Also what do you think homework is for a art class? Isn't usually when a project your doing in class when you can't quite finish when its due right? hehehe.. not this gal.. okay not only do you have assignments that you do in class that sometimes run over. But for homework you usually have 2 projects that are 18x24 inches thats the finished projects. then 6 practices of different views before you do your project. And thats not all; each week is 5 valued sketchs from the eastern "masters" from way back when to 1950's.

thats not including all the homework I do for my other classes. And this class is only drawing 2!! 2 for crying out loud! drawing 1 did nothing to prepare me for this kind of work for the next class. the funny thing is. I do half- @***ed work and she still counts me fore full points just because I "did" the assignment... thats not art for me. I just feel like a print press. Doesn't matter about quality... its about getting it done. I understand things like this for some careers but I doubt it would be this harsh on the amount. IF anything I know is that people want to see art with quality, Passion and dedication to the piece giving it life. Not just some pencil marks saying its conture.

well I have some pieces I can scan. I need to start on my list. I'll start on it when I'm done scaning the few pieces I have. *rolls eyes*

Anyway I'm entering into a contest and I challenged James so I hope I win!!! *sighs* doesn't help I'm having a lot of sleeping issues. Oddly I can't sleep. and when I do I can't sleep much. only 5 hours or 8 at max. Does anybody have a cure for that? I'm tired often and usually moving nonstop. So slowing down is out of the question. But other then that I'm all ears.

Dad got a new computer so I think I can us it to scan. I haven't used it yet because I'm a little weiry of it. I'll try it out when I have a little time. I'm also freaked about finals. This contest is not about any specific creature. This is about your fears. I was watching silent hill and some other horror movies and wondering what makes us fear certain things that may or may not exsist. So what I want is Surrealism of FEAR! The sky is the limit. However.

1. I want something that is true fear. Not just some sketch of a red ballon in a picture and say this is what I'm afraid of. No no. It can be as crazy as you want. Go wild this is a free ruin thing so have fun!

2. No specific media is required. However I would like the digital masters to be challenged so I wish it to look traditional. I always thought those were cool.

3. Only one piece can be turned in per person. However you may change your piece but only once. Now if its an add on thats fine that doesn't count against your change of piece. Add can be done all the way up to the dead line. After that. pencils down and leave your piece. *laughs* Now if your turning in addons every other day then I have to say fix everything you want then turn it in. okay. I'll be patient with a few add ons but after many times I will cut the add ons off (not to all artists just the artist that keeps doing add ons consistently) alright?

4. Please be a finished piece. I don't mind if its pencil, ink whatever like I said before but I however do not want a sketch piece of crap. Because I can do that within second. I want a well thought out piece please. And no it doens't have to be colored. But if it is your more likely to win.^^

5. The dead line is *makes a trumpet noise and drum roll* June 19! at midnight! And as this contest will be held I will even show you my fear and no I'm not partisapating in the contest but its still fun.

I don't have many friends anymore sence I am going to college age. everyone seems to ignored me but one true friend. And he is two years younger then me and teases the living day light out of me. its cool for a while but while I'm going to have a break down not fun. i feel so alone and I don't want to even draw anymore. I feel like crying and just staying in my room. *sighs* I just feel like no one cares and that my art doesn't even matter because that there are so many different and better artists out there that mine doesn't even have a chance. And the idea of having to go out... scares me.. because I'm not a social person. and so on. Not even my stupid cat likes me anymore.

I'm so confused and I don't know.. I hope I don't get snapped at..
