Our first big storm of the season here in the ColoRID-O! The rest of the runs at Brec and Vail should be opening now and I can't wait to get on them!

In other news Gears launched on the best day of the year...It was really the most amazing day ever! Nov 7 was the day Brec opend for the year so I got to going snowboarding...Then I went to the most amazing show ever! Silverstein and Chiodos Co headlined...Plus Alesana and A Skylite Drive played with them! It was just WOW. I have seen Silverstein at least 10 times in the past 7 years and this time was without a doubt the best! The played a song from their new album((Which they are in the process of recording now! ^^)) Plus they played Call It Karama aacoustic =O It was the first time I have ever heard them play acoustic live and once again all I can say is WOW. Then of course I came home and played Gears 2 all night xD...The best game I have ever had the pleasure of playing! Everyone should experience the greatness!

Well the title and above quote(Trophy Scars, Assistant. Assistants) really have nothing to do with this journal. Just been listing to that song a lot lately and its got some deep meaning for me xD.

ANYWAY the purpose of this journal is to rant about all the cool stuff that hasn't come out yet. Well of course I am talking about the newest video games!!!

But before that...A side note...Johnny Depp is to play the new villian in the next Batman movie. I dont think they have said who he will be playing((If they have and you know please tell me)) but I am thinking it will be the Riddler. He seems like a good fit for the role of the Riddler.

So about games! First off I am just in love with the videos for Shuan Whites Snowboarding. If you havent seen them I urge you to go to ign.com and look at them now. This game is looking amazing and I cant wait to play it.

Next of course is...Gears 2!!! Nov 7th will be a day which will change the world! haha. They have some nice screen shots out for the game and some amazing in game vids which I advise everyone to look at. The game is going to offer so much such as the new Meat Flag game type and 5 player co-op in a game mode called Horde which your only objective is to stay alive for as long as you can aginst harder and harder Locust scum.

Batman Arkham Asylum is also looking quite tastey though it isnt set to release until 09 D: I have to say this game will define what a game based off a comic book should be. If you havent seen anything about this game I recomend picking up last months issue of Game Informer((maybe two months ago?)) and reading about it.

In the lines of RTS's we have two games reaching for the gold and I cant decide which one I will like more. First off is Halo Wars which gives the gamer a peek into the past of halo before there was only one Spartan left. The other is of course Tom Clancy's End War. A game based mainly around giving voice commands to control your troops. That just sounds awesome! I will get to be like Zero-Sama ordering troops around!

Fable 2 is getting close to relase and Lionshead studio is promising everything the left out of the orignal. and the first one was just amazing so I cant imagine how great this one will be.

And last but not least...Survival horrors! Of course when I say this most of you would instantly think of RE5...and I mean who wouldnt? But actually RE5 is not the main one I am looking forward to...Left 4 Dead just steals its glory. With 4 -person co-op designed to push your team work skills to the test who wouldnt love it? I cant wait to kill some zombies with my fellow online mates!

Code Geass R2 is just getting better and better! ep 22 was amazing!

ANDDDD...It snowed!!! not much and only at 10,000 feet so its mainly the mountain peeks that got it...but its still feels amazing to see that beautiful snow!

Actually there is no point to this journal so if you were hoping for something important you might as well just stop reading now. I just thought it was time for an update since my last one was around the release date of DMC 4. There is stuff I could talk about in here but I doubt most of you want to hear my problems so I won't even talk about them.

Sooo...I will just say MGS4 is one of the best games I have played. Though I feel it was more guns blazing rather then the sneakiness we all came to love from the older MGSs. I mean dont get me wrong you can do all the stealth moves it will just make the game a hell of a lot harder especially on The Boss difficulty((which I haven't beat yet...I did beat Big Boss hard though )). The main problem with the game was the all the cut scenes they piled into it. I felt like I did more watching rather than playing the game and thats just wrong...It kinda reminded me of what SE did with KH2 D:. The graphics are stunning both ingame and cut scene. Overall it is a really fun game and I recommend it to anyone with a PS3...If you don't have one...Well...HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA you don't get to experience the greatness!!!!!

Other than that I don't know what to say...Oh!!! It snowed a few days ago!!!!!! Gah I can't wait for the season to start!!!! PLEASE LET THERE BE A BLIZZARD!!!! I want to ride my board!! It is lonely D:

Well I downloaded the DMC4 demo off the Xbox 360 market place. The demo is absolutely killer and even though they you can only play two missions they both own . I have already played through the demo so many times...Its just addicting.

Anyway to the point of the Journal...I heard Nero's voice and thought to myself, 'Ichigo...?'
He sounded exactly like everyones favorite substitute Shinigami((Not that there are any others O.o)) Lol so I looked it up online and found out the Voice of Nero is in fact:

Johnny Yong Bosch, aka The Black Power Ranger
Vash the Stampede
Ichigo Kurosaki

That taught me a few things...I never noticed Vash and Ichi had the same voice actor...But I did watch Bleach in Japanese xD...But I really never noticed Vash was The Black Power Ranger!!! That is just sooo hardcoe...((Though the Green one was the best ))

So Nero is a Shinigami, $$60 billion man and The Black Power ranger...I think I have a new hero...

It was killer some of the really big snowboarders where there...And the winners where no surprise xD

Womens:
1st. Gretchen Bleiler
2nd. Kelly Clark
3rd. Hana Teter

I though Kelly's 2 runs looked better...but I guess I am not a judge so it doesn't matter what I think xD

Mens:
1st. Shaun White ((Of course...What doesn't he win?))
2nd. Steven Fisher ((Breckenridge local...Represent the Colorado ))
3rd. Elijah Teter

Both Shaun and Steven had some fucking killer ass runs. Every boarder got two runs...And Shaun's score from his first run was enough to win the entire thing xD Didn't even have to ride his 2nd run if he didn't want to.

Yea anyway after it was over everyone started to leave and I stayed behind to see if I could get a chance to talk to any of them...And of course I got to talk to Shaun White he seemed like a pretty chill dude...I got my picture taken with him...So I may upload it to photobucket or put it on my myspace or something xD.

Anyway after I just went boarding myself...Pretty sweet! Breck has one of the largest lifts in the world so I got to board some NICE ass back country. It also has one of the biggest jumps in the world. Of course that jump wasnt open though D: but some other terrain parks were...So I got my fix of jumps and rails

Well I guess that sums it up...But before I go I have to rep the wonderful BAG!!

Friday: Well on Friday I got a call from my friend asking me if I wanted to go to the Bright Eyes show at The Norva. The show was on Saturday so I told him sure...That pretty much sums up Friday...Cause for the rest of the night I played Co-op mode on GH3.

Saturday: Well I met up with my friend Nick once he got off work. We decided to head up to Wal-Mart and kill time since the show didnt start until 9pm. Well once in Wal-Mart we played the game Rock Band for a few hours((like 4 xD)) Since the game has no been released Wal-Mart was the only place to play it haha. Nick decided to play the Guitar while I played the drums...And we video game 'jammed' until about 7. That is when we met up with our friends Thomas and Justin and headed down the road to the Norva. We got there around 8:20 where we bought our tickets for the show ((they were 30 bucks each but we bought em from some random ass dude for 20 each)) So we still had time to kill before the actual show began. So we went out to the smoking area to 'Shed Some Light on the Subject' if you know what I mean. Well after our little 'session' we went inside to watch the music. The Felice Brothers were amazing...I had never heard of em before but now I am diggin their tunes. Then BRIGHT EYES came on. He played some really good songs...The only sad thing was that he didnt play my two favorite songs D: Anyway I recommend him to anyone who has never heard of em.

Well by the time the show was over it was 3am or so...So we began the drive to Thomas house...Which we did not get there till 5am xD Well once there Justin passes out and Thomas, Nick and I decide to watch some South Park and 'Shed Light on The Subject' once again hehe. So we didnt end up passing out until about 8 am on Sunday.

Sunday: Well we all slept until about 2 or 3...Then we had some eggs and junx before heading out side to an old run down barn. Well you can only guess what the four of us did in there xD After which we watched more South Park before eating dinner and heading home. And Once I got home I passed out until 1 today xD...Yay for sleep!

Anyway...On another note....JOIN
