Gonna look up some tutorials and work my texturing for my portfolio. Possible job in the future as a concept artist and/or texture artist~ Thanks :iconcaseyd2k: You've always kept an eye out for me in the industry wherever you are. On other news~

My trip to Austin was a complete success. Wish I had more time and money lol ah well, next time! Which I'll surely go by and visit next year 'round the same time probably. =p
Man 2009 is ending already! I can't believe it...wow. My life took a complete left turn for me this year.
Graduated from college, got a divorce from someone I was with for 7 years (still kinda healing from it), moved out and am now living with an insanely laid back and patient person (which is funny cause he's so busy and working all the time, has a beautiful gf too * 3 * ), still workin at little Caesar's, it's been a year lol. Went to Fanime in San Jose in May, AX in July in LA, then Austin Texas around middle of October to visit :iconwhitetrashpalace: and a surprise visit during my stay there with my brother and :iconblackswordsman28: AWESOME PEOPLE <3333

Been going through a mind block as of late. Haven't been able to make anything or finish any of my creations/commissions. Maybe it's because inside I'm feeling really depressed because of run in of bad luck with my life. Ah well, it'll pass. I just have to endure and make do with what I can right? Fun times.

I'm more of a demon person myself but...anyway. Twilight...yes, I've read all the books and watched the movie, to my dismay. It's alright, could have lived without knowing about it but ah well.
But...watching true blood, I never thought I'd love a vampire series so much. I mean...come on! How cliche is that?!?!?!?! SERIOUSLY
Buffy...Angel...so many trendy vampire series. But man oh man, just something about True Blood that I can't not watch. It's so awesome, it's got a very earthy and realistic appeal to it. Yes, being realistic for vampires is hard to accomplish but...true blood makes it happen. It's the only series I've ever let myself want to watch in so long. It's incredibly awesome and I recommend it to anyone who loves drama/thriller/mind fucks/paranormal type series. I just finished watching Season 2 Episode 9. I cried at the end. Jesus...I can't believe I let myself sink so low as to become a fangirl to such a show! Have mercy on me lol.

I really appreciated the positive comments not just by those above but others as well, it's helped me out a lot. Right now I'm doing much better. The divorce isn't final yet but somehow along the line it's strengthened our friendship. We still are getting one though because we want to try out different avenues in the relationship area and with different people.
I mean I'm practically still a virgin when it comes to real relationships since I've been with the guy since I was 17, that's 7 years you know? I've got many jobs lined up and hopefully I'll get a good one soon, just after the interview process it takes forever which I'm sure all of you know. They found someone else for the Global Gaming job, no harm no fowl, it was at least a good opportunity to gain a network of friends within the company. There's this other company I'm waiting on called HSC Labs, it's a gaming company for a mmorpg. It'll be awesome if I get it. We'll see though cause they said they would give me a call on Monday.
I've been kinda blank lately since I've been waiting so long. I'll keep on a-truckin and hope for the best. Work on some pretty arts to get that smile on cause I've been stuck in a rut as well. Damn art blocks lol. I need a book to read or something. Laurell k Hamilton's last books for the Anita Blake series and merry gentry series I'm waiting for to buy. A slow slow beginning for 2009 but man this will be an interesting and growing year.

I found a few drinks this weekend I fell in love with, Captain Morgan's parrot bay, Honey's bee spiced cider. Good stuff!

I HIGHLY RECCOMEND that everyone at least once go to The Renaissance Festival in your state. It's a great experiance. I'll be joining the guilds with my husband and we'll be creating our own house within the ECS (Empire of Chivalry and Steel) Not sure what we'll call it but we'll find out eventually. So far I've gathered about 15 or more people and will be gathering more. I'm all about becoming a pirate or bellydancer, (gyspy too) I'm lame I know. Sky wants to be a Mongol. Our leader (Who's known Sky forever) Who's helped us on getting us all together, is an awesome person. Ti, he'd make a great uncle one day and has superior jedi mind tricks with his history and wisdom that outdoes my husband. (Which is a rare thing)

So many things to do learn and have learned throughout the week. This weekend felt like a whole week holy crap, like living in a completely different world. So much fun and so many responsibilities within it.

Sky was fighting many tournaments over the weekend and has gathered enough points to fight with steel and full on armor. I'm excited when his adoptive uncle makes him his armer, him being a metal smith. I've got much to do as well, things to sow and draw and paint. Memes to make out since I've been tagged several times lol.

Sunburns are not fun, I'll tell you that! My feet are killing me and right now was the first time in years in sleeping on the student lounge couches at school lol. Damn, hangovers suck too. But it was all worth it!

Many friends I love and care about are scattered all about DA and the webs (can't forget irl!) Just giving them a shoutout I care about you! :3

I'm super excited still about my trip to San Antonio and have many things I want to explore and do. Need to get info on those buses though. :x

Making some porn art on the side for entertainment and to help push in the inspiration where my muse is severely lacking (woohoo! don't ask I won't do it.) My tablet broke, stupid piece of shit. But I got a new monitor so it counts for something. Sky's gonna get me a new tablet soon. (yayayayaya) Intuos 3 6x8 Wacom. Oh heellz yeah. B]
