What are we about?

Sketch-Me-Club is a new DeviantART community thats all about sketching and modeling.

Do you have any photographs that you would like other people to draw or use as practise? Well this is what this club is for!

We will upload photos into the gallery that members submit to us that they want to be sketched.
The club is about people and portraits, that's why it's called "Sketch-me" not "Sketch-this".
We can give your portraits more exposure and give artists who are looking for inspiring portraits to practice from some extra help!

How to Join

Just watch us and when we watch you back you are a member!
Please don't ask to join in the comments box or send a note.
It's as simple as a watch!

How to submit a portrait

Once you have watched the club you can start submitting portraits!
You can submit one portrait a fortnight to our gallery.
Make sure you change the description of your portrait to say
"I give permission for ~Sketch-Me-Club to host this image in their gallery" (or something to that effect)
Just send us a note titled submission and then we will get it in the gallery as soon as possible as long as permission is stated in your pieces description.

What does the future hold for the club?

We will be holding contests and once we have a good number of members will be starting a requests page where artists looking to draw a certain portrait can suggest a pose or idea.
If we are able to get a subscription we will feature all the sketched versions of our gallery pieces in our journals to give the artists even more exposure!
