There might be no art from me for sometime, which is kind of funny for me to say because I'm currently studying / living at Liminka's art school where I'm drawing my heart out.

It's been a while since the last journal update.

So what's up?

I was hoping to graduate from high school this spring, but it seems I still haven't passed enough courses to complete school. Just beacause I'm two or three courses short, I won't probably graduate until next fall. I was hoping to squeeze in the missing courses into the next school period, but of course the missing courses aren't available in the next school period.

Besides, the psychology exam (one of the finals) - ahem - didn't go well so...

Oh, well. Life goes on.

Some crap for you to skip: Animecon 2007, Jyväskylä Finland

Last Saturday was a blast. ~eishi and I traveled all the way from Helsinki to Jyväskylä for the little event known as Animecon. Well, maybe not "little", more like huge. The buildings where it took place were pretty crowded, especially around the little shops with cuute widdle manga and anime merchandise. And not to mention the local McDonalds, the lines were crazyl!

One of the funnest part was the cosplayers. Some of the locals, especially the older folk were kinda in a shock when they realized that their quiet little town was invaded by "freaks". Awesome.

Some of the costumes were cuuute,

some were wacky,

and some were simply awesome. @___@


Yes and I was cosplaying too (now I feel embarrased). It was my first time and it was pretty fun. If you were there you probably spotted me or not, but as a little hint, the chara I was is a little bouncing dude who hates baths and has lotsa spunk.

Too bad we get to be there only on Saturday. At least I saw Ville Valo on the way home. Nyah nyah.

Another one o' those dream share thingies...

Oh man! Oh man! I had the craziest dream ever! Well, almost.

An acquaintance of my friend got possessed by some evil powers and he transformed into Uchiha Sasuke and began to kill people. My friends and I had to stop him before he would kill all my neighbors (who I don't even know). Then all these monsters started to appear and we had to defeat them to gain enough levels to take out Sasuke. The first (and only) enemy I defeated was a thing that somewhat resembled the Flame Mammoth from the Megaman X game. And after it's defeat I got it's fire powers, just like in the game. Plus I had an armor just like 'X' had. I never used my powers though.
After a while we had learnt that Sasuke had created his own Mean Team and we had found a list how many people they had killed. Sasuke had killed over 300 and the other's variated from 200 to 50. The best was, however, Eric Cartman's whopping -5 kills. xD

Ha ha. I never knew I had so many neighbors....

Well, I got pissed and decided that we'll go after Sasuke eventough we were hardly at level 2. So the night came and we were at Sasuke's yard, hiding under some tiles and planks. A group of Sasuke's minions passed by, but unfortunately one of them had a rake. The guy who had the rake poked under the planks and our cover was blown. We were so screwed, but fortunately the dream ended. Wasn't that nice?

1. I'm hungry all the time. Even if I've had a really big meal, in an hour or so my tummy is demanding more food.

2. At summer one of my favorite things to do is fishing. Taking the fish from the hook is not a problem, but placing a worm on the hook is too much for me. I'm more scared of a defenceless little worm than a fish that swings all his spikes at me and tries to bite my hand off.

3. When I think something really funny, I laugh out loud. Unfortunately this usually happens to me when I'm in a bus or class.

4. In my dreams there's always either a guy with a chainsaw, someone getting murdered with a machete or me turning into a fluffy creature.

5. The most amazing thing I have felt was when I had pneumonia it felt like bubbles were coming out of my bronchus.

6. Don't drink and laugh at the same time otherwise your spill your drink --- through your nose! Yes, this has happened to me when I once was drinking coke and then something funny happened that I began to laugh. The coke was in my mouth and I tried hard not to spit it out so it came outta my nose. I recall my friends asking was I drunk or something. xDDD

It's gotta be the one of the weirdest one ever.

Okay, so I'm at a some asument park and I hop into a scary looking device. Then some nerdy fat kid wants to get in the same ride and it takes 15 mins him to get on the seat. The device is about to get rolling when the fat kid chickens out and doesn't want to be in it after all, so it takes another 15 to get out. Was starting to lose my patience and I tought if anyone tries to hop in I'll him.
Finally the device began to roll. It was kinda dull and all, but then I realized the whole thing was infested by fungus and really colorful kind too. They were groing like mushrooms after rain with a super speed. Note: If you haven't played Dragon Quest 8: Journey of the Cursed King, then err... you probably won't get this and maybe, just maybe contains spoilers (a warning to a certain friend of mine)

My dream apparently was set after the game time, because all the bad guys were defeated, all the curses lifted and Princess Medea and Prince Charmles were about to get married soon. However the princess decided not to accept her cruel fate and made a getaway with the Hero of the game. Everyone was surprised and upset, especially the father of Medea, king Trode. He could not believe that the Hero could do something so horrible as kidnapping his precious Medea and set some guards to pursue them.

I don't know excatly why or how, but she was a turned back into a white horse like she was cursed in the game. Apparently it made the escape easier since she could run faster and none of the king's guards could catch the two. After awhile Yangus, Jessica and Angelo manage to find the Hero and Medea. They were all worried, but very angry as well of the duo's insane stunt. The dream ended when the two explained their reasons, Yangus blurted out in shock "Wot?! You two's are in lov'?!!"

Okay this one's a quick one. I saw a dream where I was driving a car with my mom and the scenery changed from big cities to dark misty forests. It was bit confusing, because suddenly a snake attacked through the window and bit me for three times. It wasn't deadly poisonous tough, just made my head hurt a bit. Then we went to see a doctor who just disinfected the bite marks. Oh, and I have once again another dream to share:

There was this young woman who feared that she'll be murdered before 6pm. It wasn't mentioned in the dream, but she apparently had gotten a threatening letter or something like that. She was with her friend until the friend remembered she had some laundry to do. The woman was bit nervos, but then she pulled herself together and thought someone's just playing a prank on her. She decided to enjoy a bowl of cereal and the funny thing was that she ate the cereals straight from the box and drank the milk out from the bowl. What's up with that? Ô_o
By the time she had gotten relaxed she took a small peek at the clock and realized that it's only 5:57pm......... and she was alone!! Then suddenly a person wearing black clothes comes into the room and stabs her with a machete. Ouch. Yeah, and the dream had an alter ending in which the woman freaked out and ran inside a small building, but too bad for her the murderer was also there and she got killed. The end XP ]]> ~Sicko-Sis
