Behold Prevention.com's Weight Loss Simulator. I came across it while looking for something that'd help me as a reference for an Aang WG pic based on 's Avatar fiction. This simulator lets you adjust the seperate weights of two identical and customizable virtual models (though the right one has to be skinnier than the left one). The cons are that it doesn't go above 350, there's no "muscle mass" option and there's no male model for those of you into that kinda thing. Ah well. It's the only reference I've got at this point so I'll have to make the most of it.

I finally got my hands on Neon Genesis Evangelion Volume 4 (which my stubborn brother won't read for some reason) with my Christmas moneys. I can say by now that Asuka's officially my fav character at this point. With the way she pwned everyone in her first appearance, it makes me sad that she's NOT a lesbo. Unfortunately, the D-type plug suit's anime-only, it seems. -_- In other manga-related news, I've finished Death Note 7 and Love Hina 5.

From what I hear, there MIGHT not be a Crash game until 2010. I just hope Radical fixes that fixed camera promblem that Mind over Mutant had, and if they not make a PS2 version and amp up the graphics, we might finally get somewhere with the critics.

I think I've finally got my college plans finalized. We're planning on enrolling me in the Media Arts and Animation course at the Art Institute in Minneapolis. I'm really anticipating this Student Housing thing. It's bigger than this cramped apartment of mine and I get a roommate. And no more taking the short bus to school (*retch*).

The good news is that the new models for Crunch and Brio have come out, and needless to say, they don't look half bad. [link] , [link]

The bad news is that Activision's decided to let the Crash series stay around ([link]). That may seem nice, but get this: Activision is planning on selling Sierra Entertainment and its affiliated studios, which includes Radical ([link]), meaning that "Mind over Mutant" might be the last Crash game Radical will be making. I'm not sure what can be done to avert this, but the best we can do is hope that Crash is given to a competant developer that can give the series as much personality as Radical gave it.

And in other news, I'll be going on vacation to Florida starting this Friday, so I might not be able to post anything new for a couple of weeks. That is all.

I've decided that I will not be uploading vids to YouTube as I originally planned on doing. It was a headache enough trying to find something to make vids with, and the uploading process is even worse. As for my Kingdom Hearts III fanfic, I'm about two-thirds of the way done with the current chapter, which will be the second to last Disney-based world before the final stage, so just hang in there for a little more.

For Christmas, I've got Guitar Hero 3, Metroid Prime 3, and Super Mario Galaxy, all for the Wii. Slayer's "Raining Blood" was the first song I really had trouble with in "Guitar Hero 3", and that's just on Easy mode (I'd better start doing Medium mode soon). I also managed to get Paprika (my favorite anime movie film) on DVD; I just watched the original Japanese version last night, and I'm considering watching the English dub sometime to see how they handled it. I figure some of it might be useful for YouTube Poops if I ever got the technology for it.

Lastly, I apologize for the next chapter of "Kingdom Hearts III" taking so long. These computer troubles are really hindering production time, and my recent mental block isn't helping either. Please try and be patient and I'll do the best I can. Until then, Happy New Years.

I plan on getting an iPod nano for Chrstmas this year to replace my old iPod shuffle (I'll give that to my sister or brother), and since the latest nano can play videos, the first thing I'm gonna get (besides new songs) is a few episodes of Avatar, including "The Desert", "Nightmares and Daydreams", and "The Chase", since those are probably my favorite episodes.

In Deviantart-related news, I'm going back to writing my "Kingdom Hearts III" fanfic now that I'm done with my little one-shotter ("Sokka Withdrawal Syndrome"). And I should probably get back to work on my "Crash Cosplay" series. It's been a while since I've updated that.

Though I have to say Aku Aku looks pretty cool, IMO the best overhaul out of the nine characters here. I should try drawing him in art club next Monday. Uka Uka is virtually unrecognizable, but he looks pretty decent. And I see that Tiny's been changed from a Thylacine to a Siberian (and he remembered to get dressed today).
