Thanks to all of my new watchers too ! I`ll try to be more active !

My job is taking a lot of time, we have night flying ops now this months, should be during the 12th week. Yesterday i took my authorization test for the F16 fighter jet. So i did yesterday complete allmost one year of training and exams on maintenance to be a authorized technician on the F-16AM/BM Fighting falcon ;)
Did the test with full score :D

This weekend I was back home up north for some break from Kristiansand and the long lasting course !
Had a great weekend ;) Relaxing !
Saturday evening i met up with a friend, and went out chasing the ligths ! despite no activity at all :P
But we got to see them ;) dancing above the classy scene of the Landegode Island. I got my own little show before he joined in. The lights started of weak, scattered behind the island.
They went up and down in activity like in a pulsating movement. Not that vibrant, but got some reflections from them, and together with the stars and moon it was a great moment !

Now i`m at Kjevik in Kristiansand !
I`m at a technical training course of the systems of the F-16A/B Fighting Falcon ;)
So not going to be able to take any new Northern Lights pictures :/
But, i`m right next to a Zoo, Kristiansand Zoo ;) A lot of animals and wildlife to see there !
Great weather and photographing conditions today, we had sun and blue sky with few clouds :D
I`v bin taking around 1200 pictures for 7 1/2 hours. Photographing Tigers, Lions, Wolfs, Foxes, Monkeys and other animals !

Still going to stay here until 30th. November ! So going home in good time for Christmas :D

The show was actually mostly quiet, there where weak lines and columns stretching over the sky, but no extreme outbreaks, so that was sad. The activity was rated as Storm with KP5-6 !

My friend Gaute was out shooting the Auroras a couple of Hours before i joined him at 23:16PM ;)

We ended up at a hill over Mjelle, watching the coast from there and had allmost 360* View, say 300* because of the Mjelle mountains / peaks.

Why ? : Well this is the first aircraft i have ever flown where i had the controls !
       The flight took place the 12 or 13th of August in 2007.
       It was a birthday gift from my dad and he`s live-in.
       The flight lasted for quite  a good time, i`ve realy enjoyed it !
