Anyway. Long story short, Im doing new paintings so you'll see those soon. Ive gotten into photography so Ill be adding upcoming works to my gallery. Some old sculptures I did, also going to be added.

Other than art, Im going natural. Completely cut my hair. A before and after will be uploaded with the photography.

*Been Away in August to Orlando for the first time

*Infected with germ that causes Turberculosis. Virus sprung at our school. Those infected are taking medication (including myself) for six months. Basically its a drugged up night every day. I have never felt better.
*Barely missed an armed robbery at work. Manager was shot but she's ok.


Basically life is hectic right now but bearable. Friends and family make its easier. Anyway. I have a few stuff to scan so look out for them. Yall just pray for me and my overactive life.

Right now I am currently working thats y Ive been so busy and not updating. I work at Wendy's now, where quality is their recipe. I done alot, make sandwiches, prepare frosty and take orders and such, much the job is really stressful, having to deal wit overly demanding customers. I swear they stare at you with their big eyes and give you this look that says "FEED ME!". But its only for the summer so Im glad for that.

Im currently entering an art competition here sponsered by the Central Bank of the Bahamas and Im tryin to get all my drawing supplies in order to start.
I got to submit 3 pieces b4 October. It sounds like alot of time but time IS moving fast these days. Ive got my ideas and sketches I just have to start actually drawing them. They are based somewhat on Bahamian culture:
The first piece is a treasure chest by the beach revealing a conch shell as its treasure
The second is a hibiscus bush with the flowers colored like our flag(blue, yellow and black) to signify our blue waters and beaches, our bright yellow sun and our beautiful black people.
And the third is an old fashion ship but Im still workin on the details for that one.

Hopefully Ill get them finished before the deadline.

Ive havent forgotten about my themes. I have sketches drawn out for a number of them, just never drawn the full thing yet. I havent been drawing lately, just sketches because of limited time and inspiration.

In other news, the Bahamas is REALLY gettin all ova da news about Anna Nicole. I een mean to sound brash but the woman is already dead. I mean ppl are fightin ova who keeps the child and dis and dat and The Bahamas is really attractin TOO much attention right now. I really dont kno everything bout dat cause it een really strikin no curiousity to me. But hey.

In short, I won a gold medal for Sport Day 4x4 race, I am on the volleyball team, Im a sub prefect, and lookin to get a B in the worst classes that I am takin now, which is Physics and Chemistry.
I need a prayer.

Work is killin me, Im procrastinating all da time, Im tired. Just tired. But I dont wanna complain. Im still alive and all.

Update. Its the new year and I have a few resolutions, some that include ceasing on the procrastinating, being more mature (but still playin round once in a while), getting a job, focus more on dis and dat etc. I got my PSAT scored back and my goodness. It wasnt so bad just..I expected more of myself and I didnt have time to do all the questions lol. SAT in May I think so I'll do better next time now I kno what to expect.

I'm in the beginning of volleyball training, from Sunday to Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, which gets vigorous evryday. My body hurts now and I need a good soak and a massage.

But seriously. Im soon to be in grade 12 which means Ill be goin off. And Im still in debate on what Im going to do with my life. I wanted to be a veternarian. That was lost to me. Then I wanted to be an animator. That's still in cosideration. Ive thought about being an architect but I dont know the first thing about it. I want to study Art Foundation because I like realism a little more than cartoony stuff. However, if I major in that, what can I do with it? Thats gets me stuck. Or If I do animation, I'll have to move overseas as I will definately not progress being on this island. And I know there will be alot of people who are far better than me out there. I possibly need two things. A career of some sort and something else to fall back on if it somehow fails. Man, dis is complicated.

I know Im still a young-in but it better to think about it now than wonder about it later.
Anyway, enough of me killing yall with my life.

My trip to Ft. Lauderdale was ok. I carried $1000 and I was shoppin like almost every day. I stay a lil longer cause of da Tropical Storm Ernesto so ya bes believe I shopped more. Man I een neva see so much people runnin for gas. Lines and tings dey had and da storm wasnt even bad. Anyway.

I have a "Pink Panther" and a "Teen Titans- Raven" art to scan. Both of dem was done away. The Pink Panther I saw on a shirt in one store but I added some stuff to it. Those projects have increased from 13 to 20. Ive already started 8 of them. I bought some new pencils to help me with my portrait Im STILL working on. Its coming along good, only shading needs to be done. ALOT of shading.

Im also doin the "birthday tribute" to myself as we speak. Or type or whateva. lol. Its good but sad that I'll be away for my birthday, which is on the 23 of this month. Ill be away for the 21st till the 28. So I'll be done with the tribute hopefully.

One of my best friends, Petra, has already moved to Andros on Tuesday so Im doin a tribute to her as well. I miss her already.

I feel bad. The portrait project that I was doin of a friend seems to be on delay and the worst thing about it is that I did a portrait of myself and finished it before his. Thats bad dread. But at least I have another work of art to scan. So be on the lookout for that.

Im in two clubs now. Wow. I need to be in a club anyway. It just een right for me to not be in a club. I een no. It just een right.

I wanted to try this One-piece-basketball thing...but i een no. I ga see what happens.

My best friend (Petra) is moving away from the island and heading in another island, which is Andros. I was really hurt when she told me. She was gonna stay with her father but it turns out when a mother makes up her mind, it is made up. I'll really miss her so I HAVE to draw something that can reflect on this. Something with me and her.Something sad, yet upbringing and...yeah.
