggressive, I MEAN aggressive Like, even abusive.

Ha... so far, things have gone pretty good for me. A little more than 2 weeks until I go on vacation, swamped with artwork and totally dying to finish my interesting Asch/Sync rp idea About the usual, of course, except I'm working full time because it's summer, therefore I have no life. If only I could get started when I get there! My stepdad works at the same place I do and he insists on being there over an hour early. In other words, we take the 40 minute drive and are there at 6.40 or so. If I could start then... by god, that would be wonderful I could take a half lunch every day and get off right around 3! ^^ That would make me happy. I might have some of my day left, then... But no, my job is strictly an 8-5 job.

Ah, there's one girl who works here who's been having some real difficulty with her ex-boyfriend and her child and her child is sickly and her ex-boyfriend's got joint custody and he's crazy, and he leaves the kid with his family who are a bunch of backwater fools apparently who don't know how to take care of a child, and needless to say, it's always drama around here with her :/ Not that it's bad or anything; everyone has plenty to complain about. And I'll listen, because I know how it feels to be the one complaining and knowing nobody cares, but you want someone to care. At the same time, you have to know when enough is enough. With her it's getting to the point that there's some new drama every day, so it's a little much. :/ Oh welllll.

SYNC! I DREW SYNC!! AND NOW I'M COLORING SYNC!!!

You don't know how awesome this feels. It so makes me get this fuzzy feeling inside ^^ I love Sync and I finally got around to drawing him and it didn't turn out bad!...

... I hate foreshortening.

Aaaanyway, I'm feeling pretty good now... going on vacation pretty soon and all (the time's just flown away!) and I probably won't have time to make the one picture to put on the t-shirt and all, much less the money to spend on doing it. *Sigh* Oh well.

I do plan on drawing more fanart, believe it or not. I figure I just need to draw more in general, and since I'm not drawing year round in school, I... figured I could try and draw more. Along the lines of art (and fanfiction ) my efforts shall include...

As the title says, I'm sick. It's a stupid bug that's been bothering me for over a week now. (How the heck can they last so damn long?) I've taken about 4 tablets of Airborne in the time; it's probably too late for it to work, oh well. At any rate, the problem hadn't really been bothering me too much until last night (and that would be the 8th day it was bothering me, so it's a persistent little thing). I think I'll just get some Pepcid Complete and deal with it. Just remember... if you touch me, you get it too! >D (That's how I keep people from intruding upon my personal space. Works well eh?)

Otherwise, I was thinking I might draw up the parody Con and I created on the website I roleplay at. For all of you who know about Kingdom Hearts Rechain (ha, dumb title) and Zexion's weapon... well, Con and I found a teaser, but for some reason Zexion had a SWORD. And we're like, A SWORD WTF THEY MAKE HIS WEAPON ALL MYSTERIOUS AND IT'S A SWORD! so, we invented a new Zexion (who we named Zexy) and he had a Rubik's cube as a weapon! Then we decided how it works and all. You make a side of it green, it does some healing thing, you make a side red, it does some fire attack... we didn't make up explanations for all of them. Now we all know what Zexion's weapon really is now, but... at that point, yep, we had no idea from the source we had, at least. At any rate, why am I telling you this? Because I was thinking I might actually go as far as to draw it, photoshop it, and have it put on a T-shirt! At least, in this sort of form, either or:

Front: Sora is minding his own business, he looks happy, he's got a little musical note over his head and stuff. Zexion's on the other side, with his Rubik's cube in his hand, either aiming it at him or acting sneaky... not sure which.
Back: You see Sora looking confused as the Rubik's cube is bouncing off the back of his head, and there are little speed lines where Zexion used to be (implying that he made a mad dash before he got creamed)

This is the most vague idea. It gets the point across but may not make any sense, and it requires more drawing.

The second idea:

Front: Zexion is just there chucking the Rubik's cube at Sora, and it's bouncing off his head. Might have it be the back of his head like in the first one, or he might be turned around and got it in the face. Not sure about that yet. Zexion's not running either... maybe he wants it back?

Back: One of two phrases - either, "Because knowledge isn't power" (That's a School House Rock ripoff XD) or "My weapon pwns your weapon" (and since my brother doesn't like the word "pwns" that might not be a good idea. At the same time my brother doesn't want me to do this, so who cares?)

Now why am I making a T-shirt like this? Not only would it be hilarious and I could enjoy it, I'm going to Disney World June 16th, so it'll be something interesting Disney-themed that I could wear there
